    Wow, what can I say! I am a wedding planner who worked my first wedding here on Saturday. Michele was WONDERFUL to work with and I was thrilled with the bar and banquet staff as well. Michele was so professional, friendly and welcoming and for that I am so thankful (being a newbie isn't always easy)! Thank you so much to Michele and the amazing team at the Chase.     We loved hosting our entire wedding weekend at The Chase. Our guests stayed at the hotel, and our wedding ceremony and reception were in the Zodiac and Starlight Rooms. Everyone was so helpful to make sure our guests had a great weekend. The rooms are beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel (especially the pool!)

    Getting married in the Zodiac Room was a dream come true. The light through the floor-to-ceiling windows warmed the room, making the occasion feel even more joyful. We did our wedding in the round so everyone could enjoy the views over Forest Park and the Central West End. I loved feeling everyone around us, as well as looking out over the city. The Starlight Roof was fantastic for the reception. There was plenty of space for our 170 guests to dine and dance. The patios are a nice touch as well.

    Michele was so helpful in planning our day. She answered all of our questions quickly and gave us educated opinions when we needed more information. She was a great point person on the day of the event, making sure we were running on time and that everyone was where they needed to be.

    We heard rave reviews about the appetizers, dinner and desserts. We didn't get to eat, but the catering team packed up our meals and sent them to our room for after the wedding, which was a really nice touch. Once we got to eat it, it was delicious!

    Everyone around the building was so friendly. Added bonus: since The Chase is an historic St. Louis property, it was a beautiful place for photos. There are many lovely nooks for special pictures.

    We're so glad we had our wedding at The Chase, and we've heard wonderful things from our friends and family as well about their time spent there.

    I can't say enough about the service at The Chase! Not only is it a historic and gorgeous location, but the staff there is beyond fantastic. The planning went smoothly and they were more than happy to accommodate anything I asked. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so taken care of, the staff made sure that we had a drink in hand!

    Beth Garrison was our Catering Sales Manager. She was fantastic to work with. I cannot imagine planning my wedding without her! Everyone at the Chase was extremely accommodating. There was so much behind the scenes work that was done that night to make everything go smoothly. It really made it possible for me, my fiance, and my parents to truly relax and enjoy the reception. We had nothing to worry about. The Chase handled everything. The room was absolutely breathtaking. Couldn't be happier with my choice to pick the Chase - I have been telling everyone what a great experience we had and now my cousin is having his wedding there. Can't wait to be back in September for more fun!

    Wow, I cannot say enough about The Chase. We had our wedding reception in the Khorassan Ballroom and it was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and our guests were treated like royalty for the evening. My expectations were most definaty exceeded.

    We had our wedding reception in the Empire Room at the Chase. The service at the Chase is exceptional and the food at the reception was great. Megan Kniffen was our wedding coordinator and she is FABULOUS! I had very high expectations for my wedding reception and the staff at the Chase exceeded them all. I would absolutely recommend this venue and Megan Kniffen to all brides in the St. Louis area!

    The Salon and Spa at The Chase was absolutely amazing... I didn't really like my hair after my practice run so on my wedding day I came in with a different idea and my hair turned out perfect!

    Our reception was in The Tenderloin Room and I couldn't have asked for anything better... all everyone remembers is how amazing the food was! Dino is a family friend and I wasn't sure how well we would work together since we’re both planning professionals, but he was very accommodating. If you are looking for a more intimate environment and a little unique, I highly suggest The Tenderloin Room!

    John and his crew at the Chase pulled off a beautiful reception for my husband and I. I was a little worried about doing a plated meal as I have experienced cold meals at other weddings. The food came out warm and was so yummy! They even had to bring some of my bridesmaids extra appetizers because they loved them so much! They did our wedding cake as well, which was very moist and had tons of flavor. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. Not to mention, the Zodiac room provided an amazing view of St. Louis and Forest Park. We had a slight issue with guest gifts being delivered to their rooms, but nothing major. I would recommend Chase Park if you are looking for an attentive staff and beautiful reception with great food!

    All of my 6 bridesmaids, my mother, and I had hair and makeup done at the Chase Park Plaza. Kelly did a beautiful and unique updo, that fit my hair-piece and veil perfectly. All of the girls looked great as well. I wasn't as satisfied with the quality of the makeup service. They only carry Aveda products, which don't make waterproof mascara. Also, I had to ask to have blush, lip liner, and hilighter applied, which I thought should be understood when you want to look your best for your wedding.

    We booked the Zodiac/Starlight rooms for our reception and, I must say, it was truly spectacular! A one of a kind venue with amazing views and top notch service of the Chase staff.
    My only complaint is that the wedding coordinator that we were assigned did a terrible job responding to us (would take two weeks to respond at times - even up to a month prior to the wedding). However, once my Dad got involved, her manager made sure we received top-notch service! He went out of his way to accommodate us!!
    At the end of the day, the Chase Park Plaza came through making our wedding reception absolutely perfect! I simply cannot imagine it being any better. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
    I highly recommend the Chase Park Plaza!!! You will not be disappointed!!

    I had an awful experience with the Chase Park Plaza Hotel during my wedding weekend. Three guests had items stolen from their rooms, including the Mother of the Bride's camera and sunglasses. (Yes, the camera contained personal wedding photos of the rehearsal dinner taken the night before). About 1/3 of the guests that were staying at the hotel did not receive the gift bag we provided that included all of the pertinent information about the wedding weekend. The bouncer at Cafe Eau was outright rude to us that night (we took the wedding party to the bar after the reception). Further, nothing special was done for us even though we booked the bridal suite, in fact they delivered champagne breakfast to us on the wrong day. We now discourage others from going to the hotel and have nothing good to say for it. We shared all of this with the management and they failed to offer any significant effort to remedy our experience.

    It is my opinion that Chase's certain reputation for weddings contributed to how poorly things went for us. I think the Chase has steered away from excellent customer service, which is what built the reputation. Management's arrogance in dealing with our grievances is one clear illustration of this point.
