Our experience with The Roost at Butler Farm was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we started planning, Amber and Krystle were so kind, responsive, and truly cared about every detail of our day.
The flowers were beyond beautiful, we received many compliments throughout the night. Every arrangement, from the bouquets to the ceremony arch and centerpieces, was so thoughtfully done and truly brought our vision to life. The decorations were stunning and made the barn feel so romantic and warm, exactly what we wished for!
What really stood out was how smooth everything went. Amber and Krystle handled every little detail with so much care and made sure the whole day flowed perfectly, even when the weather decided to keep us on our toes. They were so flexible and calm, adjusting things without any stress, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy the moment.
The barn itself is absolutely gorgeous! It felt peaceful, private, and beautiful.
The quality of service we received from Amber and Krystle was incredible, and at such a fair price. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want each couple to have the best day possible.
We’re forever grateful to Amber and Krystle and The Roost at Butler Farm for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.

What an amazing venue from a Dj Perspective! Beautiful place for weddings and events. Every aspect of this place is simply stunning. Staff and Bartenders were so accommodating to ensure I had everything I needed. For Djs and Bands I do recommend staying on the bottom floor as it is challenging to load equipment on the stirs as a solo op. I am absolutely blown away by this venue. Not only are Amber and Krystle amazing, the venue is also absolutely stunning. Amber and Krystle are so knowledgeable and helpful with decorating and planning. I showed them pictures of what I liked and from that they were able to create my vision to the T! The day of was absolutely stress free and enjoyable for me thanks to Amber and Krystle they ensured the day flowed with no hiccups. Amber made my flower arrangements and they were stunning! I really cannot say enough good things about this place, I will be recommending anyone I know that’s getting married or having a large event to come here! -

The Roost is a hidden gem in the little town of Staley! We found them on wedding wire, and immediately went to look at the venue. The quality of everything on site, and the decorations that were used exceeded our expectations for our special day! Krystle and Amber were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! Any questions or concerns we had about anything they were delighted to answer. Amber did our floral arrangements on site as well! They were the most beautiful flower arrangements! I cannot rave about them enough of how easy they made my day, and less stressful my days was because of them. If you are looking for a venue that will knock your socks off, and your guests the Roost is the place! Thank you so much Krystle and Amber. -

I cannot say enough good about The Roost and about Krystle and Amber. First, the venue is beautiful and has everything you need - rehearsal access, separate spaces for the bride & groom to get ready, indoor & outdoor ceremony options, tables, chairs, decor, etc. We were blown away on our wedding day by all of the little things they had thought of - toiletries, makeup applicators, etc. Literally anything we thought of that we needed, The Roost had. I appreciated how flexible Krystle was in advance of our wedding to let us come and see the space, and offered to let us come back anytime we needed. On the day of, Krystle and Amber were there to take care of everything we needed and to ensure the day and ceremony ran seamlessly. We also used Amber for flowers, and they were absolutely beautiful! I'm not a "flower person" but yet I can't stop staring at them in our photos.
The biggest thing about them is they truly care about their couples. We got married on March 21, 2020 which was the week that NC started placing restrictions on gatherings amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Two days before our wedding, we made the decision to cancel our rehearsal and reception, and to have a small ceremony with just wedding party & close family. Krystle & Amber were so flexible, and made the day a dream come true. Literally the morning of, I told them that we had decided to do our first dances and cake cutting immediately after the ceremony at the ceremony site, and that we had cupcakes to share with our guests. They made it happen, and made it look like every aspect of our wedding was exactly how we had intended all along. I was so anxious and disappointed about the changes we had to make leading up to our wedding day, and I walked away feeling like it was the most beautiful ceremony. It wouldn't have happened without The Roost and their team, including some of their Preferred Vendors that we chose to use. I have no doubt that had we been able to hold our rehearsal and reception, it would have been just as perfect - so much so that we are hoping to hold a proper reception there at a later date!
If you're thinking about getting married at The Roost - do it. We're a Raleigh couple, and it was worth every bit of the easy drive to Staley. -

Best venue ever!!! Just got married here last night (January 5, 2019). It is beyond beautiful and Krystle and Amber were amazing! They were extremely helpful with everything we needed and when things didn't go quite as we had planned. Amber was amazing with keeping everyone in line and basically waiting on us hand and foot. You will not be sorry if you choose this venue! Thank you both so much for everything this weekend! -

Amber did a wonderful job making sure everyone was in their spots and that everything ran smoothly through out the night! Could not have asked for a better team of people!

They made sure all of my concerns were dealt with and helped so much with everything the day of the wedding. Krystal was also there for all of my late night panics before the wedding to help ensure we had it all together.

So happy we found this venue!
This venue was the perfect location for our wedding! We ended up with an indoor wedding in front of the beautiful fireplace. Such a sweet and intimate moment. Amber and Krystal did a wonderful job making our visions come to fruition. I loved that there was a location not only for the ladies to get ready/ hangout the day of the wedding but "The Roost" is perfect for the guys to hangout too. You have access to wedding decorations to utilize for your big day, and full access to the kitchen if needed. They were very accommodating and professional. Amber also did our wedding flowers and I continue to get compliments on how beautiful the arrangements were. Amber directed our wedding and kept everyone in line. I had no worries the day of our wedding because I knew everything was taken care of. I totally recommend having your wedding or event at this venue!!!
