Brittany did my makeup for my wedding, as well as a couple of my bridesmaids and my mom. We were all so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. I never felt so beautiful! Brittany was so kind and easy to work with throughout the process. Im so happy I booked with her. I highly recommend doing a trial if you can, she was really patient and made sure I was happy with my final look. -

I got married this September in Lake George, NY and having LC Beauty Co for my hair and makeup team was truly nothing short of a blessing. I was very nervous to book a HMU vendor in the upstate NY area as I am from Long Island but Brittany and the entire team CRUSHED IT and I would not change a thing. I had 12 bridesmaids, my mom, MIL and flower girl so 16 people in total needing services on my wedding morning which I was stressed about. Not only did the team finish EARLY, but every. single. person. looked flawless. I have been in many weddings and have received hair and makeup services many many times now but this was the best I have seen an entire wedding party look. Aside from their incredible skill, they were also so professional, kind and fun on my wedding day. I was so anxious the morning of my wedding and their warm and fun energy were incredibly helpful. If you are reading this review, stop looking at other hair and makeup teams for your wedding and book LC Beauty Co RIGHT NOW! You wont regret it. Amazing service for a small wedding
Brittany and Chelsea traveled to my wedding venue to do makeup and hair for my small wedding party! They were so friendly and talented they made my wedding amazing. My hair and make up were so beautiful I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night! My hair stayed in place the whole night and my makeup stayed on. I would recommend LC Beauty a million times. -

I got married on August 10,2024, Brittany and her team were amazing. They arrived on time and finished a little early! Everyone’s makeup and hair looked amazing and looked good the WHOLE night. Brittany is so friendly and listened to what I liked/didn’t like. I highly recommend doing a trial, I did one for just my makeup and it really helped me decide what I liked and didn’t. From the trial to the wedding day they were so attentive and dedicated to capturing my vision and transforming me into the most beautiful bride. LC Beauty did an incredible job with hair and makeup for my wedding! From day one I knew I could put my trust in Brittany and Chelsey to make me and all my girls look and feel great on the big day. I didn’t do a trial beforehand and my hair and makeup were perfect and everything I wanted. They were so fun to spend the morning with (even weeks after, my bridesmaids still talk about how much fun they were!) Before the wedding, my mom and mother in law were hesitant about doing hair/makeup but after watching Brittany and Chelsey work their magic they instantly felt comfortable and were super happy with their looks. My makeup and hair lasted all night and still looked amazing after dancing! If I had to do it all again, I would choose LC Beauty in a heartbeat! -

Booking LC Beauty Co was without a doubt one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning. Brittany and her team are professional, fun, and kind. Their work is beautiful and speaks for itself; their overall presence, patience, and VIBES are what put the cherry on top of an already awesome experience. I typically wear very little makeup so I was worried about getting full glam for my wedding day but Brittany rocked it. I gave her very little inspo/direction and she knew exactly what would work for me. Chelsey is fun and down-to-earth. She dealt with my decision-making anxiety and helped me make a decision at my trial which, in hindsight, was 110% the right call. I went into my trial a mess (decision fatigue was kicking in hard) and came out feeling so confident and excited for the big day. Not only are these girls incredible artists and awesome people, but their work is SOLID. We had a wild rainstorm (see photo evidence) halfway through our ceremony and my hair and makeup still made it through the end of the night. BOOK LC BEAUTY CO ASAP! -

If you are looking for an amazing glam squad who will have you and all your ladies looking and feeling their best, you want to hire Brittany and her amazing team! From skin prep leading up to the wedding, to trials, to the actual big day, Brittany, Chelsey, and the team were the best to work with. I started going to Brittany for regular facials about 6 months before the wedding to make sure my skin was in top condition for the big day! She created a customized skin care routine for me, and I can confidently say my skin is glowing and smooth because of her guidance. At my hair and make-up trials, Brittany and Chelsey created perfect looks for my hair and makeup. Brittany is an amazing communicator, super organized, punctual, a lot of fun to be around, and an incredible make-up artist. Chelsey’s ability to create hairstyles from photos is unparalleled, and sitting in her chair is like hanging out with a close friend! I cannot stress enough how flawlessly EVERYONE’S hair and make-up came out. All my girls repeatedly commented on how impressed they were by the LC Beauty team! One of my bridesmaids got married two weeks after I did, and she asked for pictures of the bun Chelsey created for me as an “inspiration pic” to show her team. I can confidently say that I have never felt prettier or happier than I did on my wedding day thanks to Brittany and Chelsey. I happened to have a pretty rainy wedding day, and let me tell you, my hair and make-up did not budge the entire night, even with the weather and excessive dancing. Your hair and make-up team are the first people on site, they spend all morning with you, they set the tone for how the day goes, they will be right by your side when you start to get nervous and excited as the day speeds forward, and they are the artists whose work you will look back at in your photos for the rest of your life. Brittany, Chelsey, and their team did a FANTASTIC job on my bridal party's hair and makeup. They were super punctual, even had us done ahead of schedule, and they were incredibly helpful along the way! Many of my girls (myself included) are not used to wearing much makeup or getting our hair professionally styled, but they guided us and styled us in ways that made us feel so beautiful and comfortable. They also brought wonderful wedding morning energy, hype but also chill. I cannot recommend LC Beauty Co. enough! -

Excellent Make-up Artist
I decided to book LC Beauty company for make-up only on my wedding day. Our make-up artist was Heather. She is so talented! She made all of my bridesmaids, my mother, and my step mother, look absolutely gorgeous. She mastered each different look they requested. I personally I have never felt so confident on my wedding day as Heather made me feel and our make-up lasted all night long, through lots of laughing, sweating and crying! I would highly recommend her as a make-up artist for any occasion! -

I had done a lot of research on the Knot and asked for our vendor’s recommendations but after speaking with Brittany I had all the confidence her and her team would do an amazing job. Where do I even start?! I truly cannot imagine a better hair and make up team- book with them and you will have the flawless, stress-free wedding morning that is often so hard to achieve. It’s clear from photos that Brittany and Chelsey are incredible hair and make up artists but what I didn’t know was how much both of them would become an integral part of my wedding day and truly elevate the entire experience for me and my bridesmaids. Their dynamic is incredible which is absolutely imperative for a wedding morning to run flawlessly. I felt at ease and was able to put my complete trust in them regarding logistics and the timeline. I did not feel rushed for one minute but at the same time felt that they took their time with every person getting ready. Even with the very little descriptive words and photos I gave to Brittany, she somehow knew exactly what to do to. She has exceptional instincts and does not impose one specific style but rather adapts to you as an individual and produces the perfect look for you even if you have trouble correctly expressing what you want. Chelsey will truly make you feel like she is completing a work of art with your hair. She is extremely meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to styling hair which is exactly what you need for a wedding day hairstyle. She will tuck every stray piece and make sure your hair looks perfect from all angles. She also has such a unique way of making you feel completely at ease, which is so important considering you spend over an hour with your hairstylist the wedding morning. I scheduled both makeup and hair trials and would highly recommend both in order to take the time to figure out what styles you want and also to get to know the team because they are truly a pleasure to be around. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with LC beauty and cannot imagine my wedding day without them. Invest hair and make up artists that are both incredibly talented and amazing people to be around because both of these aspects are crucial for looking and feeling your best. If you are interested in getting your makeup professionally done for your wedding, I definitely recommend the ladies at LC Beauty. Brittany helped me prepare my skin with the most relaxing facials starting 6 months before my wedding, I have not had a more relaxing facial in my life and the recommendation for products to improve my skincare was phenomenal. Heather did my makeup the day of and she is so friendly and a true artist. The price is so reasonable for the bride and bridesmaids. It includes airbrush and lashes! Working with Brittany and Valerie was such a great experience. They take the time to listen and are genuinely interested in their clients to give them the perfect wedding day look. From the moment I walked in for my bridal trial, Brittany and Valerie were so gracious, kind, and accommodating. Their knowledge and expertise about trends, styles, and products was clear. They did a stunning job; I was speechless at my trial. They were so efficient by taking notes and pictures to make sure everything would be recreated exactly the same on my wedding day.
They are professional and organized to ensure your wedding day will begin perfect. Brittany and Valerie had a well-organized plan for the day to make sure there was enough time for every person to have hair and makeup done, with time to spare. On the day of my wedding, they showed up to my venue prompt and ready to go. They began quickly and had a system to make sure every person getting hair and make-up done would have enough time. The main reason I chose to go with LC Beauty Co is because my close friend/hair stylist, Chelsey, works there. I knew I wanted her to be the one to do my hair on my big day, and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! Every one of my bridesmaids and my mom (who is the pickiest person I know) absolutely loved the way their hair came out. The owner of the salon and MUA, Brittany, did everyone's makeup. My sister, who has never had her makeup done before, kept saying how she wanted Brittany to do her makeup for her everyday. Not only did she make everyone feel comfortable, but she made everyone feel absolutely beautiful. I truthfully don't think I have ever felt as pretty as I did on my wedding day, and I owe that to these two girls. Brittany and Chelsey are must have hair/makeup artists for your wedding day! Trust me, you will not regret having them! -

Stunning! 10/10 recommend!!
I hired Brittany for my wedding makeup on 10/10/21. Throughout the entire process, Brittany was so sweet and communicative. She made planning my trial and traveling up from Long Island super easy. I didn’t have an exact photo of what I wanted but I knew I wanted to still look like myself “but better” LOL. I wanted something natural that made me feel beautiful. Brittany did just that! We had 11 girls getting hair/ makeup done and not once did I ever feel rushed, Brittany timed everything perfectly and worked so well with our hair team. Far exceeded my expectations...
When I wasn't completely sold on an MUA back in 2020 for my wedding I started to panic, but then we postponed to 2021 and I felt like I had time to make a decision. Fast forward to 2021, I quickly realized I was running out of time. I found Brittany and LC Beauty Company during a Google and Instagram sweep of the Capital Regions top wedding makeup artists. I looked over some pictures and reached out via e-mail and she instantly responded to my cry for help. I had a trial with Brittany and remember sitting in the chair with no mirror wondering if this would work - I am a makeup artist myself and very particular about certain things! Boy, did it work!! Brittany far exceeded my expectations at the trial and even quickly accommodated the one tweak I asked for at the end, making it everything I'd hoped for.
Come Wedding Day I was so anxious for my girls to get their makeup done!! These were all girls I'd done makeup on before and I was for them to all get beautiful with me from this amazing MUA I'd found!! Every time one of my bridesmaids stepped out of the room where Brittany was working my jaw dropped. Even my mother, who didn't have makeup done, was walking around going, "That makeup girl is kickin' a$$!" I couldn't agree more!!
My girls all felt so beautiful that day, which was more than I could ask for. As for me, When I walked past the mirror and caught a glimpse of myself I grinned so hard. Everything I was stressed about was coming together! My hair was already done and Brittany turned me into the most beautiful version of myself I could've possibly asked for that day! It was truly perfection - her shade match, her blending, the brows, the individual lashes, the lip line. She knows exactly how to compliment each face and I truly couldn't have been happier. ALSO, at midnight wedding night I stood in the bathroom mirror and was like, "It's all still perfect!" She made it LAST!!!

Flawless Hair & Makeup - Look No Further!!
Brittany and her team at The Lounge Creative Space LLC (Make-Up Lounge LLC) were one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout my wedding planning experience and specifically the day of. From the minute I walked into their studio for my hair and makeup trial they made me feel right at home. Not only was both Brittany and Valerie warm and inviting but they knocked it out of the park when it came to my boho hair and make-up vision! This gave me so much confidence going into my wedding day that I couldn't wait for them to re-create the look and I knew my bridal party would love their services too. Everyone's hair and makeup came out absolutely flawless and stayed all night long. Wedding 8/7/21
The entire team at The Lounge Creative Space is AMAZING! My bridesmaids and I felt beautiful on my wedding day with our beautiful hair and makeup. The entire team was prompt, professional and so fun! We ended up finishing a little early with hair and makeup which was amazing considering how crazy the wedding day can get. I would recommend hiring them to all my freinds! Thank you again! -

Feeling glamorous!
Brittany and the team from the Lounge did an excellent job with hair and makeup for
myself and my whole wedding party. I had a very large party with 8 bridesmaids, both moms, and a flower girl needing to get glammed up in addition to myself. They were professional and fun and everyone looked spectacular! Throughout the planning process, including rescheduling, Brittany was really flexible and helpful. I also had a great experience with my hair and makeup trial. I felt really beautiful and my whole party looked amazing on my wedding day thanks to the Lounge team!

This review is lonnngg overdue. I could not be more grateful for Brittany and Valerie, and their amazing talent! I met Brittany at a vendor event in 2019. Booking The Make Up Lounge (now The Lounge Creative Space), was one of the best decisions I made. They were always prompt, easy to work with, professional and willing to answer all of my questions.
When covid hijacked our wedding, Brittany and Valerie went above and beyond to help my bridal party and I get ready in a safe and comfortable manner. They were extremely flexible! Even days leading up to the wedding when the guidelines were changing daily, we weren't sure where we were going to get ready, or even who was going to be able to attend, Brittany assured me they would make it work. On the morning of June 20, 2020 Brittany and Valerie arrived just shortly after the sun had come up at my house with so much energy and excitement. They made getting ready such a breeze. It felt like having two more girlfriends there with me. I'm so glad they were there for all the morning of tears, laughs and big moments. They made us all feel like queens that day... that very, VERY hot day. The high was 95 degrees, but it felt like 120. After 10 hours in the sun, dancing, partying, crying, laughing, cake smashing my make up and hair were still FLAWLESS. Thank you so much Brittany and Valerie for making our crazy day, even better than I could have ever imagined.

Brittany is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about her. I originally booked with another artist but decided to continue looking for a more reliable person and stumbled upon The Lounge Creative Space and I am so thankful I did. I hired TLCS for my bridal hair/makeup as well as MOB and bridesmaids hair/makeup. Brittany and Val were incredible at my trials and immediately made me feel comfortable to speak up and ask for tweaks/changes, etc. They also gave their professional recommendations which is super helpful for an indecisive bride like myself.
On wedding day, they arrived promptly in the AM and got through everyone super efficiently! Everyone looked incredible and polished but still like themselves- just GLORIFIED!!! Definitely recommend!! -

Beautiful and Flawless!
Brittany and her team at the Make-Up Lounge were absolutely amazing! From start to finish they were prompt and so easy to work with. I was referred to Brittany by my matron of honor who had worked with her on a wedding a few years ago before the shop opened and she loved her work. I looked through her social media pages and based off of the referral and the work I saw, I had no hesitation in booking with them.
My trials were great (Brittany for makeup and Valerie for hair) and we only had to make a few adjustments the day of the wedding which we had discussed ahead of time as Brittany made sure to get my immediate feedback after my trial.
The day of the wedding there was a total of 6 of us and at no point did we feel rushed or behind schedule. Brittany and I worked out a timeline way in advance and were very much able to stick to it. Every one of my girls loved the way both their hair and makeup turned out and they couldn’t believe that everything lasted the entire night! We started at 8am and partied past midnight as it was a New Year’s Eve wedding.
I can not recommend Brittany and the Make-Up Lounge enough and I hope to work with them again in the future! -

The Make Up Lounge is amazing! I hired them for my wedding about 8 months in advance based solely on other reviews and their social media. They are easy to communicate with responding to emails and phone calls promptly, they are flexible with appointments & services and they are so talented. All of my girls looked outstanding, and their make up didn't move off their faces all night long (we spent about 45 minutes out in a blizzard during the course of the day). My mom was flabbergasted by how she looked after her hair and make up. She does not wear make up regularly and was skeptical they would be able to cover her wrinkles and the bags under her eyes without "caking it on". After the trial, she could not believe how naturally her fine lines and under eye bags were covered. You will not wrong hiring the Make Up Lounge. They can accommodate any level of glam you are looking for, and you will look and feel like a superstar all day and all night! -

I absolutely loved every single experience I have had with The Makeup Lounge! From my bridal hair and makeup trial to my amazing lash extensions for my bridal shower, my bachelorette weekend and my wedding, to the actual best day of my life, Brittany and her team did EVERYTHING right. All of the girls are so sweet, extremely talented and professional! I have actually never been more beautiful than they made me on my wedding day. All of my bridesmaids and the moms loved their looks (which is INCREDIBLE because 4 of the 7 never wear ANY makeup and Brittany and her team really put everyone at ease and made them feel and look their best)! I never wear any makeup so I was nervous about looking like myself on my wedding day, but Brittany and Val really understood that and listened to me and gave me super beautiful natural glam, which was exactly what I wanted! They were so amazing to work with, showed up early, had everything staged and ready to go, and made and kept up to our schedule, finishing 7 ladies in full hair and makeup early!! They were the easiest and least stressful part of my wedding day and I can not recommend them enough. Brittany always answered my emails promptly, even when her own wedding was only weeks away. So responsive and professional, which is very hard to come by! Pricing was VERY reasonable compared to others in the Saratoga-area and for the experience you’re getting, they are the ONLY choice! Simply elegant
My husband and I first met Brittany and her team at a wedding show. Now first let me say I am not the best girl when it comes to makeup and hair, but I wanted to feel glamours on our wedding day. And to say the least Brittany and Val delivered. I trusted them completely to give me a look that would be timeless and photographed well. My hair and makeup lasted all night long, through eating and drinking, and of course dancing the night away. The girls showed up early to our venue to begin the getting ready process. PERFECT Hair and Makeup!!! Great group of ladies to work with!
A+ experience, from reaching out to request pricing, to setting up hair and makeup trials (including my own last-minute trial cancel and a reschedule to THE DAY BEFORE my wedding!). The salon is super cute and my hair and makeup artists were really amazing. Jhori and Valerie both did amazing jobs and were super friendly, easy-going and added good-vibe energy to the wedding day :)
MAKEUP - I showed Jhori a few pictures of the look I was going for and she delivered! Everything was literally flawless for both the trial and the wedding day. My biggest worry was the makeup wearing off/getting an oily t-zone, but I didn’t have to worry. The makeup and lashes lasted from about 2pm until 1am when I took it off! I didn’t touch up AT ALL the whole night and every single picture my face looks perfectly done, non-greasy, non-smudged (even after some happy tears), from ceremony til the end. Also, Jhori did makeup for my bridesmaids, sister-in-law, mom, and mother-in-law. Every single lady absolutely loved their look. THANK YOU!!!
HAIR - I also showed Valerie pictures of what I was thinking for my hair. She showed me two different options and was really patient while we went back and forth styling to see what I liked better. I was 100% happy with the trial and she recreated it perfectly for the wedding day. Once again, hair lasted PERFECTLY from around 2pm to the end of the night and didn’t look super hair sprayed or stiff at all. Also, Valerie did hair for my bridesmaids, sister-in-law, mom, mother-in-law and flower girl. Everyone had very different styles (up-do, really short hair, long hair, flower girl braids, etc.) and everyone looked totally fabulous! THANK YOU!!! -

Amazing! Book Brittany & The Make-up Lounge!
I found Brittany & The Makeup Lounge through Wedding Wire and other reviews, and I am so happy I did. I got married at Stonewall Estate in Delhi, NY and it being a "destination" wedding (most of my guests are from NYC area), I wasn't sure who to book as a "one stop shop" for both hair and makeup. After reading wonderful reviews, I booked The Makeup Lounge. From the beginning, Brittany was a true professional but also personable and quick to respond. My trial was great but also allowed me to think about what I liked and what I wanted to change, and on the day of my wedding when I change my look *slightly* from what I received at the trial, The Makeup Lounge knew exactly what I wanted tweaked and my hair & makeup were perfect! It's like they could read my mind. Brittany made the entire process easy for me as the bride, with detailed pamphlets on pricing, quick responses, and showing up on time and even a little early so they could get set up the morning of my wedding. By far one of the easiest vendors I booked and a wonderful and beautiful experience. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day, The Make-up Lounge!! -

I don't usually wear a lot of make up so I was a little lost when it came to wedding glam looks.
I began working with the Make Up Lounge a few months before my wedding. I had a facial, a couple of lash lifts and a couple make up trials.
When the big day finally came, I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with Jhori and her artistry for our wedding. She was professional and friendly and efficient, and did all 8 faces including junior bridesmaid, bridesmaid, mother of the bride and bride flawlessly.

Jhori and make up assistant, Jenna, came to the venue the morning of my wedding. I had 10 total people getting their make-up done (one which was a 4 year old, who was my flower girl) so it was not a small task! But they got everyone done in a very timely manner, and everyone's make-up looked absolutely amazing! Everyone loved how their make-up looked. As the bride, I chose to personally pay for the services to make sure that all of my bridesmaids had their makeup done professionally and it was well worth the cost! It looked flawless on everyone all night long. I only had to touch up my lips a few times throughout the night, I was worried about the areas around my nose as this is a problematic spot for me, I made Jhori aware of this and she made sure use a little extra in this spot and give me pointers to keep the area looking just as flawless as the rest of my face. I was so amazed that the makeup looked flawless from the time it was put on all the way until getting back to my hotel room around 3 am after going out after my wedding. Jenna did my flower girl's make up, she is only 4 years old, and she still looked like her natural self, but was also able to feel like she was one of the "big girls" by being glammed up! I really loved that The Make-Up Lounge offered this service. Overall, I cannot recommend The Make-Up Lounge enough! -

These girls are such sweethearts! Had the pleasure of working with Jhori who was just incredible! She did an amazing job on me and my girls. After looking through endless reviews and prices of other salons, The Makeup Lounge was suggested to me by a friend who was getting married. I loved her look on her day, so I instantly booked them for my wedding! Brittany is the lead makeup artist and owner of the salon. She is the cutest! So sweet and so talented. I personally am very picky and specific about my makeup and I have never let anyone do it before Brittany. I was so concerned that no one would live up to my standards, BUT I was wrong! Brittany is extremely talented and does her very best to give you the look that you have dreamed of. After worrying obsessively about my makeup and hair for my wedding day, the day came and I was shocked at how well she listened to my concerns!
I didn't get my hair done by this vendor, but most of my Bridesmaids did. Valerie did such a good job!
I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for beauty services at a more than reasonable price. Support your local women owned businesses! -

Makeup Heaven
After a bad makeup trial with another artist, I restarted my search and found Brittany at The Makeup Lounge. Even prior to my trial Brittany was super responsive and helpful in helping me figure out my look and discussing colors. During my trial I showed Brittany photos of my bad trial and also showed her photos of what I decided on based on our conversation online. I can't tell you how relieved I was when my trial was done and I looked in the mirror and everything was perfect. Brittany did exactly what I wanted and even more. For other events I've had makeup artists who have done lack luster jobs worse than I can do my own makeup or just not accentuated the right features knowing my face best. Brittany knew exactly what to do and everything was amazing. I can't recommend her more. She was super friendly and incredibly responsive. I wanted to not start doing makeup so early so we added another one of her team members to come do makeup on the day - Valerie. Both of their work was incredible. I can't recommend Brittany enough.
