I am so happy that Trish was recommended to us by multiple wedding venues! She was the best! She has many years of experience, and it truly shows. She understands the flow of weddings, what works, what doesn’t, and how to guide you toward the best decisions with confidence. She’s also incredibly well connected and highly respected among vendors in the desert, which made the entire planning process so much smoother. She was always willing to hop on a call, answer any question (big or small), and help walk me through every major choice. She brought my vision to life so beautifully. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, and she made sure we were relaxed, present, and having fun. We’re so grateful for everything she did. I couldn’t recommend Trish more! -

Trish is the absolute best. We hired her as a partial planner to help us with the big and little things. She is so on top of everything and is incredibly organized. She helped us feel calm and stress free, and also helped us enjoy the process of planning our wedding!!! Trish always made herself available whenever we needed her, and made sure to reach out to us if she hadn't heard from us in a while. She helped us find many of our other vendors, and everybody she led us to was incredibly professional, awesome, and just what we were looking for. She helped our vision come to fruition and is the reason we had the BEST WEDDING EVER! Not only did she help us have the best wedding ever, we also feel like we gained a friend in the process. She's the loveliest, kindest human and we highly recommend her as a wedding planner. Thank you so much, Trish, we love you!!!! -

The best of the best!
Trish is the best of the best when it comes to wedding planners in the Palm Springs area! From the get-go Trish is very excited and knowledgeable and has so many ideas for how she can make your vision come to life. The entire planning process was so stress free and easy and that is because of her wealth of knowledge and insight.
Our day was absolutely perfect and she took care of everything! I had complete confidence that she would make sure our day was perfection. I wish I could get married again, so I could use Trish! Book her! -

Amazing, best decision ever!
Trish and her team are literally amazing. Best decision ever to hire TWDTA. Trish was calm, funny and so helpful when making decisions and discussing options! Do yourself a favor and hire them. Worth it.

Trish is a special lady! Trish made planning a wedding during Covid SIP look so easy. She is responsive, available and totally on it! I gave her ideas on my vision and she exceeded all expectations! We had one fire drill due to capacity with Covid, Trish worked her magic and came up with a plan b for the show to go on. Trish mad our wedding planning stress free and fun! I hope to work with Trish again on another event. -

The ONLY Option for a Joshua Tree Wedding!
We are SO grateful we got to work with Trish for our micro-wedding in Joshua Tree! First, if you are debating whether you need a wedding planner for the park, the answer is YES! The park has no reception so it's hard to know where to set up and how to coordinate logistics. But Trish takes all that stress away! She knows the park like the back of her hand! I truly couldn't have done it without her. Not only does she know the park, but she knows all the area vendors, too (Palm Springs included). She recommended our florist, hair and make-up artist, private chef caterer... everything! And when we were debating between a few vendors she provided honest feedback tailored to our preferences. And all other vendors love working with Trish. One reason why is because she is SO organized and on top of everything! I never had to worry about things coming into place because Trish is the perfect kind of detail-oriented type A personality you want planning your special day. She's also so accessible and responded promptly to every text and e-mail. Lastly she's so flexible and easy to work with. I wanted a heavier hand in designing the decor for our ceremony and Trish was patient and helped pull together the aesthetic of my dreams. I couldn't recommend Trish more!!! -

From the first time I spoke with Trish I could tell she was definitely the planner I wanted to use for my wedding. We literally started to plan my wedding from the first moments we spoke!! I had a really hard time securing a venue because of the pandemic. However, she was there every step of the way with me during my search. We have literally SO MANY EMAILS where she provided the best recommendations and guidance. Working with her made wedding planning not so overwhelming after-all. I ended up securing a venue date where she was unavailable so we unfortunately had to part ways...but to say the least I miss working with her!!
I'm still planning my wedding - AND I'm still referencing all the information and guidance she provided me.
Trish is super organized, enthusiast, and extremely knowledgeable. Vendors in the palm springs area ALL love her! It is apparent that she loves what she does and she is GOOD AT IT!
Book her I promise you wont regret it. -

Trish is amazing!
I hired Trish the week is my wedding to help out with day of coordination. She showed up with a fun energy and knew exactly what to do. She got everything for dinner set up exactly how we wanted plus added her own flair. She even told everyone where to stand and took all stress off of from having to think of anything once it was go time. I’m so grateful she was available to help us on our wedding day and it was sooo worth it to have a day of coordinator even with a 21 person wedding! -

Trish is a miracle worker!
Wow. Trish and her team were the absolute best. We could not have pulled off our desert wedding without them. Trish was so kind and supportive and got things DONE! We had some unplannable challenges arise that might come with any off-the-grid desert wedding in the middle of nowhere — but Trish handled them like a boss! She was able to work her magic and made sure we had a smooth, fun, and just perfect wedding day! We were so glad to have her on our team. She has a special ability to make you feel comfortable while her team orchestrates a beautiful experience. Team Trish!!! -

Trish and her team were an incredible support for us as we were planning our wedding. She knows the area and the local vendors better than anyone else, she connected us with almost all our vendors including the venue, and all of them were so lovely and a dream to work with. Trish is kind, organized, and honest - which believe me you want in a planner! As members of the Queer/LGBTQ+ community, we wanted a non-traditional wedding, and Trish helped us figure out which details to leave in, what we could scrap, and the general flow for the entire day so it was efficient, effective and exactly how we wanted it. As a Virgo, I really appreciate Trish's attention to detail and extreme organization throughout the entire planning process.
I couldn't have more positive things to say about TWDTA Team! Drew was our day-of coordinator and he really nailed it. From setting up last-minute welcome tables to coordinating all the vendors, to comforting family relatives, we absolutely could not have pulled it off without him!
All in all, our day was so magical, in no small part thanks to Trish and TWDTA team. -

Wedding planner
I don’t even know where to begin, Trish has been amazing since day one. I had called around and emailed several Palm Springs/Joshua Tree wedding planners. After just five minutes of talking to Trish on the phone I knew she was the perfect fit for us. The planning process was so smooth, and easy. She respected my budget, gave me options, direction, and amazing recommendations and deals. She has so many connections and personal relationships with so many vendors. I had a dream team of vendors - thanks to Trish! It was such a great feeling to know I was in such great hands.
Unfortunately our venue owners were having some personal issues causing some last minute stress and instability issues. Trish spent so much time and effort advocating for me and our contract. Trish arranged for landscapers to come in and her event coordinators Drew and Melissa to come help problem solve, clean the venue and ceremony site, and most importantly hug me and listen to me. Despite all the venue issues I only have amazing memories of the wedding! Trish, Drew and Melissa truly saved the day.
We had a small intimate wedding of about 50 people, every single person told me how amazing, beautiful and smooth our wedding was and how much they loved our planners. Even now in the weeks following the wedding Trish has been a huge support and advocate. I am so thankful and grateful to have met and worked with Trish. She is a genuine, kind person and is surrounded by an amazing team. -

Originally when I started wedding planning, I always thought to myself that I was one of those cool/calm/collected/casual… although organized and knew exactly what I wanted… brides that didn’t need a wedding planer, I GOT THIS! Well, let me tell you, Trish and Drew with The Walk Down The Aisle, completely changed my original mindset on thinking I didn’t want or need a wedding planner for a multitude of reasons.
It was 7 weeks before my wedding and I just found out my original venue was hit from the Feb storms in Palm Springs and construction wasn’t going to be completed in time. I was lost, stressed, scrambling trying to figure out what next. Where were my guests going to stay? I need a venue, a caterer, rentals, etc. And I have less than 2 months to replan a wedding I had been envisioning and planning for the last 10 months. I am so lucky that yelp led me to this dream team.
Trish took the time to discuss my worries, thoughts, desires, budgets and help formulate plans to quickly move forward. She helped with new ideas, possibilities and quickly contacted other vendors and venues in the area within walkable distance from our original venue. Anything I brought up she would be right there, prepared, to answer all my questions: what would this cost, is it reasonable to execute, do we have the time for this, is it worth it? Are there better or different ideas in this realm? She was 100% available by phone, email, text, carrier pigeon, whatever anytime of the day to myself or my now husband. She met with us in person to tour new venues and just like that we had a whole new plan, executed to perfection. Trish is organized, communicative, attentive, connected, visual and always thinks 3 steps ahead.
And then theres Drew. Let me tell you about Drew…. He is a “day of” that works with Trish and he quickly turned into my other BFF, aside from Trish. Drew is such a kind and caring soul and he was “the talk” of all my wedding guests. “Who was the guy in the killer boots?? WE LOVED HIM”. He organized every small detail exactly how I wanted it in a visually appealing and absolute STUNNING way. He organized all vendors the day of, everything I brought from home, stayed on timeline, handled every mishap and found solutions quickly without interrupting my husbands or my day. Oh yeah, and he did this for us at two different venues a half mile apart…
Overall, I am so glad everything happened in the exact way it happened. Our wedding turned out better than I ever could have imaged with the help of this Dream Team. Our ceremony and cocktail hour was perfect at the Villa Royale, and our dinner and reception was beyond all our hopes and dreams at Mr. Lyons. I couldn’t have done it without the two of them and I will recommend this team to any bride that I cross paths with in the Palm Springs region. -

If you are looking for a wedding planner, LOOK NO FURTHER & PICK TRISH! I'm extremely OCD/neurotic & wanted everything to be perfect for my wedding (as we all do I'm sure!) & from our very first conversation, she put me right at ease. She helped navigate me through the entire process & was always there for me. She talked me off the ledge plenty of times when I felt so overwhelmed & truly was the best partner through it all. She knew exactly what I wanted for my day because she has impeccable taste & is truly a saint. The day was an absolute dream come true & I can't thank her enough. If you want someone who gets shit done, is super fun & upbeat (you'll need this when you want to pull your hair out!) & will make everything come together perfectly, stop searching & pick Trish/TWDTA! -

Trish is hands down a WEDDING GODDESS! I can not even put into words how amazing my experience with Trish was. Trish and I spent a year together planning my wedding that just happened on 11/3/2018. She is kind, she is experienced, she is dedicated to her clients, and just an incredible planner across the board. Not only did she make our special day flawless but she became my friend along the way and I'm so grateful to have had her as my planner and by our side on our big day! Trish was SO wonderful! She has excellent relationships with all the best vendors, tons of amazing ideas, and is conscious of a budget and ways to work within. Trish seems to have a way of knowing your style and exactly what you want, even when you haven’t fully articulated it to her. In fact, Trish was the one who suggested the amazing venue we ended up booking, after we felt like we had looked everywhere in Palm Desert and nothing was quite right. And on the day of my wedding, Trish was an absolute pro at handling every detail and put me at complete ease. When I first saw the reception area, I was blown away…. everything was beautifully executed and better than I could have hoped for! I highly recommend Trish if you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and creative coordinator for a wedding in the Desert! -

Trish planned our wedding for us at our home Starship Landing in Flamingo Heights. We literally could not have done it without her. She was there for us at every step of the way, helping us with everything from the caterer to the tableware to the landscape design. Every "disaster" that came up, she had it handled: her relationships in the desert are rock solid, which means she has someone lined up for anything that comes up. She was incredibly patient and kind with us, even as we peppered her with the millions of questions that are an inevitable part of throwing a wedding on your own property. We cannot recommend her highly enough and hope she helps create the same joy on your wedding day that she did for ours. -

Our wedding was perfect and we could not have pulled it off without Trish and her wonderful team. He knew what we wanted and did some of the initial planning ourselves so we opted for a "Peace of Mind Partnership" with Trish. She was more helpful than we had even anticipated or expected. Coming from the creative world we had a lot of friends and family that participated in our wedding (music, flowers etc) but Trish's recommendations on food and rentals and all the other details that you just don't think about were totally spot on. She had the taste level to help us create a wedding that was beautiful but not stuffy or overly formal. If you've ever planned a wedding - you know how incredibly stressful it is and what a "journey" it can be - Trish kept her cool and helped us navigate. We will be eternal grateful and I highly recommend the Walk Down The Aisle!! -

Prior to the wedding she helped me with so many important tasks including wedding ideas, suggesting vendors, coordinating deliveries, providing important checklists, and so much more ( I probably don't even know that half of all the work she did). The best part was that on our wedding day I did not have to stress about a single thing. She and her crew handled everything beautifully, so we were able to just relax and fully take in the big day. I honestly cannot thank them enough for everything. I know our wedding would not have been the success it was without Walk Down the Aisle's help. By far one of the best decisions I made was using this company!!!

Soleil Sent on 07/25/2016How lucky we were to have found Trish at A Walk Down The Aisle! We live out of town but were hosting an event in Palm Springs. Trish was on it...she knew all the questions to ask to make our vision a reality. My mom's desert birthday dinner party was such a success! Guests are still talking about it! Every little detail down to the napkin rings and popcorn machine for the kids were coordinated perfectly. She even helped book mariachis (last minute at our request) which was a huge surprise gift for the birthday girl. The caterer and bakery she recommended were absolutely amazing. The tables, chairs, menus, florals, and tablescape were stunning. She went above and beyond to create a kids table to keep them occupied for hours. Her and her team set everything up at the house the day of and cleaned up letting us fully enjoy the beautiful house we rented. So thankful for Trish and her professionalism, vision, and knowledge to get things done in such an exquisite manner. It was such a beautiful evening. Trish is so personable, I know that our families will be friends for a long time. We will always use Trish for events in the area and highly recommend her for any event!
