Incredible

Amanda and her team at Endless Catering did the food for my wedding in October 2019. We did a buffet style dinner with smothered chicken, pulled pork, green beans, mac n cheese, and a loaded mashed potato bar. We also had rolls and cornbread. Every single item on the menu was amazing. We had so many people come up to us saying how it was their favorite food they’d ever had at a wedding. Not only was the food incredible, but Amanda and her team were a dream to work with. Amanda was so responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding, every single member of her team was so kind and professional. I’m so grateful to her and all that she did to help make our wedding such a wonderful time! Highly, highly recommend.

Phenomenal Food

I booked Endless Catering for my wedding. We did a variety of appetizers for cocktail hour and a country style buffet with chicken and pork for dinner. The food was phenomenal. The catering staff kept the food hot and constantly flowing. Our guests devoured the food because it was so good. The planning process was so easy. We were invited to a tasting that made us confident in the food we were choosing. The staff was so professional and they are great at what they do. I cannot put into words how amazing Endless Catering is!

Endless Catering is Amazing

Amanda and her staff at Endless Catering were AMAZING! The food was delicious, the staff was so helpful and professional and she actually helped my wedding move along smoothly. With all the hustle and bustle its hard to stay on schedule and keep track of time, and Amanda helped me do this when I was starry eyed and scatter brained. She was amazing. We also rented the magic mirror photo booth through them and I highly recommend doing so! It was a hit! I have absolutely no regrets hiring them. Seriously, the best!

Great Wedding Catering Experience

We had Amanda and Endless Catering do both our son's wedding in 2014 and our daughter's wedding in 2017. Everything was perfect both times!. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and everyone was professional, including the bar assistants. The tasting sessions were a wonderful way to find out about the food and make decisions regarding what to serve. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting professional catering!

Endless catering experience was so great! Amanda was super easy to get in contact with and kept in touch throughout the entire process! She made the entire catering process super stress free. Our food was delicious and I still get compliments on how great it was 4 months later!

Top notch service

Amanda Smith and her team are the best you can find! She served a plated dinner to all 247 of my guests in 21 minutes!!!!!! Every time I changed my mind on how I wanted the dinner done at the reception, Amanda was more thank Happy to make my requests happen! She and her team are so professional, clean, and genuinely nice! They made the night so pleasant by working nonstop to keep the venue clean and helping my guests and ourselves have a great night! She even provided my husband and I our own private dinner before the reception began! Now for the food! Oh my gosh everything was delicious and HOT! It’s been several weeks now and I still have people contacting me and telling me how great the food was! The complimentary tasting was so much fun and we were so thankful Amanda provided that! Ladies, book her TODAY because she’s great and the food is incredible!

Wedding wonderful!

Everyone is still raving about Endless Catering’s macaroni and cheese and hors d’oeuvres from our wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made a point to bring appetizer trays to our families and wedding party during the cocktail hour when we were taking pictures and awaiting introductions. They made sure we ate as bride and groom. So basically the food was memorably good and the service couldn’t be beat!

The very best!

Amanda and her team are amazing. They are professional, organized, and easy to work with. Amanda has excellent communication skills; her expertise put me at ease through the wedding planning process. Her food is delicious and the service from her staff top notch. We also rented the magic mirror photo booth for our venue. Our guests loved the interaction and that they could keep copies of their photos. So fun! Choosing Endless Catering was the easiest decision we made.

Amanda was AMAZING! My husband and I were married 11/04/2018 and people are still coming up to me talking about how amazing the food was!! They were very professional, friendly, and took wonderful care of us! 10 out of 10 for sure!! It took so much stress off of me and my family because I they took care of everything. Highly recommend Endless Catering for any event!

We are so glad to have worked with Amanda!!! Catering was one of the hardest things to figure out through the wedding planning process and when we met amanda and started conversing, we immediately felt relief! She was great to work with, her staff did a great job at our reception and we enjoyed the food! We also used bar tender service through endless catering and that was awesome ! Amanda and her staff are amazing!! The food and service at my daughter's wedding Saturday was perfect. All of our guest went on and on about how delicious the food was. We recently used Endless Catering to cater our daughter's wedding. Not only was the food outstanding (a brunch themed buffet), but the service provided by Amanda and the entire crew was nothing short of perfection! Amanda was quick to respond to all of my emails with my silly questions and even spoke to me on the phone a couple of times. She never made me feel like I was "bothering" her and ALWAYS made me feel like I was her only client. Working with Amanda and Endless Catering was such a wonderful, positive experience that I will never call anyone else for my catering needs. We had so many compliments on our food and menu choice. The food presentation was beautiful and was enjoyed by all! I checked with several people before choosing Endless Catering and her positive demeanor and her reasonable prices sealed the deal for me. Amanda and her team did such a good job at our wedding! We had requested a separate meal to accommodate some food intolerances in addition to our regular buffet and it turned out perfectly. All of the food was soooo good. I was actually sad that I couldn’t eat more. Amanda’s communication is top notch - always she responds to emails same day and typically within a few hours. The service and bartender at our wedding did an excellent job as well. Could not be more pleased!

I got married on October 15th. We used Endless Catering as the on site caterer for Whistle Hollow. Amanda and her staff are incredibly professional and make everything run smoothly. The setting is stunning and between the venue and catering it’s a great total package.

My husband and I were married on May 21, 2016. Webused endless catering own venue and by itself was absolutely gorgeous, but working with Amanda the owner of the venue and the on-site caterer made the experience perfect. The entire staff was incredibly helpful in fulfilling all of our needs, and the catering they provided for both the rehersal dinner and the wedding was excellent.

We used endless catering for our breakfast themed wedding. It was amazing! We had eggs, breakfast potatoes, a waffle bar, biscuit bar, fruit, cinnamon rolls, and muffins! I can not say enough positive things about our experience with Endless Catering!!!!! From the moment we first contacted them, everything was perfect! Very quick response, great menu detail, and an easy-to-understand pricing break out. The pricing was FAR better than any caterer we had seen up to that point, so we were very pleased. The tastings are scheduled with 2 or 3 other couples and you get to sample their menu items as well, in case you try anything you may want to add to your menu. Tasting was great, we booked them right away, and they had no issues working within our dietary restrictions and requests. Everyone LOVED the food- we heard nothing but wonderful things! Amanda and her staff were all extremely personable and pleasant to work with- I completely understand all the 5-star reviews for this caterer!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Have some idea what you would like to serve, go to the tasting dinner (take parents or a couple friends) and be prepared to be blown away by how delicious everything is. We had chosen a venue she was unfamiliar with, yet she worked well with them. Everything for our 30th wedding anniversary went well, and we have many happy memories. I look forward to working with her/them again.

Feel free to put your complete trust in Amanda/Endless Catering. She will listen to you and has great ideas too. The food was wonderful and was presented beautifully. Amanda found someone to bake a most unusual wedding cake. I've never seen one like it. And it tasted so good. Not any of the flavored chalk flavor of some cakes. The inclusive package brought all this together so well. Nathan and Melissa were both working and with all the details included in the package, it saved them a lot of time. And the price was very attractive. I recommend Amanda to anybody wanting a unique wedding.

The photographer that Amanda found for my brother's wedding was awesome. My dad bought a set of the pictures and they were truly creative. We are enjoying the day again and again with Craig's pictures.

A special treat was Duke, the beautiful horse drawing a wedding carriage. It was for the bride and groom, of course, but Duke stayed around and gave short rides to all the kids and adults who wanted a ride. We even used him to carry some elderly guests from the wedding site to the reception hall. What a wonderful take-away memory!

They offer great service, outstanding food, and an affordable price. Amanda is very reliable, dependable. I was very pleased with their service. She stayed all the way to the end, and when they left the wedding, they left the kitchen and serving area spotless, superb clean. I will recommend them without hesitation, your money will be well spend, and you will be very satisfied with her service and food. All you have to do is select your menu, give a date and place, and she will take care the rest.

Be sure and go to the sample night. We were so impressed with the different varieties of food choices. The staff moved in and basically did everything without any supervision at all from us. They were very professional. They were very thorough with their cleaning after the event. The people at the location commented on how "clean everything was left."

We were blessed to have Endless Catering provide the food for my daughter's wedding at Barron's Bluff this past weekend. The bride and groom wanted to serve their meal family style and Amanda delivered 100%. She adapted their menu and supplied advise to the couple in order to make their vision work perfectly. The whole crew was especially helpful during and after the reception. I had the pleasure of visiting Whistle Hollow during our planning and can testify to the beauty of that location as well.

Amanda and her staff did an excellent job at my daughter Katie's wedding reception! They were both efficent and courteous! The food was wonderful and we received many compliments from our Guest! They took care of everything from set-up to clean-up of all food services, including clearing tables. We were very pleased with their service. Our event was at Monte SanoState Park Lodge and they handled all the rentals of linens, ceremony chairs, etc. I would highly recommend they to all!

Amanda was wonderful!! She catered my daughter's wedding, and was so flexible in making sure the menu was exactly what we wanted and fit our budget. We had many guest ask who did the catering, stating that the food was wonderful!! She also displays the food beautifully!! We used Amanda and Endless catering for our daughter Annas wedding and we absolutely loved her. She was very easy to work with and has an extensive menu. She will even make one of your own special recipes if you prefer.
We had heavy hors d'oeuvres and we changed our minds a few times but she was always prompt in returning emails or phone calls. The food was fantastic, they kept it coming so it was hot and fresh at all times. Our guests kept talking about the chicken and waffles and cheeseburger sliders. We highly recommend Endless Catering!

I first met Amanda at our office open house and instantly knew I wanted to book her for my wedding reception! Her food is absolutely amazing! If there is an item you want and it's not listed on her menu- she can custom create it! She is extremely easy to work with and her entire staff maintains a superior level of professionalism during events. Amanda Smith and her entire staff did an amazing job with our "breakfast for dinner" wedding. She was more than willing to experiment and figure out what would be best for our unique dinner. We used Endless Catering for our recent wedding and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Amanda and her entire staff were a delight to work with and made the entire process as easy as possible. The food was abundant and plentiful and was positively delicious! We received many compliments on the food.

Amanda was also wonderful to work with! She responded to emails/calls in a timely manner, helped work out a great menu that stayed within our budget, she coordinated all rentals of linens, bar ware, tableware, etc., and she even had coordinating fabric in our wedding colors to help "dress up" the food tables.

I was also very impressed with Amanda's staff who worked at our wedding. They were all incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about making sure the night was a success for us. I cannot speak highly enough of each one of them!

Endless Catering was wonderful to work with for our recent wedding. The wedding was at my parents house and they sent 3 people to work our event. They were extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Everything was kept well stocked and refilled. They collected all the soda, beer and wine from all the fridges in the house to get the drink stations set up which I know helped my parents out. They moved around collecting trash so well we hardly even saw them do it! The food was delicious and the tea and lemonade were wonderful also. By the time they left everything was so clean it was hard to tell they had even been there. I'd recommend Endless Catering to anyone!

I plan executive level government seminars around the country and rarely come across a caterer this awesome, even at high end hotels! From my first conversation with Amanda through execution of the event, I was highly impressed with her professionalism, responsiveness, cost value of catering services and the incredible quality of her food. I received countless compliments about the food and display. And the prices were competitive and reasonable. Amanda Smith with Endless Catering was absolutely amazing. She was very personal, easy to communicate with, and very professional. We loved that she did a free tasting with other guests and allowed us to sample different dishes and appetizers to help us decide what we wanted to serve. We had a small party of 12 and had Asparagus, Meatballs, Raspberry Brie Wellingtons, Fruit, Pasta Salad, Roasted Potatoes & Vegies, Chicken and Roast Beef. More than enough food and everyone enjoyed it. The setup, containers and dishes, were good quality and looked very nice. Endless Catering made the meal smooth and easy and we would definitely use her services again and order the same foods.

I wanted to provide a wedding rehearsal dinner for my nephew. I live in Mobile and he lives in Hunstville. I had no idea on who to call so I did what most people do and used "Google" to see what services resulted. Endless catering surfaced so I contacted Amanda. She was outstanding. Amanda at Endless Catering went above and beyond for our wedding. She coordinated table cloths with less than 2 weeks to go because I procrastinated. The taco bar and pepperoni stromboli have received numerous compliments from our guests. Having delicious food was a number one priority for us, and Amanda delivered. At my request, she also made a small plate of fruit, cheese, crackers, and veggies to take around with us while we took pictures. Amanda is so easy to work with and her food is delicious!!! I had so many guests come up to me during the reception that said the food is great or who is your caterer? The most popular item on our menu was the bacon wrapped shrimp! I've had so many friends tell me that they went back for thirds :]

Endless catering offers a free taste test which is great because you get to try a variety of food and can make changes to your menu afterwards. As far as value, I feel like you get the most with Endless Catering. We talked to three caterers before we met with Amanda. Her prices were very reasonable compared to some other caterers in the Huntsville area!

Amanda also handles all the rentals which is nice to have the food and rentals lumped together in one contract. She deals with the rentals place for you and you get a 10% off discount with her booking it.

I cannot say enough good things about Endless Catering and I recommend her to anyone getting married!

Endless catering is delicious and helpful. I'm craving her scalloped potatoes as I am writing this.Meets with you and goes over what she has to offer. Compared to others I talked to, she is the best bang for your buck. Food is one of the most expensive things about a wedding. But why pay more if you don't have to? Don't pay more just because some other place knows you'll pay more since it's for a wedding. Amanda does a trial run of all your food and a few other couples so you can taste other foods you may not have thought of. They also have decor and table cloths if you need them. Her staff is so friendly! They offered refills and took trash which was so helpful. You couldn't get a better package!

Endless Catering is awesome. They helped me work a menu that fit my budget. They brought their own table linens and decor that matched my theme. The catering set up looked wonderful and all of my guests LOVED the food. The owner was supposed to work my wedding but got sick. I believe Lacy was the one who ran my venu and I didn't even notice that the owner wasn't there because they did a great job! It was no problem at all because they have it together. I would pick Endless Catering all over again if given the opportunity. Great job guys!!!

Amanda and her crew were absolutely amazing!
She helped us plan out what to serve at our reception. My fiance and I had an evening reception but had a large number of guests arrive. We gave Amanda our budget and she worked with us to create an amazing spread of heavy hor d'oeuvers. Not only was the food out of this world, but she also provided us with bartenders! Many of my guests walked up to me and commented on the quality of the food and the professionalism of the wait staff. A little detail most people forget about is the bride and groom getting food...well I didnt have to worry about that since Amanda walked up with a plate for my husband and I and even served us our wine! Amanda and her staff are more than worth any amount you pay. I didnt have to worry about the food being ready, or hot, or my guests being served and taken care of. On a side note...if there is any food left over and the families have taken what they want, Amanda takes the food to homeless shelters and food banks in the area. That is something that touches my heart, not only does she take care of the bride and groom on their special day...but she makes a special day for someone who normally wouldnt have one.

She is always accessible to discuss menus and is able to share ideas for cutting costs without compromising quality. We used Amanda @ Endless Catering for our wedding in Huntsville, AL. The food, the service and the staff we're extraordinarily great. They even helped out with decorating prior to the start of the reception. Our menu, among other items included pulled pork. You've gotta try Amanda's pulled pork. You'd be more than happy you did. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, especially the pulled pork. Amanda was very helpful and accommodating prior to our big day. My husband and I both lived out of town, but that didn't stop us from signing with Amanda once we did the tasting. She was very responsive via email and it all came together in the end. I highly recommend her services if you want to experience a great staff and more importantly, tasty, flavorful dishes.

When looking for a caterer, we wanted someone who could work with our budget and make amazing food (because we all know that people will talk about the food). Well, we found her! My husband, parents and I loved Amanda from the first meeting. I had initially talked to her on the phone to get an estimate on what I wanted for food. We probably changed our mind a million times before we actually nailed down what we wanted....we ended up doing heavy Hors D'oeuvres. We met her for the first time at the tasting, and everything we tasted was amazing! She also offers bar tending services for a good price, and the cake cutting service is included in the contract. She also will box up food for the bride and groom to take with them when they leave the reception! On our wedding day, we couldn't have been happier with the food. Everyone talked about how delicious it was, especially the bacon wrapped, stuffed jalapeños and bacon wrapped shrimp! Amanda and her catering staff were amazing, and kept everything flowing beautifully!

My husband and I just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with the catering provided by Endless Catering. We received many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food was, about the service they received. Some stated “this is the best food I have ever had at an event like this.” Some stated “when I finished eating someone was there to take my plate and others stated they could tell by the look on your face if you were looking for something and they would ask can I help you?". I could not make my mind up on what style of food we wanted. She was patient with me and gave us some great ideas. Food was great. Highly recommend to everyone for wedding or special events. will be using Endless Catering again very soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Amanda and Endless Catering on our daughter's wedding. The food was fantastic and so was the service. At the end of the reception they had everything clean and packaged. It was great!

Endless Catering and Amanda did an absolute fantastic job with my wedding catering!!! My family and I loved Amanda the minute we started speaking with her about her food at the Belk bridal fair. I loved that I got to deal directly with the chef and the owner - Amanda! To have that connection with the person in charge is so reassuring. I knew that my wedding was important and she would do everything she could to make my day special with her delightful food. She was so friendly and very professional. And her food is absolutely delicious!!
I had more more of a laid-back menu - sliders, chicken fingers, mac n cheese, green beans, mashed potato station, and corn nuggets. I couldn't get enough and neither could the guests! Everything was homemade, no store bought heat-and-eat food. Everyone told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The green beans were fresh and cooked down with a ham bone and onions. Burgers are my favorite food ever and the sliders were delectable and deliciously seasoned with Dales. The mashed potatoes were delicious all on their own and even better with the toppings. Everything was so fabulous! No one could stop talking about it!
And on top of the food, Amanda and her staff provided great service. They helped serve the drinks and the cake. They kept the food stocked as the guests were going through the lines.
She also provided the table clothes and saved me when I needed more than we expected. She also did us another favor by picking up our kegs from the liquor store right down the road - which was so helpful for my family!!
I thoroughly enjoyed Amanda and Endless Catering and I will definitely recommend them and use them at my next catered event!!! Thanks!!

Endless Catering did a fantastic job of catering my wedding. The food was wonderful, fresh, and everyone had so many compliments regarding the food. EC worked well within my budget and offered selections that were classy yet affordable. The dishes were made from scratch and not "store bought" frozen entrees that I've seen several brides do in order to save money. In the end, you may save money but the quality and taste are terrible.

My wedding planner recommended this catering company to us and I was so glad that we chose to go with Amanda. During our taste-testing, she shared with us how she got started in the catering business and I could tell that she really knew her stuff! I definitely recommend this company to future brides; they won't be sorry!

Amanda and her staff are amazing! Months later people are still commenting on how wonderful the food was. Amanda's food is not typical "wedding" food.....it is like eating at a high end restaurant. I have two friends getting married and have referred her to both of them and they are both using her!!

As a bride who just got word her old caterer, that they picked up and moved, my life was a mess. How was I going to have a wedding with 150 people and no food! My answer was Amanda at endless catering! She is amazing and works with you on EVERY detail. The only thing I had to change was buffet style instead of formal dinner, which ended up working out perfectly. We had a full bar, fruit and vegetables for cocktail hour. For dinner; walk in and see Caesar salads at every seat, so I got to have a bit of formal sit down style, buffet had mashed potatoes, broccoli, baked chicken, prime rib, and cotton candy! All the food was made fresh on site and believe you me was DELICIOUS!! I would absolutely use and recommend endless catering again!!! Thank you Amanda for taking me when I had nowhere else to turn caterer wise and welcoming us with open arms!!!! We are forever great full!!!

Endless catering made our wedding event perfect! We were able to reserve her services and she worked with us via email from two states away to arrange everything. The food was incredible. The taste and presentation were perfect and we would highly recommend her service.

Amanda was so amazing. She was polite an so helpful. She gave us great recommendations on the food and what would look nice and taste good together. She was open to our ideas too and very accommodating. The servers were very nice an professional. The food tasted fantastic!!!! The display was mouth watering! My husband and I especially liked the value for what we got. When we looked at other caterers in the area, they charged double the price for the same amount of food. Amanda made our day seamless, easy, and very special. I would certainly recommend her, not just for weddings, but for other business and special events too. Loved it!!!!

Amanda and her team were beyond amazing! Throughout the whole wedding planning process she was so flexable and easy to work with. She was the only vender I had that I never had to stress over. On the day of my wedding, there was actually a tornado and her team was very responsive and helpful in getting everything inside. Amanda really made my day wonderful. I would recomend Endless Catering to anyone for any event! Amanda and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding (and the planning process) as easy and wonderful as possible.

All what I can think about Endless Catering is that we were so lucky to find them. Amanda pretty much performed miracles to ensure our wedding would be exactly how we wanted. She was extremely flexible and always available to us. I had no problems with her and actually got lots of complements on our wedding food.

Amanda and her staff at Endless Catering were awesome to work with. Amanda was extremely helpful in planning our menu and so willing to work with us on the details for the dinner. We received so many compliments on the meal. My desire for the reception was that no one left hungry, and Amanda totally met that goal. I can't say enough good things about her. It was so nice to have her handling all the details of the meal, dinnerware, cleanup, etc. It made for a very stress-free evening.

We had an amazing experience with Amanda and her Endless Catering staff. She was so considerate and made herself flexible and available to accomodate our needs. She brought plenty of staff with her to help in any way possible. Endless Catering is profession and organized. My wedding day went so smoothly thanks to her. The staff she hired was courteous, hardworking and professionally dressed. She was attentive to my needs, responsive, and made great suggestions based on my tastes. Best of all, she is a great chef! The guests raved about her food -it was great. I also loved the chocolate groom's cake she made, the guests ate all of it!

Amanda was easy to work with, very professional, and very accomodating when we wanted to add an extra meat and desserts after agreeing on a menu.

So many of our guests commented on the delicious food at our wedding and went back for seconds! Amanda and her team did a great job of keeping everything warm and keeping plates cleared out of the way. The Groom's cake was wonderful! She also packed to go boxes for us to take home - so nice since we didn't get to eat everything at the wedding!

I would highly recommend Endless Catering to anyone!
