Where do we even begin?! We hosted our wedding at the Grand OL Barn on July 1, 2023 with approximately 145 people. We booked one of the Barb’s All Inclusive packages and the value for the money was amazing! It was truly our fairytale wedding! Regan, our event planner, was amazing to work with both prior to the wedding and especially the night of. She was always quick to communicate during the planning stages. I also worked with Lyric from Catering and she was so responsive and on it- we added some new items the barn hasn’t done before (Mix your own Martini station with an ice luge and Oyster bar) and they knocked it out of the park! All of our guests RAVED about the food and offerings!
The barn offered us the perfect setting to make our fairytale wedding come to life and it more than delivered! Having the flexibility of the spaces let us host a completely air conditioned wedding from ceremony to reception in unique spaces and kept our guests cool (important in Florida in July!!). I couldn’t recommend the Barn more. Amazing venue, amazing staff, and a fantastic facility with the ability to truly make it unique to you. -

We had our wedding at The Grand 721 last month! I looked at probably 50+ venues and knew the moment I saw this one that it was the one! It is stunning! I love that they have the option for outdoor or indoor ceremony. The indoor white chapel was exactly what I envisioned for my wedding and the ballroom with the beautiful drapes. I was sold on this place just by how beautiful it is, but to top it off it includes so much decor, tables and chairs that would usually be an extra cost! Plus, any decor you use of theirs they set it up and take it down!
They also have an in-house caterer that relieves the stress of having to coordinate dinner with a vendor.
Any questions I had, they responded very quick!
Hannah, their wedding coordinator, is also so helpful and amazing! I highly recommend hiring her as your wedding coordinator.
I’m so happy we chose to have it here! It was such a special, beautiful day! -

Amazing Venue and Staff!
My husband and I got married there on 7/6/24 and truly had the most magical wedding! Hannah and the staff were INCREDIBLE, they kept us organized all day and we truly felt like a king and queen. The venue is gorgeous and cannot recommend this venue and overall experience enough. To quote my father, “that is a wedding that we will never forgot and I am proud it was my daughters”. Thank you Hannah and the Grand 721 staff! -

Amazing Wedding Venue
I had my wedding here about a week ago. From the moment my husband and I viewed the venue, we knew it was the one. We wanted a barn feel and the set up and rustic decor was better than expected. Staffed had a quick response when there were questions and were there for us every step of the way. I'm a procrastinator and it really didn't hit me how fast everything was happening until we were 5 weeks out. The staff Carolina, Hanna, Lyric, and the Chef were there and helped every step of the way. Carolina the wedding coordinator was amazing. Created our timeline and kept everything organized and on track. Hanna helped my thoughts come alive for how we dreamed for our wedding to look. The food was amazing, all of the family loved it. Carolina was by myside (or a text away) the whole time on wedding day. When she noticed we needed anything she was right there reducing stress and keeping things organized. I would have been a mess without her. I would recommend this place for other couples looking to get married. The bride suite and grooms suite were roomy and comfortable, the a/c works great, and all together just a beautiful place. Thank you all for making our special day more special! -

I just got married at The Grand 721 Venue last weekend. I cannot say enough about the staff helping me through my wedding. My souse and I live out of state and chose the all-inclusive black & white package, had ~160 guests at my wedding, and worked closely with Carolina (Wedding Coordinator), Hannah (Venue Manager), Lyric (Catering Manager), and Mia (Venue Florist) at this venue.
I can not say enough how competent, professional, customer-oriented and flexible this team was. They worked together, they helped us coordinate with all of the multiple vendors that were a part of the package, were absolutely wonderful to work with every step of the way, were communicative and accessible, and embodied true hospitality and joy. I have organized and been a part of numerous weddings and events, and this team was TOP - NOTCH and ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to work with.
The fact that catering and florals were part of the venue team was a huge help.
VENDORS FOR ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE:
One one hand, as someone who lives out of state, I appreciated having the vendors selected to work with as part of the all-inclusive package. It helped me dive right into planning the wedding. On the other hand, I would have also liked having several options of vendors to choose from as part of the package. I would have liked to compare at least a few different vendors to see what other companies had to offer.
- R&M Cakes = was excellent to work with.
- DJ Complete = I would say are more emcees than DJs but if you know what music you want played, they will play it, bring great energy, and professional.
- Gloss Beauty Bar = were good stylists, but very slow in their communication and only communicate via email
THE VENUE ITSELF:
The venue does not have curb appeal, but is beautiful and as accurate as its pictures on the inside. The reception hall was extremely comfortable, clean, well lit, and spacious. Parking valet is not an option at this venue. The venue has plenty of bathrooms, which was important for us for our guests. They had plenty of bars and bartender options.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
They had recommendations of other businesses to work with to help us manage guest experiences, and their lighting and decor options matched the venue perfectly. We would have preferred louder speakers, but this is something to coordinate with the DJ company.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION:
A HUGE shout-out to Carolina (Wedding Coordinator) and Hannah (Venue Manager) who were the two personnel I worked closest with throughout the last several months. I can not say enough about these two professionals. There is no way that things would have been as beautiful and well-organized without them. Thank you!! -

This venue was super amazing to work with! I had my wedding here on March 9th and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place for my big day! I had so many questions throughout the months and the tram never failed to get back to me and help me with all my details! Love this place and the people who work there!!! -

This venue is a one stop shop!!!! We loved it. We recently had our wedding 2/18 and booked this venue do to the fact they made the process so easy. We decided to go with there catering team and day of coordinator. Best decision we could of made. The day of the wedding the decor was everything we expected and more. The food and the service was incredible our guest was very impressed and taste buds satisfied. Hannah and Carol were a big stress reliever for me on the day of keeping everything on track. Making sure I the bride had everything I needed looked my best at all times, that day was suppose to be a stressful day I thought but those two ladies were on top of everything and made it so I would be able to enjoy my day from start to end.
I would definitely recommend this venue and all the services it provides -

What an amazing place for your wedding!!! We knew after our meeting with Ashley, this was our venue!! We loved everything about the venue from having an outside ceremony location, and an onsite backup indoor ceremony location just in case, to all of the decor that was included!! Most of all, Ashley was nothing short of amazing! She was responsive, paid attention to details, and made sure our wedding and reception was perfect!! I highly recommend the venue and Ashley for your special day!! -

I truly could not recommend a venue more! It was everything we dreamed of. They were so accommodating and kind, we felt like royalty! Where do I begin
We booked the grand ol barn sight unseen, when we finally got to see the venue for the first time we knew this was the place to be married, I loved the exposed wooden beams & the chandlers in the reception, I loved the history of the building & I loved the location. Ashley b was incredible the entire process leading up to the day, the entire staff were amazing. Our guest loved the food & service. The bridal suite was beautiful & so easy to get ready in especially if you have more than 5 people in your wedding party. I can’t recommend the grand ol barn enough. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience coming from them. I also cant rave enough about my florals.The Grand 721's reply:

Our wedding was July 8, 2023 and it could not have been more perfect. The venue is beautiful and so many guests commented on not only that, but the ease of attending an event where the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception were in one place.
The staff, and especially our coordinator Ashley, were courteous, attentive, and brought every detail of our wedding vision to life.
I was prepared for things to go wrong or run late, and thank to the entire GOB team, I can honestly say that I can’t think of one thing I wasn’t happy with or would have changed.
One of the first things I said to my husband when we left the event was that if we had to start planning from scratch all over again, I would do everything exactly the same way. I cannot recommend the Grand Ol’ Barn enough.
And one last note- my dad cannot stop raving about the men’s bathroom. He said it’s the nicest bathroom he’s ever been in hahaha.
Absolutely 5 stars and beyond! -

Deciding to have our wedding at the Grand Ol' Barn was one of the first best decisions we made when wedding planning! We were going for elegant yet comfortable and the space is beautiful, rustic, elegant, and is one-stop shopping with catering and florals all offered in-house! Not to mention their suite of decor that's included--yes decor that's included. Their staff was a dream to work with from start to finish and almost a week after our wedding friends and family are still raving about the amazing time they had celebrating with us at the Grand Ol' Barn. -

We just got married last week and took advantage of the in house catering, florist, and month of coordinating services. Everything was perfect! All of the in house vendors were so easy to work with and very communicative! There are also tons of places for cute photo opportunities including a greenery wall, swings…
The food was excellent, and the barn had a great set up for tastings. The florist did a wonderful job with the flowers and decor. We reused the flowers from the ceremony for the reception and she did a wonderful job with both! The month of coordinating was extremely helpful. I can’t thank everyone enough for how perfect they made our day turn out! -

Private bridal and groom suites were a great start. Staff answered every need and question. Regan was so humble and helpful. She made the day stress free. The kitchen staff made some delicious food. The tomahawk carving station put out some delicious steaks cooked to perfection. The rest of the food was amazing as well. The whole day was so amazing to be honest. All of our guests said they had wished they could've done something like that where everything was in one place and so nice. 11 out of 10 stars !! -

Just amazing!
Seriously I can’t get over how magical and perfect my day was ! We loved everything about the barn from the history to the amenities they offer. Chef Lee did amazing with the food, my guest loved the whiskey maple steak tips! Customer service was great, on top of everything! Our day of coordinator Melinda was the best and Bethany her assistant. They both went above and beyond and we could be more appreciative! Thank you all for making our day great and smooth !

Amazing Venue!
I fell in love with the barn when it was just digital pictures! Seeing it come to life over the months was breath taking! When my husband and I went to see it in person, we knew it was the place for us! With options for indoor or outdoor ceremonies, the bridal/groom suites, and the AMAZING decor that were include for the price, there was NO WAY to say no. We did the in-house catering with Chef Lee, WOW that food was amazing! We also hired their in-house florist with Ashley and she really made my christmas wedding come true! Everyone at the venue was amazing! Communication was great, some things took time, but with 3-4 weddings a week it made sense. I did hire their in-house wedding planner Melinda and she was AMAZING!!! ANYTHNGGGG I needed she was there with help and advice! My husband and I (along with my guest) couldn't have asked for a better place than the Grand Ol Barn to host our Christmas Wedding. 100% recommend! -

The Grand Ol’ Barn is an incredibly beautiful venue, with such a stunning look even without decorations. After having to postpone our wedding, we decided to change our venue to the Grand Ol’ Barn and it was the greatest decision we could have made. The ease of having everything available (floral, catering, bridal/grooms suites, etc.) at one location truly makes everything so much easier. The barn was very accommodating to everything we needed and was so kind and checked in on myself throughout the wedding day. The food was behind amazing, the florals we absolutely perfect. They even had a parking attendant to help day of - something we may have never thought of on Our own. We loved our wedding and so did our guests! -

I’m honestly amazed! I got engaged in November 2021, and we planned our wedding for March 2021. I was told that’s not enough time to plan a 125 people wedding. Well, I proved them all wrong. The grand Ol’ barn is not just any wedding venue. It’s a one stop shop. You can plan your entire wedding the moment you walk through those doors. I used their, florist, catering, wedding planner, DJ, photographer and videographer and Bartending services. They have everything you’ll ever need. For a wedding that should have taken a year to plan; The Grand Ol’ Barn made it happen for me!The food is excellent! The flowers were majestic! The memories that were created that day are now the best day of my life. Their wedding planner Melinda is amazing, we are now great friends. There’s something hidden inside of that venue, a feeling of true love. It cannot be describe, it can only be felt and I have been lucky enough to have felt it. -

The perfect venue for any wedding
This venue provided me with the perfect balance of elegant and rustic. Being from Ohio, I knew I wanted a barn wedding. The outside of this barn is that rustic feel that I was looking for. Once you step inside you see all of the elegance that this place has to offer. The bridal suite is beautiful and they had provided everything you could ever imagine, even things we didn’t think of, and of course, the bubbly! The grooms suite was classy & masculine. The boys were given whiskey for a toast & I know they appreciated that little boost right before heading down the aisle. There’s an entire team working well together to put on these perfect events. Such a wonderful experience!
My husband and I got married on 11/13/2020 at this venue and just had the most wonderful experience. As did our families. We were able to spend the whole day there and had nothing to worry about. It was such an easy process for us, our families, the day of coordinator, and everyone involved. Such a beautiful venue and a wonderful staff.The Grand 721's reply:

My original venue cancelled two months before our wedding date. The Grand Ol' Barn was my first tour after that heartbreaking news. I fell in love with the venue and staff immediately. As fate would have it, our original date became available, and we immediately booked. Caley and Shauna made wedding planning in a pinch effortless and easy. They were very responsive and understanding to my needs. Caley's expertise in the wedding sphere was quite helpful in planning a wedding in just six weeks. Wedding wedding during covid was difficult but our wedding turned out perfect! We were the venue's third wedding, and we could not have been happier with our choice. I would highly recommend this venue for brides like me looking for a stunning venue with a rustic barn feel with AIR CONDITIONING and stellar staff!The Grand 721's reply:

WORLDS GREATEST WEDDING VENUE. My goodness there isn’t enough wonderful things I can say about the Grand Ol Barn! I was their first bride and I can confidently say Shauna and Caley are absolute MIRACLE WORKERS! They went above and beyond to provide my husband and I with a perfect wedding. They were flexible with our crazy quirks, patient when we wanted to switch the seating layout last minute, endlessly thorough with all the moving details that accompany a COVID wedding, and incredibly kind with all our difficulties.
The venue itself is gorgeous, spacious, and most importantly- fully air conditioned! (Not just portable air conditioning- which I noticed was a fine print problem with other FL venues). Shauna designed the space with weddings in mind so the bridal and groom suite are perfect. There is a separate cocktail/ceremony and reception space and they have all the decorations you could possibly need.
I really cannot recommend this venue enough. I’ve had so many of our wedding guests reach out to say it’s the best wedding venue they have ever seen. Brides- definitely go check it out! They have all their administrative paperwork in order and are 100% prepared to give you the wedding of your dreams!The Grand 721's reply:

9.18.22 barn wedding
Had a wonderful experience on my wedding day on 9-18-22 with the venue staff. So lucky to have had a wedding coordinator Regan to guide us throughout the whirlwind of a day I chose this venue specifically because catering and florals were offered on site- this really helps to simplify your vendor search! Also so many of the decorations are already available so I didn't have to purchase much on my own. All of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. It was everything I dreamed for and more. I wish could relive this day over and over again! -

Loved having this place for my wedding venue. It was everything we were looking for and more. The grand ol barn makes everything go so much smoother and less overwhelming. The space itself is gorgeous alone. So nice to get ready in the gorgeous bridal suite and not have to worry about anything. They set everything up for you and the food is absolutely amazing! Wonderful catering staff. -

They’ve thought of it all!
Not going to lie, I was a little apprehensive about hiring a brand new venue to host my wedding…but I do not regret a thing about giving these ladies a chance! My wedding was AWESOME.
Pros: beautiful building and grounds, the thoughtfulness that the owner put into every nook and cranny, plenty of indoor air conditioned space, the best bridal and groom suites I’ve ever seen, delicious in/house catering, many included rentals, bottom line pricing (no hidden fees), the in-house florals are a MUST (Ashley blew it out of the park), I didn’t hire their Coordinator but she worked my wedding day and gave us a few helpful pointers that made such a difference to our ceremony and photo ops (Thank you Melinda! You rock!!)
Cons: communication is the only place they are lacking. I had to send multiple texts and emails to get answers to simple questions along my 12 month planning journey. I’m a neurotic perfectionist and reached out several times to ask questions about various topics. Being ignored for days to weeks did not help my nerves. There were a few times I had to just drive over there to flag someone down to answer my question. I get that they’re busy and their team is small and they’re probably doing their best, but I don’t like feeling like I’m nagging or just… not liked. Most likely that part was all in my head and it was nothing personal (I’ve read similar reviews by other brides), but if I had one critique to help them grow and succeed it would be to hire someone or assign someone to run the website/email/Instagram, etc so brides and planners are responded to in a timely manner.
My guests had a great time, my pictures were amazing, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Grand Ol Barn! -

This venue is beautiful and we really enjoyed having our wedding here. However, this venue was not the easiest to work with. We booked them while they were still under construction, but then they started changing things in our contract without us signing off on them. In the end, things were worked out, but for a while, it was really stressful. There also was a period of time where we struggled to get anyone to answer our emails, but now they have added people to the team so maybe that would help. However, there were also good parts, such as a lot of included amenities.The Grand 721's reply:

The pandemic was definitely extremely difficult time to try and open a wedding venue especially with suppliers drying up on the items we needed to order and not being able to keep employees due to lockdowns. We worked hard to give our brides during those times everything we possible could. We assure everyone and all future brides that we have moved well past those stressful days and have a robust team and everything in house and work hard to over deliver on every wedding we have the privilege of hosting.
