The Carriage House was more than just a venue that hosted our 96 guest wedding reception. It was a magical place where our family and friends were able to join us in what can only be described as a dream evening! Erin, Amanda and the whole team of people they have are amazing and make the whole process so easy! From the vendor recommendations to reminders of things you just may forget they made the whole night stress free for myself and my new husband. We spent the entire night living our dream and they took care of it all! I would highly recommend The Carriage House for any type of function! Thank you again Erin, Amanda and the whole team! You made our night a dream come true!!! -

The Carriage House Team was incredible and the space was beautiful. We are so glad that we had our wedding welcome party there. The mix of indoor and outdoor space was awesome, and we were able to accommodate our pizza oven and drink truck vendors. Would definitely recommend this space for any cocktail type event. Erin is super kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. -

The Carriage House was our dream venue for our wedding. Since I was a little girl I dreamed of a barn wedding. Erin and her team brought my dream to life. From the tour of the facility and the multiple package options I was able to make the Carriage House venue exactly what I dreamed of for my wedding. The planning process was made so easy not only by the wedding package we chose having many tedious wedding tasks handled for us, but also using the resources Erin and her team already have vetted for us. Any ideas or requests I made of the venue were met with acceptance and eagerness by the venue staff to make it happen and bring us our dream wedding. From the outdoor garden wedding to the spacious barn brought to life with a casual reception vibe. We loved every moment of our wedding at the Carriage House and appreciate how hard the venue team worked to make our dreams come true. -

The Carriage House was an absolute dream come true. My husband and I wanted a small, intimate wedding that had a whimsical feel. Erin made the whole experience so magical and added many little details that truly enhanced our wedding. Working with The Carriage House was such an amazing experience. Working with The Carriage House was easy, fun and stress-free. The owners were so flexible and attentive, and they really made us feel like they cared about our big day going well. We never ran into any issues whatsoever.
The venue is clean, well-lit, and extremely spacious, and our guests have been giving us compliments ever since. The on-site parking was also a huge plus. We couldn't recommend it enough! -

I have too many great things to say about The Carriage House! The venue was absolutely gorgeous! It had a great flow from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour to the reception. Erin and her team made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect with their responsiveness, organization, and willingness to help however they could! We received so many compliments about our wedding venue from our guests. We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue and a more responsive team! -

Amazing Venue for wedding, gathering, or any event! Erin was amazing and went above and beyond to create the perfect Garba for us (Indian Dance festivity, pre-wedding). She did the research herself and decorated the place way better than we could have ever imagined. -

My wife and I just got married at the Carriage House on April 27th and honestly, Erin, with House Of Assembly Events, was able to take our dreams and make it reality for our special day! Erin teamed up with Amanda, of Simply Weddings By Amanda, and Sarah, of Sarah Annay Photography was honestly a dream team!! If you are looking for something breathtaking and truly beautiful for your special day and don’t trust just anyone to do it, you have my word that they are the best.
The Carriage House was a perfect venue. Want an inside wedding? They have an amazing rustic barn. Want an outside wedding? You have your choice of a few different spots. Want a combo? (Honestly, who wouldn’t? Highly recommend!) They have that option too!
Don’t believe me? Look at these amazing photos from my own wedding and tell me who wouldn’t think this was stunning? And, the best part is, the entire reception area was a complete surprise to the brides until after the ceremony...and it was phenomenal! Do you know another vendor you would trust that much?
If you are just starting to look or think you found the venue for you, please don’t say the final yes until you’ve seen what the House of Assembly Events has to offer. They’ll more than likely beat the price of your other choice too for what’s to offer!
Absolutely everyone who attended the wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! -

Laura Sent on 05/15/2018Choosing the Pioneer Barn for our wedding venue was easy once we spoke with Gail. She was professional and helpful from start to finish. I live in Salt Lake City and my husband lives in southern GA so we were not able to spend much time in the area prior to our big day. She was able to answer all of our questions, make suggestions, describe things that had worked for previous ceremonies, etc. The barn was beautiful and clean, and seeing the 360 degree shots on the website was super helpful. The location was very easy for guests to find and there was plenty of parking for all. I especially loved that the barn was air conditioned.
Gail also was able to recommend a DJ, and florist that know the venue and take great care of their clients. They were awesome. I did not step foot into the venue until 5 minutes before the ceremony (crazy, I know) but I was confident that things would be lovely and they absolutely were. Gail was on-hand before to direct vendors and set-up; during the ceremony putting last touches on things inside (we used the porch for our ceremony to take advantage of the setting sunlight); and she stayed in the background helping during the reception and to the very end, picking up any stray items that had fallen, ensuring the photographers knew where they could get the best shots, doing everything she could to be helpful. Every venue should have a Gail, and the Pioneer Barn was the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception. Thank you so much for everything!! -

I love that it's so near down town but feels like you're so secluded. Gail has been amazing since DAY ONE! Very open to all of my ideas about seating. They have some many options to add to your package! Tables, Chairs, a room for the bridal party to get ready, servers, clean-up, ect. Definitely an all in one place! Gail even provides you with a list of vendors for all your other needs. She always makes time for me anytime I call to chat with questions or new ideas and even makes time for frequent visits!
Definitely worth checking out! We weren't planning on rustic but fell in love with this place! They even have the option of renting out all of Fort Menendez for your guests to get a full tour!
I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THEY ARE AIR-CONDITIONED!!! Only barn I've seen for a wedding venue that is AC.
Go talk to Gail do a walk through. We're renting Chivari Chairs from Clarks Rental to add an elegant feel. -

Finding a venue with only a few months before the planned wedding is a hard task. I knew I wanted something rustic and vintage. We didn't have a very big budget and weren't planning on a lot of guests. The Carriage House was the perfect spot. We had a few requests that we had to satisfy for our Pastor- and Erin and her group were able to make everything work! The venue is gorgeous. It was the Saturday before Memorial Day- and in true Florida fashion it was hot and miserable. The AC in both buildings came through for us. Quaint little spot in a wonderful City! -
