Our experience with the palace center was amazing! I can't thank Kristen enough for all the hard work she put into our wedding to help make it the best day ever. She was there for us over the last 9 months and planned our entire day from the ceremony to the reception. The Palace center is a beautiful, very large, venue with many different options and rooms. Easy set up for any outside vendors and a large stage for the DJ or area for a band. It's easy to feel like a princess during your big day at this venue. Kristen stayed in contact with us in regards to any changes during the pandemic. She was even there for us to work through any stress and lent an ear when I needed reassurance or just needed to vent. The staff was very kind, courteous, and professional. The bartender was one of the coolest guys. We received many good compliments regarding him being very quick with service, helpful and friendly. Most of our compliments are to the chef!!!!!! When I taste-tested their food a few months ago, I knew for sure we were already going to get compliments. His food was amazing. All the guests kept talking about his food all evening and even got phone calls the next day regarding how amazing the food was. We had stuffed flounder, steak medallions with veggies, chicken and broccoli penne pasta, mixed veggies, Spanish rice and beans, and a ham carving station. One of the things you want others to talk about at your wedding is the food and that's exactly what happened. Great job chef and Palace Center!!!!! I would definitely recommend The Palace Center over and over again! The Palace Center is currently making many upgrades due to the pandemic. They upgraded their bathrooms to meet Covid-19 requirements and have hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue, making guests feel comfortable. They have a beautiful fireplace that was upgraded as well as their bars. This place is only going to get more beautiful in the next year. Don't miss out! -

The best night of lives, was made better the palace. Kristen is very attentive not just day off but through the planning process. I can not express enough how happy I am with the day we had. Kristen I’m going to shout you out because the shot you gave me for nerves before walking into reception was great, although it was 3 shots in one I drank it all.
The bar staff, servers, and everyone else in between were so amazing to have ease the stress. This the place to go, look no further for the best night/ day and any event of your life -

Perfect venue for a large guest list! We had our wedding at the Palace in June. The staff and service were excellent, very attentive, responsive and beyond accommodating! Kristen and the staff are great to work with and helped to make our wedding day perfect! I highly recommend this venue!! -

I had my wedding at The Palace and it went perfect! The staff is super super helpful if you have no idea what you are doing (me). They make the process super easy to understand and break it all down to you. The room can also be opened up more to make it fit as many people as you need. The food was also amazing. During cocktail hour, they had the perfect amount of food coming out as well. They also made sure to have appetizers sent up to where my bridal party and I were all waiting. My wedding day went so perfect because of the Palace, I would highly recommend booking this venue! -

I couldn't have had a better experience with any other venue. The staff was all beyond accommodating and very nice! I was able to see all my dreams come true with the help of the palace! They made my husband and I feel special every step of the way! I do not have enough words to rave about this venue! -

Great in every way!!
The Palace Center is beautiful, we did a very elegant and simple set up for our wedding and it looked gorgeous!!
I can’t speak highly enough of management and staff there! They were so helpful with options and ideas to make our day easier, responsive and eager to give the best experience!
Food was really good with a variety of menus to choose from, the bar equipped, the organization of all details was on point, the service was fantastic.
Highly recommended! 💞 -

The greatest decision to have my wedding at
I enjoyed every second. The staff was very welcoming and i would recommend anybody to have there wedding at this event center because you wont regret the pictures and memories you make under that roof. The food was bomb.com and best part is that huge dance floor. -

WOW!!!!!! What an AMAZING experience!
As a guest to a wedding here let me tell you- This place is FABULOUS!! The staff is professional, kind and there to attend to any need you have. The set up is gorgeous, the food is very good, the entire place and the bathrooms are clean. It is truly an incredible place!! For any bride in need of an outstanding, memorable wedding- look no further- THE PALACE is THE PLACE!!!! -

Amazing venue!
Anne, the wedding planner, was incredible the entire wedding planning process. Her and the rest of her staff were professional, flexible and responsive. My guests are still raving about the great food, service and decor. You can really transform this space into anything you dream of. Highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for an affordable yet beautiful dream come true wedding. -

Fairytale Wedding!
Let me start by saying The Palace Center has the most amazing staff and service! I'd like to give Anne a quick shout out- Not only did she meet with me several times before the wedding to perfect my food options, table set up, and timeline of events, she worked behind the scenes on wedding day to ensure everything went as smooth as possible.
My wedding had close to 500 people and I never felt like the ballroom was crowded. Since it is so big, you can really play around with your tables and choose where you want the bridal party and guests to sit, as well as the floor layout.
I definitely recommend this venue for anyone who is looking to plan their dream wedding, engagement party or any other special event. Anne and the rest of the staff at The Palace Center will not let you down! -

This place is incredible response time is next to nothing their staff is impeccable very helpful very friendly and very efficient wonderful service the food was impeccable and I am a master chef so I am the worst critic there is an Sandy the chef did an incredible job with my wedding. The owner of her daughters they’re so sweet and so helpful they put up with me even though I had some bridezilla moments LOL they put up with me and they know how to calm me down and I know all the right things to say and everything popped off wonderful thank you Palace Center for making our day so much more Special in your venue if you’re getting married this venue is well worth your day. -

The owner is the best! We knew right away after walking into the venue that it was going to be the perfect location for our BIG day! Everything was the way we pictured it and the staff was AWESOME! But the food... it was phenomenal! Everyone loved it and I could go for seconds! -

From the beginning, Anne was more than willing to walk us through multiple wedding set-ups and answer all our questions quickly. Sheworked with our schedules to plan meetings when needed, and planned our tasting around other weddings that were there that day. She worked with us through our last minute changes and offered us various suggestions in order to capitalize our enjoyment for our wedding day.
On our wedding day, the staff was absolutely great. They put the finishing touches on various décor items, and were more than willing to help out in any way possible. They served all meals efficiently and quickly without any issues. They were very attentive to myself and husband,and even asked us where our parents were sitting in order to get them their meals first as well. We've had various people tell us how great the food was, and how friendly and attentive the staff was the entire night (we've even had a few people tell us how the staff was having such a good time, and they were even dancing on the side! Haha).
After the wedding was over, the staff was quick to help with the breakdown. I feel like my husband and I looked away for one second, and all the tables were already stripped! We had a bunch of guests stay to help gather our things as well, but the staff was truly great in every aspect.
We cannot thank Anne and the Palace Center staff enough. We couldn't imagine a better venue and we will never get tired of hearing all our guests rave about how much fun everyone had the entire night. -

For the past year working with Anne was great she helped us with anything we needed and always got back to us in a timely fashion. The day before and day of Carolyn was great to work with, she made sure everything was just perfect. I have no complaints of the entire experience it was amazing. I have received nothing amazing great reviews from guests about the entire staff, the food and the dessert table. I thank the entire staff at the palace center for making our day absolutely perfect. -

We held our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in the three areas at the Palace, and were blown away by the atmosphere, accommodating and helpful staff, and incredible food. We are so grateful to Anne, Carolyn, and the staff at the Palace Center for making our wedding day the most incredible, memorable day of our lives. -

The room up lighting was more than enough and it was the royal blue color we wanted. The staff during the wedding was so polite and helpful and very attentive to us being the bride & groom! Everyone was always polite and got back to me in a timely manner. However there is much to improve on. To this day on the knot they offer a complimentary choc fountain or ice sculpture which they did not honor yet it remains up. They do not provide a set day and time for a rehearsal so if they book something days prior i guess you just don't get one? We lucked out and we were able to have ours however halfway after setting up i was told they were having an event there and just rope off my stuff. Luckily nothing was missing or damaged on the wedding day following that event. On the day of you can tell the bathrooms were not cleaned infact i had many complaints from guys stating they had cold water, sinks that didnt even produce water, and they ran out of soap and paper towels. Months prior to the wedding day i found out they no longer had a baker and had to figure out a new plan for a wedding cake. The meals were not correct and were extremely small portions. All guests that were served the chicken did not come with the asparagus creme at all and for the broccoli/cauliflower medley the groom amongst others were served a single Florette of each which is crazy that they could even call that a medley. The filet portions were extremely small and i guess there were actually guests that sent theres back or asked for a different meal. The open bar was a joke and they ran out of alcohol…and there were alot of other little things but my gosh have they changed and i didnt want to have to go this route and leave a review like this but it was quite a bit of money and to run out of liquor and to not have hot water or the meal choices that were chosen as discussed or a wedding cake is just embarrassing as the bride. I should have never needed to apologize to my guests. Although I must say that the staff was great. Joel amongst others really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of if we needed something. Its just a shame that things weren't prepared differently or seemed like they were let go without better planning from the higher ups. Communication minus the wedding cake was always pretty quick even if i didn't like the responses. All in all we got married and thats all that counts.
