Peached Tortilla was an absolute gem to work with! They were on top of things the entire way through, and the food and drinks turned out beautifully on the day of our wedding They were really easy to work with, even when we were going back and forth on decisions that we'd made and remade a dozen times over, and we got a ton of compliments about the food and cocktails from our guests. Everything turned out delicious, and everything went smoothly! -

We’re still hearing from guests that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had—and honestly, we agree. The hangar steak and lemongrass chicken were out of this world, and every dish was cooked to perfection. Throughout the planning process, the Peached Tortilla team (Emily and Patricia in particular) was a dream to work with: responsive, thoughtful, and endlessly accommodating, especially when it came to our many dietary preferences. On the wedding day, their service was seamless and their execution flawless. We couldn’t believe how good the food was—elevated, flavorful, and memorable in every way. We did passed apps and a taco station during cocktail hour, had a buffet for dinner, and ice cream and cookie bar for dessert—everything was incredible. We absolutely love the Peached Tortilla restaurant, and we were still blown away by the food on our wedding day. We’d choose them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who cares deeply about great food and great service! -

Where do I even start? My wife, Elisa, and I have been longtime fans of Eric Silverstein and his incredible food—from his Peached Tortilla food truck to Bar Peached. His fusion of Asian flavors with other cuisines speaks deeply to us, reflecting our own multicultural backgrounds. We've cooked from The Peached Tortilla cookbook for years and have always admired the warmth and hospitality of his team, including Bar Peached’s GM, Patrick, and Head of Operations, Beto. But nothing could have prepared us for the kindness and generosity they showed us when we needed them most.
Weeks before our wedding, our original caterer went bankrupt, taking our deposit with them and leaving us scrambling. In a moment of pure desperation, we reached out to Peached Tortilla, hoping for a miracle. And we got one. Even though they were fully booked, Eric not only found a way to make it happen—he shut down Bar Peached on a busy Saturday night just to cater our wedding. Patrick himself ran the event, making it all the more special. Despite our budget constraints, they put together an unforgettable meal that blended both of our cultures seamlessly. Our guests still rave that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. But more than the food, it was the heart and care Eric and his team showed us—not just as longtime customers, but as people who truly needed help—that left the biggest impact. Peached isn’t just a food truck or a restaurant; it’s a cornerstone of Austin’s culinary scene, built on passion, hospitality, and a commitment to bringing people together through food. We were already loyal fans, but after this experience, we’re lifelong ones. -

We had The Peached Tortilla cater our wedding this past weekend and we could not have been happier with the taste of the food, the service, and the staff. They got the food out to all of the tables in a timely manner so no one table was waiting and we have only heard amazing reviews from our guests about how good the food was! I completely dropped the ball and forgot to let them know about two guests with food allergies until the day before and they were able to accommodate them still. They handled the situation with ease and professionalism. Highly recommend them for any event!!! Thank you Peached team! -

We loved using Peached Tortilla!
We got married back in April of 2024, and we were the biggest wedding they had done yet (about 300 people). They did an amazing job and were so easy to work with. They were flexible and patient with all our questions and requests. Not only were they easy to work with, but everyone raved about the food at our wedding. Usually wedding food is just "meh", but everyone commented on how amazing the food was. For our cocktail hour, we just did a charcuterie board, but everyone appreciated the vast spread. Our signature cocktails were their spicy house marg and the Bourbon Renewal. For dinner, we had the spring salad, charred brussel sprouts, wasabi mashed potatoes, confit salmon, and Korean hanger steak. For dessert, we had the banana nutella spring rolls and the coconut miso cream shooter. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and quality of food. They helped make our wedding day so special and a good experience for all our guests! -

We got married two months ago and still can’t stop talking about our wedding catering from The Peached Tortilla! My husband and I have been fans of the restaurant and bar for a long time and were pleasantly surprised to find that compared to local catering-only businesses, The Peached Tortilla was a more affordable option for us.
We had a lovely evening at the tasting event and their staff was flexible and helpful when we made our final selections for our big day. We chose to do the family style option and everyone got their food quickly, which was important to us. The catering staff was super attentive and prepared plates ahead of time for my husband and I, which was an extra special touch. Our full menu included rolls and citrus herb butter, the seasonal fall salad, chimichurri carrots, wasabi mashed potatoes (a fan favorite), and honey miso chicken. I’m just sad we can’t go order all these things off their regular menu! I highly recommend The Peached Tortilla for any catering needs you may have. -

We worked with Maria throughout the planning process and she was incredible making sure we had everything we needed and felt supported. The food is absolutely incredible and I think every single guest complimented us on it. Thank you to the Peached Tortilla team for catering our wedding! I’m obsessed with their restaurant counterpart so I knew their catering is a top option for our catering. Maria was so easy to work with during our planning phases. She organized and led our calls with our planners, was so patient with our decisions, and represented Peached Tortilla so well. She was flexible in that she found ways to highlight some Filipino food we wanted which were pancit and gluten free lumpia. While we did not go the route with using them for cocktail hour as well, we appreciated knowing that they were able to customize our menu. We loved working with Maria! She made our planning easy when we needed extra rentals from the same company, Premiere Events. Like all of our vendors, the Peached Tortilla team worked so well with our planners and the entire vendor team. The dishes we tried during our taste testing with them were nothing, but amazing. Amazing and fresh are how I would describe their dishes. They’re a great Asian fusion establishment. I dream of their wasabi mashed potatoes still and wished I could get one to-go so easily through their restaurant. Nevertheless, the food and the service provided by the catering staff during our wedding were the best. They were professional and collaborative with our bar vendor, Peak Beverage. We appreciate the team’s hard work during our wedding. Highly recommend and thank you, Peached Tortilla! -

We had the queso bar at cocktail hour and several different stations at dinner. It was casual and fun -- and food we actually like! My experience with Peach Tortilla as our wedding catering service was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we contacted them, they were incredibly professional, prompt, and responsive to all of our needs and requests.
On the day of our wedding, they arrived on time and set up everything beautifully. The presentation of the food was impeccable, and we could tell that they put a lot of effort into making everything look and taste amazing.
The food was absolutely delicious! We had guests from various backgrounds and dietary restrictions, and everyone had something wonderful to say about Peach Tortilla's selections.
Overall, I cannot recommend Peach Tortilla enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day special, and we received countless compliments on their food and service. If you're looking for a catering service that is both professional and delicious, Peach Tortilla is the way to go! -

Exceeded Our Expectations!
We booked Peached Catering for our wedding and were beyond pleased with our decision!
We went to a group tasting at the Peached Social House and loved it so much that we didn't end up booking any other tastings! Everything was so delicious that we knew we had to book Peached for our wedding.
Maria helped to make the planning process smooth and was extremely accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Maria also put us in contact with Premiere for rentals which helped to take the stress off another vendor to coordinate with! The staff that served the food and the bartenders that worked at our wedding were outstanding and efficient.
All our guests commented on how much they loved all the food. The only difficult thing we had to do during the planning process was narrow down which items we wanted on the menu - everything was just too good!
Peached Catering exceeded all our expectations for catering and bartending! If good food and alcohol are a top priority for your event, definitely book Peached! -

My husband and I used Peached Tortilla to cater our wedding and we could not be happier with the amazing food and excellent service they provided. Food is very important to my husband and I so we knew we had to go with a unique and high quality caterer, and Peached Tortilla fully delivered. As soon as we did our tasting with them, we know Peached Tortilla was the one because food was absolutely incredible - I had no idea catering could be this good.
Louise was our catering coordinator and was wonderful from start to finish and very responsive to my many questions/requests! Leading up to our wedding day, Louise was very communicative of our deadlines and collaborated very well with our wedding coordinator. Everything went perfectly on the day of our wedding as well, and the food was outstanding. Many of our guests remarked that Peached Tortilla’s catering was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I completely agree with that statement! Thank you so much to Louise and Peached Tortilla for a fantastic job!

From day 1 of planning, we knew we needed to have amazing food at our wedding. And Peached was definitely at the top of the list, since my husband and I are both big fans of the restaurant in Austin. But the experience of working with Peached Tortilla for our wedding was much more amazing than we could have imagined!
From start to finish, working with Louise on our menu, rentals, courses and all the millions of tiny details was a JOY. She was kind, informative and super responsive to changes as we worked with her over a period of 10 months to plan the wedding.
On the wedding day, the food was PHENOMENAL. Our guests raved about it for days, and I know everyone loved the appetizers, the entrees and even the late night pork belly buns.
For us it was great to work with such a dedicated & trusted vendor, and for our guests I know they loved all the delicious food. Our dinner was even better than I imagined, and alot of that is due to the team at Peached Tortilla. The servers, the planners, and the chefs are simply unmatched. Hire them! -

Louise, the catering manager at The Peached Tortilla, was a godsend. She worked with our tight budget patiently and intuitively, and at times when we had complications with our venue, she edited the contract significantly to fit our needs without any additional charge. The Peached Tortilla is not a vegan restaurant per se, but created an entirely vegan menu for us that delighted every single guest at our wedding (almost none of whom were vegan)! The staff was kind, flexible, and fun to engage with. The bar had incredible wine options and the service was perfect. My wife and I only have good things to say about Louise and others at The Peached Tortilla. You will be fortunate to have them cater your event. -

The process was smooth, Laura made planning easy and was so kind about the many iterations of the wedding we had to plan due to covid. Peached Tortilla is our favorite restaurant so when we thought about what food we wanted for our wedding, our immediate reaction was Peached! From the initial outreach to the actual wedding, response times were prompt, helpful suggestions in terms of how much food we would need were excellent and helped us to easily decide how to curate our menu. The day of service was exceptional and all our guests raved about the Korean meatballs (get them!!). We hired The Peached Tortilla to cater our wedding, and would do it again in a heartbeat!
When we originally booked with them (pre-pandemic) we expressed that we would have about 100 guests. When our final numbers came back at under 40, we were prepared to battle. Fortunately, we didn't have to. Lora Null (our catering lead) worked with us to adjust our food minimum and helped us choose a bar package that suited our needs!
Regarding the food itself, superb! Both foodies and non-foodies alike complemented us on our food choices! I am still dreaming about the stuffed avocado and mac and cheese! We even got some of our locals hooked on the food that they are going to try it themselves! Truly, amazing food!
We had a variety of dietary needs within our group (vegetarian, latex, nut allergies, citrus allergies) and Lora and her team worked to ensure they knew who had what allergy- and ensured the safety of our guests. Directly after our ceremony, Lora ensured that my husband and I had whatever drink we wanted, even if it was just water. The staff at The Peached Tortilla were amazing regarding service. We had food stations, but the servers ensured that my husband and I were served first, and didn't have to get into line. They asked us if we wanted any seconds, and continuously checked on our well-being food wise.
It was truly a magical day, and the food truly surpassed even my expectations, and I knew it would be good. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I worked with Louise Jewell to organize our wedding day services. She was incredibly responsive and always willing to answer my questions/explain how everything worked, no matter how small. If you're looking for a menu that will WOW your guests and give them a glimpse into the amazing food scene that exists in Austin, Peached Tortilla will exceed all your expectations! The tasting was AMAZING and we seriously counted down the months until we could have the meal again. We ordered the chicken curry tostadas, bulgogi meatballs and chips/queso/guac served through the food truck for our cocktail hour. Everyone loved the food truck experience! For dinner, we had a fuji apple salad to start and for our entree we had the beef short ribs (WOW) and the honey miso chicken alongside the southwest mac and cheese, bacon jam brussel sprouts and potatoes. Our guests LOVED everything and couldn't stop talking about the food, even days later! I've worked with multiple catering companies in Austin and PT's staff is by far the most professional and efficient I've ever worked with. Obviously the pandemic affected many things when it came to how things would be rolled out day of. Ross was the lead for our wedding day and he was a dream to work with, he made sure that everything ran smooth and our guests and his staff felt safe while food was served. Their bar staff was top notch and made our signature cocktails exactly how we wanted them. Overall, they were a dream to work with. I couldn't recommend them more! -

From outstanding customer service to delicious cuisine, Peached Tortilla is by far the best catering company. They are professional, kind and efficient. As a wedding planner, I knew that planning my own wedding was going to be stressful. I've seen so many weddings and tasted A LOT of food from caterers around Austin, so choosing my vendors was a big deal. I originally decided to go with something different since I have been to so many weddings. I had planned to go with our favorite BBQ place and keep things really casual. Well, like a lot of couples, our wedding was impacted by Covid-19 and I became a "Covid Bride" and things got complicated. Long story short, 4 weeks before our wedding we were without a caterer. In a panic, I reached out to one of the most reliable caterers I could think of, The Peached Tortilla. Within a few days we had a full proposal and scheduled our tasting for the following week. Because of Coronavirus we couldn't do a normal tasting and instead had to get it To Go and do it at home. Everything was packaged up beautifully, we had an awesome full menu printed with room to write notes, and the chef took a video of herself explaining everything we were tasting! It was one of the best tastings I've ever experienced. I don't feel like we missed out on anything even though we were just doing it at home. We made a few adjustments and Louise helped us out with everything. She was absolutely fantastic! Cut to the wedding day and everything was executed flawlessly. We had their food truck (which is so cute by the way) and was the perfect option for food service, especially given the safety measures that are needed to be taken right now. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! Days later we still had people telling us how impressed they were with the food. It was so seamless, that I barely saw the staff. I was just in my own little bubble of happiness and so grateful that I wasn't stressing about the timeline or details of the day. I truly can't recommend The Peached Tortilla enough! If great food, service and communication matter to you at all, you have to book them! You won't be disappointed. -

We had a wonderful experience using Peached Tortilla for our wedding day!
They were so friendly to work with with and so accommodating to us as an out-of-state wedding group. The food was incredible - from the appetizer options to main course to late night snacks (which were a must for us!), no guest left hungry. We were thrilled that our family and friends loved the food as much as we did - we were complemented constantly after the wedding for the dinner options and unique items, like the wasabi mashed potatoes!
They also crafted wonderful cocktails for us and worked with the special beer vendors we requested in order to get some of the speciality craft beer we were interested in!
The staff was very professional and helpful throughout the entire event.
I have always been a fan of the Peached Tortilla locations and it was such a honor to have them cater our wedding! -

Peached Tortilla and Louise were great to work with. They had so many delicious options to choose from and were great a helping us deliver the best experience possible on our wedding day. We went with the buffet option (tacos) and had passed appetizer before hand (the brisket grilled cheese is a must). Everything ran very smoothly on the day of, the servers were great and very professional. Louise made the planning process very easy, and collaborated very closely with the venue on the details, she did a great job of keeping us in the loop but taking care of all of the background logistics without us needing to be involved. Our guests were all very happy with their meals, and we are very happy we went with Peached. -

BEST. WEDDING. FOOD. EVER.
We would agree with this statement, but that is what 99% of all guests came and told us at the end of the night. We chose to have the food truck for cocktail hour appetizers and our late-night snack and it was such a fun touch for guests and for pictures! We served mini brisket grilled cheese sandwiches, sweet potato avocado chip, spring salad, blueberry glazed pork tenderloin, ginger salmon, wasabi mashed potatoes, and bacon jam Brussel sprouts. For our late-night snack, we served a honey-buttered chicken bun that gives What-a-burger a run for it's money! My mouth is watering just thinking about our food! We also chose to do the "family style" service and that was a big hit! We loved that everyone got their food at the same time. There service was also top notch. I corresponded with Louise during the planning process and she is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. All-in-all, I can't imagine our wedding being the same without Peached Tortilla! I had a planned elopement (5 total weeks of planning) in Austin at Chapel Dulcinea and The Veranda Room. I live in the Houston area and did not know too many vendors in Austin. We booked The Peached Tortilla for their bar tending and catering, and they did not disappoint! We didn't have time for a tasting so we picked the best sounding things on the menu. Roslyn was so helpful during the entire process and Alicia and her staff were absolute pro's on the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and you would have never known that we had only 5 weeks to plan it! The food was great for a wedding but not your typical boring wedding food. 5 stars all the way for The Peached Tortilla! -

My now-husband and I got engaged, the first thing I knew I wanted was our favorite restaurant to cater our wedding. Peached was so awesome with helping us stay within our budget to have them cater our wedding. Roslyn was awesome with helping us choose our menu, we did a group and individual tasting to try everything to make sure the menu was just as we wanted.
The day of we were even more blown away! The food was as amazing as it was during the tasting. The staff was so awesome about coming by to make sure we had drinks and apps when we were getting ready to take family photos(During cocktail hour). And when dinner was starting to be served, our plates were already at our sweetheart table! Then a server came by to take our drink order.
Some of the most commonly complimented items from our menu: Shrimp and Grits Shooter, Hawaiian Pork Belly Bites, Poke Shooter, Chicken entree, and wasabi mashed potatoes.
We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding day about the staff, food and drinks. The unique menu items and quality are outstanding. Even our less adventurous family members were in love with the food!! I highly recommend you use Peached for your next event! You won't be disappointed!!

I can't recommend The Peached Tortilla enough! We have received SO many compliments about how good the food was! We didn't want typical boring wedding food and Peached Tortilla did not disappoint. Everything was delicious but we especially loved the Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Bacon Jam Brussel Sprouts. We had a few guests who needed Gluten Free and Vegetarian meals and they made sure to accommodate them. Also, we loved working with Louise. She was always very friendly, professional, and quick to respond to emails. Thank you to everyone at The Peached Tortilla!! -

We heard about Peached through our venue, the Hummingbird House, and after one look at their menu I knew the food would be amazing! We were planning from out of town and weren't able to come in for a tasting, but with all the rave reviews and recommendations along with a delicious menu, we knew were were in good hands! All of our guests (and my husband and I) LOVED the food, and thought the food truck was so fun! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure our cocktail hour and dinner was a great experience. Would highly recommend Peached Tortilla for any event!

Amanda Sent on 06/26/2018Roslyn and the team at Peached Tortilla were the best! They did an amazing job helping us design the menu for our wedding and making the best food. We arranged a private tasting to help us decide on our menu and loved all of the food we tried. We decided on Appetizers- Brisket Grilled Cheese, Bulgogi Meatballs, and Thai Peanut Shrimp and For Dinner: a Spring Salad, Beef Short Ribs, Kalua Pork Rolls with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Onion Jam Brussel Sprouts. The menu was so fun and unique but also delicious and filling. Our chef for the evening, Patrick, did an amazing job of making sure my husband and I always had a drink in hand and didn’t miss out on any of the food. The servers and bartenders were efficient and friendly and everything was incredibly well organized. We can’t thank them enough for making the food at our wedding so memorable! They even sent us home with a care package of leftovers and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy later. We will definitely work with them again in the future for catering! They made everything so easy for us and were fantastic from start to finish.

Douglas Sent on 06/13/2018I did not hire The Peached Tortilla, but I will in the future. The Peached Tortilla was chosen by the bride and groom for a wedding held at our vineyard for 125 people. From setup to tear down, they were fantastic. They took over our kitchen to make appetizers and salads, and then left it cleaner than when they started. They also took all the wedding trash with them. I was so pleased the next morning to walk out and have our place look like it was ready for another event rather than looking like it had just suffered from an event. There was absolutely nothing for me to clean up.
Food:
Their food was unique and outstanding. For appetizers they passed around Corn Bread Crostini, Mini Brisket Grilled Cheese, and Brisket & Jam Spoons. My favorite was the grilled cheese. The dinner menu included a Seasonal Salad, Bacon Jam Brussels Sprouts (deep fried on site), Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, and Dry Rubbed Brisket. The portions were perfect, and I enjoyed every item.
Staff:
They provided a full staff: A team lead as my main contact, who kept everything running smoothly. A head chef in the kitchen along with a cook outside - they set up a canopy to deep fry the Brussels Sprouts outside. A bartender who took an interest in our wines and describing them to guests. And a crew of servers. I think there were about nine people in total who all had that vibe of enjoying their work and working together while working very hard to please everyone. -

Kim Sent on 11/22/2016The Peached Tortilla is one of our favorite restaurants in Austin and we couldn’t wait to book them as our wedding caterer. We tried their tasting event and loved everything about it. It was difficult to choose the menu at first because everything was so tasty. We love the idea of having elevated comfort food with an asian twist as our guests were primarily Vietnamese/Asian. We had appetizers passed from the food trucks: brisket grilled cheese, lettuce wraps, kimchi lollipops, and shrimp toast. We decided to do buffet style and people are still raving about the cauliflower side dish! Kondja was our coordinator and was very responsive and helpful up to the final day. Thank you to the Peached Tortilla catering team who made our special day even better with your mouth-watering food and great service.

I worked with Roslyn at The Peached Tortilla, and she could not have been more accommodating with all of the changes due to pandemic reschedules and guest count. While we didn't get to try the food since we are located in Philadelphia, the reviews and photos did not do the food justice! Everything was delicious. Many of our guests got seconds of the cocktail hour appetizers and were blown away by the portions and variety of the main dishes. I would 100% hire them again!
