I would most definitely recommend this place the building inside and outside is beautiful the food by Chef Kevin is delicious the staff are very hands-on nice and courteous The manager make sure that I had everything that I need to make sure my reception and wedding ceremony was a success thank you Imperial house Great job

I had my daughters quinceañera here. The party was amazing! The service was excellent and the food and drinks delicious. Marcela the manager and family are wonderful people. Thanks for everything I really recommend The Imperial House for a great party.

The Imperial House is your all inclusive Venue that you need and want! If I could give them 20 stars, I would. We are having Our Wedding here and I just have to commend the customer service so far. Marcella, the Manager, is the most sweetest, down to earth, accommodating person I've ever met! When dealing with Wedding Venues/Vendors, sometimes it can be stressful, especially now with Covid restrictions, but not so with The Imperial House! I highly recommend this Venue for any event. The facility is impeccable and very elegant as well as clean and kempt. You won't go wrong here! Book with them NOW!

I chose the Imperial House for my wedding reception. The food, staff, and management were exceptional. Marcella is amazing and so helpful. She gave us recommendations and helped us through everything.

I had my engagement party at The Imperial House in September of 2017 and it was everything I could have imagined and more! Marcela and Orlando helped me every step of the way so that I could bring to life the image I had in my head. Both of them were there the night of my party to make sure everything was running smoothly. Almost a year later and I still have people raving about the food from that night, thanks to chef Kevin. Also, DJ Luciano had the whole place dancing all night long and the cool lights he put up really added a special touch to the room. I couldn't have picked a better venue, thank you so much to the owners and the staff for making one of the most special days of my life, the best.

Finding a perfect wedding venue is such an important decision. We had such a great experience working with everyone at Imperial House for our big fat Indian wedding. We hosted 4 events here in July 2018, and I am so happy we did!

Things we loved about our experience:

You are working with genuine and trustworthy people. Marcela throughout the entire planning process was so fun to work with, she is understanding and flexible and works with you to make your vision come to reality. She definitely went out of her way the day of the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly and coordinated. She offered to handle details that I wasn’t expecting and her hard work so very much appreciated by my entire family.
The venue is very affordable and they are willing to work with your budget to make your dream wedding into a reality. We hosted a 400 person wedding without breaking the bank (and we definitely shopped around for venues in the metro Detroit area to compare prices). You also don’t incur surprise charges or fees after the event is over (for example some large hotels may charge you for using certain equipment or stage materials etc). Everything is done in a fair manner to you as the hosting family.
Have you seen the inside? It is gorgeous! You have the flexibility of using the venue to cater to your needs (you’re not restricted to the placement of things in certain places, which is something we encountered at other venues).
Things to consider based on our specific situation:

We shared the venue the night of the wedding reception and unfortunately the partition is not sound proof. I hope this will be a change in the renovation plans, however we knew what we were signing up for. The noise disruption was pretty significant during speeches but afterwards once the dancing music was on, we couldn’t hear the other party. I should mention, Marcela did try to see if we could get the entire hall to ourselves, something that definitely was not required. I think that speaks to the level of investment she makes into each event.
Our DJ had some technical difficulties with outlets working and projecting simultaneously onto multiple screens with one computer. This partly could have been avoided by him testing out all the outlets and equipment prior to the event, however he said he did not anticipate these issues.
(side note after our wedding, the electrical outlet and screen issues were repaired)
Overall, I’m so glad we came across Imperial House and the amazing team that made our wedding celebrations so memorable. I will always remember working with Marcela in a such a positive way and I hope Imperial House continues to succeed and grow for years to come.

Imperial House did the most amazing job I could have ever imagined on my wedding. I had almost no time to plan my wedding from vendor to vendor working 50 hrs a week and in school full time. Marcela orchestrated almost everything start to finish for me, stayed with us every step of the way, and when I walked in it looked like a scene out of a movie. I am so incredibly grateful for them and what they were able to put together for us, it was the perfect night. Thank you so much!

When dealing with this venue we decided to book it because the service was absolutely fine. They were super accommodating, personable, and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received so far. The food is amazing, they were nice enough to put together a sample for us, and I have to say it was a finishing touch to our decision to book. Our wedding is a few days away now, and I will of course update my review after the fact, but so far perfect service.

Continued: everything was perfect. We had the best time, the staff was wonderful, they made sure we ate, and as I understand a lot of people don't get to eat their dinner at their weddings, but they made sure we did, and catered to all of our needs and beyond. Wonderful people here at Imperial house, we could not be more pleased.

Also with renovations in progress, the place has new life to it, while holding onto some of it's classic quality touches. It's looking really good.

I want to thank Marcella, Orlando, Chef, DJ Luciano and staff. Our wedding ceremony and reception was so beautiful. They did an amazing job at making our day special. The food was great, music great and service excellent! My family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had and how good the food and drinks were. We totally recommend Imperial House for your wedding or any special occasion. Thank you all again!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Marcella and The Imperial Hall staff for the wonderful service provided at my wedding! My family and guests were so pleased with everything! My main concern was my overseas family and making sure their expectations were met and The Imperial House definitely didn’t disappoint! The table service and setup was absolutely fantastic! I can’t thank you enough for making my day so special! It was so good to hear that my guests loved everything about The Imperial House! Honestly could not have picked a better place for my wedding! The renovation made a huge difference. It looks stunning now. The staff is super friendly and the food was out of this world.

The bars are amazing and fully stocked.

We had our reception at this venue. It was a wonderful location for family (close to I94), It was very clean, the food was amazing, hats off to the chef. And Marcella pulled it off as far as making sure everything was set up in the direction I wanted. It is a beautiful place to have a reception. Our DJ, and Photo Booth owners were able to set up before the reception started and they were pleased with that and there was still plenty of room for the dance floor and all of the tables to be set up comfortably.

We just had our wedding at Imperial House June 11, 2022. We booked the venue in March the year prior and have been in touch with Marcela since then. Marcela has been extremely helpful and kind. She is very honest and will absolutely say what she is willing and not willing to do. She was always very professional despite the fact that she had her kids around as a working mom, which we respected a lot. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, although we wish more renovations were done to the exterior portion of it, it is amazing on the inside and the chandeliers were one of the main reasons we picked the venue. Everyone enjoyed our wedding and most servers are extremely kind and helpful. A few tables didn't get parts of appetizers but besides that everything else was amazing. We can't be more thankful for being able to host our wedding at the Imperial house and would definitely recommend it to couples. We were first in our Egyptian Coptic community to have our wedding at the hall, but it was definitely a choice we didn't regret. Thank you so much Marcela and all the staff.

My husband and I found this venue last year, after trying to nail down a venue. We fell in love it and booked it immediately. The chandeliers, marble floors and layout was perfect. Not to mention the price.

Everything was seamless until COVID hit. Once the stay home order was lifted, we began to contact vendors to see if we were able to move forward with our plans.

Marcella was very helpful, and even up until a few days before the wedding, she was reassuring and assisted in anyway she could. She made sure that all things were in place and communicated with myself and my coordinator well.

The food was very good, our guests enjoyed it. They passed champagne and appetizers during cocktail hour for our guests, and arranged seating to allow proper social distancing. Dinner included open bar, and cake cutting.

We had an amazing wedding and we are so thankful that we found a venue that was able to accommodate us during this crazy time.

This place is so unprofessional I was informed three months prior to my wedding that they cannot have my wedding here no more because they were being bought out by another place and since the other wedding that was being held brought them more money my wedding which was put down on a deposit first they canceled. They also were not going to inform me at all and was leaving it up to the new company to inform me. Only found out due to the fact that I was trying to get a hold of them to get things finalized.
But also been hearing that what they’re doing is if another wedding is wanting to have a wedding there and they give them more money they’ll cancel one and have that one come in. Because I’ve heard they’re still taking weddings for this year. After I was told they’re going to be closed after the month of May.
