The owner is so communicative and kind! So helpful through everything and flexible with letting us visit twice to plan out things. Everything was there for overnight stays like pots, pans, pantry staples, pillows and blankets, etc! The place is gorgeous and has beautiful views! There's the main cabin for the base price and you can add on the second cabin and event fee which we did and used one cabin for the girls and one cabin for the guys. Then had the ceremony on the lower portion of the lawn and had the steps be part of the aisle and just lined the lower portion with lights and ribbon, in the pictures. We dont regret it! The driveway parks a good amount of people too. We also picked a sunrise wedding since it faces northeast and had a few people stay with us and theres 3 hotels 25min away and others a little further out. The clouds didnt give us the sunrise we had hoped for but the place still is stunning enough to be worth all the photos!The Heavens's reply:

I was the event coordinator for my friend's big day, and the owner, Stephanie was an absolute Godsend. She was there early the day of the wedding and helped me set up every little thing, even helping me make the sangria for the guests. She stayed throughout the wedding and only left when she knew we had everything under control. She was kind and funny, and I was so, so grateful for her. I couldn't have pulled it off without her! Not only her, but the venue and the cabins were AMAZING! I stayed on sight for the weekend and felt right at home, the lightning bugs at night gave me such calming nostalgia, and everything was so cozy and thoughtfully put together. I cannot recommend this venue enough!The Heavens's reply:

Perfection!
To say we were happy with The Heavens, would be an understatement! We were just married there and stayed overnight for 2 days in their on site lodging. The accommodations were a unique blend of comfort and subtle luxury amidst gorgeous hand crafted cabins. We thought we had dropped into a woodland storybook it was so beautiful! We were a destination wedding and booked from their virtual tour and we couldn’t have imagined how special this place was until we arrived. Our family was equally stunned and we had so many compliments from everyone on how gorgeous it was. We haven’t gotten our professional photos back yet, but I’m attaching some personal photos we took from our bed in the private couple’s cabin and on the front porch the screams autumn at its finest! The owner is a dream to work with, so accommodating, and made everything so easy for us. 10 out of 10 recommend!! -

Loved the owner Stephanie, who was so helpful with suggesting vendors and easing our worries. My partner and I were doing a destination wedding so we were worried about being far away but Stephanie made it possible. Do not miss out on this venue it will absolutely blow you away in person. The Heavens venue provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding, blending natural beauty with serenity. We couldn't have asked for a more unique and personal setting to say our vows. It was truly a dream come true that my partner and I will never forget. We even plan on coming back and staying for our anniversary!The Heavens's reply:

I absolutely love this venue! This is one of the prettiest be venues in the area and very easy to get to. The owner is very nice and is so easy to work work. It is the perfect spot of a mountain view wedding!The Heavens's reply:

The name says it all. This place is nothing short of heavenly. If you want a small, intimate wedding in the mountains, this is it. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The cabin is quaint, charming, and peaceful. The views are stunning - it truly feels like the most special slice of heaven here on earth! The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. The property is well taken care of and very spacious. We loved everything about our time here and could not have imagined getting married anywhere else. It was dreamy and more beautiful than we could have hoped. -

Unique one of a kind wedding
This is the place to have your wedding if you want something unlike the rest. It is so unique, peaceful, and beautiful. It is hard to be relaxed on your wedding day, but the owner makes it so easy to communicate and set everything up. I'm so glad I chose this venue for my fiancé and I since it was so special. I could not have asked for a better day. Choose this venue if you want to stand out! -

Hurricane Helene destroyed the area and hot springs was washed away. She wanted us to still have our wedding despite the area being a federal disaster zone.
Then refused to return our deposit based on the force majeur clause.
Attached photo shows the owner was aware of the devastation, acknowledged the safety concerns of guests, and promised a refund based on the weather.
The owner then waited until TWO DAY BEFORE we were expected to arrive at her venue to go back on her word. If she had been upfront that she was going to not refund our money we would have not made other plans and continued with the heavens.
She intentionally misled us and then pulled some shady tactics to keep our deposit.The Heavens's reply:
Yes, it is so sad that the beloved town of Hot Springs was severely damaged and businesses there were so hard hit, unlike ours which was untouched and is located 30 minutes away from the town of Hot Springs in Trust NC. Our heart breaks for them and others affected by Hurricane Helene. We're so sorry that your choice was to cancel your wedding for a month after the storm, when we tried beyond our best to host your wedding and informed you that our venue was fully operational, all roads were open leading to our venue and we offered every assistance to make your day perfect at The Heavens. We want every couple to feel we go above and beyond for them, and that is what we offered you. If we can ever host you again in the future, please let us know and we will gladly offer you a stay.
