The White Room is the best venue in northeast Florida! We toured several other venues and nothing quite compares. Location, price, and experience is unmatched. Destiny was the absolute best coordinator! We had the pleasure of working with her from booking all the way until the end of our wedding night. She was there every step of the way and answered every question promptly and with professionalism. She assisted us with each choice and made sure everything was perfect.
As the bride I did not worry about a single detail on our wedding day. She truly has a gift. I can not imagine a better venue or experience.
Our guests have not stopped boasting about the night. hope I can attend an event at the White Room in the future!

The team was awesome through the entire planning phase. Provided tons of information regarding menu selection and answered all our questions. Giselle worked with us to ensure we had the perfect menu prior to the event. During the event everything was super smooth and worry free for the brides! I don't plan on getting married a 2nd time but if I did I would want to do it here.

10/10 would recommend The White Room for your wedding or next corporate event! We had our wedding in September and we could not have asked for a better venue!

The White Room is a stunning wedding venue with an exceptional staff. We had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and reception in the Grand Ballroom and both spaces were perfect for what we wanted. Our vision for our wedding was executed perfectly. Rebeccah was very helpful during the planning process and a joy to work with. Everyone working on the day of our wedding were all great as well.

We had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and reception in the Loft and Rooftop and it was perfect! Rebeccah was awesome to work with and great at answering all of our questions throughout the planning process. Rebeccah and Alan did an amazing job making sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire night, ensuring we had plenty of food and drinks which was very much appreciated. The staff and bartenders did a great job, they really are a well-oiled machine. The whole night was seamless and stress free, the food and drinks were great, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and we had the best time. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and wedding day experience!

1000/10 would recommend The White Room!!! The venue is stunning, the food and drinks were amazing, and the staff was an absolute dream (shoutout to Sarah and Alan for coordinating the perfect day!!). Where do I even begin!! The White Room was everything I could ever want and dream for my wedding. From the location, beautiful interior, AMAZING catering, great bartenders and bar and all around the vibe they provided my wedding. Meghan was my coordinator, words can't express how grateful I am that I had Meghan. She was FANTASTIC!! Answered all my crazy emails, listened to me vent over catering decisions, floorplans, guest list. She made me laugh and held my hand the entire journey. The sweetest, professional and amazing person you want to work with on your wedding. I can't say enough about her. The day of the wedding I had Alan as well who was AMAZING. He was so attentive to me and my husband, making sure we didn't need anything, taking care of our entire wedding party, Alan was PERFECT. I can't say enough about this venue other than its the perfect place, with the perfect staff, and the perfect venue for everyone's wedding. I wish I could relive the day over and over again because it was just that perfect. Wedding planning is beyond stressful, expensive and all around overwhelming but Meghan, Alan and everyone at The White Room made our day sooo perfect. Our wedding was over a month ago already and we are still getting compliments from our family and friends of how perfect everything was, how great the food was, the bartenders etc. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the White Room! I’ll start with the entire waitstaff. The staff was phenomenal! My husband and I both manage restaurants, and most guests were in the hospitality industry so when it comes to service, we look at the small details. This staff crushed it!!! Every single staff member was beyond friendly! Guests were coming up to us and complimenting us on how detailed orientated the staff was (even though we had nothing to do with them). Small things like removing the salt and pepper shakers after dinner service was done and cleaning up small crumbs were all appreciated and certainly noticed. The bartenders were quick to serve and were very friendly! Everyone worked very hard that evening and it showed. Thank you to every single staff member that made our evening flawless!
Rebeccah was our event manager and she was on point with everything. From all the back and forth emails to the rehearsal to the day of, she was on top of it. She was very responsive during the planning process and did the best she could to accommodate all of our needs. We planned for a ceremony in the Villa Blanca and the reception to be in the loft/rooftop. The day of the wedding it was torrential downpouring so the decision was made to move the reception into the Grand Ballroom. Although it was not what we originally wanted, I believe it was the best move for our group. All of this happened because of Rebeccah’s recommendation. Rebeccah did an amazing job making sure the rehearsal, ceremony, my husband and I, and other big picture items were taken care of. Thank you, Rebeccah for all of your hard work!
Then it came to Allan. Allan was a godsend! He was our day of coordinator and let me tell you, he and Rebeccah are the perfect dynamic duo! All of the small things he did for us and our parents put this experience over the top. From the guidance he provided, to all the drinks and even bringing us out tea, his level of service was exceptional and everyone seemed to take note. He was so helpful and friendly throughout the reception. Any questions, any needs, anything we could possibly desire, he was right there for all of it. He made sure we stayed on track with the timeline without being bothersome or overbearing. Every time I needed something or had a question he was one step ahead of me. Being I’m also an event planner, it’s rather hard to stay ahead of me but Allan pulled it off flawlessly. Thank you, Allan!
Overall I would absolutely recommend The White Room to any couple. Besides the stunning venues, exceptional customer service, the food was out of this world. It takes a lot for me and my family to be impressed by food (we’re definitely snobs) and we absolutely were. We chose to do stations and they did not disappoint. The Farmers Market Station and Seafood Station along with passed apps made for the perfect amount of food during cocktail hour. Everyone seemed to enjoy everything! For dinner, we continued the station theme and it was perfect for our group. Everyone’s food was served hot and the Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. There was not a single thing that I would change about the food. We received sooooo many compliments about the food. People would not stop talking about the cookie station! That's one thing that almost everyone said to us after the wedding was how amazing the cookies were. Guests loved them so much they were putting cookies in their pockets on the way out the door!
If you are looking for a beautiful venue with overly friendly staff and amazing food this is the place you want to host your wedding. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their hard work. You can tell everyone here loves what they do and it shows in the setup and the quality of the food. Thank you White Room for making my wedding simply amazing!

We got married at The White Room 1/23/22 on the rooftop (dinner in the loft) and WOW just what a wonderful day. Guests kept complimenting on how beautiful the venue was, how great the food tasted, and just how much of a great time they had. They made the planning process easy. The only thing I would recommend is to schedule a private tasting. They do a quarterly tasting, but honestly I do not think it encompases everything they have availble. Also make sure you know what you want going in so you aren't surprised by any upcharges ( but that is just a general tip for all venues). Thank you so much to the team at the white room for making our day a day we will never forget!

The White Room wedding venue is a DREAM!!!! We could not have imagined a more perfect venue to celebrate our special day. Rebeccah and her team were incredible and helped so much to make sure our day went as smooth as possible! Thank you to everyone who helped!

Where do I even begin?! First of all, 5 stars isn't enough because the entire staff at The White Room went above and beyond from start to finish!! We cannot even thank you all enough for making our day complete PERFECTION!! We especially want to thank Rebeccah & Reese for making all of our dreams become a reality. Rebeccah was there to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. She was so patient with us and always so accommodating. We still have people talking about our wedding and how much fun they had, how delicious the food was and how breathtaking the views were from the rooftop. We could not have pulled any of this off without Rebeccah, Reese, the servers and bartenders. You all did an AMAZING job!! THANK YOU!!

The White Room was absolute perfection. From touring to booking and planning they were so professional and so friendly and helpful every step of the way. The venue was gorgeous. We chose to have our reception in the Grand Ballroom. The views and the room itself were perfect. Meghan and Reese were so amazing. Reese was so accommodating the entire night. All of the little things to make sure we felt special and pampered and our guests were treated perfectly. So many wonderful things to say about this venue but I’ll end by saying this: BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!!

I am beyond happy that I happened upon The White Room in my wedding venue hunt. Selecting a venue that includes catering, bartending, tables, chairs, linens, and so much more makes all the difference in the world to me. While that does come with a price, it was all worth it.

We had booked the loft/rooftop space for both our wedding ceremony and reception, and when the rain clouds came in, the White Room staff was quick to set up backup plans inside, which turned out even more beautiful than I think it would've been. The food- both the taste and the visual spread- was wonderful. I've had so many guests compliment the food and the space. I totally recommend action stations for your food!

All of the coordinators that I worked with and communicated with were so kind, responsive, and great at what they do. Special shout outs to Meghan, Rebeccah, and Reese!

This review is about a year past due, but I figured better late than never! I knew this venue was the one as soon as I saw pictures of their loft, and the staff at the White Room did not disappoint! We were pretty clueless about the planning process, but Erin made everything super easy and stress-free. We booked the rooftop & loft for our ceremony & reception and the view was GORGEOUS! The photos came out amazing because every single inch of the venue is beautiful. Food was amazing, and the staff provided excellent service for all of our guests. If anything went wrong that night, I never knew about it! I was beyond happy with The White Room and would absolutely recommend them :)

The White Room truly exceeded all of our expectations for our big day! From the moment we walked into the venue a year and a half ago to have our first meeting with Meghan, we knew this is exactly where we wanted to get married. The communication during the planning process was incredible and made us feel so much more confident considering we were planning during a pandemic and we did not live in St. Augustine. We were lucky enough to have worked with 3 excellent coordinators during our planning process. Meghan was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable during the initial planning process, she helped us out when we had no idea what was going to happen and for that we are so thankful! We then had Kelsi and Reese as our day of coordinators. I can honestly say they made our day of perfect. Kelsi was great at getting everything excellent for the ceremony, she was so sweet to answer all of my thousands of questions I had leading up to the big day and we have nothing but nice things to say about her professionalism and kindness to our family and friends during the rehearsal and ceremony. Reese took over for our reception and that lady is on top of everything! We never had to worry about a thing, even when a little rain happen she kept her cool and made us feel like nothing bad could ruin anything, and it didn't! And may I mention that the food was INCREDIBLE, nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests and we personally loved every single course, especially the grilled cheese! :) I can honestly say this was the best day of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of our coordinating team, the incredible staff that worked our event, and the venue itself. You all are the real deal and I will highly recommend anyone to you!

I can’t say enough good things about The White Room! I was first drawn in by the beautiful photos and reviews but once I saw the venue in person and met Meghan and the rest of the staff I knew this was the venue I wanted to get married at! They were so incredibly responsive and supportive during the entire planning process. The day of the wedding they handled everything and we had the most relaxing day! The Villa Blanca was the perfect ceremony space and the rooftop with the string lights provided a dreamy backdrop for our reception! The food was AMAZING and they did a great job accommodating food allergies and dietary restrictions for several guests, including the groom. They made sure the groom and I ate that night, including appetizers which we missed while taking pictures, which was much appreciated! It was hands down the best wedding food we’ve ever had. All of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and professional. As others have said, The White Room knows what they are doing with weddings! They provide so many things (chairs, tables, dinnerware, catering, etc) which helps reduce the number of other vendors needed which significant reduces wedding planning stress! If you are considering The White Room I highly recommend them!! You won’t regret it! Highly recommend the White Room. It is utterly impossible to meet Carmen and not have a wonderful experience at The White Room. First off The White Room has an incredible mix of designers that cover a wide range of styles. I found some of the other bridal shops lean into one style more than another, I.g. Boho or modern. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted I end up needing to try on different styles to really know. The White room was great at really listening to me but also pushing me a little to try things I wasn’t initially sure on. Secondly, Carmen, the owner of The White Room is amazing! She is often out on the floor helping brides or there to check you in when you arrive. Her genuine bubbly and spunky personality makes you feel like she’s a life long friend helping you out! Her and her teams level of service is superior and comforting. During my bridal appointment my sister snagged her veil (my something borrowed) on the zipper of the garment bag as she was taking it out for me to try on. Carmen took a quick look, told us not to worry and that she would mend it herself. Weddings can be wonderful but also stressful at times, The White Room will put you at ease during the entire dress process. You are sure to leave feeling beautiful, excited, and relieved to be in great hands.

The White Room was the perfect location for us to have our wedding. The loft and rooftop served as the perfect spot to dance and have our ceremony. The downtown St. Augustine aesthetics made our photography and videos turn out so beautiful. The food and drink was excellent—and Erin our coordinator was epic. As soon as we were off the Elevator waiting to be introduced there were servers with food and drink to serve us before our first dance.

We were able to hold our wedding at the White Room Rooftop & Loft on 3/16/2020. Honestly it was everything we ever dreamed of. We wanted a romantic and historical venue in St. Augustine, and we got it and so much more. The White Room knows how to do weddings, and everything was taken care of – we didn’t have to worry about anything! We were really able to enjoy our day. Planning and communication were super easy in the year leading up to our wedding. If you are looking for a venue in St. Augustine, you really can’t go wrong with the White Room. From planning, to service and staff, to the food and much more, the White Room was worth it.

Could not have dreamed of a better wedding thanks to The White Room. Meghan and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I didn’t have to stress any detail involving my wedding day and made the whole planning process seamless. My husband and I felt like royalty on the day of our wedding and all our guests commented on well the venue staff treated everyone and made sure everything worked out perfectly. I can not even count how many times I was told by guests who attended the wedding how it was the best food, bartenders, and service they had ever received at a wedding. The villa blanca was the perfect atmosphere for our intimate ceremony, Meghan suggested we have a Prosecco pop greeter upon guest arrival and everyone LOVED it. The rooftop had the prettiest sunset views over the bay front for cocktail hour (would highly recommend the seafood station it’s AMAZING) The grande ballroom is where we held our reception and it could not have been a better atmosphere for our crazy crowd. This venue is seriously a dream and I have nothing but great things to say. Also have nothing but great things to say about Meghan and the white room staff they are literal angels. The white room helped make our wedding day truly the best day ever and I can not recommend them enough.

If you are looking for a romantic fairytale wedding, then this venue is the perfect fit for you! They provide exceptional service and truly make every guest feel welcomed and relaxed! Overall, this venue was amazing and you’ll love everything about it!

All we can say is WOW! The White Room was the perfect place to have our wedding and we are so glad that we decided on this venue. The staff were so very attentive from the moment we came for our first tour of the property until days after our event. Meghan and Erin were just fabulous to work with here! Erin was our wedding planner and from the calls we were able to have with her to plan everything out, the rehearsal the day before our ceremony, and the day of everything went beyond perfect. The staff was so attentive, always making sure we were taken care of as well as our family members as well. Nothing was forgotten and the night ran like a well oiled machine. The food was amazing and we were just so sad the night couldn't last forever. We are forever grateful for the people at The White Room and suggest this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding experience.

I think the most important thing to know is how vendors respond when something changes in the plan. My daughter’s wedding had to be postponed due to possible bad weather. The White Room was amazing at helping me reschedule everything and the wedding and reception were better than I could have imagined. Rebeccah was unbelievable! These people know what they are doing; they anticipate your needs and I was able to enjoy the entire event worry free. The staff was professional, the food was spectacular, all the vendors they recommended were super accommodating and the day went off without a hitch. I’m looking for an excuse to plan another party there.... St. Augustine is beautiful.

I really can't THANK the White Room and everyone on their staff enough for making our wedding day such a dream come true! The venue is absolutely stunning and exactly the kind of vibe my husband and I were looking for! We searched up and down the FL coast and fell in love with the Villa Blanca & the White Room!
From the moment we arrive to view the venue to the last moment of our wedding day, everyone was just SO AMAZING! To all my future brides out there: you seriously cannot go wrong with choosing the White Room and its staff!!!! I was so lucky to have Kelsi as our event manager and she is just so wonderful to work with and she was kind the entire time with my gazillion questions throughout our two-year planning process! Throughout our wedding day, the staff was constantly asking my husband and me, if we needed anything or missing anything. They were so attentive to make sure that everything was perfect! (thank you, Allen!)
At the end of the night, the assisted with the sparkler send off and the arrival of the trolley to pick up our guest (BRIDES: get the trolley! its worth it and creates such a fun experience for your guest!) and my family couldn't stop complimenting our friendly the staff was in directing them! OH and THE FOOD!?! SO YUMMY! The shrimp and grits station was SUCH a HUGE hit!

All in all, my wedding day was BEYOND PERFECT and it was all thanks to everyone in the White Room!

Our team at The White Room is the absolute best! Erin, Rebeccah, and Reece took such amazing care of us, from the point that we hired them to the last few seconds of our wedding day. They made it almost too easy for this bride who planned her own wedding in a very particular way. I can't thank them enough. Our Villa Blanca ceremony and reception was perfect -- I can't think of anything that went wrong! And OMG did they deliver on the food -- I asked for a roasted pig, and they delivered the most delicious roasted pig, with a spicy pico de gallo, and the sauce of my choice -- I mean our guests were talking about it long after our wedding day with the biggest smiles on their faces. We are so incredibly happy we chose The White Room!

The White Room is absolutely amazing! Thank you Erin and Alan! My son and daughter-in-law were married here last weekend, and the experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! Our main event coordinator Erin promptly answered all emails and calls from all of us (bride, groom, and both sets of moms) in the months before. The day before the event, they made every concession to allow us to drop off our decor whenever was most convenient for us, since we had an early rehearsal and then cocktail hour at Chatsworth Pub. And the day of the wedding, lets just say WOW! Both Erin and Alan went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and that all of us were completely at ease. The ceremony in the Villa Blanca was absolutely gorgeous, and they made sure that all of the family that had to stay and take photos after the ceremony were provided drinks and amazing appetizers. Can you say Chicken Wellington bites, TO DIE FOR! The Grand Ballroom was all you could have dreamed, and the staff continued to go above and beyond, quick and friendly. All of the food was the talk of the town, and the "late night" burger sliders and fries were a great touch. The sparkler send off went off without a hitch, and was the perfect ending. All of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and the bride said it was the most magical night of her life! Couldn't have gone better!

Our wedding at the White Room was flawless. We had our ceremony on the rooftop and reception in the loft. The space is so incredibly beautiful that very minimal decorating had to be done to make it look just right, and the building is equipped with ramps, lifts and elevators to make it accessible for everyone. Our event manager was Erin, and she was AMAZING. She was easy to communicate with, all of her responses throughout planning were prompt and thorough, and she was proactive about providing us with ideas and information to make the event go smoothly. The food was incredible, and the vendor coordination the White Room provided made our wedding day effortless for us. We still haven't stopped getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. We felt the White Room was worth every penny. Not a single complaint.

We had a dream wedding at The White Room. Kelsie was our coordinator, she always kept me up to date, made sure I had every detail taken care of and everything was done on time. For the wedding day, Allen and his staff blew us away, there was not a detail missed from the songs and dances I forgot to plan for, to teaching us the best way to cut a cake and making sure we had time to eat and enjoy every step of our special day. Allen and his staff are why our wedding was magical, nothing was missed and everyone enjoyed the amazing food, their service and just pure care for us, Allen treated us like his own family, thank you all so much!

We are so happy we picked the White Room for our wedding. It was the most seamless process and they were so nice. We live about 5 hrs from the venue (mini destination wedding) and we had no trouble with communication. They take care of things so you don’t have to and always get back to you in a timely manner. Erin was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! But really the whole team rocks. The food is amazing, everyone was dancing and had a great time, I never felt stressed on the wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We had our wedding at The White Room in the Villa Blanca. Not only is this the most beautiful wedding venue that we've ever seen, it was also the most flawless experience we've ever had. We worked with Erin for our ceremony coordination and with Alan for our reception. We cannot speak highly enough of these two individuals! They made everything about our big day absolutely perfect. They didn't miss a beat and made everything we wanted to happen, happen. The staff at this venue knows weddings inside and out and operates like a well-oiled machine. I recommend the White Room to anyone and everyone. The venue can be transformed to fit any theme you want. We chose to keep with the simplicity of the venue (we chose Villa Blanca) by doing lots of greenery and sticking to white flowers with wood accents (without making it too rustic). From beginning to end the whole team at the White Room were on top of their game, extremely accommodating and very clear about everything. I probably emailed their staff 100 times over the 4 months of planning our wedding, and even though I felt I was getting annoying they were always quick to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything thoroughly. The food & drinks were great, and of course, the venue is BEAUTIFUL. Our wedding day was truly perfect and I owe it all to the White Room and their AMAZING staff!

The White Room and their AMAZING staff made every single wedding dream we had come true. From the moment we toured The Villa Blanca and Grand Ballroom we fell in love. What sealed the deal for us however, was how organized, knowledgeable, and friendly the staff was...we knew we would be in good hands. The minute I walked into the Villa Blanca at The White Room for our tour, I knew this would be the place I would marry my husband. The White Room was an absolute dream come true for our wedding on 2/17/18. From planning to having the most PERFECT wedding day I could ever dream of, everything from start to finish was amazing. I want to particularly than Meghan and Kelsi with The White Room who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca which was absolutely stunning. The bridal and grooms suite is such a gorgeous and generous touch. The reception in the Grand Ballroom was unbelievable. Kelsi and Meghan were so accommodating with all of my emails, phone calls, and requests. I don't see them as planners but friends - and because of them my wedding day was PERFECT. Booking The White Room for our wedding was the best decision Paul & I made. Thank you so much for giving me the wedding of my dreams! Is it too soon to have a vow renewal? Thank you so much!!!!

The white room turned out to be the best venue we could have possibly chosen. The staff was amazing. Out of this world even. The day of coordinator literally made sure everything went off without a hitch. Could not be more happy.

I don't even know where to begin in expressing our gratefulness to the White Room staff and our event coordinator, Shannon. The White Room itself is in the perfect location and it has such an elegant and comfortable feel. The food was delicious and the service was awesome! Everything was honestly perfect and would not have been made possible without Shannon. She was beyond helpful throughout the process and was so patient with us when we lagged behind. She made our night run so smoothly and is just a joy to be around. Go to the White Room, request Shannon. You will NOT regret it!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The White Room!!!!!! We got married 12/2/17 (one week ago) and every single detail was perfect. We booked with Shannon, planned with Kelsi and worked with Meghan day of. All three were unbelievably helpful and great to work with. Shannon and Kelsi really went above and beyond during the months leading up to the wedding. They were both always prompt and eased my mind when responding to emails. Megan - our Day of Coordinator - was especially great considering she was filling in due to a family emergency. She got assigned to us less than 24 hours before our wedding and still pulled off a perfect day. The moment I walked in to The White Room the morning of our wedding I was treated like a queen. The bridal party and I were immediately escorted into the Bridal Suite and were given champagne, mimosas, and a huge space to just relax leading up to the ceremony. The White Room was so helpful in making the wedding our own - we were able to include giant Jenga, corn hole, a donut station and a polaroid guestbook. Our guests have done nothing but rave about our wedding all week. The food was AMAZING, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was unbeatable. We got married on the Rooftop and had a brunch reception in the Loft. All of our out-of-town guests were just blown away with the views of the city. The one phrase we have been repeating all week has been that we would not change a single thing about our wedding day. If you are considering getting married in downtown St. Augustine The White Room should 100% be in the running.

Excellent! My husband and I got married on a Sunday, which significantly cut down on the cost of the venue. Our coordinator Meghan and the entire staff went above and beyond. We had guests tell us it was the best food they've had at a wedding. Guests were also blown away by the beautiful rooftop views and the historic loft. We are so happy we had our wedding at The White Room!

Our wedding at the white room could not be more perfect! Shannon is the absolute best coordinator! We enjoyed working with her so much, she's easy going, quick to respond, to the point, accommodating, and super friendly. She made our wedding day so perfect. We consider ourselves big "foodies" and we decided to go with their buffet option and couldn't be happier. Our guests couldn't say enough about how amazing the food was. Some highlights on our buffet were the beef tenderloin, crab cakes, butternut squash ravioli, and shrimp & grits, they were all delicious! We had so many guests tell us how pleasant and nice the staff was. We booked the Villa Blanca and the Grand Ballroom for 115 people and the space was perfect for the amount of guests we had. And the Villa Blanca is just drop dead gorgeous, the photos in that room look amazing! I could go on forever with how pleased we were with everything but seriously stop reading all these reviews and just book the White Room! They will not disappoint you!!

We had our wedding at The White Room on 08/18/2017 and it was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The White Room staff are experts. From the time we toured the venue up until the time we left the venue at the end of the night, everything ran so smoothly. If anything went wrong at any point that day, they did an awesome job handling it because my husband and I didn't notice any problems the entire time! Kelsi was our event manager and she did an amazing job! All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how the staff was so accommodating! The White Room met all of our needs and exceeded all expectations! Not to mention the food was amazing! It was the best day of our lives, thanks to The White Room! I highly recommend!

The White Room was absolutely amazing. The staff was professional, courteous, attentive and worked hard to put everything together. We had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and our reception in the Ballroom. My wife and I could not ask for a more beautiful venue. Our guests were in awe at how beautiful the place was and loved how it overlooked the water. I would highly recommend The White Room to anyone who is looking to get married in St. Augustine.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have been able to marry the love of my life at The White Room! The entire experience is one that we will never forget. Kelsi was our coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL!!! She worked so hard to make sure that everything was perfect and that me and my husband were taken care of. If there was any kind of glitch in the process, I was never made aware of it and Kelsi did such a great job making sure I had everything I needed! The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff were so accommodating! I could write an entire essay on the venue itself, but I will just say that it was the most beautiful place that I ever could've imagined! We originally had the rooftop for the ceremony and the loft for our reception, but due to rain we had to move the ceremony into the Villa Blanca. Let me just say that the ceremony was GORGEOUS and I am SO glad we were able to use that for our ceremony, especially with the humidity that day. We still got to use the rooftop for the reception/dancing and it was wonderful! The market lights and the Bridge of Lions lit up in the background really makes for a romantic spot. I could go on and on, but overall The White Room is the PERFECT place to have your dream wedding! Me and my husband couldn't be any happier!!!

Shannon is AMAZING.. I had zero worries the day of my wedding.. everything went smoothly and I trusted her completely! Our ceremony was planned to be outside and come our wedding day in June it was absolutely GORGEOUS out!!! But, it was SO hot. Shannon let us move the venue inside at the last minute, not a problem at all. She is the best and made the night and planning such a wonderful experience. And the venue is stunning, anywhere you plan to have the ceremony/reception, you will not be disappointed!

Shannon and the White Room staff really went above and beyond. I live on the other side of the state and I had zero worries that everything was going to be perfect. They responded quickly to any and all my questions. The day of the wedding they made sure everything was perfect and even supplied additional props I didn't think to bring (wedding cake stand, a welcome sign, etc) at no additional cost. I had 4 guest RSVP yes three days before the wedding and Shannon was completely understanding and allowed me to make the changes to the already submitted seating chart. Even the day after they allowed us to come at our leisure to pick up all the decorations and had everything already boxed up and on a cart for us. I could go on and on how amazing this place is and they are definitely worth the price. Thank you so much Shannon and the White Room staff!!

We had the most amazing wedding at the white room yesterday, may 21. Shannon went above and beyond to help me in a dilemma, she keeps my nerves at a minimum and kept everything going so smoothly. Beautiful venue, amazing staff, great food. We couldn't have had a more amazing day.

My husband and I decided to have a destination wedding and thought Florida would be a good option. We searched all over Florida and I found The White Room venue online. When I saw the pictures, I instantly liked it. It seemed picture perfect. I decided to fly down mid-week to visit as the venue will not accept a deposit without an in-person visit. I had never heard of St. Augustine before, but when my best friend and I arrived in the town we instantly fell in love. I felt the same way about the venue, it was everything we could have asked for and more. We had our ceremony on the rooftop and our reception in the ballroom. Shannon was our day of coordinator and made sure everything went perfect. She showed up to help at several moments before I even had the chance to realize I needed her help. We had the best time at our wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff for our special day. Thanks to Shannon and everyone at The White Room for making our day unforgettable!

DJ Footloose Entertainment, photographer Zach from Monarch Studios, Nulita of Jade Violet Wedding Florist and Arlene of Sweet Wedding Cakes, each the best!! The White Room offers a multitude of choices in meals, priced in suitable ranges, are served hot and cooked to perfection! Our guests were all extremely pleased with our food choices, as were we!! They create a beautiful flow for your day, seamlessly working behind the scenes to create memories to last a lifetime! Kelsi, our event manager, answered all our questions, addressed and anticipated every need, offered suggestions and advice for improvements, planned and organized with each vendor, took changes in stride, handled the entire day with grace and a smile on her face!! The White Room was simply the very best!! Better than we ever imagined it could be!!

I fell in love with the Villa Blanca the second I stepped foot inside and am so happy I booked it the same day. Our wedding was truly a dream come true thanks to Shannon, our amazing coordinator and the rest of the staff. Shannon went above and beyond what I thought she was going to do. Not only was she available and helpful throughout my entire planning process, but she helped bring my vision to life. On the day of our wedding, she coordinated with all of our vendors and set up all of my personal touches. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing. Once the wedding started it was flawless from start to finish. Shannon made sure the timeline was seamless, checked in with us to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted, and even brought us drinks before we walked in to our reception. She was so organized, great to be around, and made sure everything was executed to perfection. Besides how incredible Shannon was, our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and how nice and accommodating the staff were. We could not have asked for a better venue or experience - I can't recommend it highly enough!

What can I say.... This was absolutely an incredible experience. The White Room provided us with the best experience venue wise (The Villa Blanca) in addition to having an incredible Coordinator (Shannon). First, the venue was breathtaking! The pictures that you see online can not do justice of an actual in-person viewing. The way the light shines in during your ceremony lights up the whole room and shined on us during our vows (will make for some incredible pictures). Even with the venue being a split floor plan, it does not do anything to take away from the vibe. The way Shannon and her team were able to coordinate the ceremony upstairs, dinner downstairs, and dancing upstairs made it feel like there were not changes at all. Shannon was absolutely incredible with her professionalism and coordination skills! She was there for us during the whole night and went above and beyond anything we could of imagined. She made the whole night revolve around us and even brought my wife and I our first drinks to share as husband and wife! Dinner was incredible with everyone telling us how much the enjoyed the duo of fish and steak we had. Shannon even boxed us up two meals so we could take home and enjoy the next day (so we could actually enjoy our food since we were visiting with friends and family during that time). The way they set up the dance floor and the furniture upstairs for the rest of the night was perfect. They had couches, high tops, and balcony chairs for people to enjoy the setting of the Villa Blanca in-between all of the dancing. The open bar was incredible with our guests being able to order so many different drinks throughout the night. Lastly, the send off was great! The way the sparklers lined the side alley as we walked through made for such a great experience. This was a great way for us to say thank you to everyone as we passed by them before getting on our horse drawn carriage to be taken away. Thanks White Room!

The White Room is a perfect place to get married!

My husband and I booked the rooftop and loft for our wedding this past weekend, hoping the weather would be beautiful. The weather had a mind of it's own, and decided to be cold, windy, and rainy. Of course as a bride, I was pretty frantic and bummed about it, seeing that the view of the bay was one of our favorite things about our wedding spot, and the main reason for choosing it.

Our fabulous Day of Coordinator (and really throughout the whole course of the engagement), Kelsi, ensured that our wedding was still just as beautiful as it would have been on the rooftop. She came up with a backup plan and put it into action! She facilitated the whole event with ease and poise. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the rest of the staff! Kelsi kept us in line with the schedule, and gave us many tips and advice throughout the course of the night.

On a side note, I highly recommend getting the gold package. I do not know how I would have done it all without the help of Kelsi. She made everything so convenient and easy! She was with us every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns in such a timely and professional manner. She also ensured our vendors knew where to be and what to do.

On top of having such an amazing coordinator, our guests ranted and raved about the food! It was delicious.

We could not have had a better experience with The White Room and Shannon. Every question was answered in a matter of hours, and worry or concern was addressed by Shannon so come my wedding day I was stress free and excited. The food was amazing, our guests could not stop talking about the cookie bar we had. Everything was absolutely fantastic. I would have my wedding here 10 times over again if I could.

We got married at The White Room last September and everything was absolutely wonderful. We worked with Shannon throughout the planning process and she was a dream to work with. We live in Chicago, so initially I was nervous as to how I would plan a wedding from long distance, but Shannon made everything seamless. She was available to answer any questions we had, and on the day of she truly did everything in her power to make sure that we were both happy and that the day went flawless. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue and amazing team!

The White Room is a gorgeous venue and everything on our wedding day turned out beautiful! My coordinator was Shannon and she was so great to work with! She was incredibly helpful and so sweet. I got very nervous about things about a month before our wedding and she graciously met with my husband and I to answer all of our questions and assure me that everything was great. Everyone I talked to or interacted with at the White Room was incredibly nice and accommodating. I had such a great experience and could not have asked for a better reception venue.

We are having our wedding at 10:30 in the morning on July 1st on the Rooftop at The White Room. It will be hot but not as hot as it will be later on in the day and there should be a breeze coming off the bay. The view is spectacular and the set up is very nice. We will use an arch and a table for our unity candle and the set up of chairs. We won't need the lights since it will be during the day. We will use some Tulle on the Arch, 2 bows on the front 2 rows of chairs & 2 Mason Jars with Baby's Breath on the ground to designate the Reserved Rows. The Reception will be in The Loft directly inside and my theme is Beach and Chalkboards. We are using burlap runners on Tables with Mason Jars & Baby's Breath along with small votives with sand, loose pearls, starfish, sand dollars, colored glass, white & coral rose petals, wooden "love" confetti. There are lots of other decorations and there is a sit down luncheon before dancing and a sparkler send off at the end at 2:00. The venue has been very good to make sure all the things I wanted to do could get taken care of in the 3 1/2 hour window. It leaves time for my guests to have the rest of the day to enjoy the City of St Augustine which is the oldest city in Florida. Sarah is the Rep I am working with.

We had our wedding at The White Room on 01/22/17 and our Wedding Coordinator was the fabulous Meghan Berman. Everything from the location, to the layout, to the many options and wonderful staff made our wedding flawless. Meghan was a rockstar and we can not put into words how grateful we are for everything she did at the wedding! From day one she was an unparalleled resource to have for wedding planning, and she is a delight to be around! Because of her, our wedding day was absolutely breath-taking and 100% STRESS FREE. Meghan's had serious insight, wonderful recommendations of vendors, and perfect attention to detail. I mean this with all sincerity, I would not have made it to my wedding day in one piece without her help. The White Room itself was the most beautiful venue out of the many I researched in North Florida, and the service you receive there cannot be beat. The food at our wedding was delicious, a rarity in the wedding world, and The White Room was wonderful in accommodating all dietary specifications. It was a true blessing to find this venue and interact with its many wonderful employees. So many of our family and friends have made a point to tell us how much they enjoyed the wedding and how beautiful everything was. We are inexplicably grateful to The White Room and Meghan for our wonderful wedding day, we love you!

What an awesome venue. Kelsi was great! Food was awesome! Everything flowed as it was supposed to on our wedding day January 14, 2017. We had our ceremony on the rooftop, dinner in the Loft, then back out to the rooftop for dancing. I am at a loss for words. All Jason and I heard was how great everything was and how everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend The White Room for a wedding, or any other type of function. They help with meal selections, and have a full wedding planning package available. The only thing I regret is not taking advantage of that aspect from the very beginning. Although we did upgrade to the Gold package 2 months before our wedding date, which was a life saver.

My husband and I knew when we walked into the White Room and saw the rooftop/loft that that was our location for our wedding. The views from the rooftop were amazing and the loft was perfect for dinner location. Kelsi was our day of coordinator and she did a fabulous job on keeping us on track. Leading up to the day, all the ladies who helped with making sure everything was smooth on the day of did an amazing job at answering all question quickly and professionally. I highly recommend that you check out the entire White Room all 3 areas because I am sure you will fall in love with one of the locations to have your special day!!

We cannot thank the White Room enough. We worked with Meghan who was wonderful. She was so quick to respond throughout the entire planning process and so very helpful and kind. We received so many complements about the venue and food which was beautiful (seriously) and delicious! The service was beyond fantastic. There is not a single other wedding I've been to that was as seamless as ours and I'm not saying that because I'm biased.

My husband and I can't express enough how perfect our wedding was this past Thursday (11/10/2016). Our event was a destination wedding as we do not live in the Saint Augustine area. From day one we had a great experience with the staff at The White Room. We initially met with Jenny and she has just the best bubbly personality! Meghan was our next point of contact through our planning process and she really helped us make the right decision in choosing their Villa Blanca location. Shannon was our assigned event manager and she was truly amazing! Shannon accommodated everything we asked for and assisted in so many different ideas we had. Allen finished the night off as our reception coordinator and he was perfect. Allen made sure we had everything we needed and wasn't too overbearing. They even packed up some leftover dessert and an extra plate of dinner for my husband and I! Honestly, we were nervous about how our day was going to turn out since we were planning things from a distance but everyone at The White Room made our day more amazing than we could have ever imagined!

We just had our wedding at the Villa Blanca this past weekend and it was nothing short of perfect. The venue was gorgeous and the event went off without a hitch thanks in large part to our coordinator, Meghan. The food was wonderful, there was plenty of space for our 125 guests, and everyone was very accommodating.

My husband and I accidentally stumbled upon the white room, while we were seeking refuge from the rain during a trip to st. Augustine when we first started dating. We knew from that day, this was our dream location. A couple of years later, he proposed in st. Augustine and the white room fit us in the next day. We were blown away and booked our wedding within the week. We were married in July and it has taken me this long to compose a review because how can you possibly express in words how amazing the white room is...? They are a fundamental reason our wedding was a fairytale. Shannon was amazing and was always there for us, even when what I needed wasn't in her job description. When our officiant bailed on us last minute, Shannon secured us a new one within the day, When I started to dip into stressed bridezilla territory, Shannon was a constant stabilizing force, always making me feel confident that the white room had my best interests at mind. They throw so many weddings each year, but still deliver such personalized service. Oh and the food was delicious! Our guests still rave about our wedding on the regular! Thank you, white room, for the wedding of my dreams!

If you're able to book both, I highly recommend it. We were married on a Tuesday, so we had a lot of options.

We were a little turned off by the group menu tasting event...until we went to it. Seeing the staff function in event mode, before the wedding, was a nerve calming experience. The food was great, the room was cool, the wait staff was friendly and the bar kept up with the crowd.

We upgraded to the coordinator gold package, to ensure the hand made centerpieces & decor could be set up the day of, with out headache. Everything was set up perfectly! I'm so grateful that my vision came to life, without me having to micromanage the staff, or do it myself.

The Food: Was DELICIOUS!
We opted to go away from the traditional buffet or seated dinner. We chose to do the action stations (Salad Bar, two risottos, Ahi Tuna & Prime Rib). We were so grateful to have different options, to really make it our own. Our wedding was travel themed, so having different international options tied the details together. Everyone loved the uniqueness of the menu and everything was cooked to perfection. There was more than enough food & our coordinator packed us a big to go bag. Also, the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!

The little things:
We were having an "adult reception" to avoid having to pay for the added security. However, we had 3 teenage cousins coming to the ceremony, who were going to go back to their hotel during the cocktail hour & the parents come back for the reception. BUT we were married 2 days before hurricane Matthew hit, and the rain was coming in hard. Our coordinator told us not to worry about it, there was more than enough food and grabbed 3 more chairs.

We couldn't be happier. Truly grateful. Our wedding day was flawless, the perfect start to our happily ever after!

If you would like a stress-free wedding and reception, I would highly recommend the White Room/Villa Blanca in St. Augustine, Florida. St. Augustine has a charm all its own and it is a beautiful city. The coordinators/planners that work at the White Room are professional and organized. Our coordinator was Kelsi and she was always so prompt in communicating with us. Even if I could not talk to Kelsi when I called, the other planners were always so kind and eager to help you in any way they could. The White Room was respectful of our wishes. The Villa Blanca is such an elegant site and it really needs very little in the way of decoration. The food is fantastic-the only problem we had was narrowing down our choices after the tasting! On the day of the wedding, there were all these little small acts of service, such as water for the guests before the ceremony, etc... that were timely, helpful, and kind. Our guests kept raving about the venue and the food. Thank you to Kelsi and the staff of the White Room for making our daughter's wedding go smoothly and an occasion of joy!

I cannot say enough about The White Room! I could not have asked for a more beautiful and fun wedding! The venue was so gorgeous, the food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Shannon was our planner and she did such an amazing job with everything! I must have emailed and called them a million times while planning everything but all the staff were so kind and helpful. I planned our wedding from out of town and they made it so easy, with wonderful suggestions for vendors and also for our guests. There wasn't one thing I would change about The White Room!

We had our own day of coordinator but the one from the white room who was our go to was Meghan. I cannot say enough good things about her. I spoke to her more than any other vendor. We must have exchanged a million emails. The food was amazing. We did a cocktail style reception and served 3 food stations and the rest all passed appetizers. The location was beautiful. I worried because there were two other weddings going on at the same time, we worried that the sound would bleed thru from the other weddings, it never did. Our guests never crossed paths with the other weddings, they had separate times and entrances for each wedding. The white room prices were a lot more reasonable than the other wedding locations we visited in St. Augustine . It is the best bang for your buck and it's the prettiest and best food. The white room does offer full coordination, if I had known Meghan was going to be our coordinator I would have picked her to do full wedding coordination she is absolutely amazing and sweet. Thank you white room and Meghan for such an amazing wedding.

I can't say enough good things about The White Room! My husband and I had our reception at The Loft/Rooftop, and it was just stunning. The whole crew did a fantastic job to make the place look amazing and the whole reception run smoothly. Our guests raved about the food as well!

A few words about our coordinator, Shannon. We couldn't have planned the wedding we had without her. She was on top of every tiny detail, helped us every step of the planning process, and made the day of completely stress free. For a little extra money, she coordinated our ceremony at the Castillo de San Marcos too. She even tried to help me find a company to preserve my bouquet the day AFTER my wedding.

My husband and I had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca which was absolutely STUNNING and we had our reception up on the rooftop that overlooks the bay front (incredible views!). The White Room staff takes care of you from beginning to end- Shannon and Kelsi were both helping my husband and I out throughout the whole process, and they were amazing. Both were very professional, quick to respond to emails/phone calls/texts and they would check in to make sure things were going well with wedding planning. When the time came for the wedding day, my husband and I were able to just relax and enjoy the day with each other- there was no stress or confusion- Kelsi and Shannon took care of everything and the day went perfectly. I am so happy with how smoothly everything went. Thank you so much Kelsi and Shannon and the rest of the White Room staff! :)

My wife and I just got married in The Villa Blanca room and our reception was in the Grand Ball Room. Our wedding coordinator was Shannon. From the moment we were assigned to her, Shannon was on top of everything my wife (now) and I wanted or could possibly ever ask for. She maintained excellent communication, ensured that we were meeting our planning time lines (which we were, but the added double check was reassuring) and above all, showed a tremendous amount of support through the entire process. We hear wedding nightmare stories about the stress and headaches involved. Honestly, we had none of that when it came to dealing with Shannon and the White Room. I know it's a little expensive and the one thing I was afraid of was paying all this money and the ceremony/reception was not going to live up to my expectations. It blew my expectations away. The food was beyond amazing, The staff were friendly and amazing. The entire day, start to finish went so smooth and most importantly, stress free. The White Room is well worth the cost because of the amazing experience and the great memories that will remain with us forever.

The White Room was an exceptional venue for our wedding and I highly recommend it! We went to visit the new Villa Blanca, and it was stunning and I knew it was my wedding venue!. Shannon was our event manager and was amazing! She was so very helpful and responsive leading up to the wedding, answering all my questions and concerns and providing her experienced advice when I needed it. The afternoon of the rehearsal we went over everything and I dropped all my décor off and she had everything under control from there. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. I was slightly nervous of how the transitioning from the ceremony to the dinner downstairs, and back up to the dancing upstairs (slightly non-traditional) would go, but everything flowed like a dream and was set up beautifully. They are truly a “well-oiled machine”. We also had a tasting event a couple months prior which was so nice to get to try a variety of menu items. We received so many compliments on how fantastic the food was! Overall we were very impressed with the venue and would highly recommend the White Room!

WELL WORTH IT!! This place was so beautiful on my wedding day. The inside of the venue is already so naturally pretty, I barely had to do anything else. They give a coordinator at this venue (who are all amazing!) the day of my wedding went so smoothly... The service was fantastic! Waiters were constant coming to my table to make sure I was taken care of. And the coordinator had already packed 2 boxes of to go food, drinks, and cake by the end of the night ... I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. So stress free!!

The White Room was everything that I hoped it would be and more. Meghan was our coordinator and she was great! Any question that I had throughout the whole planning process she answered exactly and right away. They are very professional and organized. You don't have to think about anything the day of because they have anything you could need and tell you exactly what to do. I had my ceremony in the Villa Blanca and had my reception in the Grand Ballroom. It was beautiful!

I can't go on enough on how much we loved this venue. Shannon worked closely with us the entire year leading up to our wedding, and was always extremely responsive to my long emails. We had planned on a rooftop ceremony but the day of the wedding it POURED and Shannon worked to quickly relocate our guests into the brand new Chapel (at no extra charge, instead of the back up ceremony site in the middle room of the loft). TWR staff also made sure we had plenty of champagne as our guests were arriving, and were extremely attentive to all of our needs and guests the day of the wedding. The food was perfect- everyone commented on the Ahi Tuna station! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking in the St. Augustine area.

What can I say. The White Room is absolutely perfect. From booking the date to the actual day, everything was perfect. We live 3.5 hours away which made things intimidating and intense at times but they really do know what they're doing there. I worked with Meghan and she was awesome. No matter what question I had, she was able to answer it and would take the time to call me. The food is phenomenal. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests too. "Best food I've had at a wedding" and "the drinks were great" were just some of the comments we got. Highly, highly recommend. You get what you pay for.

Meghan was our coordinator and let me tell you she was absolutely the best. I couldn't haven't asked for a better coordinator. She met with me and my family several times. Whenever we had questions she would either email back asap or meet with me. Our wedding night went awesome, everyone loved the food and said our venue was gorgeous. Meghan was super understanding and flexible as we had some issues with our bank. We had an amazing wedding night and Meghan did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly.

Our wedding at The White Room on 6/12/2015 was absolutely perfect. Meghan was our wedding coordinator and I could not have asked for a more perfect person to help plan our wedding. Because we did a destination wedding we had to do ALOT of planning over email and phone and Meghan was AMAZINGLY accomodating. The few times we were able to come to St. Augustine before the wedding she was more than willing to meet with us and answered ALL of my questions before I even asked them! :) I would absolutely recommend The White Room to anyone in Florida or planning a destination wedding from afar. They are so nice, easy to work with, and just down right amazing!

The White Room did an amazing job with our special day! Michele was a big help, answering all of our question. All the guests can not stop taking about how great the food was! And how beautiful the scenery & decor were.

We had our Thursday morning wedding reception and dance at Villa Blanca, and we could not have been more pleased! First, we worked with Meghan and she was AMAZING. She is a true professional, and communicated with my wedding coordinator and other vendors to make sure everything was perfect.

Villa Blanca is such a stunning space, it made our 110 person wedding seem very intimate and absolutely gorgeous-- from the views of the Intracoastal to the exposed beams and chandeliers, our guests were impressed.

And the food! We had a brunch-- french toast, shrimp and grits, carved turkey. I can't say enough good things about how delicious everything was. It was fun treating our northern friends to shrimp and grits, and indulging in the best cinnamon french toast I have ever had!

We recently held our daughter's rehearsal dinner at Villa Blanca, one of the venue's in the White Room's repertoire. Villa Blanca is a beautiful venue - fronting on the Intracoastal Waterway in St. Augustine and looking out over the Bridge of Lions. The room is exquisite and was a perfect setting for a rehearsal dinner - we had 40 for dinner, bar, appetizer area and a musician. The room is elegant and ringed with windows looking out to the Intracoastal. The service and food were exceptional - everything ran on time, the staff was so nice and attentive, everything we had asked for had been attended to. Meghan Berman was our representative with The White Room and was responsive, quick to answer questions, and was present to ensure a smooth flow the evening of the dinner. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for its beauty, service and great food. The evening went perfect!

I had my wedding at the white room in May 2015. From the moment I walked in and met with my coordinator Michelle I was captured by the beauty and uniqueness of the venue. Michelle was amazing throughout the whole process, I didn't have to wait more than a day for a follow up email and the day of the event went flawlessly. The food was spectacular and the wait staff refilled drinks right away. The only thing I wish we had more of that night was time. The 5 hours went by way too fast. I would highly recommend this venue as it was well worth the money.

We utilized the White Room roof top and loft for our ceremony and reception. We were very pleased with the rehearsal and ceremony. The only thing was, we were told we could be there at 8am to set up and no one showed up until after 8:45. Also when we started planning, we had one coordinator, then the week before the event we were given two different people to deal with. It was rather confusing when the switch took place. With that said, they did make it flawless during the event.

The White Room handle my daughter wedding and did a WONDERFUL job with pre-planning of the food, drink and setup of the room. Michele, the event planner for the White Room, was so accommdating in setting up for the reception and suggestions. The FOOD was outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better event planner. Also, the O.C. Whites did also the rehearsal Dinner at the Lightner Museum which was done very well. Thank you!!

We had our ceremony at the Pena Peck House and then our reception in the main Ballroom at The White Room. Everything about the space is beautiful: the view of the St. John's river, the exposed brick, the arches, the furniture, the chandeliers and the gorgeous wood floors. Not to mention the Balcony that extends the length of the room so your guest can step out and have a seat if they want to take a break from the dancing and just take in the beautiful view over the marina.

Not only that, but the food is amazing! I did not hear one guest say a negative thing about the food, staff, or venue. In fact they had all said it was one of the BEST WEDDINGS they have ever been to!

Most of all, the staff is incredible. They made sure once the day started, the bride and groom had very little to think about. They made sure me and my new husband had a drink at all times, even packed us up left-overs to take to the hotel room with us.. and extra cake!!! Plus they gathered all our personal items and stored them for us to pickup the next morning so we didn't have to worry about who was going to gather everything after the wedding and etc. Meghan executed the sparkler exit flawlessly ( which isn't always easy when you have an open bar) lol. Truly was an amazing night and one I will never forget!

We had our wedding at The White Room Rooftop and Ballroom. Our wedding planner Megan was very professional and made our event run smoothly from beginning to end. She was available to us in the months leading up to the wedding by phone and email. Unfortunately our wedding started late due to an issue with the flowers, but Megan was there to offer up solutions and to help get our wedding back on track. She made our day truly special and The White Room is such a serene atmosphere that our day was surely a memorable one. I highly recommend this wedding venue, we enjoyed every minute of our wedding and it is still the talk of our guests!

I cannot even put into words how perfect my wedding ceremony was at the Villa Blanca and wedding reception at The White Room Ballroom. From the booking process to planning to the actually day of the event, everything went so smoothly. Meghan, my event coordinator, was hands on and full of valuable information. She helped me edit my wedding itinerary and gave me important information about when I should cut the cake, do the toast, bouquet toss, etc. If I overlooked some detail, Meghan was already on it putting it together or working it out. The staff at the event was so helpful, caring and friendly. I felt like they were apart of my family by the end of the night. I highly recommend The White Room and ask for Meghan if you can! Everything was beautiful and my wedding day was simply perfect thanks to them!

I could not have been more pleased with our experience at the White Room! It was the only venue we looked at and instantly knew it was where we would be getting married. We worked with Meghan from start to finish, and she was absolutely incredible! She was very professional, organized and always there at the right moment. We knew where we needed to be at all times, and felt nothing but comfort and ease throughout the day. We provided the bulk of our decor, but Meghan and her team took my vision and brought it to life. We were so thrilled with our experience and I highly recommend it to any bride looking for an incredible venue with and incredible staff!

I had the wedding of my dreams at The White Room. The venue has such a classic and charming feel and all my guests had a blast. The food was marvelous, Shannon made sure that everything ran smoothly and we did not have any "bumps" during the process. I would recommend this venue with my most high respects. You cannot go wrong.
