Seriously one of the best wedding planning businesses out there! Claire Kasari made our lives a piece of cake getting married in Bend! She helped us through the entire day, keeping us on schedule so we don't have to worry at all about timings or people or vendors, and we got all the time we needed to have our special day.
She even went above and beyond printing things locally for us so we didnt have to carry it all the way there, always asking what would make things better or how we could be happier. On top of it she was like a mobile bodygaurd! Constantly shielding us from all-too-talkative relatives, and always keeping us moving or pulling us away to have a special moment. We simply could not have done it without her, and she deserves all the credit in the world.

We used Indigo Bride as our wedding planner company for our wedding in September at Sunriver Resort, specifically we worked with McKenzie. We have only great things to say about her; I would trust her with my life!! From the start she was honest about what things we should prioritize to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams but stayed within budget. Her and her team have worked many weddings at Sunriver/ Bend area, and it showed: she knew everything about the venue, she knew all the vendors that we had picked/ worked with them many times, she had our day of timeline perfected. Through the whole process we felt so comfortable with her and she made wedding planning so fun and seamless. She was very prompt in answering all my emails and following up with our vendors when needed. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing. Mckenzie and her team kept the day running smoothly and I am so thankful to have had her as our wedding planner. 1000/10 would recommend~ -

Maya was so helpful as our day-of-coordinator for both days of our wedding. She worked with me prior to the wedding to make sure we were completely prepared with all of the details. She was amazingly helpful on our wedding days, ensuring that everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and was able to focus and enjoy the days. Maya even ran to the store in 100 degree heat because we needed more water for our group and dropped off gifts and other items at our house after our reception so we could enjoy our time with our friends and family. We are so thankful for Maya’s attention to detail and helpfulness. -

I cannot accurately express my gratitude to Alisha & The Indigo Bride. Wedding planning no matter how you handle it, eventually takes away from the joy of your day. You cannot do it alone. I am so thankful that I found Alisha, without her I would have never been able to have the most beautiful wedding day I ever imagined. From the biggest tasks to the smallest details she made sure they were executed and absolutely perfectly.
She became family. I would message her at night, on the weekends, on holidays expecting her to get back to me during normal business hours but she always got back to me nearly instantly.
My day was perfect and I owe it all to The Indigo Bride. These ladies truly love their jobs and put their everything into each couple they encounter. Besides my Mr. they were the best decision I could have possibly made. I am eternally thankful for you all! -

We are so glad that we were able to work with Indigo Bride for our October wedding! Kelsey was the absolute best to work with and we didn't realize how attached we'd get throughout this process! Kelsey truly became a friend throughout the planning process and was beyond amazing. Our day would not have come even a shred close to how amazing it was if it weren't for Kelsey's vision, organization, optimistic happy-go-lucky attitude, and calm demeanor. Both sets of our parents are still talking about how amazing Kelsey was to work with and she would be fully welcomed at both of our family's Thanksgivings and Christmas celebrations haha!
Indigo Bride knows the vendor selection of Central Oregon to a tee. They have personal relationships with all of the best vendors and connected us with some really amazing teams that made our day come true. We were planning our wedding from out of state, so it was really helpful to have their expertise to plan our day. Our vendors all truly delivered on our big day and this was in a large part due to Indigo Bride's recommendations of who would fit with our style and vibe.
Indigo Bride provided a ton of planning materials to support the process and their team was super kind and hands-on. Kelsey was incredibly responsive via email, organized during our scheduled calls, and made sure that everything ran smoothly day-of. All of our friends who were recently married told us that one thing will likely go "wrong" day-of, and you'll have to roll with it, but we truly can't pick out anything that went wrong and that credit all goes to Kelsey who ran the show like a total champ. This is so small, but at the end of the night, we returned to our house and she had set aside each flavor of dessert in a box for us to try and had left us a cute little wedding present. I got so teary and it meant so much to have someone think of the little things like that!
Indigo Bride really thinks about all of the details, which I was the most nervous about when we started planning! Whether you are planning in state or out of state, Indigo Bride is THE planner to book in Oregon and we loved working with them. Thank you IB team!! -

If you want a dream wedding, worry free and perfect in every way..... I highly recommend you give yourself a pre-wedding gift by using Indigo Bride! We specifically worked with Amelia and she was a wedding angel! She checked in and prepped us leading up to the wedding, Kept every single minute of the day on track and simplified things I thought I needed to do but she kindly handled, She captured and course corrected anything needed. Honestly, I don’t think we can put in words on how phenomenal Amelia and team were on the day of the wedding! From ensuring everything looked gorgeous, to checking in with all parties & vendors, keeping all on track and seriously I had no concerns nor did I have to track anything. She was my brain for the day and my only task was to enjoy and soak up the day, which we did! The Indigo Bride made my wedding experience so much more fun, beautiful, and organized than I could have ever imagined. They took my ideas, enhanced them, and made them into reality. I work full time, so having someone ensuring nothing fell through the cracks gave me such peace of mind throughout the whole process.
Our wedding was at a venue that did not include anything in a package, so we had to make sure everything was accounted for from separate vendors (rentals, food, florals, etc.). The amount of logistics, design planning, and small details that we had to keep track of was no small feat but Indigo made sure all the boxes were checked. The day of the wedding was flawless and made me feel so special.
We used the partial planning package and it made a world of difference, I can't imagine how spectacular the full package would have been. Bree is a star and I will recommend Indigo Bride to anyone I know getting married. -

The best decision we made!
Choosing The Indigo Bride was the best decision we made throughout the planning process! We weren't initially considering a wedding planner as we thought we could manage everything on our own but gosh, we were so wrong! Working with Alisha took so much weight off of our shoulders and truly made the planning process so enjoyable and stress-free. Alisha was so fun to work with and we admire her positive, fun-loving personality! Words cannot describe how much we love Indigo Bride! Our coordinator, McKenzie was phenomenal and we owe so much to her for literally helping to save our day. Our wedding venue was evacuated due to fires and we had to pivot FAST! We were heartbroken and McKenzie not only was there to help plan a whole new wedding at a different location on the spot, but she was also there for us emotionally. Reassuring us with her kindness, hugs and professionalism. We couldn't have done it without her and her team! (Thank you Amelia!) They will be forever "our people". Our day was much different than we had envisioned, but because of Indigo McKenzie, it was beautiful, thoughtfully planned and memorable. If you want a rock star planner or coordinator who goes WAY above and beyond.....entrust your special day to the Indigo Bride.

We had our wedding in July, 2023 with McKenzie as our day-of coordinator. She was amazing! I really admire the preparation, thoughtfulness, proactiveness and organization of McKenzie and the Indigo Bride team. Although their website lists the services a day-of coordinator offers, I was blown away at how involved and helpful McKenzie was. Her experience really helped across the board: creating the timeline, finalizing details with vendors, production overview + layouts, ceremony processional, decor decision making, and much more. I really appreciated her ability to be decisive and confident, while also supportive and encouraging - something that helped us get many things done more effectively, with less stress, and more fun! Our wedding day was so so so much fun and I credit a huge percentage of that to McKenzie and the Indigo Bride team! -

We partnered with Alisha and the Indigo Bride for our wedding planning, design, and day-of services. Our experience with Alisha and the Indigo bride was incredible, and we cannot recommend the Indigo Bride team enough. We are so incredibly thankful for Alisha and everything she did to help make our wedding so amazing and perfect. Alisha worked collaboratively with us to select our vendors and design the look and feel of our wedding, but what she delivered far exceeded our expectations. She truly transformed our wedding ceremony and venue - we received so many compliments on the flowers, the colors, and the overall aesthetic of the wedding. Additionally, Alisha’s presence and professionalism helped keep my wife and me, our wedding party, and our guests on track and running so smoothly. Alisha also has such a calming quality about herself - I know it truly helped reassure us and keep us calm, focused, and in the moment from the photos to the time leading to the ceremony to the Great Hall grand reveal and everything in between. Lastly, Alisha kept everything fun and light - on a day with so much weight and gravitas - she helped remind my wife and me to just have fun - from shots of tequila to glasses of champagne, to soaking up the Great Hall, to sunset photos, and our epic dance floor. We decided to go with the full planning package and did not regret it. I had such a great experience with The Indigo Bride! Our rehearsal dinner was not local and I didn't know which vendors to use. The Indigo Bride helped me choose the caterer and the vendors for the tent, the lighting, the sound system, and the rental company for the tables, chairs and linens. The team helped me choose the linens, tables and chairs based on a design they suggested that I loved and also helped with the layout for the event as well as the timing for everything that happened that evening. Wedding planner is a must, I recommend TIB!
We hired The Indigo Bride to help us plan our 100 person, outdoor wedding in Bend, Oregon and we are so glad that we did! We live in Alaska and wanted to have our wedding in Bend. So, hiring a local wedding planner was incredibly helpful! We hired TIB for their partial planning services and it was the best decision we made for our wedding day! Early on in the process, they will make vendor recommendations and provide valuable insight for things you may not have considered like post party clean up services! They've seen it all and done it all. I am kind of type A and was concerned about hiring a wedding planner but I trusted The Indigo Bride team and our wedding day was exactly as I imagined it. They also handled all of the vendor communications in the weeks leading up to the wedding day, which allowed us to really focus on our special day and not worry about endless emails and phone calls to confirm timeline with vendors. Mackenzie and Alisha were there on our wedding day and blew me away with their level of attention and service. They were two steps ahead of me and thought of EVERYTHING. From grabbing my shoes, to bustling my dress and finding me floss - the best thing about hiring them was that all of our guests were able to enjoy the day with us. No one had to do anything except enjoy themselves because TIB took care of it all for us. They even helped make sure all of our personal items were safely returned to our suite before the night was over and left a sweet gift for us. I could tell that Alisha and Mackenzie were there to be our advocates as well. If the venue coordinator had an opinion that differed from our vision, she would speak up on our behalf and advocate for us to have it the way WE wanted it which I really appreciated. When there was no music playing at a certian point, Alisha spoke up and made sure the music was turned on! It's things like that you may not have noticed or spoken up about that you are so thankful they did for you. There is so much behind the scenes that goes on at a wedding and if you truly want to enjoy your day without having to stress about the little details, you NEED to hire a wedding planner and I recommend TIB based on my experience. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for the Indigo Bride!! We went with the day-of-coordination package, and all of the resources provided up-front kept us organized, on track, and confident while planning for our big day. Victoria made herself available when questions came up along the way, so we were never on our own with the never ending decisions that needed to be made. The game changer was 6-weeks ahead of our wedding when we had our kick-off call with Amelia. From that moment forward, I took a deep exhale and truly never worried about a thing. Amelia brought so much positive energy, attention to detail, fun ideas, reassurance, and planning mastery so our day came together perfectly. The team truly went above and beyond, even making game-time decisions the day of our event that became our absolute highlights. My only regret is not going with a full or partial planning package!! It's truly incredible to watch masters at work - The Indigo Bride took on all the planning and details day-of so that we could truly just enjoy and celebrate every moment! I am overwhelmed with how amazing it was to work with Kelsey & the team. From day 1, Kelsey was able to truly listen to my vision, offer suggestions, and create my vision for the day, but above and beyond of what I could have imagined. Kelsey was patient, understanding, very communicative, and willing to be so flexible. On the wedding day, she re-assured me that everything would be amazing and beautiful when I was having a little panic over hail and thunderstorms. She made me feel at ease, and so incredibly special throughout the day. She even bustled my dress for me! I can only say incredible things about her and the team. I highly recommend Indigo bride! You need to hire The Indigo Bride!
Not sure where to begin with my love for the indigo bride but all I can say is get yourself a wedding planner and make sure it’s THEM!!!!!
I knew the moment we picked a venue, we were going to need help but was hesitant to spend the money on a wedding planner knowing things would get expensive fast. My venue ( Ranch at the Canyons) highly recommended having at least day of help, and highly recommended The Indigo Bride.
I originally booked them for day of and then once I started getting into planning I knew I needed to change to partial planning with design and THANK GOD I DID! I truly don’t think my wedding would have happened without Alisha! Lol she was on top of the ball about everything from vendors, timelines, design, etc. and I was not! When it came to vendors, I LOVED every single one that I had. Not sure many people who get married can say that. When it came to design, I had a vision in my head but didn’t know how to pull it all together. Alisha was there every step of the way making sure all my ideas would come to life in an elegant and fun way.
The day of my wedding, I was able to take a sneak peek inside our tent before guests arrived and had a quick cry with Alisha. I was truly blown away with how breath taking it was. Above and beyond any vision I ever had, all thanks to her and her team! It rained that day and plans had to be changed last minute ( very stressful LOL) but Alisha made sure my wedding was even better with the rain than it would have been with sunshine! I truly can’t thank her and the team enough. I’m forever grateful that they gave me my dream wedding and made it incredibly easy on me every step of the way!🤍

From the beginning of wedding planning they were responsive, helpful, creative, and wonderful to work with. All vendors that they suggested was a pleasure to work with. They listened to our design idea and brought it to life. They helped navigate stressful family dynamics. This team seamlessly helped us reschedule our wedding (thanks to Covid). Our wedding would not have been possible without this team... if you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one I highly suggest thinking again. If I am ever planning another large event, they will be first team I call!

Thank you SO MUCH to the Indigo Bride! When I first started planning our wedding, I was not sure if I needed a coordinator or not. I am here to tell you that if you are even remotely considering a coordinator, DO IT!! We hired the Indigo Bride for Day of Coordinating, however I felt like they were with me every step of the way prior to the wedding. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions and emails in a timely manner. Planning a wedding during COVID is stressful and ever changing. The Indigo Bride was incredibly supportive and provided so much insight and useful information. The weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of the wedding, Victoria had every base covered. She made me feel at ease about everything!! I requested she handle everything the day of so that I could relax and enjoy the day- she did that and then some!! From her creative eye in arranging our table decor to quickly thinking on her feet to move our full outdoor wedding inside at that last second due to weather. Yes, you do need a wedding planner! You need The Indigo Bride!
Short version: The best decision we ever made!
We hired Bree for day-of coordination but were surprised to find that 6 weeks out she was already helping us tie loose ends. As Floridians traveling to Oregon with our families, we really could not have done this safely, or at all for that matter, without Bree. From adding cocktail tables to cocktail hour (oops! forgot those) to finding us a tent with heating at the last moment and suggesting additional masks for the reception; Bree had us covered. The days leading up to the wedding along with the wedding day itself were the most relaxed days of the year if you can even imagine that. We were able to truly enjoy ourselves and our day thanks to Bree and for that reason, we'd gladly choose her over and over again. Most importantly, in my opinion, she and her team were our advocates!! Everyone will tell you to do whatever you want but in truth outside forces (family, budget, venue, etc.) will push you towards compromises and changes in plans. This was not the case with Bree. At every twist and turn, at every obstacle or unexpected challenge, Bree was there providing solutions to make sure our day was EXACTLY what WE wanted. In a year like this one where so many compromises had to be made and on a day like ours where the temperature unexpectedly dropped to freezing, Bree + Victoria did everything possible to keep our wedding exactly how it was planned and how we wanted and for that I am FOREVER grateful.

Bree and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! We used the Partial Planning package and worked with Bree for almost a year planning for our September 26, 2020 wedding. Bree took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning by presenting options for each vendor that we just had to choose from (instead of finding ourselves!). She was also readily available to answer the many questions I had. Her and her staff were very professional during the wedding and helped everything move very smoothly. We were extremely grateful that her and her team were still willing to help put on our 2020 wedding and made sure everyone followed COVID guidelines to make it a safe event for everyone. Her love for bold colors and optimistic bubble personality was a perfect fit for me and my husband. We can't be more grateful to The Indigo Bride and highly recommend their services! -

Alisha and her team were just terrific! Leading up to the event, Alisha helped us find great & reliable vendors, she put our minds at ease with taking care of all the little details, documented everything in a shared doc, put together an itinerary and made sure to remind of us of all the little things we forgot along the way. We felt completely at ease going into the wedding. The day of...everything went PERFECTLY! Alisha was completely in control, in touch with all our vendors, ran things smoothly, and didn't miss a single detail. We seriously couldn't have been any happier with it. There were little judgement calls we asked Alisha to make the day of when we were too busy, and she nailed it all top to bottom. Where do I even begin to describe Bree with Indigo Bride. She is by far the most professional, helpful, organized, fun, creative, and incredible bridal event planner ever imaginable! When my husband and I were engaged and looking for a coordinator we were nervous to find someone who could help us with our vision and entrust with all of our special details for our wedding. We also don’t live in Bend and were nervous this would change the dynamic negatively. We couldn’t be further from the truth. Bree was a constant resource for help and we relied on her expertise and vision to create our perfect wedding. She was there every step of the way and would ask questions and give suggestions that we never would have been able to do on our own. She was able to take our vision for the day and make sure it was beautiful and beyond our expectations! Plus Bree is a creative genius! She created this balloon creation that is hands down my favorite decorative piece of our entire wedding. It was absolutely stunning and all of our family and friends still talk about them. It was also a blessing having Bree with us on the big day. She was a blast with all of my ladies and reachable at any time. It was a comfort and put both my husband and I at ease knowing Bree was there to handle all of the details and she made our dream wedding come true. Bree at Indigo Bride is amazing! She went above and beyond before, during, and after my wedding. She thought of all the details I forgot and perfectly executed the wedding of my dreams. She gave me vendor recommendations based off my vision which were absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change a single thing about my wedding. It was perfect and stunning and suuuuper fun thanks to Bree! Hiring Bree & her team was the best decision my husband and I made (after deciding to get married). She is flexible, calming, and easy to work with, but takes charge and handles things when needed--all in an understated and unassuming way. Bree also has a perfect eye for detail, and even though we had discussed how everything would look, I was overwhelmed by how incredibly she put all the details together. During the reception, I kept noticing that everywhere I looked was perfect: the centerpieces, the cake table, the unexpected candies my in-laws brought to share with guests, the vases that came over from the ceremony. It never crossed my mind to worry about anything Bree said she would handle, and I didn't need to. Hiring The Indigo Bride allowed us to enjoy our wedding and our guests, and substantially elevated the look and feel of our wedding. Thank you so, so much! -

Bree was incredible from the moment we connected! She was always on top of everything, sent me the BEST recommendations, answered any and all questions I could've asked, and more. She helped the vision come through and I couldn't have been happier at my wedding. I'm honestly sad that we're not having regular calls to discuss wedding plans anymore. Bree is remarkable! She is very professional, personable, timely, creative, calm, and trustworthy.
We enjoyed meeting up with her before the wedding, bouncing ideas off of her, and getting to know her. We both had complete trust in her for our day to go smoothly.
There is so much behind the scenes that the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests have no idea about.. Bree communicated and met with our other vendors, creating a timeline to accommodate everyone. She provided me with vendor references, special opportunities, and was flexible with last minute changes. One of them, moving the wedding indoors last minute AND finding the marriage certificate I had forgot in my bag in another building!
I really appreciated her organization and staying calm at all times, we needed that on the big day.
She set up all of our decor based on my inspiration photos, and it was beyond what I thought possible, it was stunning!!

The Indigo Bride was incredible to work with! We hired Bree and Marian to do decor setup for our wedding. The communication leading up to the wedding was mostly emails, Pinterest board sharing, and phone conferences, with a meeting at our wedding venue about a month before the wedding. They truly were able to take our vision - and Pinterest board - and give them life! Whenever we had a question about a certain design aspect, they came in with great suggestions to help. I love doing design and decor, so giving this up was hard for me to do, but these ladies made it so easy, and they did an amazing job. I definitely recommend them for your big event! -

Incredible Experience with Indigo Bride
McKenzie with Indigo Bride was the most incredible wedding planner! She took care of everything so that we did not have to worry at all on our wedding day! She helped coordinate so many vendors and logistics at our tricky wedding venue and did it with such grace! I didn’t quite have a vision going into my wedding planning and she helped me hone that in until I knew exactly what I wanted and then brought that all to life perfectly. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and we heard from so many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We love McKenzie and the Indigo Bride!!! -
