My husband and I loved working with Brett of ‘The Party Pretzel’ as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She immediately put us at ease when we were faced with the daunting task of planning a wedding and trying to make decisions about our wedding during a pandemic. She has a wealth of resources and knowledge, is quick to answer any question you have, and makes your event exactly how you envisioned. She is calm, understanding, flexible, and just a fun person to be around. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy our day with no stress because we knew Brett would take care of everything. We recommend Brett to any friends getting married. We truly think that the best money we spent on our wedding day was working with Brett! -

HIGHLY recommend hiring The Party Pretzel for your wedding coordinator. Their team is so fun, organized, and efficient and made every step of the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable. They helped us keep track of everything that needed to be done without making the process stressful. They were so helpful coordinating between vendors and doing things behind the scenes so we could focus on other things. During our wedding weekend, they helped make everything beautiful and seamless, allowing us to enjoy our special day. So happy we chose to work with The Party Pretzel :) Worth every single penny!!!! -

Hiring Brett and The Party Pretzel team was the best decision that we made through the wedding planning process. We opted to go with a partial planning package and worked directly with Brett for 6 months leading up to our wedding at North Star Gatherings in June. Brett not only made the wedding planning process fun nut used her years of experience to set us up for success. She provided intentional recommendations that were within our budget and that she trusted fully, which resulted in a truly out of this world wedding day. Brett became not just our wedding planner but a dear friend along the way. My husband and I got off of every call with her and said how supported we felt and how thankful we were to be on this journey with her. Wedding planning includes so many emotions and Brett truly put us at ease from 6 months out to 6 days out. As we got closer to the wedding itself - Brett handled all communication with our vendors and made sure timelines and all needs were met. On our wedding day Brett and Kaitlyn executed our day beyond our wildest dreams. It was perfect in every way. A wedding is truly a team effort but Kaitlyn and Brett made sure that we were taken care of and assured me many times "we have time, enjoy the moment." I don't think there are enough words to describe the support we felt through our wedding planning process. If you are considering a planner - do it. It's worth every. single. penny. Working with Brett and the Party Pretzel team blew our expectations out of the water. We love you guys!! -

My husband and I worked with Brett for 1.5 years while planning our wedding- to put it simply, she and her team are amazing! They go above and beyond for their couples. Always very responsive to emails and assisting in every and any way possible. Not only did they make planning a breeze, the party pretzel team made our wedding day run seamlessly! I would HIGHLY recommend Brett and her team! They are fantastic at what they do and are genuinely so kind xx! -

Words cannot describe how amazing it was to work with The Party Pretzel! Brett is so thoughtful, intentional and fun to work with! She made our lives SO SO SO much easier. She answered every question under the sun and wants it to be easy for the couple. When the wedding day came and we didn't have to worry about vendors, setting up, details, etc., it was a huge sigh of relief. We walked into Woodlands, our wedding venue, and everything looked perfect. Brett is THE BEST! All my calls were filled with making us feel ready, organized and of course laughter. My daughter chose Party Pretzel and Brett as her day of coordinator and it was AMAZING how relaxed and joyous we could be knowing Brett and Kelsey were taking care of everything for us. They are both so kind, professional but personal, flexible, and incredibly organized. We had no worries or problems- just relaxed and enjoyed our daughter's wedding. Brett and Kaitlyn were the absolute dream team! They truly made me feel like they were my friends helping me plan my wedding! They were so energetic and fun and they made our wedding day go off without a hitch! Choosing to use Brett & the Party Pretzel team was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We were using a different planner for the majority of the planning process, but had to shift gears just 5 weeks before the wedding. Brett and her team stepped in with both grace and confidence. They assured us that they would take care of everything and they were absolutely right. Throughout the process, their communication was impeccable; they are incredibly responsive and reliable, answering every question no matter how big or small. On wedding day, we had absolutely no stress; they took care of every detail and completely put our minds at ease. On a personal note, they are warm, kind, and so down to earth; we hope we can remain friends with them even after our wedding. We cannot overstate how positive our experience was. ABOVE AND BEYOND. -

Choosing to work with Brett from the Party Pretzel was undeniably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From the very beginning, Brett demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. We felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders as Brett made our last few weeks as stress-free as possible. Despite the challenge of 50mph winds on our wedding day, Brett continuously assessed the situation and shared our determination to keep the ceremony outdoors. Everything unfolded flawlessly and went as perfectly as we could have ever imagined. Where do I even start.. Have you ever met someone and instantly clicked with them? That was our experience with Brett at the Party Pretzel! Brett went out of her way to make sure that my dreams came true on my wedding day. Every little idea I had (even some last minute) Brett made sure everything was exactly how I imagined my wedding day would be. I wish we could get married all over again because she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect!!! I highly recommend the Party Pretzel for any Bride that wants some assistance planning and coordinating their wedding! -

Literally the best advice anyone gave us was to hire a day-of coordinator, and we got so lucky with booking Brett and her assistant Berkley. Brett (virtually) met with us twice before the wedding and each of those meetings was to make sure we had everything we needed, especially on the first meeting. She handled contacting all of our vendors the weeks leading up to the event and confirming delivery times and day-of timelines. I honestly didn't have the bandwidth to even put that very important document together. The day-of the wedding, we had one minor emergency where the bridal party left the rings back at our bed and breakfast, but Berkley was on her way to pick up the vendor tips (which I also forgot about) and arrived just in time for us to have them for the ceremony. They also drove our cargo van with all of our decorations to the venue and made sure everything was set up on time. :) So, again, one of the best decisions we made during our wedding was booking Brett! She also answered a million emails in the 3-4 months leading up to the wedding and was wonderful to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Brett as a day-of coordinator!

We were married August 9th 2021, we were a postponed wedding due to COVID. In that time we had also moved across the country, so our Colorado wedding turned into a destination wedding. Brett and Berkley were both right there, super understanding, helpful and open to any idea I threw at them. We hired them for our Day of Coordinators and they were a true delight. When we were lining up before I was to walk down the aisle, Berkley was going to open the door, and asked "Are you ready?", I haven't said "Yes" more certain than that moment. We couldn't have had better Day of Coordinators. They are amazing! -

Best decision ever!!
Brett from the Party-Pretzel was a family friend of my husband since childhood. When we decided to get married it was without a doubt to use her. Just based on several phone conversations she immediately put me at ease with that “I’ve got you” attitude. Her demeanor was infectious on the days leading up to and on the wedding day. Her cheerful, helpful, organized and calming nature are just a few words that she shared. Most importantly, she was trust worthy and would be her greatest feature as our wedding coordinator. My family even commented on how wonderful and lucky we were to have her! She does not disappoint and would only be an asset for anyone’s event. -

The Party Pretzel is the ONLY wedding coordinator that you should consider for your big day. I felt incredibly cared for by Brett and her team throughout our wedding season. For all that went array in the wedding process, Brett and her team kept everything so beautifully under control and offered the ultimate assistance and support. The Party Pretzel is incredibly affordable for the services offered. I truly could not have imagined by big day without them. I have nothing but positive things to say about The Party Pretzel! -

The Perfect Day
The Party Pretzel was incredible to work with. They are so easy to work with, attentive to every detail, and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and we were able to truly enjoy it because we knew Brett and Berkley had everything under control. Honestly, couldn't imagine our day without them and we are so happy that we chose them. -
