I would most definitely recommend this place the building inside and outside is beautiful the food by Chef Kevin is delicious the staff are very hands-on nice and courteous The manager make sure that I had everything that I need to make sure my reception and wedding ceremony was a success thank you Imperial house Great job -

You are in good hands!
Finding a perfect wedding venue is such an important decision. We had such a great experience working with everyone at Imperial House for our big fat Indian wedding. We hosted 4 events here in July 2018, and I am so happy we did!
Things we loved about our experience:
You are working with genuine and trustworthy people. Marcela throughout the entire planning process was so fun to work with, she is understanding and flexible and works with you to make your vision come to reality. She definitely went out of her way the day of the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly and coordinated. She offered to handle details that I wasn’t expecting and her hard work so very much appreciated by my entire family.
The venue is very affordable and they are willing to work with your budget to make your dream wedding into a reality. We hosted a 400 person wedding without breaking the bank (and we definitely shopped around for venues in the metro Detroit area to compare prices). You also don’t incur surprise charges or fees after the event is over (for example some large hotels may charge you for using certain equipment or stage materials etc). Everything is done in a fair manner to you as the hosting family.
Have you seen the inside? It is gorgeous! You have the flexibility of using the venue to cater to your needs (you’re not restricted to the placement of things in certain places, which is something we encountered at other venues).
Things to consider based on our specific situation:
We shared the venue the night of the wedding reception and unfortunately the partition is not sound proof. I hope this will be a change in the renovation plans, however we knew what we were signing up for. The noise disruption was pretty significant during speeches but afterwards once the dancing music was on, we couldn’t hear the other party. I should mention, Marcela did try to see if we could get the entire hall to ourselves, something that definitely was not required. I think that speaks to the level of investment she makes into each event.
Our DJ had some technical difficulties with outlets working and projecting simultaneously onto multiple screens with one computer. This partly could have been avoided by him testing out all the outlets and equipment prior to the event, however he said he did not anticipate these issues.
(side note after our wedding, the electrical outlet and screen issues were repaired)
Overall, I’m so glad we came across Imperial House and the amazing team that made our wedding celebrations so memorable. I will always remember working with Marcela in a such a positive way and I hope Imperial House continues to succeed and grow for years to come. -

My family and guests were so pleased with everything! My main concern was my overseas family and making sure their expectations were met and The Imperial House definitely didn’t disappoint! The table service and setup was absolutely fantastic! I can’t thank you enough for making my day so special! It was so good to hear that my guests loved everything about The Imperial House! Honestly could not have picked a better place for my wedding! Once again thank you for everything! I’m recommending your venue to all my friends and family!

We just had our wedding at Imperial House June 11, 2022. We booked the venue in March the year prior and have been in touch with Marcela since then. Marcela has been extremely helpful and kind. She is very honest and will absolutely say what she is willing and not willing to do. She was always very professional despite the fact that she had her kids around as a working mom, which we respected a lot. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, although we wish more renovations were done to the exterior portion of it, it is amazing on the inside and the chandeliers were one of the main reasons we picked the venue. Everyone enjoyed our wedding and most servers are extremely kind and helpful. A few tables didn't get parts of appetizers but besides that everything else was amazing. We can't be more thankful for being able to host our wedding at the Imperial house and would definitely recommend it to couples. We were first in our Egyptian Coptic community to have our wedding at the hall, but it was definitely a choice we didn't regret. Thank you so much Marcela and all the staff. -

My husband and I found this venue last year, after trying to nail down a venue. We fell in love it and booked it immediately. The chandeliers, marble floors and layout was perfect. Not to mention the price.
Everything was seamless until COVID hit. Once the stay home order was lifted, we began to contact vendors to see if we were able to move forward with our plans.
Marcella was very helpful, and even up until a few days before the wedding, she was reassuring and assisted in anyway she could. She made sure that all things were in place and communicated with myself and my coordinator well.
The food was very good, our guests enjoyed it. They passed champagne and appetizers during cocktail hour for our guests, and arranged seating to allow proper social distancing. Dinner included open bar, and cake cutting.
We had an amazing wedding and we are so thankful that we found a venue that was able to accommodate us during this crazy time.
