The Meadows was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them. Throughout out our whole wedding planning process, Angela, the wedding coordinator, was unbelievably helpful. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process as painless and stress-free as possible. They setup and tore down the entire room and made it look gorgeous. Our guests raved about how amazing the food was and the wide variety of beer and wine offered. I would highly recommend Angela and the rest of her team at the Meadows to any couple!!

You will not be disappointed with booking at the Meadows. My guests still talk about how great the reception was. The food was fantastic and coordinator, Angela along with her team were so accommodating to work with. The reception hall is so big too! It was perfect to have a footbridge access to the Hyatt hotel along with after party activities such as bowling and gambling. I highly recommend!

Elsewhere on this site, you will read that my husband and I were supposed to get married in October of '15, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, he was delayed.
There was a mad scramble to find a new venue after the original delay. I called various venues to find someone that was able to take our business at short notice.

Enter Angela Corso and her team at the Meadows. From the get go, she was beyond professional and understanding. We were able to reschedule for April, had the food tasting, and everything moved forward.

The day before the wedding, Angela had us drop off our decorations, favors, table numbers, & cake. They set up the room for us ahead of time. We had been given the option to help set up the room, but I had complete trust in her team.

Upon entry to their banquet room (which is at Racetrack Level,) the bar was available to my guests for a cocktail hour while my husband and I went to get photos taken. Upon arriving, we were taken to a private room to have some of our own hors d'oeuvres and cocktails with the wedding party.

Our DJ then introduced us to the guests and out night began.

Angela and her team were visible and attentive to both us and our guests. If there were any questions about their level of dedication and professionalism, they had vanished. I cannot say enough about how relieved and awed I was at having my wedding reception here.

Without a doubt, I would have an event hosted here again.

Our reception was absolutely perfect! The Meadows did an amazing job with everything! They were so helpful and really made the day as stress free as it possibly could have been! They did the set up, clean up, and the room was beautiful! Plus, the food was delicious! We are so thankful we chose the Meadows for our reception!
