We got married at The White Barn in Brooksville, and it was truly the best day of our lives. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special. The property is absolutely stunning, with the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant beauty. Every corner made for gorgeous photos, and the atmosphere felt warm, romantic, and unforgettable.
The staff was incredible from start to finish. They were organized, professional, kind, and made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. Amanda was especially amazing throughout the entire process. She was always there for any questions we had, answered quickly, and supported us every step of the way. Having someone so dependable and caring made such a difference during wedding planning.
The flowers she created were absolutely breathtaking and brought the entire wedding vision to life. Every arrangement was beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. From the bouquets to the ceremony and reception florals, everything was stunning and added so much beauty to the day.
On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. They handled every detail so we could fully enjoy each moment with our family and friends.
Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the entire day felt. The ceremony space was breathtaking, the reception was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation we had.

Our wedding at the White Barn in Brooksville, FL was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue is absolutely stunning.
From the moment we toured the property to the day we said “I do,” everything felt seamless. The team was so helpful, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special. They made the entire process stress-free, which meant we could truly be present and enjoy every moment.
Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly everything flowed. We’re so grateful we chose the White Barn—it will always hold such a special place in our hearts 💍✨

I recently attended a wedding on 2/14/26. It was absolutely beautiful. When we first arrived we were immediately greeted by friendly gentlemen who shuttled us via golf cart to where the ceremony would be held. The weather was perfect but there were plenty of iced cold beverages at the ceremony entrance for us as it was being held outdoors, that was a nice touch. The flower arrangements were beautiful and you can really tell the details that went into the table settings as well. The ceremony started on time and immediately following was the cocktail hour. The food was delicious and hot. The bartenders were outstanding . Very friendly, professional, accommodating, and served delicious drinks. I distinctly remember mentioning such comments to my husband . After that the wedding party and bride and groom were announced by a very professional dj. The dinner was outstanding as were the staff who served us and cleaned up our plates. The Dj played great music took requests and per the bridal party played many different variations of hard rock. The bathrooms were easily accessible and immaculate. After all the food from dinner everyone had a wonderful time dancing , singing , laughing, and indulging in a beautiful array of desserts. All in all it was a wonderful wedding and I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone who’s looking for a place to celebrate their nuptials. -

Beautiful Wedding Day We had our daughter’s wedding at The White Barn on 2/14 and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Over the last almost year, we have worked with Amanda, the venue owner, on everything. She was extremely helpful, organized and responsive to all of our questions and needs. As a mom working on the planning with my daughter and future son-in-law there was a lot that went into the decision making for everything. Everyone is their own individual, unique person and Amanda was very accommodating to the uniqueness and embraced a bit of a different way of doing things. She helped to make my daughter and son-in-laws wedding catered to them and their style. This was much appreciated. The venue is very upfront and open about their pricing packages and what you see is what you get. We found everything very reasonable and tasteful compared to other, local venues we had toured prior to choosing The White Barn. We were able to also bring in our own caterer outside of the venue that they were happy to work with on delivery and serving once the food arrived. We never once felt judged for not choosing a religious ceremony. Not all people do that these days, which was my daughter and son-in-laws choice. This was not ever something that felt either frowned upon or pushed to us. My daughter and son-in-law have a different and eclectic taste in music choices which was a small challenge we were able to review and discuss with the dj prior to the wedding. Overall he did a great job and kept the dance floor moving and the bride happy with all of the songs they picked to be played, being played throughout the night. The gift of a wedding for your child is so incredibly important as a parent and we all want to do what we can to the best of our ability to bring our kids happiness. I wanted the best for my daughter on her wedding day and Amanda blew us away. Her floral arrangements were beyond amazing. The colors were outstanding and the place settings, bridal bouquets and center pieces were wonderful. She was there the entire day from sun up til sun down setting up and helping out where ever we needed. She even brought over plates of appetizers and drinks to the bride and groom while they were super busy with the photographer. The white Barn hit all of the high marks for me! Having this been the first time I had to help plan a wedding for my daughter, I am thankful for everything Amanda did to guide us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a wedding here.

Why. On. Earth….
Why on earth would anyone choose another wedding venue???? The White Barn in Brooksville is AMAZING!!! This location has it all.
Amanda and her team are top notch! They have every detail covered. From the first meeting until the day of the wedding, we felt like VIPs. The communication, attention to detail and responsiveness was flawless! Amanda had excellent suggestions and solutions to every concern we had. She gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands.
We wanted a unique experience and Amanda found a way to add in all of our “wants” to the special day! From a storybook ceremony, to a violinist cocktail hour, s’mores by the fire tables, a Hot Dog Bar and finally a “bubbleicious” send off! She made it happen!
The price for the event was completely affordable in comparison to all the venues we considered. Definitely worth every penny! I would HIGHLY recommend.
If you want a professional, affordable and totally customizable wedding, then the White Barn in Brooksville is the venue for you! You will NOT be disappointed! -

We can't thank Amanda and the rest of the crew at The White Barn enough. From the very first contact to the end, everyone was honestly amazing. The venue is stunning when bare, but when Amanda brings her touch to it, it's something truly magical. The floral arrangements were perfect! She took my dream and made it a reality! The weather forecast for the day was not what we'd hoped for, but Amanda had numerous back up plans and remained positive. She told us the rain would pass and we'd be able to have our special day the way we'd hoped and she was right! By Ceremony time, the rain had cleared and the team was working on drying all of the pews. From there, the rest of the night went perfectly! They are incredibly prepared and you just know you're in good hands. If you are looking to get married in this area, I urge you to tour this venue! You won't regret i! -

I booked my event quite a bit ahead of time and right away, the owner Amanda got with me to start planning my dream wedding celebration. Every detail was covered by Amanda, her experience, expertise and remarkable talent came into play. She thought of things I hadn’t, She helped me bring my ideas and dreams together to create something special and unique. She was very accessible and supportive, calming and caring throughout the process from the very beginning to the final moments. My husband and I toured this venue first and knew right then it had all the qualities we were looking for. Amanda, the wedding coordinator and owner with her husband, allowed us to pick and choose from the wedding packages and formulate our own package. This showed how they tailor to the couples needs/wants and was so friendly/open to talk to! On the wedding day, Amanda was a literal life saver with being so attentive to bridal needs and was so overjoyed for us. Every detail by them was beautiful and I received so many compliments on everything, even the DJ playlist was exactly what I wanted played! Also, the flowers and bouquets were stunning! I really felt we met lifelong friends by how easy we clicked with them! Overall, if I could relive it again I would always choose this venue.

A Dream To Remember
We cannot say enough positive things about The White Barn and their amazing staff. We recently had our wedding here and it was beyond perfect! We decided to go with their most comprehensive package offered and we ended up stressing about not a single thing. Such a lovely team and venue!
I’m so happy we chose The White Barn for our wedding! We opted for Package 5, which was all-inclusive, and it was absolutely worth it. We didn’t have to worry about setting up or cleaning up, which made the day so much easier to enjoy. Amanda and her team were amazing—professional, efficient, and so kind. They ensured everything ran smoothly and allowed my husband and me to enjoy our big day without stress.
Of course, there were a few minor hiccups (what wedding doesn’t have those?), but honestly, everything was still perfect. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. My family and friends were also in love with the venue—it’s truly stunning!
Amanda was incredibly talented, responsive and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got our dream wedding. She and her husband are both so sweet and easygoing, which made the whole planning process a breeze.
If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with a fantastic team, I highly recommend The White Barn!

Not only did they make sure everything went smoothly on the big day, Amanda’s communication through out the whole year we were planning this was flawless. There is so much good I could say about my experience with The White Barn that it's hard to put it all into words.
From the very beginning, my communication with Amanda and her team has been spectacular. She is on top of her game, knows just about everything and is all about helping. She was able to work with my budget to create a day I will never forget. Throughout the wedding planning process, Amanda quickly answered every question and always had suggestions. I'm pretty sure every vendor I booked with came at her advice (and I am so glad I followed through).
When it came to wedding weekend, the team's knowledge and experience made everything flow (quite literally) perfectly. We received so many compliments on not only the venue itself, but the decorations and florals that Amanda created. The team was soo easy to work with and took away almost all of the stress I was feeling about the big day. I can easily say that without this team, I'm sure things would've/could've went a lot differently.
I cannot thank Amanda, her husband, her family, her team and her preferred vendors enough for creating my perfect wedding experience. I would 10/10 recommend seeing if this venue would fit for your event. There is no world in which you'd regret it. The creativity, professionalism, integrity, communication, experience... all of it combines creating a venue and team unlike many others. -

The venue is gorgeous, and Amanda makes the planning part so easy and stress free. Amanda is so incredibly talented at bouquet and flower arrangements - this is one of things that drew me to this venue!! She was always quick to respond when I had a question and the day of the wedding went as scheduled without any hiccups! Amanda also has some fantastic recommendations for photographers, makeup artists, and rehearsal dinner spots - we were happy with all of our selections! Our experience with the White Barn was amazing to say the least! They helped us accomplish our dream wedding with so much ease as Amanda and her team were so prepared and helpful with the planning process and eased all stress that comes with wedding planning. Even though a few days before our wedding we had hurricane Milton come through they still pulled through and made our wedding happen for us which we greatly appreciated! Amanda and Branden exceeded our expectations by far. From the start they have been nothing short of phenomenal. From communication and fast responses, to going above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true, they truly are the dream team you need for your special day. Amanda is the on top of every single thing from the start of planning, to the tiniest last detail on your wedding day, and kept my special day running smoothly and on time. She’s an amazing women, florist, and planner all in one! I was running really behind and didn’t realize the time- and Amanda was there to calm me, dress me, and even put my veil in when everyone else was busy getting themselves ready. She was there every second I turned around making sure things ran smoothly and that I was happy. Branden was exceptional also! From fanning you in the heat, to holding your train when you need him to, he’s the icing on the cake! They make sure your guests are happy and even shuttle them to and from the parking lot, they go the extra mile and literally pack and load your car so that you have no stress at the end of your special day.. and ofcourse the venue is clean and well kept all around it is beautiful. There is no other people I could have asked to help me have the wedding I have always dreamt of! I will remember this power team for a lifetime! It makes me emotional to think of how blessed we are to have found this venue.. but it’s not just a wedding venue, Amanda and Branden will become your friends at heart after you book with them!! -

By far the best wedding coordinator out there. Amanda is SO talented. She did everything and more for our wedding! We also had the best flowers EVER only because they were done by the best, Amanda! She answered every text and email so quick with all of my questions. She was so calm and had everything under control on our wedding day. There was absolutely no stressing. She runs The White Barn with an awesome team who also do so much! You literally don’t have to do a thing. The package we did was “Show up and Leave” and it was exactly that. We had such a fun time and it was the perfect day. Would do it all over again a million times. -

They were the best venue to work with. If we had any questions all we had to do was send a text. We picked the Show up and leave package and it was awesome! All we had to do was order the cake, pick a photographer, bring the appetizers and they took care of everything else. We would recommend them highly!! -

The White Barn is pure perfection! Amanda takes your vision for your wedding day and brings it to life. I gave Amanda a challenge for my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets to be in steer horns as the holder and Amanda didn’t hesitate; she took my flower choices and turned the bouquets into even more than I could have imagined! The White Barn is an all-inclusive gorgeous venue in Brooksville, FL! On top of the gorgeous venue, the owner Amanda is truly incredible and brought our dream wedding to life! With Amanda, all of my stress and worries disappeared because she was able to execute everything I wanted and more! She is truly a jack of all trades and she is someone you would not regret meeting and helping plan your special day; from coordination to decor to florals, Amanda does it all! In addition to Amanda, the entire staff at The White Barn is on top of their game! They were ready to answer any of our guest's questions and help them with anything that was needed! We cannot say enough good things about our Halloween-themed wedding at The White Barn. Before the wedding day, Amanda was very responsive to every question. She replied the same day to my emails. She also paid close attention to what we wanted. The scenery and the barn were spectacular. Amanda’s attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect: fabulous flower arrangements, stunning table settings, bride and groom suites that had everything ready when we arrived, parking shuttles for guests, the catering, the cake delivery, the bar, and of course, the ceremony itself. Anything related to logistics was flawlessly executed by Branden and his team. We wanted some of our own Halloween decorations added; they not only said yes, but they staged them. Just about all of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was and it could not have been a more perfect wedding celebration. -

Not only is the White Barn an incredibly beautiful venue, the staff is some of the best around. It is a family run operation so it is so meaningful and sweet. The White Barn offers a variety of packages to fit any Bride's needs BUT I would highly recommend the all inclusive package as it made the wedding planning process was effortless. Every Bride needs an Amanda in her corner, she helped us navigate any speed bumps and u-turns that came up. She is a literal Fairy Godmother making your vision and dreams come true. We opted to go with some of their recommended vendors and we have zero regrets - everything was perfect. I honestly cannot say enough about how incredible this venue and the staff are. If you are in the market for a Barn Wedding - this is the venue for you! -

First, my husband and I had to reschedule our wedding date 3 times as he’s in the military. Amanda was always more than accommodating to ensure we got the right date and the transition went smoothly. She made having a wedding the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had! From my extravagant bouquet to the fine details in the table arrangements, Amanda put her heart into every piece! Her knowledge and tenacity in unmatched! I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience or a more perfect wedding! Amanda and all the staff at the White Barn were amazing! She helped us with planning the decor and details, which was very helpful to me because I’m not a super creative person. Pinterest Wedding Dream!
We could have not asked for a better Wedding Venue. The reason for this is because of Amanda, her husband Branden, and their incredible day of staff. Leading up to the wedding, people would ask if my husband and I were stressed. The simple answer was always "No" because Amanda throughout the whole process was so kind, responsive, and accommodating to what we needed and wanted. The day of the wedding was truly a dream out of my Pinterest Wedding Board. Sometimes guests don't always stay till the end of the wedding. When I talk to some of our guests, they say how wonderful our wedding was at The White Bar and how they would love to go to another wedding there again. For me and my husband, this is one of the things we cared about our guests having a great time and we are so happy they did. We love looking back at photos and remembering how we had such an amazing day and we wouldn't have changed one thing. I honestly can't say enough good things about The White Barn. If you are looking for a venue that will make sure your day is what you dreamed it to be then you need to book your wedding here! -

Having our wedding at The White Barn was truly a dream brought to life. The barn, flowers, tables, decorations were just absolutely perfect. The parking was easy and lots of room. They had golf carts to bring all the guests to the ceremony site from the parking lot which was amazing due to how cold the day was. They were beyond accommodating and kind. The venue was clean and well taken care of. You can see how much love The White Barn family has in what they do for their weddings. -

We did the inclusive package that covered basically everything you could think of. Amanda's talent goes beyond the decor but also making the floral arrangements herself. A simple question, send a text or email and they'll get back to you by the next day at the latest. Any bumps that might of occurred that day; I never could tell. I don't know where to start other than THIS IS THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but what makes this place even more special are the people who own it. From day one, Amanda was so kind and helpful. She was more than patient during my two date reschedules due to Covid in 2020. Our wedding was 2 years in the making, and when the day finally came EVERYTHING was beyond perfect.
Everything went so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. Amanda went above and beyond with every detail from the gorgeous bridal & groomsmen suites all the way to the stunning, little decor & floral details she added. She created the most stunning bouquet for me, too!
Her husband, Branden, was so nice and helpful during rehearsal and the day of. All the staff made us feel incredibly special on our day.
Matthew played the BEST music. All of our guests told us how great the music was and how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to.
Planning a wedding is so stressful, but Amanda and her team not only relieved all of my stress, but they also exceeded our expectations for our much-anticipated wedding day AND they did it while making us feel like family. I can't thank them enough for giving us the wedding of my dreams.

Could not have wished for a better venue! Amanda, Branden and their team are AMAZING and made us feel like family. Amanda has such an eye for detail and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I'm pretty sure my nerves would have been through the roof if it wasn't for her but I felt totally calm through the whole experience because I knew our wedding was in good hands! Our wedding was very creative and our theme was pretty non traditional and Amanda took all our random ideas we had and turned it into something BEAUTIFUL! They handled everything from flowers, set up, cleaning up and everything in between. DJ Matthew was great about playing music we LOVED and really kept the night going. I also know my elderly family really appreciated that they were able to be shuttled from the parking area to the venue sight. There is only one wedding a day so you have 100 percent of their focus and I was very greatful for that as well. I can't say enough good things about The White Barn. If you are looking for a venue that handles everything and also takes into account who you are and your ideas then you need to book your special day here! I always said that I wanted a "punk rock, princess, country girl wedding" and everyone said there's no way I could pull off mixing 3 themes together tastefully but The White Barn pulled it off and made all of our wedding dreams come true. It was the perfect day. -

I have shot a few weddings at this venue and consistently am surprised on how awesome it is. Amanda and her staff are so amazing. All day I watched her constantly be there for the couple making sure the day was going exactly as planned. The property is beautiful and every time I get an inquiry for this venue I jump on it quickly. Not to mention upon my arrival there for the first time the staff went out of their way to explain everything to me from where to put my bags to how the day would run. Love this place and can not recommend it enough!

When my husband and I were looking for a wedding venue, we knew we wanted a barn-style wedding, but we had trouble finding something that had a healthy balance of both rustic comfort and bridal elegance, but when we found it, The White Barn far exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully manicured, well maintained and still felt upscale and luxurious while maintaining the natural, and rural elements we were looking for. Without even discussing it, we both immediately knew that this was the venue for us. Amanda effortlessly made us feel at home when we toured the venue and she was so thoughtful, thorough and extremely responsive throughout the process. She continually kept us updated with new options as they became available. She was so flexible in incorporating our personal touches, unique styles and at times it even felt like she just read our minds and knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked. Amanda was so encouraging, positive and organized even through the chaos and uncertainty of the pandemic. During all that, our venue was the most solid rock of our wedding planning process. Any questions that we had were answered almost immediately and I'm pretty sure she had thought of everything before we even brought it up! All of the vendors she recommended had the same infectiously positive and encouraging energy and they worked seamlesly with the venue staff throughout the day. Working with Amanda, her husband and The White Barn Staff made wedding planning a breeze. They made me wonder why on earth so many people consider wedding planning to be "so stressful," because anything that Amanda helped us plan never even required a second thought! The White Barn blew away both of our families, as well, and we received so many "pleasantly surprised/amazed" comments about our venue choice. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful, they instantly felt like supportive family and guests who were there to help us have a truly beautiful day, rather than "the staff." Everything worked out so perfectly and it truly was a magical day! I can't thank The White Barn enough for making our day such a pleasant and memorable experience. If I could, I'd re-live it every year and I wouldn't change a single detail! -

We had an amazing experience with Amanda and everyone at The White Barn! They worked with us for around 2 years to plan our special day, patiently responding to the endless amount of questions and working to make everything perfect.
The pictures of the venue are beautiful but its absolutely gorgeous in person! Every guest at our wedding commented on how amazing the venue was.
They really mean it when they say you just show up and enjoy your day! It helped so much not worrying about anything other than getting myself ready and there the day of.

Where do I start. This venue is so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Due to Covid, we had to change our venue to a completely different city two months before the wedding. I was panicking and scheduled tours for as many venues surrounding the Tampa area as quickly as I could. The White Barn was one of the venues! I drove out to Brooksville and was immediately amazed with the venue. It was so beautiful and everything I was looking for. I met with the wedding coordinator, Amanda, the struggles we were having regarding the venue and she listened and really helped me out. One of the best things about this venue is they have 5 different package options that you can customize to fit your budget. I got the all inclusive package and we went through everything that I wanted from the kind of flowers to the decorations on the tables. The only thing I had to pay outside of the wedding package was the cake, photographer and food. Their all inclusive package did include food, we just wanted to do Italian.
On my wedding day, Amanda, her husband and the rest of their staff/family had everything run so smoothly. The wedding was on time, she checked in with me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Everything was amazing and there was no issues!
The DJ was included in the package as well and he was just amazing as well. He did a wonderful job announcing my bridal party, MCing and just keeping the party going.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change anything. They really made my wedding beautiful and better than I could have imagined. -

The White Barn was the only venue I cared to visit. I saw pictures online and knew that this was the venue. We visited the venue and as soon as I stepped foot onto the property I cried. It’s beautiful, clean and spacious. We started planning our wedding with Amanda in March 2019 and eventually had our wedding on 9/20/20. From the beginning to the end Amanda, Brandon and the entire staff were polite and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about them and their business. They care about your day and want it to be perfect as much as you do. I was a covid bride so Amanda helped us reschedule our original wedding date to September 2020. Amanda was nothing but polite and you could kind of say she was a therapist during the covid era lol. From decorations, to flowers, even down to needing some q-tips, Amanda and her staff went above and beyond. I could go on and on. I will never forget how special they made us feel.
