  Our wedding coordinator Casey was incredible!!

  We were so pleased we chose The Wedding Connection! The venue was gorgeous and our wedding coordinator was professional, extremely responsive, had great attention to detail, extremely pleasant to work with and went above and beyond! My goal was to be just a guest at my daughter's wedding, and Casey helped me achieve my goal- I had nothing to worry about except for having an incredible time celebrating!! :)

  Smooth Sailing Wedding Day

  Can't stress this enough - wedding coordinators are a must have for couples (brides-to-be in particular) and you can't go wrong with Casey and her team! She was helpful from the beginning - from booking/touring wedding venues down to the big day! She's warm, professional, easy to communicate with, happy to answer all wedding planning questions, and most of all, she caters to what you want. Our guests and vendors also mentioned how helpful and nice Casey and her team were. Thanks to Casey and her team, my wife and I were able to enjoy our big day and celebrate it as we imagined.

  Made wedding planning easy and the day of a breeze!

  Casey is fantastic. She made the planning process so simple - to the point I had the whole wedding planned almost a year out. She also made the day of so easy, never once had to worry about the schedule or if things would get done. Would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

  Just wonderful!

  Casey and the Wedding Connection team were wonderful to work with. We felt supported by them from day one. They always responded to our emails promptly and were happy to hop on calls with us as we got deep into planning. Casey provided a preferred vendor list to us which was so helpful as we searched for the right team of vendors for us, and the Aisle Planer site that her clients have access to helped us organize our guest list, seating assignments and layouts, and day-of timeline. They also kept everything calm and running smoothly on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Casey and her team!

  Great to work with!

  I hared Casey as a month-of coordinator for my wedding at a private residence. The wedding went off without a hitch (or at least no problems that I needed to know about or take care of!), which is a sign of an excellent coordinator! She had great ideas for the design and flow of the wedding, was easy to work, really nice, and overall did a great job managing the vendors and event flow. Strongly recommend!

  Fabulous, all around.

  Planning a wedding is stressful. Over the years, I've witnessed friends get married and been part of several weddings, always vowing to myself I would be the most laid back bride. And I feel I was pretty chill, though the nightmares and screaming matches with my now husband may beg to differ. It's still just a stressful and time-consuming experience no matter how relaxed you are, basically like a part time job I am happy to be done with! For me, not wanting a large wedding but also wanting to compromise with my fiancé during a pandemic, we opted for a medium (145 people) mostly outdoor wedding and came across The Barn at River House on the website Here Comes The Guide.
  
  Through it all, working with Casey made the whole process much more manageable. The River House was breathtaking. It was so nice to see how it all came together the day of our wedding, just beautiful. Casey was so helpful: communicative, supportive, flexible. She reminded us of our timeline for events we needed to schedule, gave us advice on different things she'd seen at other weddings that might work for us, she coordinated with all of our vendors, she was friendly and accommodating with our friends and family, she even snapped and sent a ton of pictures of the wedding day for us to see before our photographer can get photos back to us. I'm sure she did a ton of other things I wasn't able to notice in the whirlwind of the day, but everything is greatly appreciated. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator and would definitely recommend her for anyone planning a wedding.

  Amazing!

  Casey and Denise were the most amazing coordinators!!!! Denise helped us early on, with showing us the venue, sending us recommended vendors, and answering overall questions. She had recommendations if we asked, but was willing to help us do anything to make our dream wedding come true. Their team is so prompt, organized, supportive, and so much more.   The devil works hard but Casey works harder.

  Quote of the night "Don't have a wedding without Casey." I cannot begin to fully describe the level of how much Casey saved our night but I'll try. Casey and Denise go above and beyond to aid in hiring vendors, setting up timelines and ensuring your day goes smoothly. They were absolute live savers towards the end of the week when we needed last minute rentals. On the day of the wedding, I never once had to lift a finger. I knew our day was in good hands, and I even received compliments from guests saying how well Casey was handling the whole day. At the end of the night, we encountered a problem which could have easily put a damper to the way our special day ended but Casey swooped in like a knight in shining armor. From start to absolute finish. Nothing was left out or behind.

  So Amazing!

  We had originally booked our wedding for 2020, but with COVID we switched our day over to 2021. Denise was our main point of contact and did such an amazing job with communicating and making sure we were on track with everything. When we switched dates, she was so great with the transfer of everything. We used vendors that she has vetted, and all of them were amazing. Her and her team worked so well with all the other vendors at the wedding. Day of wedding Casey was lead coordinator for the day, and she did the most amazing job! Everything was so seamless and perfect! She worked so well with my family, friends and vendors to make sure everything happened, stayed on track and was smooth. We couldn’t have been more happy with the help of the whole team of Wedding Connection! They were all so kind and caring to me and everyone else involved. Totally recommend!

  Great Experience with Denise!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Denise at our outdoor venue in Aptos. Our venue was rustic, simple, and knew we'd need to bring in the catering and decor and details to really bring our vision to life.
  
  Denise helped my husband and I stay on track throughout the months leading up to the wedding. She was responsive to phone calls and emails. We appreciated her balance of guiding us, but also letting us make the final decisions that were specific to our aesthetic. She directed us to the top vendors in the area for each category, and then we selected from the list (which saved us a ton of time since we already knew they were reliable). Her recommendation for vendors were spot on, too!

Once we selected and signed for the wedding venue (River House), Denise provided preferred vendor referrals and expert guidance every step of the way.
  As the mother of the bride and a calligrapher and designer, I chose to take on some of the invitation and decorative details and advance planning. However, when it came to the big day, I knew that I could relax and fully enjoy the wedding day celebration without a worry. With Denise and staff overseeing the day, along with the amazing staff of Feast for a King catering, Kaemmerling Photography, and all the vendors; every detail was well taken care of. From the pre-wedding preparations and photo sessions to welcoming of guests, the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and dancing everything flowed seamlessly. It was truly a joyful celebration all around and such a memorable day for our daughter and son-in-law and all our family and friends.

  Walking Down the Giles

  As the mother of the bride, I have to say working with Denise was wonderful! We tasked her with a very large wedding and wedding party. We had 10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, 4 ring bearers and 3 flower girls and 220 guests. She kept everyone on track throughout the entire process in a very professional way. Her recommendations and information she gave us were spot on and very helpful. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing and everything went very smoothing. I cannot thank Denise enough for all she did. I would highly recommend The Wedding Connection!

I worked directly with Elyse and she was incredible - very responsive to all of my emails and planning questions and was truly fantastic during the actual day of. I could not have asked for anything better in terms of helping me coordinate my wedding. I trusted her and Michele from Feast for a King for in their expertise. The two of them worked really well together and I felt not only comfortable, but completely taken care of in their hands. I would highly recommend!!

  My experience was AMAZING. As a bride who decided to have a short engagement(6 months) Densie and Elyse were outstanding. Elyse did most of the coordinating and was with us the day of rehearsal and day of the wedding. She was so calm, exceptional at managing people and very reassuring. My bridal party loved her and well after the wedding ended were mentioning how fun and helpful she was! They have great preffered vendor list that works with a wide range of budgets. I am so glad to have had them on one of the most special days.

  My experience was AMAZING. As a bride who decided to have a short engagement(6 months) Densie and Elyse were outstanding. Elyse did most of the coordinating and was with us the day of rehearsal and day of the wedding. She was so calm, exceptional at managing people and very reassuring. My bridal party loved her and well after the wedding ended were mentioning how fun and helpful she was! They have great preffered vendor list that works with a wide range of budgets. I am so glad to have had them on one of the most special days.

  Rancho Soquel is AMAZING. I can't believe more people don't know about it, as it's easily the most beautiful wedding venue in the Santa Cruz area, and reasonably-priced compared to some other similar venues in the bay area. It's laid out beautifully and can accommodate a large wedding, but is broken out into individual spaces in a way that a smaller group doesn't feel out of place. My guests are still sending messages about how it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to - I'd love to take credit, but it's all Rancho Soquel.
  
  Denise Addesso was the coordinator for our April 2018 Rancho Soquel wedding, and I'm so thankful to have her involved in the process. Denise kept all my wedding "ducks" in a row, and always had a sense of humor that was appreciated when things were a little stressful. She's obviously seen it all, and has a plan for whatever comes up. A car crash took out a power pole next to the venue down the day before my wedding, and power hadn't been restored the night of our rehearsal. Denise quietly arranged a just-in-case generator, and wasn't sweating it. We didn't end up needing the generator, but her calm demeanor and back-up plan did wonders for my nerves. She was quick with answers to my questions, recommended vendors when I didn't want to spend a lot of time searching, and stepped in to help when I was having frustrations with one vendor.
  
  Denise's colleague Elyse was equally on it while Denise was on vacation before our event, with quick answers to my questions, and great advice.
  
  Bottom line: the ladies at The Wedding Connection are great at what they do, are great to work with, and will ensure your day is as seamless as possible. If you're lucky enough to combine them with Rancho Soquel, you're going to have a spectacular day.

  We really could not have asked for a better wedding day! Denise put us in touch with wonderful vendors and everyone brought something unique and special to the table. I'm not aware of any issues from the day of - which as the bride is all I wanted. We had an awesome wedding, and we would not have been able to do it without the wedding connection!

  Denise was our wedding planner for our wedding at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in October 2016, and we could not have asked for a better planner or planning experience! She is efficient, practical, and explains things straightforwardly. She also has a great, fun personality, which makes working with her an enjoyable experience. One of her best, most important qualities is how prompt and responsive she is with communications. My big thing I was obsessed with while planning our wedding was having everything organized and flow seamlessly on the day of...my expectations were definitely exceeded thanks to Denise of The Wedding Connection.
  
  When booking Rancho Soquel, which is a beautiful estate up Old San Jose Road, you must go through The Wedding Connection and included in the price are the services of a day-of-coordinator. Denise was so much more than just a day of coordinator. She helped me the entire year and made sure we were on track with everything, she checked in routinely, and always got back to emails right away. She always answered all of my questions and had so many great suggestions as well! You can tell she is a seasoned vet in the wedding industry so it made me feel like I could rely and trust her opinion and judgement on everything!
