  Lovely Experience!

  Not only is Sarah a seasoned professional, but she also radiates a warm and peaceful aura. I didn't have to fret about posing correctly because she provided excellent directions while keeping the atmosphere candid and genuine. I just wish I were more photogenic, but she worked her magic nonetheless.
  
  During my bridal portrait session, we had limited sunlight, but she made sure to capture all the stunning spots at the venue and took some breathtaking daylight and sunset pictures. The photos from the bridal portraits turned out beautifully.
  
  Sarah and her team did an outstanding job capturing our ceremony and reception. The photos they delivered were nothing short of stunning. From the getting ready shots to the wild dancing and everything in between, they truly captured the essence and story of our special day. We're filled with anticipation for the joy these photos will bring us in the future. We highly recommend Sarah and her team.

  Highly recommend!!

  Sarah takes the MOST beautiful photos! We are extremely happy with how our's turned out. She made us feel very comfortable and the pictures look very natural and not posed at all. We also got them back very fast within a month from our wedding date. She has lots of experience and is very professional. She takes charge and keeps you on track for photos during the chaos (at times) on your wedding day. She has a great artistic eye and attention to detail.   magazine worthy photos!

  I love my wedding photos! I’m so excited. This was so important to me as we didn’t have any other form of documentation. Sarah is so talented! I never felt awkward or forced. I have a great mix of artistic shots, details, traditional, posed, candid, everything. I have it all and I’m so excited to be able to look back on these forever! I booked the package with a second shooter and glad I did! Every moment was captured and allowed for more diverse photos! Communication was easy, and when my bridal were rained out Sarah worked with me to book a session post wedding at her property where my husband and I got to have a whole other photo shoot!

  In my opinion, choosing your wedding photographer is one of the most important choices in the wedding planning process! With that said, we are SO happy we chose Sarah from The Silhouette Studio! We live in Houston and met Sarah over Skype .. after a few minutes into our call, we knew she was the one! We had researched and met several other photographers, all so very talented but Sarah stood out amongst the rest because of her passion for capturing timeless photos. She is professional, organized, easy to work with and honestly, ...her photos speak for themselves! The engagement session in Lufkin was so much fun and I was very impressed with the many great images she captured in what seemed like a short shoot. During the wedding, Sarah took command during those difficult situations where things could've been chaotic but she kept us together and did it with a smile! (i.e... bridal party wandering off, large family portraits where no one seems to be paying attention...) ;)
  
  The photos she took from the wedding day are simply incredible. Not only the portraits, but all the details and best of all, the candid shots! The only bad thing I'll have to warn you about is.... you'll have so many great shots it'll be impossible to pick the best to frame for your home. ;) Sarah is amazing- we hope that one day she'll be able to take anniversary and/or family sessions for us! Book her.. you won't regret it!!

  Sarah was our wedding and engagement photo photographer. We were initially attracted to her soft romantic style, and we are so glad we chose her to photograph our wedding. I'm a little awkward, and was so grateful for the quick pace--she knew what she was doing and what poses and locations she wanted, so she was able to direct us through, keep things moving, and get lots of great shots. I was so sad when my wedding day was cloudy and raining because I was afraid we wouldn't get many good photos, but Sarah stood out in the rain, gave us an umbrella, and got some amazing shots. She was so sweet and easy to work with, and we had our photo preview less than a week after the wedding and the rest of the photos not long after. I couldn't be happier and am so glad we chose The Silhouette Studio.

  Absolutely the BEST photographer to work with! She really knew how to capture our personalities, and the photos came out flawless. We had our engagement pictures done with her, as well as bridals and our wedding a week ago! CANNOT WAIT to see our wedding photos, but the engagements and bridals were FLAWLESS. She is absolutely amazing to work with, and I am really sad that this whole process is over - she truly is a wonderful person and does a fantastic job! I will miss working with her!!!!

  Sarah was truly amazing. Not only is her work phenomenal but she is always available and willing to do whatever is needed for your special day. I couldn't be happier with the way my pictures turned out for my bridals AND my wedding! I also had a blast with her during every session! She went above and beyond what I paid her to do.. Please hire her as your photographer. You will NOT be disappointed. I love Sarah!!!!

  We met with a few photographers at the beginning of our journey. Some were nice and some not so much. But when we met Sarah, it was an instant click that she was the one. She would be the special person that would capture our most special day. We never thought twice about our decision and we were right. Sarah is very professional, but at the same time very friendly and involved in many aspects of your life. We had a great day months back doing an engagement session with her. It was fun, silly, and most importantly the photos came out amazing. It was a huge relief to know that we had chosen correctly when choosing her. Her work was outstanding. She is very organized and we had a plan for the wedding day. Everything went as planned and the day was amazing. She captured every second of it and was with us all morning, day and evening long. The quality of her work is amazing and speaks for itself. We plan on having her capture other life events of ours as they come along. We not only got a great photographer in her, but a great friend.

  Sarah is awesome! I chose this vendor for my wedding day photography and couldn't be happier! They made us feel so comfortable and at ease on a very stressful day. They were always there to capture the important moments, without feeling intrusive. Some photographers are very 'obvious' throughout the day, but they blended in and felt like part of the family.   Sarah was great! I love her vintage/modern style and her creativity. I was a little concerned with where we would be taking pictures because my church is still in the process of finishing building but Sarah was able to work with that and capture amazing pictures! I received many compliments! She responds to emails and phone calls very timely and gets to know you, your style, and expectations before the big day. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

  Sarah was the best thing that happened to our wedding! We began with an amazing engagement session with our two dogs. Sarah was so patient and sweet with my non-cooperative pups! As a couple, we instantly felt so comfortable with Sarah making all the difference in our shoot. She had so many great ideas and poses, it all went so smoothly. She captured the most amazing pictures and moments that I was so excited to share with family and friends. I can't wait to display the photos throughout our home! I really love the engagement photos because we are in our everyday clothes, laughing and happy together. They don't look posed or forced. Just happy and relaxed with our little "family".
  On our wedding day, Sarah again was the ideal photographer! She came early to shoot my friends and I getting ready and to catch special moments before the I Do's. Unfortunately it rained throughout our wedding day, but that didn't slow Sarah down a bit! She didn't miss a beat and was willing to get drenched in order to capture our special moments. I can't express enough how sweet, professional and amazing Sarah is. We are so happy with our wedding photos! They are above and beyond my expectations. Her photos beautifully tell the story of the entire day! There are so many little special moments that Sarah captured that I will cherish forever.

Little did we know, she had just given birth to a handsome lil fella a fews months prior but still she was up for it, so we skyped. I don't know how she does it, but she seems to be over flowing with LOVE and devotion to photography.   Sarah did an absolutely incredible job photographing my wedding. She is really fun to be around and she knows how to work with people to get the perfect shots. Her photos are really creative and her editing style is that slightly vintage but modern look, so classy! Her work is clear and crisp and she gets the exposure perfect. I am so happy that I had Sarah at my wedding and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!

  Sarah is simply the most amazing photographer my company has ever worked with on a photo shoot. Her professionalism and attention to detail are impeccable.   Sarah and the gorgeous photos she took were my favorite part of our wedding day. I can't wait to find another excuse to use her again!

  The day of our wedding felt as though Sarah was a part of the family who captured all the sentimental and exciting moments of our journey. Whether it was getting my family in order for pics to capturing the fun atmosphere of the reception she portrayed every moment perfectly. These pictures will forever be cherished.
