  Great food Great people

  We had such a pleasant experience with Vanilla Orchid. Jodi was there for us throughout the entire process. She wasn't pushy, didn't try to upsale, and made adjustments to our order as were necessary. The food was delicious and the bakery they worked with had some pretty phenomenal dessert bars.

  Perfection from Start to Finish

  I had used Vanilla Orchid for multiple events in the past and was fully aware of their remarkable quality and service, so I knew I wanted them to cater my wedding. However, they still managed to far exceed my expectations from start to finish. Jodi is knowledgable, professional, and experienced, and she went above and beyond to find even glass bottle Dr. Peppers for our guests! She was a DREAM to work with and the event staff on the day of were incredible. Everyone RAVED about the food, we had a rustic style BBQ with fried chicken, which they made there on site! I can't say enough about how smoothly our day went all thanks to Jodi and her team. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, high quality service, exceptional food, and great value.

  The Vanilla Orchid is wonderful! The food for our wedding was fantastic. The whole team, led by the amazing Skylar Snyder, made our wedding great. Skylar guided us in the menu selection and preparing for the day with patience, great responsiveness, and professionalism. They were exceptionally accommodating for our outdoor wedding. Everything was cooked on site and tasted incredibly fresh. Guests are still complementing us on the food at our wedding. Thank you, Vanilla Orchid!

  I LOVED working with The Vanilla Orchid. Their menu was incredible and the food/presentation was perfect for the occasion. All my guests were raving about the delicious aspects of the meal! All this and it was still within our budget. Our coordinator, Daphne, was very helpful, responsive, and creative about how to make all the food wishes come true. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

  We thoroughly enjoyed having Vanilla Orchid as our caterer. They were extremely easy to work with and accommodating to changes/requests up to the wedding. When we did our initial tasting we had such a hard time selecting menu items - everything was delicious! We ended up choosing chicken, fish, macaroni and cheese, grilled vegetables, skillet potatoes, and a mixed greens salad. Everything was a hit! We got so many complements from our guests on how delicious the food was. The macaroni and cheese was hands down everyone's favorite. I haven't spoken to anyone who attended our wedding who didn't say they went back for seconds. We also had Vanilla Orchid do our set-up/tear-down of tables and linens. They also provided bartenders and the beer/wine for the evening. All around a hit with nothing but positive feedback from all! I would definitely recommend Vanilla Orchid for your wedding caterer.

  We were so pleased with our wedding food! Many guests told us this was the best wedding food they've ever had. I wouldn't even consider it to be "wedding food". I would pay money to go to a restaurant to eat this meal again! Vanilla Orchid gave us really good quality food for a great value. The food was beautiful as well as delicious. I recommend everyone taking advantage of doing a tasting. My fiancé and I went for a tasting and they gave us the royal treatment. They had the private tasting room nicely decorated, gave us plenty of privacy to enjoy the meal and deliberate over our likes and dislikes, and at the end of the meal we got to meet with the chef and have him help us personalize our menu. They were very professional in all our meetings and emails. My one complaint is that I wish they were slightly quicker to respond to emails. I would definitely use Vanilla Orchid again. They create unique and fun menus, and have something for everyone!
