We absolutely loved the string quartet that played for our ceremony. We received many compliments on how great the music was. I was very pleased with the piece we commisioned and I would recommend Panache to anyone!

We couldn't have had a better experience with The Panache Group! The convenience of being able to book our ceremony musicians along with our DJ was a huge plus for us. Jonas was great with communication and answering all of our questions, and Paul was EXACTLY what we were looking for in a DJ. I was nervous about the potential cheesiness that can come along with some DJ companies, but Paul completely exceeded our expectations and kept everything running smoothly all night. HIGHLY recommend The Panache Group to all future brides!

We had completely left the ceremony music until the last minute (3 weeks before the wedding) and Panache was able to get us together with a String Trio that was just great! It was so easy to set it up and pick my music. The musicians were very professional and payed close attention to the bridal party as they entered and did a great job transitioning to my song to walk down the isle to.
I highly recommend them!

My wife and I hired Panache to provide the music and emcee services for our reception. They were very particular up front and wanted to make sure they were matching us with the right DJ for our tastes. The DJ they selected understood exactly what we were looking for and got rave reviews throughout the evening. We had the dance floor full until the end of the night. It was a great party!

We used a violin and cello player for our ceremony and our guests were blown away. They played beautifully and we were so pleased. Easy to use website and affordable musicians! Jonas kept in contact, making sure I knew how to select my music and cues for the wedding. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing violinist and cellist play for the ceremony. The music was wonderful and took the entire event to another level. Great to work with, extremely responsive and professional.

We used The Panache Group for both our string quartet and the DJ. We were thrilled with them! I worked directly with Lauren who was an excellent communicator and willing to work with us any way she could! The string quartet was beautiful and played all the songs we requested. I was very nervous about having a DJ, as I typically find DJs to be cheesy and unimpressive. This was not the case with The Panache Group. Our DJ was an excellent MC for the evening and played exactly what we requested. He kept the flow of the night going with great ease! Thrilled! :)

If you want beautiful unique music I would highly recommend the Panche Group!! They were incredible. From the start of my process speaking to Lauren via email was nothing but professional and always such quick responses. The music selection is so large with such different and modern songs which we were looking for. Including the classic songs as well. They even allow you to pick something you want that's not on the list. We picked "The Rain Song" by Led Zeppelin for our processional and it was awesome. For my entrance "Romance" by shostakovich. They played U-2' the Beatles, Elton John etc. They had played for my friends wedding and I knew then I had to book them for ours. Everyone raved about them! I would highly recommend them! Jonas was a pleasure to work with:)

Professional, caring, and amazing are just a few words that I would use to describe Panache entertainment. Though I am sure they have many clients and are busy, we never felt like it. Our DJ treated our wedding like he had no other business in the world but us and our special day. He was attentive, scheduled meetings, and was kind to not only us in the meetings, but to all of our guests the day of. The music flowed with the party and he had a talent for reading the crowd to keep the energy going. He went the extra mile on helping out with what the other vendors were doing and making our special day truly amazing. The price was right and the service exceeded expectations!

Panache and DJ Zac were the best vendors we worked with. They followed up with us without us ever having to reach out to them. They were VERY professional and Zac was a joy to work with. Guests raved that it was the best dance party and wedding they'd ever been to. Zac was able to transition through all of our requests (the bride and groom were very picky about our songs :)) and play guest requests while keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. I would HIGHLY recommend!

The musicians were wonderful and I couldn't of asked for a better company to work with! The string quartet, pianist and DJ went above and beyond all my expectations and made great additions to our special day.

Jonas has himself quite a team - from photography, ceremony music, to DJ, everyone in the Panache group is a true professional and passionate about what they do. My guests raved about the string quartet, and I loved that I had the option of choosing more contemporary music to make our day representative of us, while still having the elegant sound a string quartet brings to a wedding. I walked down the aisle to Sweet Child of Mine by GnR and my new husband and I had our recessional to Viva la Vida by Coldplay, it was perfect! You won't be disappointed!

We used Panache Entertainment for our ceremony music at our July 31, 2011 wedding at the Detroit Yacht Club. The violinist, Jonas and the cellist, Will were wonderful. Some selections they played Vida la Vida by Coldplay and Don't Stop Believin by Journey as well as traditional music for the processional and we loved it. The guests also loved it and are still talking about it. They were prompt, friendly and just overall great! They were also on the preferred vendor list for the DYC. Booking everything was a breeze on their website.

It was so easy and stress free to book with this group. Chris was so responsive he returned phone calls quickly and was a huge help! I wanted to walk down the aisle to a song that is not traditional, so they created an arrangement especially for me at a very reasonable rate. The pianist was so talented and professional. Using their online tools was so easy I could take care of my song selection at my convience. These guys are great!

The team at Panache was above and beyond in every way - from our initial conversations, to planning out the ceremony music, to their final performance, we could not have been happier. While we did not experience their band or DJ services, I believe their professionalism would carry through to these lines of business as well. I highly recommend you try Panache for your wedding or other event!

We booked the Panache Group about 6 weeks before our wedding because we were thinking of doing a Ipod wedding but after thinking about it we weren\'t sure about the logistics of it all. We got an amazing package deal for cememony musicians (violin and cello) and a DJ. All were amazing, played what we requested, arrived on time and very professional. All of my guests were very impressed. Best decision made in the planning process. Well worth the money!

We met with Jonas in person in Warren, reviewed the thousands of options and ideas for our ceremony then over the course a the last minute plans and such, Jonas accommodated us and removed our stress levels. Jonas is quite an inspiration for business owners.

We used Panache for our ceremony music. We worked with Jonas who was extremely professional and helpful. Their website is very user friendly and allows you to make your selections online, which we really liked. Huge music selection and lots of samples too. We went with a string trio and were extremely pleased; they arrived on time, looked great and sounded amazing! Everything was played right on time and our guests loved that they did U2 and Coldplay! Very unique and it really gave our ceremony the ambiance I wanted. Very happy!

Panache is a great choice to find your ceremony musician from! We had a solo guitarist from their company come and do our ceremony music and he did a beautiful job! I loved all the music played at our ceremony and it really added a nice touch! Panache is awesome for their responsiveness and professionalism, they get back to in a very timely manner, and have an easy to use website to select your music choices, give cues for the ceremony, and read your contract. Everything about it was a breeze, and they are awesome at answering any questions. I am very happy we used Panache!!

We utilized Panache's ability to write string arrangements for pop songs. At our request, they created new versions of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" and the Beach Boys' "Don't Worry Baby," both of which were used in our ceremony. I was on cloud 9 the whole time and honestly don't even remember hearing a note, but the string trio was fantastic during the pre-ceremony period, and the musicians made a point of shaking my hand before they left the site. Very professional, very flexible, and very friendly. If you're looking to integrate some of your favorite songs into the wedding, these guys are the way to go.

We hired Panache (Violin/Cello duo) to perform during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Panache was extremely professional and easy to work with. They made sure we understood how everything worked, explained how we can pick our music ourselves all online, and the day before the musician called and went over all of the details to make sure that everything was correct and exactly how we wanted it. It was so easy and hassle free and really a blessing working with them. One less headache we had to worry about because they had everything handled! The music was fantastic, too!! So beautiful! Thanks Panache for helping make our wedding perfect!!!

Our business just celebrated it's 50th year!! We had a dinner party at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford house and hired a string quartet from Panache for the entertainment. Everyone raved about them and wanted to know where I found them. Actually I searched online and saw them listed on Click on Detroit's 4 the Best. That was testimony enough. Jonas was very helpful in planning for our event. My daughter's wedding was in July and had I known about them then, I would have found a way to work them in the budget. It would have been worth every penny. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable.

Jonas & Panache Entertainment was willing to work with my wife & I to really make our ceremony music reflect our personality & meet our expectations. Throughout the planning process, he & Nicki were extremely responsive and willing to reach out by email and/or phone. Once the wedding day approached, the entire string trio arrived on-time, professionally dressed, and really completed our picture of a perfect wedding. Not only that, but they adapted quickly to our ceremony starting 10-15min late due to a delayed shuttle... We would highly recommend Panache to any other wedding considering string music.

The music at the ceremony was perfect! We chose the harp and flute player. They both did a great job and the selection of music worked out great. Wish we would of splurged and got them for the cocktail hour too!

Thanks for following up with us. The wedding went great and we were so happy with the music. I actually just filled out a survey at the knot.com and gave very high marks for Panache Entertainment. One of the things that we both thought was so cool was that the musicians were so young, yet very talented and extremely professional. The music selections were great, we went with something very classic for the ceremony and chose Coldplay's "Viva la Vida" for the recessional and it was a hit! We are still getting comments from our guests about how much they loved the string quartet. Also, your website makes it so easy to make selections, and it can be done over time, there was no pressure to hurry and pick songs. Everything about the process was perfect. I can't express enough how happy we were, thank you for providing great entertainment!

We chose Panache for our ceremony and cocktail hour music based on the recommendation of our wedding planner. We were very pleased with their service--booking was very easy, as was filling out the online order form indicating what we'd like played. We had to do little other than browse online for songs, indicate what the cues were for song changes, and send a couple of checks. They were in touch when they needed paperwork or payment from us, and I received a call the day before from a member of the quartet confirming the performance. They arrived on time, and while I was so nervous I don't remember hearing my song ('Here Comes the Sun' - a custom request) as I walked down the aisle, everyone said that it was played beautifully and that they did a wonderful job. We're very pleased with our choice, and would recommend them to our friends.

The band kept everyone on the dance floor. They have good prices and are very fleixble. I would definitly recomend anyone to them that needs a good band.

Our ceremony music was Awesome. We chose to have some of our favorite, most meaningful contemporary songs instrumentalized (sp?). So many people commented on our unique music selections. We were able to use songs that we love and still have that classic wedding sound. It was great! I would recommend Panache to all my friends. In addition sounding great they were also wonderful to work with. My husband and I live in Alaska, but were getting married in Michigan. We were able to plan everything over the phone and email. Overall Great experience!

I hired a violin/piano duo to perform my ceremony music. Their performance was absolutely beautiful. The prelude music almost made me cry several times before the ceremony even started, and the ceremony music was perfect.

Jonas and Nikki were very helpful in planning the music before the ceremony and everything worked out wonderfully. I definitely recommend Panache!

Panache provided excellent musicians for both the our wedding ceremony and the reception that took place at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI.

They came recommended and we found them to be very professional --- with outstanding musicians. We requested them not to play any traditional wedding music, and challenged Jonas to find a pianist that specialized in Chopin for specific processional/recessional songs. He was happy to work with us, and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted....and more.

For the reception, we chose a jazz quartet. We took their suggestion to add a vocalist, and it was a great decision... They arranged the evening so that the music progressively got more festive, and our guests really responded well. EVERY guest made comments about the music and we feel that the music made the reception....

I was concerned about the cost of having such a great performance, but found the prices to be moderate and Panache willing to keep in line with my budget.

I highly recommend working with Jonas at Panache and his musicians --- they know their business and the wedding environment well --- and will coordinate the music running from ceremony to reception --top to bottom without a glitch. And for me, it was necessary to have efficient and responsive planning as I was living out of state.

I would recommend Panache to any friend, in fact I have already done so with two brides to be. Out of the total wedding experience Panache was the easiest vendor to work with, their website was very user friendly as well.

Panache was the epitome of professionalism from the services leading up provided by their business team to the actual musicians themselves. They took great care in making sure to understand what we wanted for our ceremony and performed beatifully. We used a string quartet and a trumpet player through Panache and the combination was perfect. We had many compliments after the ceremony regarding the music. They made everything very easy - I would highly recommend them!

Panache Entertainment did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional with their conduct and apparel. Each member of Panche dressed in a nice black outfit that looked very sophisticated. The quality of the music was beyond what I could have ever imagined! They were incredible! I cannot say enough about Panache. The songs they performed, they played with perfection. We chose to have a string quartet and it set the mood of our wedding. Romance was definitely in the air. I walked down the aisle to Canon in "D" and it was PERFECT! We had a lot of compliments on the quartet and their performance. I would book Panache again! Thank you for making my wedding special!

Panache was wonderful - it was amazing using one vendor for 2 services. We hired a string trio for the ceremony + cocktail hour and a DJ for the reception. Having one vendor to coordinate services and payment with was extremely helpful. From initial contact to final product, working with the staff at Panache as well as the musicians themselves was professional, timely and fun! Their website makes it easy to always have access to your plans and help you with song choices for the important moments. They were also flexible in matching area discounts and making sure we were satisfied customers. The string trio was raved about and the DJ did an awesome job keeping the dance floor going all night. He was respectful and professional and really listened to our preferences and ideas for the music selection. Overall, we are very happy with our choice! Definitely recommend Panache.

No complaints. We hired a solo pianist. He was on time and played all the music we requested and knew his cues. We were able to do all of the music planning online.

Panache was the perfect addition to my ceremony. Although our musicians took a while to respond to a few of my inquiries, once we were in contact, things could not have gone more smoothly. My aunt decided to sing during my ceremony, and our musicians kindly organized extra practice sessions with her. They sounded just wonderful during the event. I would not hesitate to work with Panache again!

We had a dinner party at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford house and hired a string quartet from Panache for the entertainment. Everyone raved about them and wanted to know where I found them. Actually I searched online and saw them listed on Click on Detroit's 4 the Best. That was testimony enough. Jonas was very helpful in planning for our event. My daughter's wedding was in July and had I known about them then, I would have found a way to work them in the budget. It would have been worth every penny. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable. I would highly recommend them to any friends getting married in the future. Our guests loved their performance and complimented us on our selection of the group.

Panache Entertainment was excellent to work with. They were very flexible in figuring out what I wanted at the ceremony. They were open to finding solutions to the questions I had. They even gave me personal cell numbers when I needed to contact someone outside of business hours. They were professional and timely. The musicians worked well with our special music musicians. They worked independently as I never knew when they showed up or left which was kind of nice since I just wanted to be in love that day.

Beautiful music (we had the string quartet for our ceremony and jazz trio for our cocktail reception, in addition to DJ Zac for the dinner and reception), super nice people, very accommodating to special requests, including preparing a string composition from a youtube video we sent. Such a deal too!

Jonas at Panache was a pleasure to work with. I think I changed my selection three times before choosing the harp and violin and Jonas was patient as can be. The musicians were there on time and dressed very professional. I am very happy with the service all around and would highly recommend Panache.

We were very pleased with our music duo the saxpphone and guitar. They provided an elegant touch to our outdoor cocktails and dinner that took place for our reception. The gentlemen offered a great diverse talent with the additional flute option to their playing talent which was a nice suprise. We were very happy with Panache Entertainment and our wedding band, The Projects. Finding the right entertainment was one of our top priorities. We wanted live music, but not the typical "wedding band" that plays the same music at every wedding and toots on loud horns. We were invited to listen to The Projects play and from the first set we knew they would be perfect. During the night, our guests made comments like "where did you find the band", they did an unbelievable job and was the best live entertainment from the song selection, the performance, to their presentation. The group was so eclectic, each person brought their own style and genre which made for a great song mix and brought everyone to the dance floor. People mentioned after the wedding they wish they had a cd of all of the music from the night because it was so good. Guests also commented on how the band was not too loud and that they were able to converse and sit back and enjoy the music. They really made the night, and we couldn't be happier!!

Panache provided a string quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They are more expensive but we picked them due to the quality of the music and selection of songs. The musicians arrived on time and in professional attire. I do not regret booking them. My only regret was not getting some sort of sound amplifying equipment at the venue for the cocktail hour because they were great but harder to hear over our talking guests. Their online site is easy to use for picking music and letting them know the cues.

Our string trio was amazing. They played beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my ceremony music. They even adapted one of our favorite songs and it sounded great. I highly recommend the Panache Group.

I had a great experience with the Panache group. I didn't get to hear a lot of their music since I was in the back room; however, what I did hear was beautiful. They are a little costly and they did stray a little from the music that I wanted. Even with that, it was an overall good experience!

Jonas at Panache was great to work with from the very beginning. He was always calling and emailing to check in on things, and he was a huge help when it came to choosing our songs to be played during the ceremony. I didnt even see the harpist and flutist at the wedding, but from what I could hear and what guests told me, they sounded great!

Panache was wonderful. The string quartet was beautiful.. I always wanted one for my wedding. The soloist was great. ANd the bagpiper put a great touch on my husbands Scottish background! The family that came over from Scotland loved it!! Thank you so much!

The people in the office were great to work with. The process was very easy to book and choose music and the music selections were extremely varied. We loved having both classical and modern songs played by a string quartet!
At the event, the music was good. We (my sister and I) definitely heard some squeaky strings (and having grown up playing cello, violin and viola, we know what squeaky strings sound like and it's not what you want to hear as you are waiting to walk down the aisle) but they played all of the songs we had selected and cued them perfectly.
My other concern was the vulture-ish quality of the musicians. At least two of them lived in town, close to public transportation, but asked us to pay their $25 parking fee. They also swooped in on the leftover appetizers as people were leaving cocktail hour for dinner (without even waiting for everyone to have cleared out). My wedding coordinator also came over to me during dinner to tell me that the musicians were asking for ($55) vendor meals. They only worked from 6 to 8:30, and were free to go home at that point (or stay downtown with free parking and enjoy dinner with their tip money), so I'm not sure why they expected vendor meals... It certainly wasn't something in their contract or anything they had asked for before the event.

The music was great, and working with panache before the wedding was also nice. The only thing was I never did see our piano player. Partially my fault for being so busy and tied up tho. Our recessional was non-traditional, but she nailed it. Definatly would use them again, good value.

I would have given Panache a higher score, but the harpist was late to my wedding and got there with only enough time to play for processional (she was due to play up to 1/2 hour before the time of our ceremony).

Panache, provided a violinist and harpiest for our wedding - I was disappointed on the limited song selection- however they were will to learn new song which they did but you had to pay them extra for each song - which wasn't a big deal, but the problem we had is that we were told we were going to have a certain person to play the violin and then someone else showed up that day that had never played the songs we requested - they were off key on them but all in all it sounded ok - it would have been nice to have gotten a call to say the person we hired wasn't showing up and they were sending a replacement.

I thought that Panache was okay. Their price was good, but the customer service was not. The main person is great, but the assistant is awful. The musicians were okay but they did not have room in their car on the way from the ceremony to the reception so someone had to give one of them a ride. It was a little weird.

i am honestly quite surprised at all the positive reviews of panache music. perhaps because i'm not in the detroit area and used a chicago-based quartet instead? i had hired a string quartet for my reception and sent a list of songs that i wanted played - enough for 4 hours of music. the quartet seemed to play things that were not on the list and had a lot of sheet music missing for songs i wanted. they also forgot to bring the sheet music to a song i had SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR to be arranged. i was overall extremely disappointed in the service and have requested a refund for the song that i had paid for. the music they did play was lovely and all the guests enjoyed it - but i was not happy that they did not follow my detailed notes. as we were all getting ready to leave and pack up was when they started to play the more modern songs that i had wanted played during the reception. i would strongly caution anyone considering using panache for a string quartet. i think if you do want a string quartet - to hire a different service where you are able to work with the musicians directly during the planning process. Panache is more of a "middle" man and i know i personally will not ever consider using a service like this in the future. i would recommend them if you do not care what sort of songs are played and just want some lovely music - but if you are specific like me, consider other options.

Buyer Beware! I don't know how this company gets so many rave reviews. We hired a string quartet for our wedding and I ended up being so disappointed. The missed every single cue my wedding planner gave them, and one of the musicians was TEXTING during the ceremony! Totally unprofessional. I got married five months ago and I'm still waiting for them to return my call over what happened. I should of hired Rondo String Quartet.
