My husband and I are OVER THE MOON that we chose The Water Oasis as out venue for the most special day! We have received do many compliments about the venue. Our guests and family were so impressed with the venue and how gorgeous it was! I would choose The Water Oasis over and over again if I had to. The staff were so wonderful. They do what is needed and are there promptly when needed. Otherwise they stay out of the way while you enjoy your special day. The venue provides so many different landscapes and sceneries for the best experience. It is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous in every way. We even had our wedding in a tine of year where not all of the flowers have bloomed and it is still phenomenal. There is so much to enjoy whether you want to be under the fantastic heaters in the covered pavilion or you want to be on the sand by the water to enjoy the fountain. There is so much opportunity for gorgeous pictures in different areas of the venue. Just take your pick whether you want trees, flowers, water, mountains, sunset, sunrise, the fireplace, and much more, for beautiful back drops to capture memorable photos! There was a place with seating, mirrors, and a bathroom for women to get ready, as well as a place for the males. It is all furnished so nicely and is even great for the getting ready photos! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone and encourage those who are looking for a venue, to consider taking a walk around The Water Oasis!! I wouldn't change a thing about the venue. We had the most amazing experience at this venue for our wedding! The space was beautiful and perfect for our special day—every detail was just what we envisioned. A huge thank you to Melissa, the venue manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel so supported and cared for. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place—or a better person—to help bring our wedding to life!
Highly recommend this venue and Melissa to any couple looking for a stress-free and memorable experience. -

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the cost. The self guided tours are really convenient and helped us get to know the location well. The dressing rooms and restrooms are great, and there's a lot of space for all the guests.
It rained on my wedding day and we couldn't do the outdoor wedding we had planned but even the indoor plan B option was stunning with the view ! -

My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Water Oasis and it was perfect.
We rolled the dice having a March wedding and our day had snow in the morning, sunshine in the afternoon, and a little rain in the evening. The pavilion kept our guests warm and the ambiance of the fireplace with the candles was stunning with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens as well as having plenty of room for our guests to eat, drink, and dance the night away. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding.
The venue also offers a variety of amenities, including a bridal suite and groom's room, which made getting ready on the day of the wedding a breeze. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend the Water Oasis to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding venue in Oregon. -

Where do I start? Was it the beautiful scenery, the elaborate pavilion, the gorgeous bridal/groom salons or the rolling golden fields surrounding the venue? If you are looking for that fairy tale scenery this might just be it. They offer some of the kindest professionals as part of their preferred vendors and boy did they not disappoint. We had the privilege of working with our Event Coordinator, if that’s what you want to call her, I prefer Superwomen. Ranjita, or Jita, was the most down to earth, sweetest, wizard and nothing was ever “no we can’t do that” but more like “let’s get this done”. She suggested things I didn’t even know we could do which made the experience less stressful and more like the wedding of my dreams. She went the extra mile and I am so grateful for her. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here and using Jita as your Event Coordinator. -

Covid pushed our wedding back a year, and they helped us every step of the way. When our big day finally arrived, they were just as helpful. I was so stressed on every detail but they made the day run so smoothly. Even helped me find last minute Hair&Makeup and a baker for my cake when my original places were unavailable after Covid issues. Love love love The Water Oasis ❤️

My husband and I spent weeks searching for a venue and kept being disappointed by the months it took for venues to respond and the strict rules and regulations they set. I stumbled upon The Water Oasis and am SO happy that we did. They assign you an event manager that helps make sure that your day goes perfectly. We only had two months to plan and Renae Heineck was an ANGEL and helped us make sure we didn't miss anything. They had stations set up for sanitizing and were very compliant with COVID rules. The property is stunning and has a ton of places for epic wedding portraits!The Water Oasis's reply:

Although we did not envision our wedding to be outdoors we are SO HAPPY we found The Water Oasis. After having to postpone our wedding THREE times due to Covid19 (we STILL made 2020 our year though!) our first venue permanently closed, the second venue was in a county where we could have only had up to 25 guests, so we searched for different options and found this spot. We LOVED just how big it was, all that it had to offer as far as the MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, the comfortable amenities such as a private bathroom for myself and my groom, our bridal and groom suites, outdoor lighting, PLENTY of great picture spots, a romantic arbor that we used for our ceremony and a perfect pavilion with elegant chandeliers and so much more! My theme was fairytale and timeless and that's exactly what this venue delivered, not to mention our AWESOME WEDDING MANAGER- RENAE! She listened to our needs and delivered exactly what we needed. If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue that offers pretty much everything you need, then do yourself a favor and tour this awesome spot! Even the drive there is beautiful, multiple guests mentioned how nice the drive to get there was! Thank you Renae and Water Oasis team, you guys rocked our wedding!The Water Oasis's reply:

The most amazing place to get married. The staff is so amazing and puts your needs first always. SO MANY picture taking areas so you don't have to go off property and it truly has all you could want. We hardly needed decor because the venue was perfect enough as is!! The property does well to plan for Oregon's unexpected weather too, so many options to get married on site- rain or shine!The Water Oasis's reply:

We loved the Venue. Beautiful property with several options for ceremony. We selected the Arbor for the ceremony which was perfect. The reception is held in their newly constructed covered pavilion. Plenty of space for dinner and drinks and dancing.The Water Oasis's reply:

Beautiful venue
Amazing beautiful venue all seasons of the year. Very convenient onsite florist and rental company which I recommend both. We got married September 1st and it was perfect. Ada Accessible with convenient parking. The venue is tremendously beautiful at night/sunset.
The heaters in the pavilion are a nice touch with panels to close it off-perfect for a late fall wedding as well. Ranjita was my venue manager for the day and months following the wedding. She did an amazing job and was always available to answer any questions I had. She made sure everything was running as planned for our big day and even made sure things were cleaned up in a timely matter-thank you so much!
I Would recommend the water oasis time and time again. :)

Beautiful venue and wonderful staff
The Water Oasis was a spectacular place for our special day. I was a little nervous about having to find individual vendors for everything but the staff is so friendly and they make it super easy for you. During the initial meeting they provide you with an extensive list of preferred vendors. Valerie and Renae, our venue manager for the day, are so kind and helped me think of every detail. There are also so many great spots for photographs and the new pavilion is great for all seasons. All of my guests couldn’t stop talking about what a beautiful venue it was! -

From the moment I saw this venue ~ and the new pavilion ~ I knew that this was the perfect place for my husband and I to renew our vows. The outstanding view of the mountains and the sunset could not have been better.
The staff was so helpful to me as things went awry. I had rented ALOT of beautiful items from the onsite vendor - Vintage Finds - and when the rain came they quickly helped get everything moved under cover so it wouldn't be damaged. I was bummed that because of the rain we didn't get as many outside photos in the other areas of the property; but the ones we have in front of the fireplace in the pavilion; facing the mountain and in the arbor area are spectacular. I highly suggest that brides plan a tour and they also have open houses throughout the year where you can meet their onsite vendors that can help with so many things. "Almost a one stop shop" If they don't have a vendor onsite they have a preferred vendors list that will help you find what you need.

Georgie Sent on 10/07/2017It was clear on our first visit to the water oasis that it was the place. Stunningly beautiful everywhere. My wedding was outdoor with cocktail hour on the beach and reception back in the tent. Deni helped us from the water oasis and was extremely responsive, helpful and provided great advice. One thing I wished I would have known or been told is that the beach area is not ideal for walking on. Ladies in heels cannot go on the sand without falling and tripping. It did not work as planned for happy hour. Not their fault but I can’t be the first bride with that problem. Hopefully all brides in the future will receive that information for planning purposes. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect! They have everything needed, the packet you receive once booking the venue is GOLD. Diagrams, pictures, measurements all of the venue, planning guide, vendor recommendations, and more were so incredibly helpful for planning. I couldn’t have imagined any other venue for our big day. Thank you!!

Kailee Sent on 08/30/2014I just recently got married this month at The Water Oasis. I remember a year ago being so overwhelmed researching venue after venue and it being the toughest decision. I finally made up my mind and decided on The Water Oasis. I knew I wanted an outdoor venue and Rhiannon was such a genuine person to work with from the start. I never once felt like she was ripping me off money wise or doing something just to benefit her and the business. My husband and I met with her a few times before the wedding where she answered all of my questions, she promptly responded to my emails, and she was always open to letting me stop by the venue to bring out my various vendors. Very nice gal who had great suggestions! The venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding as it has multiple places to hold your ceremony. The grounds are pretty well kept and there are many sights to see and good spots for picture taking! As far as for the day of the wedding, I asked my coordinator how she felt the venue did and she said everything went great! Savvy sisters was hired on to help with day of venue/vendor coordinating and the gal helped prep for the big day and answered any questions that came up. Overall, I had an almost seamless wedding and The Water Oasis was a big part of making that happen! My only one small itty bitty complaint is that Precision Helicopters is neighbors with the venue. Rhiannon had told us when we booked the venue that they work together and try to plan so no helicopters fly over during the ceremony. Of course it happened right at the beginning of the ceremony but we just laughed it off and all was well. -

Beautiful photogenic venue
This was the first venue we checked out and we fell in love with it instantly. The venue has so many locations that are perfect for photos and provide such different scenery. Even if the weather is gloomy, like on our day, the Pavilion is a perfect ceremony and reception location, and the Cabana area is fantastic for that first look moment! The staff are extremely friendly and were ready to answer all our questions -

The Water Oasis was such an amazing venue! The day after we got engaged, my now-husband and I visited Water Oasis and immediately fell in love. We didn’t even visit another venue, but I certainly don’t regret that. Our guests couldn’t stop gushing about how beautiful it was - the view from the pavilion out into the field being a favorite for many. I absolutely loved having everything we needed in one spot. There were rooms to get ready in, so many beautiful spots for pictures, the grand arbor where we had our ceremony, the pavilion for our reception, AND they provided and set up all the tables and chairs. Not to mention that the venue itself is so beautiful that we barely had to decorate. We also booked almost all of our other vendors from their preferred list. It was so nice to have that to go off of since we had no idea where to start looking. We truly could not have picked a better location for our special day. -

I had a great experience with the water oasis. Their venue is beautiful. They gave me a me a fair deal because of my timing with covid. Everything was set up on time, and things were great. The photography choices are endless.
Only negative thing was I had to ask several times to have my rehearsal Sunday morning which was a tad frustrating (that option was in my contract I signed) vs a Thursday evening since my wedding was on a Monday. The owner was very accommodating and allowed it the first time I asked her. They also were pretty flexible with coming up with a second plan B date which I very much appreciated. The seating was spaced out well and made guests more comfortable.

Water Oasis truly rolled with the punches that COVID ensued. We ended up postponing our event due to the pandemic and they were VERY accommodating! Rhiannon was so professional and kind. Beautiful venue
The Water Oasis was a wonderful venue for our vow renewals! The grounds themselves are so picturesque and offer a variety of backdrops for different parts of your event all at one location. Additionally, all of their amenities including the bridal suites, guest bathrooms, kitchen for catering and ample parking for vendors were available for your convenience. They were flexible with COVID complications and the rescheduling of the event itself along with our rehearsal dinner and on the day of, made sure everything was set up as discussed and that the evening ran smoothly. Communication was a little spotty at the beginning of the process trying to set up walk throughs and ask questions about the venue but completely understandable during the time, considering the uncertainties during COVID times... -

Overall Experience
Overall, we had a good experience, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. This is likely one of the most picturesque wedding venues in the Portland area. It can be a bit pricey, especially being outside of the city, we booked at their summer open house and were able to get a discount. There were several instances though where we wished we had not gone with them, mostly due to their response to COVID. Unlike our other vendors, they were going to charge us 55% MORE to postpone on the same day (a Sunday) next year for our month (September), but it would be free to postpone to a Monday-Thursday date. Our choices were to pay more or forfeit our deposit which was about the same amount as the extra fee - either way we were set to lose money to keep the day we wanted and go with another venue or move to the following year. For that matter, we went forward with our wedding, half our guests declined not wanting to travel due to COVID and putting us in an uncomfortable position hosting a wedding during a pandemic. They are supposed to block out/buy two hours of air time from the airport next door so there is not any aircraft noise during your ceremony. Our ceremony was only 15 minutes long and the time was set and never changed since we booked. We had two aircrafts (one plane and one helicopter) interruptions during our ceremony, during our VOWS. Very upsetting especially because the aircraft sound drowns out all other speech in our video, making parts of the ceremony and vows inaudible. If you do go with this venue, ask for Lisa as your venue manager. She was amazing and put our needs first. Our first venue manager did not put us first several times (putting other clients before our scheduled meetings, being late to phone meetings, not calling for phone meetings, not working with us on layout and design, etc.), resulting in us switching managers. Lisa is absolutely fantastic and will help work to make your vision come true. She was very attentive, reassuring, and executed our design layout. She was the only one that reassured our confidence in having our wedding during such a trying time.The Water Oasis's reply:
