  Fantastic Day-Of Coordinator

  Tanya from "This Is The Day" was a fabulous day-of coordinator for our wedding this past August. She had wonderful recommendations for vendors, great advice while we were planning and most importantly, our big day went off without a hitch and as stress-free as possible due in large part to her. She was super familiar with our venue, Akwaaba Mansion, which made things so much easier for us, both prior to and during the wedding. I'm not sure how we would have managed without her, especially during our rehearsal and day-of timeline. Our first run-through was laughable, but she got us all well-practiced and ready for prime time. Her joyful energy was infectious and we always felt comfortable and well taken care of when reaching out with our multitude of questions. We highly recommend This Is The Day, and look forward to having another event to work with her in the future!

  Stylish sophistication and organization!

  We technically hired This Is The Day as the "day-of" coordinator for our wedding in Westchester County, NY but they provided so much more and the process, of course, starts months before the wedding day.
  
  Simply put, Tanya has IMPECCABLE taste and can bring flair, sophistication and most importantly, peace of mind to any event. She helped us plan and manage an amazing wedding shower in record time, casting a wonderful vision to turn our background into a beautiful garden oasis (when people saw the photos they thought that was the wedding), as well as a rehearsal luncheon, and a pre-wedding gathering. For our wonderful wedding, she provided us with patient and expert guidance on everything from decor to etiquette, created a master timeline, ran the ceremony components with ease, communicated with our vendors, and was the thread that connected all the parts to ensure an exceptionally smooth and stress-free day for our family. Tanya has such a warm spirit and exudes a confidence that lets you know everything will be managed well. I can't thank her enough for making our dreams come true!

  Michelle and her team planned and executed my 25th Birthday Party , the service was outstanding . I came to her with a budget and she was able to guide me in the right direction and get the most out of my expenses .   This spectacular holiday concert at The Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse at Lincoln Center would not have been nearly as magical without This Is The Day event planning. From day one through the completion of the event, Michelle brought enthusiasm, creativity, and a mountain of faith that this dream would come to life in the most incredible way! Throughout the planning process, Michelle proved over and over to be detail oriented, thoughtful, cost conscious, and always, always puts the interest of her clients first. For me and the events I am working on, This is The Day is the first and only choice for event planning.

  Tanya was by far a heaven sent for my husband and I! Her keen attention to detail and ability to turn our vision in to a reality helped to make my wedding day that much smoother. Even if you have an idea of what you'd want your wedding to look like but not exactly sure how to make it come alive, Tanya will amaze you with her visionary abilities. She managed to give us quality and beauty and at such an affordable cost! You will not be disappointed with This is The Day Services!

  This is the day provided a host of services for my Pop- Up Shop experience in March 2015. The goal was to provide a warm, beautiful and full service luxury retail space for the day. Tanya provided large floral arrangements, which were place through out the the multi level set up. A full set up for champagne and cucumber water including stemware. She also provided her styling expertise for a spectacular accessory display set up. Tanya took careful care to hear my vision out and went above and beyond to contribute to the success of the well attended Pop- Up event....she was also in on a little surprise ! Without my knowledge my husband had her transform the space into my 40th birthday dinner immediately after the shopping experience. This event led to working with Tanya at This Is The Day on several additional special projects! For attention to detail, impeccable taste, a true heart for service and quality; look no further!!!
