Working with Rina and the Tilly & Teal team was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, everything felt organized, supported, and completely taken care of. We came into planning feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to manage all the logistics, but Rina immediately brought structure and clarity to the entire process. She made what felt impossible feel manageable and calm.
In terms of value for money, we genuinely felt we received far more than what we expected. The level of service, attention to detail, and behind-the-scenes coordination were exceptional. Rina consistently stepped in to handle time-consuming and detail-heavy tasks that we would never have known how to manage ourselves, which saved us so much time, stress, and decision fatigue. She also worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and kept everyone aligned, which made the entire process feel smooth and cohesive. -

We found Tilly + Teal when we were stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to go next. We had already chosen venues on our own with a unique vision: three distinct locations in Washington, DC (a Catholic Church ceremony, a restaurant cocktail hour/dinner, and a dance floor venue). Katie at T+T embraced our unique vision from the start, and helped us feel back in control and on track. Katie was SO generous with her time and professional insights. We were always able to get our questions answered.
The partial planning service offered by T+T is superior to other partial planning models we found in the DMV. It included monthly calls with Katie starting when we signed up (at over 9 months before our wedding!) and gave us the ability to add a la carte services like a budget tracker. The software T+T used was simple and helped us stay organized and keep track of our "homework" and checklist. The partial planning service gave us the perfect amount of support and flexibility to plan our day with the help of a team of professionals. And it was a huge relief when we were 90 days out to have Katie on board to contact our vendors and create the timeline. On the day of our wedding, the timeline ran extremely smoothly, and we were so pleased with how Katie and her team executed all of the details and logistics (which never had to cross our minds on the day!). Our only regret is not signing up with T+T sooner!
Our favorite part of our wedding was how much time we got to spend with each other and our guests. Seeing it all come together was better than anything we could have ever imagined! Thank you to Katie and team T+T! -

My wife and I had the opportunity to book Katie for her Full Wedding Service for our wedding.
Before becoming part of the Tilly and Teal family, we were stressed about how to plan and execute a wedding alongside other life responsibilities. Katie made it simple with her system to keep us on track and her monthly calls to check in. By the time the wedding day came around we were prepared and ready to celebrate the day.
Katie and her team made it possible for us as a couple to enjoy our day with family and friends without the worry of also handling the logistics as well. We were able to relax and our wedding was truly the best day of our lives.
Our favorite part of the day was enjoying the love and energetic atmosphere our wedding from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, every detail that we planned out with Katie came to magnetic fruition. We enjoyed the warm spring day and the professionalism from everyone working our wedding was truly outstanding. Katie's experience and expertise from our start with her until the very end of our wedding day proved invaluable to achieving a wedding of our dreams.

Before I met Katie, I truly thought I could be my own wedding planner. I had booked my venue and photographer and figured I could handle the rest. But once I dove into the world of wedding planning, I quickly realized how many details, moving parts, and potential stressors were involved. My biggest worry was that my venue had never hosted a wedding before, which felt daunting, and I was also nervous about managing vendors, timelines, and logistics while still trying to enjoy being engaged. Katie came highly recommended, and after just one phone call, I knew I needed her by my side. Her decade-plus of experience was immediately obvious - she knows exactly what to do, when to do it, what options to consider, what could go wrong, and how to handle everything seamlessly. After booking her, she recommended all of my remaining vendors (florist, cake, DJ, transportation, etc.), and every single one told me the same thing: “You’re in great hands with Katie. We’re not worried, she’ll tell us what to do and when.” Once I shared my vision with each vendor, I truly didn’t have to lift another finger. Katie handled all the technicalities and logistics directly with the vendors. She also completely alleviated my biggest concern, the new venue, through her excellent communication, organization, and confidence. We met monthly to touch base on what I had been working on and what I needed to work on next to stay on track, and I was never overwhelmed because she broke everything down in manageable parts and was always reachable with questions. On the wedding day, her team managed the timeline, directed people, coordinated vendor deliveries and setup, and even handled breakdown at the end of the night. When we realized we had forgotten some decorations at home, one of her team members literally went to our house to get them... that level of care is unmatched. My favorite part of my wedding day was being fully present and truly enjoying every moment without a single worry. It was a beautiful whirlwind, and because of Katie and her team, I was able to soak it all in. When people ask me if anything went wrong on my wedding day, they expect a story, but honestly, nothing did. The wedding day I envisioned would not have been possible without Katie and her team, and I am endlessly grateful that. -

Words cannot describe just how much we loved working with Katie over at Tilly + Teal -- from the first time we spoke with her on the phone, to see if she'd be a good fit to do month-of-coordination for us we loved her attitude (it also helps that she's a fellow cat lover) and we just knew we could trust her with our big day. And boy did she deliver.
Not only did we get month of coordination, but Katie also set time to call us every month for the year leading up to the wedding to help keep us on track, get vendor contracts, answer general planning questions and more. It was such a relief to have somebody with so much experience holding our hands and guiding us along what could've easily been a completely overwhelming journey. She also had great vendor recommendations (many of which we took) and was so kind and caring throughout everything.
She was able to take over all the big timeline details, run our rehearsal (and keep all our friends in line - not always an easy feat!), and make sure our big day was the most perfect it could've been. Katie was even out there fixing my bustle on the dance floor when I got a little too jiggy with it.
Katie and her team were efficient, organized, and made sure that nothing was our problem so we could just enjoy the day. We couldn't have done this without her and are so so grateful.

From the moment I reached out to inquire about services to the wedding day itself, Tilly + Teal was/is AMAZING!!! I needed a Day of Coordinator, and I got SO much more. Emma and I spoke frequently over the phone, she helped me get my plans together, make decisions and bring my vision to life. Her and Katie came on the venue tour and it was beyond helpful to hear their ideas and opinions. The wedding day was the most perfect. If there was a hiccup, I wouldn't be able to tell you because Emma and her assistants made sure it was handled and that everything was PERFECT. We worked with Katie from the Tilly & Teal Team for our wedding in June, and our lives are better for it!! Katie and the whole T&T team are the most genuine, caring, and compassionate professionals we have ever worked with. Katie was so thorough in planning and designing our wedding--down to EVERY detail. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and creative. Not only did she curate the most perfect, personalized, memorable, and one-of-a-kind wedding for us, but she coached us through the various stages, helped us when we needed further assistance, and truly became a close friend in the process. Our wedding was perfect--from the planning, design, vendors, schedule, and overall vibe--and that is ALL due to Katie and the T&T team. She made our wedding dream come true, going above and beyond, and calmed my "Type A" personality and stress with her extraordinary skills. Before joining the Tilly and Teal family, I had no idea where to start with planning. I didn’t know what a reasonable vendor budget looked like, how to stay organized, or what order things needed to happen in. It all felt really overwhelming, and I was nervous I’d miss something important or make a big mistake along the way.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, I can tell you without a doubt that you will not regret going with Tilly and Teal. Working with Katie and Rina was hands down one of the best choices we made during the whole process. They helped us stay on track with regular check-ins, kept us organized, and made sure we felt supported the entire time. They really know what they’re doing, and that made such a difference in keeping my stress levels down.
As the big day got closer, I started to really stress out. I was worried about guests who hadn’t RSVP’d yet and really anxious that people might show up with their kids even though we clearly said it was an adults-only wedding. On top of that, there was some family drama going on. Rina and Katie stepped in and were absolutely amazing. They helped calm me down, reassured me, and just made everything feel way more manageable. They always had a plan and handled everything with so much care and kindness.
Looking back, it’s hard to pick a favorite part of the wedding day because it all felt so perfectly put together. But if I had to choose, I’d say the ceremony. I was really nervous, and Katie was right there with me before I walked out of the barn doors. She gave me the timing I needed and made sure everything flowed smoothly. There was even a perfectly timed cow moo that made everyone laugh and helped break the tension. I loved our reception too, but the ceremony was the part I was most nervous about and it ended up being amazing.
On the day of the wedding, the Tilly and Teal team made sure everything ran like clockwork. I genuinely don’t think our day would have been as perfect as it was without them. They were one of the best decisions we made and I’m so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding so special. -

Before joining the Tilly & Teal (T+T) family, I was feeling overwhelmed by the countless decisions, timelines, and unexpected changes that come with planning a wedding. I worried that I wouldn’t be able to manage it all, especially as stressful curveballs began to pop up—including unexpected changes to our guest headcount in the week leading up to the big day. Emma, our planner from T+T, stepped in with calm confidence and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She not only reassured me during these stressful moments but actively found thoughtful solutions that made the transitions feel seamless (handling communications with DJ, caterer, etc to keep everyone in the loop). Emma kept everything moving forward and made sure no detail was overlooked, giving me the peace of mind I didn’t think was possible during wedding planning.
What truly blew me away was T+T’s unwavering dedication—Emma braved severe weather to be at our rehearsal dinner, ensuring everything ran smoothly even as the elements worked against us. She was extremely patient even as we ran behind schedule. Her presence throughout the entire weekend brought so much comfort, and I genuinely felt like I had a true partner by my side. On the wedding day itself, my favorite part was finally stepping into the ceremony space and seeing how beautifully everything had come together—exactly as I had envisioned, if not better. Thanks to Emma and the T+T team, I was able to be fully present, soaking in every joyful moment with zero stress (especially at the end of the night, when they helped pack all our decor, leftover food and alcohol, and personal belongings so we didn’t have to worry about leaving something behind). My wedding was the most magical, best, most PERFECT day of my life and it would not have turned out that way if it were not for the Tilly and Teal team. Katie made my dreams come true and was so helpful through every step of the way. When I first started booking vendors/planning, I had absolutely not idea what I was doing. Katie was so helpful with her monthly calls to make everything digestible and helped my husband and I take everything one step at a time. There were so many details and aspects of planning a wedding that I would never have thought of if it weren't for the team's guidance and support. They value their clients' wishes and go above and beyond to make sure their couples are getting everything they want on their big day! Before joining the Tilly & Teal family, I was just beginning to plan my wedding and felt overwhelmed by the long list of tasks. With many of our vendors still undecided and no prior wedding planning experience from friends or family, I wasn’t sure where to start or what to prioritize.
We knew with all of the tasks we would need help from a planner/coordinator, and that’s when we found Tilly & Teal! From our very first call, it was clear that Emma was experienced, friendly, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond the tasks of a typical coordinator. Emma scheduled monthly calls to keep us on track and shared many fantastic ideas that we incorporated into our wedding day. She was very approachable and organized. T+T also introduced us to an online planning platform that was very useful throughout the process. This tool helped us manage guest lists, payments, tasks, ideas, and more while keeping everything organized and streamlined. Having someone to check-in with that was experienced in the planning process was a huge relief. To avoid feeling overwhelmed by everything at once, Emma helped to break down the to-do list and gave monthly “homework” which helped us to stay on track. This really helped the entire planning process to feel manageable.
On our wedding day, Emma and her assistant Reena were amazing. They managed the setup, cleanup, and organization of our day, ensuring we stuck to our timeline and everything was in its right place. They were crucial in bringing our vision to life. When the weather unexpectedly changed, Emma and Reena kept us calm and were transparent about the potential rain plan. Thanks to their efforts, everything went perfectly, and we truly appreciated Emma’s dedication to making our outdoor ceremony happen.
Our favorite moment of our wedding day was the ceremony. Thanks to a few of Emma’s wonderful recommendations, our officiant and DJ were the perfect fit. From the music and mics at the ceremony to the beautiful setup and wording, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful ceremony. Reciting our vows to one another and standing together in front of all of our close friends and family was a beautiful memory we will cherish forever.

Katie and her team are the most genuine and sincere people you will ever meet! We were worried about finding a wedding planner that meshed with our personalities and understood the complexities of meshing very different two cultures into one wedding. Katie understood the assignment! Katie was our main planner and Reina helped out the day of and she was AMAZING!! We had just met Reina the day of the wedding and I felt like we knew her for years! We trusted her instantly and she stood up for our wants and needs. Katie stood up for our wants and needs as well throughout the whole planning process. We dealt with some difficult vendors with some major communication issues and she was exactly what we needed to navigate that situation. Even after wedding day when one vendor didn’t pull through as promised, Katie talked to them and got us a full refund. All in all, Tilly and Teal is who you should trust! They are very reasonably priced and have way more attention to detail and make the planning process so so easy! Besides getting married and adopting our dogs, Katie is literally the best thing to happen to us. After getting engaged my husband and I started looking up venues and vendors right away. We soon realized we had no clue what questions we should be asking, what things to consider, if something was priced fairly, what budget we should anticipate for our wedding day vision, etc. Ultimately, we were overwhelmed, and we were debating throwing in the towel and eloping at a courthouse UNTIL I asked for planner recommendations on a Facebook wedding group. Katie herself commented and asked to be considered. After peeking at her site and liking her style, I scheduled a call with her. From the very beginning we connected with her instantly. It felt like we had a friend by our side who just happened to be a wedding planning guru and knew how to expertly navigate the wedding industry to help us create our dream wedding day. From scheduling and attending our venue visits to saving the day and finding the wedding rings on the morning of (our bad for losing them), Katie was by our side through it all. We told Katie we wanted our wedding to not only be beautiful, but super fun for our guests and it was that and more. Our guests still tell us how our wedding was the most gorgeous and fun wedding they had ever attended. It truly surpassed our wildest dreams. Towards the end Katie 100% knew more about our wedding and the logistics behind it than I did, which was AMAZING. I trusted her completely and all that was left for my husband and I to do was show up, get dressed, and married. Everything she did was with intention and sentiment. An example of this is when she surprised us with custom napkins with our dogs faces on them (now framed in our house!). If you are debating between which planner to hire or if you need one at all please just give T&T a call and you’ll never look back –We gained more than a wedding planning team, they were everything to us throughout the 2 years leading up to our wedding. OMG! Katie and Jackie were absolutely amazing they made our day come to life in every way possible. My husband was skeptical on getting a wedding planner in the beginning of our planning stages but at the end of the day he said that was the best decision we could have made. The T&T team made us feel like family. They answered every question possible they took away any worry that we had they made this process absolutely amazing.
Being my first wedding, I felt very overwhelmed, and under educated with the whole wedding process. Katie and Jackie absolutely took away that where are you? They became my go to for everything. In the moments that my anxiety were high they took that all the way once we had a call and walked me through talk to me through everything.
If you are debating on investing in a wedding planner or not, my answer would be invest you will not regret it one day!
I want to thank Katie, Jackie and Abby for organizing, an amazing day for myself and my husband, and being patient and absolutely genuine throughout our wedding journey!

My daughter and I would highly recommend Tilly and Teal to create your wedding vision. I was looking for a day of coordinator but after talking with Katie, I immediately knew that I would need more help since my daughter lived out of the state, and we were clueless about maneuvering the wedding maze! Katie and Emma met with us to discuss ideas, monitor budgets, and keep us on a timeline throughout the year. Their wealth of knowledge assisted us in securing excellent, reliable vendors and other invaluable advice. They responded to questions quickly to calm a very anxious mother of the bride. It is apparent that Katie and Emma have the patience of saints!! On the day of the wedding, the weather was sunny and hot after a week of doom and gloom weather predictions. WOW! Talk about incredible service. Tilly + Teal couldn't have been better. Katie was there for us every single step of the way, and made herself available for anything and everything. If we had any questions or concerns about the planning process of our wedding, not only did she listen to us, but she provided multiple solutions to find the perfect answer. Our favorite part of the day was our ceremony. At the beginning of planning, Katie asked us what we wanted guests to think of our day, and we said "an adorable demonstration of two people in love" and she delivered. She helped us plan our ceremony to be just that, as well as helped us find small details to make our day perfect. If you aren't using Tilly + Teal, you're doing the planning process wrong. -

Don’t think, just hire Katie. Katie is an absolute pleasure to work with. I put my trust in her being an out of state bride & let me just tell you - the reviews don’t do her company justice. I like to pride myself on being organized and it was a little hard to let the reigns go, but having her taking care of every little thing on my wedding day made it so easy to sit back and relax. The best part about Tilly & Teal is Katie and how fun she is to be around. Despite her doing multiple things at once she always made me feel special. Where do I even begin? Hiring Katie was the best decision we made for our wedding hands down. One of the most affordable options I found as well! I chose to hire a full service planner because I lived across the country from where we were getting married. My caterer actually suggested Tilly & Teal to me & I’m SO happy she did. This company is much more than just a planning service! I had so many calls with Katie where we went long past our scheduled time & she just asked me about my mental state in regards to the wedding, work, family, etc. There are many factors that go into planning a wedding & Katie checked in on ALL of them. As a full service client, we worked together from Oct. 2021-June 2022 & now that we’re married I’m considering booking a call with her just to catch up because I miss talking to her every day 😂 The T&T team went above & beyond for us. They got our money back from our flop shuttle service, worked day of with only 2 team members (Katie & Angel) after 1 couldn’t come & they still killed it like they were a team of 3! They even surprised us with the photo booth of our dreams at our reception that we didn’t have the budget for! I can’t even summarize everything amazing they did in one post! JUST HIRE THEM! We hired Katie for full-service planning for our April 2022 wedding. I could not be more thankful that we found and hired her.
Our central focus in planning our wedding was guest experience--trying to make it easy and fun for the folks who had to travel far away. We work intense jobs and so lack the capacity, talent, and patience to deal with the millions of (stressful) details that go into pulling off such an event, design-wise and logistically.
I interviewed several different wedding planners but knew straight-off that Katie was perfect. For us, she was the calming best friend that made everything seem manageable and easy, which was what we needed. Behind the scenes, she was on top of absolutely everything. She created the whole design for the wedding based on our input; managed all the vendors; made sure every little detail was considered and planned out ahead of time; and then ran the wedding day like a well-oiled machine. She was a calming presence throughout the day, while keeping everyone on schedule.
I am not aware of a single thing that went wrong on the day; if there was anything, it was handled. The design Katie created was exactly what we wanted but could never have achieved on our own.

Hiring Katie with Tilly and Teal was by far the best decision we made for our wedding day. When I think back to our day I am so grateful to be able to say that we truly were able to enjoy the whole day.
Katie and her team worked tirelessly to ensure our day was seamless from start to finish between out vendor team, guest experience and timeline. Katie goes above and beyond to get to know her couples and their vision through the planning process with monthly touch points, if you would like them, which allowed me, as a type A, control freak, to hand over the reigns on wedding day knowing she would execute our wedding day to exceed our expectations.
I am so incredibly grateful to have had Katie as part of my team throughout the wedding planning process - from navigating multiple postponements due to COVID to timeline/floor plan creation and managing day-of problems/drama - Katie was transparent and honest through it all.

It was my wife and I’s destiny to be a Tilly + Teal bride and groom.
3 months before our wedding, our former day of coordinator reached out to my wife, to let her know, due to health reasons, she was voiding all contracts and giving refunds to all of her clients.
As you can imagine, my wife was distraught after hearing this. What were we doing to do for a coordinator just 3 months till our wedding? The optimism side of me knew something would come together for us. I didn’t know something perfect would come our way though.
Within days of our coordinator’s termination of our contract, we were recommended Tilly + Teal by multiple people we knew. A few days after that, we were now in contract with T+T.
We had the pleasure of beginning our relationship with them through their incredible leader Katie. A woman you want in charge of your big day. Katie worked so well with us leading up to our wedding day. Setting up virtual consultations, creating an Aisle Planner page for us (VERY IMPORTANT & TOTALLY RECOMMEND), and just being available to answer any questions.
Katie has great guides provided on aisle planner to help couple’s make decisions about things. She has everything organized, she just needs you to put in your information to allow for things to be complete.
T+T is a great company with strong women with great leadership. We had the pleasure of Rina and Angel being our day of coordinators.
The reason I used the word perfect earlier is because there wasn’t one thing any of these 3 ladies did, that wasn’t perfect. They all gave us the information we needed, organized timelines, were in the right places at the right times, and executed our wedding day perfectly.
I watched Rina effortlessly be in control of our wedding day, offer support to both my wife and I, become covered in white dust & flowers after running through the rain to move an outdoor location to an indoor location for our ceremony, 15 minutes before it was supposed to start. (Rain is good luck on wedding day I was told :)
On a day that celebrates love, you want people who love what they do representing you. Tilly + Teal are those ladies. They love you, they love what they do, and they love to make your day perfect.

Katie was great to work with, very responsive and flexible. She helped us reschedule our wedding through covid and put in a lot of extra time to make sure that we had everything we wanted without charging is extra! -

When my daughter’s original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic, we found out her planner wouldn’t be available for the new date. We were heartbroken, but then she recommended Tilly + Teal. We had doubts that anyone could take the place of our original planner, but Katie met that challenge and was FANTASTIC!
I really don’t know how we could have done it without her. She had all the details ironed out…things I never would have even thought of! She was always there to answer our dumbest questions with a smile, she worked great with all of our vendors, she wasn’t obtrusive on the wedding day but kept everything flowing so smoothly. I can honestly say that we didn’t run into one little hitch, and it was all due to her and her fantastic team.
If you don’t think you need a planner (which I didn’t at first; we only hired one because our venue required it), think again! The money we paid was so well worth it…as MOB, I was able to sit back and enjoy the day without even thinking or worrying about anything. And with Katie and her team, it was a positively perfect event! -

Katie made my day seamless and magical. In the days leading up to the wedding, she made sure I was on top of things. On my rehearsal night and the day of my wedding, she took all of the stress off my shoulders. Everyone could tell that she truly cared about my wedding, and that it was not just a job for her. I knew from our first phone conversation that Katie was the girl I needed on my team to help me finish putting all the details together. She is extremely organized and flexible. Katie didn’t personally know our venue so she took time to go, meet the staff and see the space. I can’t not say enough about Katie and her assistant Maddie! She brings a very calming presence to what could very easily be a very stressful time. She also gracefully handle a rowdy bunch of groomsmen. We can say with very little exaggeration that Katie saved our wedding. Events conspired to make all aspects of wedding planning exceedingly difficult for us, and Katie went above and beyond to make things happen. She was there whenever we needed her and handled everything incredibly professionally. Days before the wedding itself, family issues threw the possibility of even holding a ceremony into doubt. Katie was there for us as a professional and as a friend to marshal vendors, keep things moving, and ensure that the wedding happened as planned. All throughout she was in touch with us at every step, reacting to new developments and adapting as necessary. She had even managed to schedule our vendor team for an emergency ceremony two days before the wedding. I have to admit that we debated for a while about hiring a coordinator - one more thing to budget for on an already expensive day - but I am so glad that we went for it and that we picked Tilly + Teal. Every time we had a phone call or a meeting with Katie, I came out of it feeling 10x calmer and more confident than I had been going into it. She listened to everything we were aiming for and made it all come together. On the day of, I didn’t have to worry about anything logistical because she had it all under control. I didn’t have to think about whether vendors were arriving on time or whether the reception was set up. We had to move the ceremony location at the last minute because the original spot was too muddy, and the only thing I had to do was give the OK. The hem of my dress got muddy during pictures and Katie spent probably 10 minutes scrubbing it white again, and also fixing my broken bustle before I even realized there was a problem with it. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and positivity, Katie! Colin and I are delighted that you were such a big part of our special day! -

Katie and Rina made our wedding day go PERFECTLY! I have to admit that Katie and I got off to a slightly rocky start, when there was a delay in getting our design board on time. Katie listened to me, acknowledged my concerns and outlined what she'd do going forward - she understood how stressful planning was for me and did everything to erase that with her professionalism and kindness. I was totally calm on my wedding day and was able to truly enjoy it because I knew she and her team had everything covered, from delivery and timelines to transportation and even walking our dog (thanks Rina!) As with countless other brides, COVID forced us to reschedule our wedding. I had previously planned everything myself but as I looked at all of my plans, I realize that I had forgotten quite a few things. I realized doing everything myself would have been very stressful. I reached out to a few day-of wedding coordinators to make sure that when our day finally came nothing would be forgotten. While speaking with Katie Baynard, owner of Tilly and Teal Weddings and Events, I instantly felt like she understood my vision and cared deeply about this next phase of my life. Katie was reassuring and attentive throughout the uncertainty of venues reopening and capacity changes. Even amidst the stress that wedding coordinators were going through themselves, Katie was worried about her brides. When my wood florist cancelled on me two weeks before my wedding, T&T was there within minutes with a solution. They helped me book a new florist for the same price and coordinated the delivery. T&T worked well with all of my vendors. My wedding was everything I could have hoped for and no stress involved. Some of favorite memories of the evening are moments curated by T&T, like our moments alone before the reception, private preview of the completed space, and private last dance. Having people like T&T that care just as much about your vision as you is invaluable! -
Erin Sent on 12/07/2017I knew my wedding would be very stressful, so after a lot of convincing and calling in back up from friends who recently married, I convinced my fiancé (now husband) to spend the time and money on a Wedding Coordinator. Spoiler alert: He's a total convert and thinks it was worth every dollar, plus more. Katie was amazing. She kept us on track during planning, brought our attention to items we had overlooked, and kept things running smoothly. We had a lot of moving pieces, and Katie got everyone on the same page and working together. One of our vendors in particular was difficult to coordinate with but Katie managed. It was such a relief to know - Hey, Katie has this handled. During my wedding day, I had absolutely nothing to worry about, because it was already being taken care of. I would also like to point out that Katie not only was a talented and organized planner/coordinator, her enthusiasm and optimism were fresh air to a tired bride-to-be. Many times, I'd approach a task or meeting for the wedding feeling very flat about it, but after working with Katie on whatever issue, I'd find my joy and happiness again.
