We are so happy we chose to have our wedding reception at The Pearl Rooftop. I was such a magical night and beautiful venue! We rented the whole rooftop which was a perfect size for our 70 person wedding. The Pearl Wedding Team made the planning process stress free and seamless! We also loved that The Pearl includes everything in the wedding package and we didn't have to contract out for every category (food, beverage, tables, chairs, linens, cake). We worked with Kylie Bennett and she was fantastic. We live in Atlanta but knew we wanted to get married at Rosemary Beach, Kylie made the planning process a breeze, gave great recommendations when we were picking out our menu and planning the logistics of the night. She was so responsive and personable through the planning process and insured the day of logistics all went smoothly! 5 stars and book immediately! -

Simply The Best!
Kylie and the entire Pearl staff were amazing throughout the entire process. The venue is one of the most beautiful places we have been. Our wedding night was perfect and we will definitely be making more trips back to the Pearl just to remember that night. -

I chose the Pearl due to them having a rooftop wedding option and they had such a great wedding option and a plan B due to rain. My wedding was about to have to be moved into the ballroom, until the rain gods worked their magic. It rained early morning of the day we got married, and then the sun came out- thank god!!! Zoe was an amazing event planner that made everything so smooth and I never stressed over anything. Every evening staying in our room, they had a special sweet and a note for us, what a special touch! They made it happen for the room I got ready in with my girls, was the one we could stay in for our rest of the week stay with them. What a view! They made my special day one for the books for sure!!! -

We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Pearl in Rosemary Beach. Everyone we worked with there were complete professionals and it was the easiest, most low stress process. Ashton, our coordinator, was on top of EVERYTHING and worked seamlessly with our vendors to get everything set up behind the scenes and take us out as the middleman. The venue is incredibly picturesque and all of our guests raved about the view and the charm & sophistication of the Hotel. The food was incredible and the banquet team did an amazing job replicating the food from our tasting menu to the full buffet portion, which is not an easy feat. The staff working our wedding were so delightful and provided impeccable service - there wasn't a line ever at the bars and they were on top of any requests we may have had. Finally, they have the perfect after party spot down in the Havana Bar which makes it easy to take the party downstairs once the reception is complete. It was truly our dream day and the team at the Pearl had so much do with its perfect execution. -

The Pearl was our DREAM reception! Working with Zoe was a breeze, and she was more than just a planner. She catered to every one of our requests, and our wedding reception went flawlessly. Beyond incredible and the best place to get married!
We had the most perfect October wedding and the best experience thanks to everyone at The Pearl! Our coordinator Zoe Mathews made everything so simple and easy. She basically did everything from start to finish including answer all one million of my emails, bustle my dress, bring us champagne, tell people what to do so I didn't have to AND cut the cake for us! She made sure everyone had fun and passed out all the glow toys to dance with and encouraged everyone to get on the dance floor! It was the best time and I didn't have to worry about anything! Everyone that works there made us feel so special and I can't wait to go back for our one year anniversary! -

We were married on November 3, 2018 at The Pearl on the rooftop! Every detail was perfect from start to finish! We met Zoe Mathews in May at our vendor day for the first time. We immediately felt a connection and she guided us through the planning stages seamlessly, mostly long distance! We had PERFECT weather and a PERFECT sunset for our rooftop reception. The food & cocktails were raved about by all our guests! We highly recommend this location and Zoe! -

First off, there are no words to adequately describe how perfect our wedding was there at The Pearl.
From the time we walked into The Pearl and met with Zoe’ Matthews we knew that that we would be looking at no other venues after that.
We were welcomed in and made to feel so comfortable that we knew it was our perfect fit.
Being that ours was a same sex wedding we were not sure how the hotel and staff would react but I can honestly say that EVERYONE there was amazing to us and let us know how happy they were to help with every detail.
The Pearl and Zoe’ will always have a special place in our hearts for creating our PERFECT wedding weekend.
We are still receiving compliments about our wedding from our guests. Guests have also mentioned that that they loved the venue is as it is the perfect blend of elegance and beach casual. -

Crystal Sent on 07/13/2017When you choose The Pearl, Ashton and her team at the Pearl provide the most blissful experience. From start to finish, the planning to the day after our wedding, we never had a worry and made our engagement and wedding day that much more special! We essentially were able to plan ceremony, reception, catering, florals, cake and food in one meeting about six months out from the wedding. Exchanged a few emails until days before the wedding where we had our final meet-up to polish off tiny details. The rehearsal was a breeze. Ashton ensured that nothing went unnoticed and every detail was sheer perfection the day of our wedding.
The Pearl has chosen a specific list of vendors and rightfully so. It makes narrowing down your florist, photographer and music choice much easier, and honestly I don't think there was a wrong choice.
Our price included: Ashton's services which entail a lot of planning, catering from The Pearl's restaurant Havana Beach Bar & Grill, a few add-on's, our wedding night at The Pearl and the ceremony and reception locations at The Pearl which I would love to show via pictures!! (Still waiting, but hope to update the review to share!) -

The location in Rosemary Beach with the weather, amazing beaches and beautiful architecture was topped by the wonderful experience in having our wedding at The Pearl. The planning experience was pretty easy and very organized. We had a couple major special moments that were pulled off happily with lots of thoughtful extra effort by The Pearl. We would 100% recommend this venue, the team and setting were amazing!

Amanda Sent on 04/05/2018The food at the pearl is incredible! All of my guests said that it was the best food at a wedding they have ever had. The vendors they use are terrific too. Bake My Day = Heaven!
Everything went really well the day of, thanks to Zoe! I do wish that I had stuck with my plan A and had the entire wedding on the roof. It was a Feb. 3 wedding and I got scared that it was going to be too cold, so I chickened out and went with plan B, which was wedding on the roof and reception in the ballroom. No complaints from anyone AT ALL! But I just like the vibe of the roof better, and we had already paid for all the rentals of heaters and lighting on the roof. The heaters were HOT, so I think we would have been totally fine up there. But there's no way I could have known how well the heaters put off heat which is why I am sharing this experience here.
Zoe is terrific!!! She is so laid back which is everything I wanted in a planner. She is also very helpful, personable and makes wonderful suggestions. My one frustration was that I was trying to get my wedding schedules disseminated to the guests before their arrivals, and I never got her official schedule until the week of the wedding, after I had already sent out schedules to everyone, so there was a lot of chaos and confusion about when things were taking place. Best advice is to get that schedule earlier! Otherwise people will be late or early and texting YOU to ask what to do.
I would get married at The Pearl again any day! I loved the people, the atmosphere, and most importantly the food. And all the guest thoroughly enjoyed it too! -
