I can’t say enough great things about The Venue in Leawood! From start to finish, everything was truly perfect. The space itself was exactly what I needed — spacious enough to comfortably host all 75 of my guests, yet still felt warm and inviting. The finishing touches throughout the venue really added an elegant feel and made everything look polished and beautiful.
The bar setup was fantastic, and our bartender went above and beyond to accommodate every single request with a smile — such a pro! A special shoutout to Elizabeth, who worked closely with me and honestly felt more like a wedding planner than just a venue coordinator. She took care of so many little details and made sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed me to actually enjoy my day without stress.
One of my favorite parts was how hands-off the entire process was for me. The Venue provided several of my decorations, handled all of the set-up and tear-down, and made sure the space was absolutely flawless. The only thing I had to do was show up!
If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-managed space with an incredible team behind it — look no further. I’m beyond happy I found this place and would recommend it to anyone planning an event. Thank you for making my day so special! -

Highly recommend the Venue! The food was excellent and the staff was extremely accomodating. For our first daughter’s wedding, we were extremely pleased with their level of service, attentiveness, and the value they provided us! They helped to make our daughter’s dream day a reality and we are so very grateful!! -

Dream come true wedding
The Venue in Leawood made my dream wedding a reality on 10/13/18! From the beginning when we were first touring venues to the day of the wedding, Julian and Elizabeth were welcoming, accommodating and flexible to our vision, informative, and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I decided on going with the venue for many reasons...1. It had a modern, yet elegant look which is what we were looking for. 2. The space was perfect for both the ceremony and reception since they were separated from each other, indoors so weather wasn’t a concern, and there was a beautiful patio area for cocktail hour. 3. A service staff was included for the day of the wedding and to set up and tear down tables, chairs, and table decor, which was very convenient and the only clean up we had to do was for our own decor we brought in. 4. The food...was absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and variety. 5. Overall convenience! That was definitely intriguing to us that all main vendors usually needed for a wedding were under one roof (caterer, bar tenders, venue, tables, chairs, ceremony space, ceremony decor rental, lighting, table decor, etc.) This was a huge stress relief from the planning process. Julian and Elizabeth were wonderful to communicate with, always with a fast response time, they offered support and solutions, were always open to meeting with us if needed, the pricing for everything was reasonable, they went over every detail with us prior to our wedding on different occassions to make sure it was perfect and what we still wanted, and they were both present on the day of making sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, My husband and I, along with our family and friends were very happy with how everything looked and turned out. The day of our wedding, the venue looked beautiful, perfect, and it was more than I had imagined. We received several compliments regarding the food and event space. We highly recommend The Venue in Leawood for any couple that wants a modern/elegant wedding and ease in their planning process! Thank you for all of your help in making our wedding perfect and memorable! -

It was absolutely perfect! There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Julian, Elisabeth and their staff were. They were incredibly helpful and informed. The setting was perfect for both our ceremony and the reception. 5 out of 5 for sure. -
Emily Sent on 08/03/2018Every single person we came in contact with at The Venue in Leawood was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. From our first phone call to the last minute of our reception Julian, Elizabeth, everyone was incredibly response to our needs. Prior to our wedding Julian was excellent, detailed, and professional in going over what our wishes were. So much so that we had little questions and no issues the day of! The price was phenomenal. We had a plated dinner with open bar, ceremony and reception all at The Venue and could still go on a honeymoon! Julian worked diligently to find good values for us and advised us on the best ways to spend our money. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the food and the entire evening was. The patio outside was great for photos too! We didn't need to go anywhere else! That couldn't have happened without the entire staff at The Venue in Leawood!
