The Gramercy was the perfect spot for our reception! Not only was it exactly what we were looking for but the staff was amazing!! Victoria made the whole process, from beginning to end, a breeze! I was not worried about the details coming together because I knew we were in good hands. The best party about The Gramercy is your wedding will be the only wedding that day so it really adds to making it feel even more special! Would recommend booking with them!! And the food was AMAZING!!!!

Dean and his staff went above and beyond for us, exceeding ALL of our expectations!! Because of Covid, we had to change the date 4 times and each time, Dean was so easy to work with and just simply amazing! Pauline, my attendant for the day, was just outstanding!!! She pampered me the entire time!!! We could not have found a better place!! All of our guests were wowed and can’t stop telling us how great of a time they had and how amazing the food was!! One of my relatives, who happens to be a food connoisseur, said the meat was the best she has EVER had!!
The amount of food and the quality of all of it was ridiculous! The price was VERY reasonable as the food was exquisite and the service was impeccable!
I can not thank Dean and the rest of the staff enough!!! Made ALL of my fairytale wedding dreams come true!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Outstanding!
I had my wedding at the Gramercy on August 15, 2021. It was originally planned for May 2020 but given the pandemic and circumstances we had to reschedule three times. Throughout this time Dean and the entire Gramercy staff was completely understanding and made the process seamless. On the day of the wedding,
Dean, Victoria, Pauline, and Javier went above and beyond for us. Dean made sure that we stayed on schedule and worked well with our wedding coordinator. Pauline was a godsend. She made sure that the groom and I ate and were well hydrated. She was always nearby in case we needed something and also made sure our parents were well taken care of. Javier was super helpful in helping my grandma after she fell they were able to assist her with a wheelchair for the remainder of the night. The food was abundant. Our guess were greeted with champagne upon arrival. There was literally so much food for cocktail hour that our guest thought that this was the dinner. The chef did an amazing job with the food. Dinner was great as well and the dessert buffet was OUTSTANDING. Every dessert imaginable was in that thing including huge milkshakes. The bartender did a superb job with making all of our cocktails.
I have zero complaints about our wedding day.If you are looking for a place with great communication, professionalism, food, and elegant decor then this is your place.

best wedding hall
We had our wedding here and it was amazing!!! Victoria is the best and helped is through everything- even when we thought Covid was going to force us to cancel our event. The day went perfect- Paulina was an ANGEL!! She forced my husband and I to sit and eat dinner the night of our wedding hahhh!!! I love this hall so much- a big thing for me in cleanliness and let me tell you this hall is SPOTLESS!!!! There were a few times I went in and Dean had a team re painting or cleaning the carpets- definitely made my husband and I feel more comfortable being that this was our first large party since COVID. Thank you soo much for making our day so special!

Holy Moly. Where do we begin?
The Gramercy was the first venue we visited and nothing we saw from there compared to it, either in North Jersey or New York. The drop dead stunning floor to ceiling windows, the elegant white marble entry with grand staircase, the food, and the service. Literally unbelievable. Vicky was extremely responsive the entire time and so flexible with us. They made sure we had our day exactly how we wanted it and being a bride, it’s always hard to make time to eat, but they made sure we had food in front of us at all times and continually had our drinks ready to go. Incredible service. My husband and I left our wedding asking why everyone doesn’t get married at The Gramercy. Thank you, Vicky, Paulina and the team!!

A magical wedding experience at an extraordinary venue!
The Gramercy is definitely an extraordinary, one of a kind venue. Every part of the Gramercy is absolutely stunning! My husband and I had our wedding here on 11/20/20. From the moment we stepped foot inside the Gramercy for our first tour to the moment we left at the end of our wedding, the entire staff at the Gramercy was always so welcoming, professional, friendly, and simply amazing to work with. Dean is by far the best and goes above and beyond to ensure you have every and anything your heart desires for your special day. We had our wedding pretty much fully planned for 11/20/20 before the pandemic hit, so the months leading up to our planned wedding date was stressful to say the least. Dean was in constant communication with us, keeping us updated on the latest rules and answering any questions we had. I heard some horror stories regarding the lack of communication from other venues in the tri-state area so we felt truly blessed to be able to work with someone like Dean! On the day of our wedding everything went smoothly; everyone at the Gramercy (especially the bridal attendant Pauline) really do go above and beyond to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing. On top of the amazing staff, the food was out of this world! Our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and by far the best they have ever had at a wedding. I knew the dessert set-up was going to be something special, but special is an understatement. They had EVERYTHING you could imagine from specialty milkshakes, cheesecakes, regular cakes, italian pastries, sundae bar, espresso bar - you name it! I can’t say enough about this place. If you are looking for a magical, personalized wedding experience with some pretty amazing people to work with while planning - I highly recommend the Gramercy. We definitely plan on having all of our future events here!

I got married on Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff, the venue was simply incredible. However the star of the whole process was Victoria!! She was my wedding coordinator that works for the venue. Omg I don’t know what I would have done without her! She was truly an Angel and I feel so blessed that she was apart of such a special moment in my life. If it wasn’t for her being with me over my year of planning I don’t know what I would have done. Best wedding ever!
The Gramercy exceeded our expectations! The place in general is breathtaking! It’s clean, sleek, romantic, and glamorous.The food was phenomenal and the staff is on the money. Our guests said they would never forget cocktail hour and the Viennese hour. I have never seen more food that was not only plentiful but delicious! They did everything they said they would do and more. Dean was there no matter what hour answering questions and making sure we were at ease. Victoria made us feel comfortable with all the little details added to our room and Paulina was my side kick the whole night! Anything and everything we need she was on it! Everything was delivered as they presented it. Thank you for being a HUGE part of making our day PERFECT!

Beyond our wildest dreams!
It is hard to put into words how amazing The Gramercy is! From the second my husband and I walked into the venue we could feel the love. We knew right then and there, this was where we were going to get married. Sophia greeted us with open arms, and assured us that whatever we wanted they could make happen. From that moment on we knew we were in great hands. We felt like their family. The day of our wedding, the best day of our lives and the day that you want to turn out perfect for you, your family and friends was just that for us. It was PERFECT! Our family and friends will not stop raving about the cocktail hour. The food was excellent! The staff was amazing! Paulina was INCREDIBLE, she was right by our side through it all. She remembered every detail we shared with her. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She put us at ease and made us truly soak in every moment of our day. I cant say enough things about the Gramercy! The second we walked in, me and my husband knew this was our venue. Dean and his team were amazing to work with! He was upfront and honest and willing to work with whatever ideas we had. The food is delicious, and the amount of food you get is even better! We still have people raving about the food and it’s been over a month since our wedding! Pauline is an angel! She was always making sure I was okay, always getting me a drink, and making sure both my parents and in-laws tables were good! She was fantastic!! You will not be disappointed with the Gramercy! It is a beautiful venue, with truly delicious food. I cannot wait to host my next big event there!

When we walked into the venue for our first appointment, we looked at each other and both said this is it. thank goodness we did. Victoria was the best. No matter how many crazy emails full of questions/requests I had, she always promptly answered. It was such a pleasure to work with her. From beginning to end the Gramercy met all of our needs. They were responsive, professional and diligent. We worked specifically with Victoria and it was like working with a close friend on making your dreams come true. Any question I had along the way she was able to answer them. We had our wedding on 9/15/2019 at the Gramercy and a week later we still can’t get over the awesome time we had. We literally felt like a king & queen for the night with Pauline catering to absolutely everything we needed. My guests felt attended to as well which was a major thing for us. Victoria and Dean made sure everything was perfect from the favors on our tables, to lighting, making sure everyone was happy. I Need to go back to Pauline for a second and list just some amazing things she did — 1, my feet were KILLING me all night & my shoes were getting caught on my dress well for my first dance she taped them up & poured baby powder all over my feet it was amazing I felt like I was walking on clouds. 2, We have a 2 & half year old daughter who doesn’t like anyone new well I was surprised all night she wouldn’t stop laughing with Pauline it melted my heart. 3, I ALWAYS had a drink in my hand & she definitely made sure I ate something. I’m just gonna end here with The Gramercy has gave me and my husband memories that will last us a life time, thank you guys so much!!

Stephen and I had our wedding here on August 11,2019. There’s not enough words to describe how satisfied we were with how everything turned out. The food was AMAZING from the cocktails hour to the main dish! Our guest till this day can not stop talking about how great the food was! Words cannot describe how wonderful the Gramercy made our wedding
From the moment my fiancé and I laid eyes on the Gramercy at Lakeside Manor, we knew from the start this was OUR venue. Although we did not actually book right away, we found ourselves constantly comparing other venues that we visited to the Gramercy. Just to be clear, we visited over 15 venues. – Mostly all the other wedding venues had the typical “wedding factory” vibe. The ones that did not however had multiple weddings happening at the same time, and would not guarantee you that you will not into another bride on your special day. The Gramercy on the other hand was chic, modern, crisp, feel and gave off a “classy couple” energy. It was also refreshing to see that the Gramercy’s Manager Dean was aware of every detail that makes a wedding special and how to execute it. Dean helped our vision come to life. Speaking of Dean, I do not know where to begin. Maybe, I will start by saying he is simply amazing! Even BEFORE we booked, he was readily available and willing to provide direction to us within MINUTES of contact. Once we decided to go with the Gramercy, I felt like Dean became our personal assistant. He answered my numerous emails at 2 am. He never once got annoyed with my fiancé redundant questions. He sent me pics of decor ideas at my request, and gave us direction on executing our crazy ideas. He was doing all of this all while dealing with dozens of other couples that had upcoming weddings, but we never felt he was too busy. To top it all, he helped me CUSTOMIZE our wedding dinner menu- this is something that no other wedding venue would do without probably up-charging you for everything. Being that I am West Indian, it was important to us to incorporate cultural elements in our special day. Dean had the chef create traditional dishes that came out phenomenally. I had guests come to me during the wedding asking if we hired a private chef because they could not even fathom that a wedding venue could create these traditional Haitian dishes. Dean also helped us to specially order rum that is produced in Haiti, and it was major hit. One of the biggest attributes of the Gramercy besides the service is the fact they have ONE wedding at time. You feel so special because the place is completely yours for the entire day/evening. Pauline who I cannot thank enough was there from the beginning to the end, helping me in and out of my dress, getting something to eat/drink and the ability to just focus on having a good time. Overall, if I had to do it again, without a doubt, we would choose the Gramercy. It was everything and more and we cannot thank Dean and his team for having such a beautiful venue and being an incredible person.

My dream wedding
Where do I even begin! Dean and his team are amazing! My wife and I had our wedding at the Gramercy August 2nd, 2019 and to this day we cannot stop talking or thinking about the wedding. We still have guests telling us about how much they loved the food and venue. There was enough food to feed the entire state of NJ! The only part we are sad about was leaving the venue. Dean and his team are truly amazing. They answered all of our guests and were there to guide me and my wife every step of the way.

Flawless Service From Start to Finish
We got married at the Gramercy on July 3, 2019 and could not have been happier with the experience! Dean was so easy to get a hold of no matter what day of week or time of day and so accommodating. Pauline was our bridal attendant the day of the wedding and was so attentive to not only me and my husband, but to our entire families. She knew where our family was seated and made sure they had a drink in their hand at all times. The food was so fresh and HOT when it got to all of our guests- we still hear about the food. The dessert was an amazing way to end the night. Overall, the food, service and experience with the Gramercy was more than we could have asked for!

Where do I begin?! I got married here June 21, 2019 and am so happy I found this venue. I knew I wanted something more modern and this place was exactlyyy the look I was going for. Not only was the venue beautiful, but everyone I dealt with (Victoria, Dean & Pauline) were amazing. Very genuine, real, down to earth people which for me is important. They weren't salesy or pushy and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The service was amazing and the food was next level... Cocktail hour was insane and so was the Venetian hour. My guests are still talking about the food! I put my trust in The Gramercy, and to say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people that run it! :)

The only venue you need to look at
I instantly knew this was my wedding venue the minute I came across it. Upon walking in I was sold. We visited about 18 other venues just to make sure. Dean was so attentive and answered every single one of my questions and emails - and boy were there plenty. They let us control everything and customize food dishes which was soooo appreciated !!!! Stunning and Spectacular
My husband and I got married June 2019 at The Gramercy. Initially we fell in love with the ballroom, the modern, clean, elegant style fit right in with our wedding vision. The staff was incredible, to our booking with Vicki, sitting with Dean to finalize our menu and cocktail hour, to Pauline who was right by our side at every perfect moment on the wedding day without being overbearing. Now, the food.. It is always difficult choosing a venue without being able to taste the food. Rest assured you will not be disappointed. We continue to get incredible feedback not only on the amount of food offered during cocktail hour but also the quality. Dean was helpful and easy to work with when it came to customizing what we wanted. When they tell you the kitchen can do it, they can! If cocktail hour and main course were not enough, your guests will be surprised by the amazing display they have for the Venetian hour, from waffle station to milkshakes! At the end of the night, they will pack up all that is left over for you to take home! I hope to be invited as a guest!

Best. Wedding. Ever.
I had my wedding on July 4th and oh. My. Goodness. It was INCREDIBLE! Dean and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dean worked with me and my mother for months to make sure everything was perfect and my mind was at ease! I have had so many people call me and tell me it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! The food was incredible! The guests were treated like royalty, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. A Sleek and Modern Wedding Venue with the Best Staff!
We have just had our wedding at the Gramercy at Lakeside Manor and we couldn't be happier! Leading up to the wedding date, Dean (the manager/owner) was extremely responsive, no matter what time of day we contacted him. If we needed a quick meeting, he always made time to meet with us in person. He was able to accomodate all of our requests, including different style drinks for signature drinks (such as limoncello mules and strawberry margaritas), as well as any color themes and table setups that we wanted. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything! It went so smoothly, since Dean and his staff were on top of everything and ensured we were where we had to be, without us having to worry or even think about it. We got to enjoy the entire party and be with our friends and family because of this. After the wedding, we were told by all of our guests how amazing the food was! Definitely a great place to have your wedding!

The best wedding ever! Venue, food and staff were amazing!
The Gramercy truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in and saw how glamorous the venue was we knew it was the venue for us! Dean coordinated EVERYTHING for us, (literally everything) and delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He answered emails in less than 1 minute to the MANY questions I had. (I Don't think he sleeps! Lol) This helped me trust him knowing I could reach out whenever I needed to. No question was off limits with Dean! He made everything seamless and you can tell he loves what he does! We LOVED the food selection and that EVERYTHING was included in cocktail hour. (No picking 2 chafing dishes etc) You want it all? They have it all! The food seriously was out of this world! Pauline my bridal attendant was so attentive to detail and making sure not only myself but my family were well taken care of! She literally waited on us hand and foot (not kidding, she powdered my dancing feet) The bartenders were amazing and got those drinks out quick! Truly I want to have every event at The Gramercy! My guests said “this was seriously the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” It’s now a little over a month and people are still talking about it !! Dean and his crew at the Gramercy are absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked our wedding to the very end, Dean was by our side. Dean made sure our night was extra special and it was just that. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but he food and service is out of this world! Our guests are raving about the food! Thank you so much Dean! I can’t recommend The Gramercy enough! You should absolutely consider this venue if you want a modern, up to date, personalized wedding. Working with Dean made our planning that much easier and fun! From the start, we felt so comfortable knowing our day was going to go exactly as planned and we were fully taken care of. The staff is so attentive, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the Bride/Groom and their guests have everything they need and more. The ballroom is beautiful and the ceiling really ties together their elegant vibe. Our guests called and texted for days after the wedding raving about the cocktail hour, food stations, and venetian hour. No guest will go home hungry!

Christmas came early
Had our wedding at this venue in December. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff, especially Paulina & Dean, are the reason. Not just them; from the food, the happy hour, the space, the attention to detail… everything went off without a hitch. Paulina, our maître d’ was everywhere. Should you need anything she was there. I was looking for her gold lamp because there was no way of explaining her abilities other than her being a Genie. Dean, no matter how busy he was he would always get back to you. If hotels had an inkling of his customer service, they would all be 5 stars. He had the place run like a Michelin star restaurant. The cocktail hour was delicious and the venetian hour? Forget about it. Along with the amazing spread of sweets, you get milkshakes! Bar none one of the best milkshakes I’d ever had. Words are not enough to express my gratitude I have for The Gramercy. Thank you for making our wedding magical.

Our amazing wedding
Just had our wedding this past weekend at the Gramercy and it was so amazing, the food was phenomenal , the service was great thanks to Dean and Paulette and the rest of the staff were so helpful and did everything to make sure our night was perfect. we had a mixed culture wedding so I had a lot of requests and Dean was able to make sure that everything went perfectly for us! Dean and his staff at The Gramercy went above and beyond anything my husband and I could hope for! Our wedding was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Dean made sure the bridal party knew what they were doing for the ceremony and made sure I was not stressing at all. Pauline was AMAZING, she knew everything I needed before I knew I needed them. Best Day EVER! 11/10 Experience
Let's just start with the most important part: I would without hesitation recommend The Gramercy to friends, family, curious folks for any event.
We got married at The Gramercy this past New Years' Eve, and while I thought it would be amazing day, The Gramercy really exceeded my expectations.
We got engaged Christmas Eve 2017. At the time, we were living in California, but knew we wanted to get married in NJ, so we had about two weeks to pick a venue. My mom suggested The Gramercy because ~25 years, she had my brother's baptism at The Lakeside Manor and remembered it being a good experience. She said they had renovated, but it was still the same people, so we checked it out. The Gramercy was the first and last place we looked. We were so impressed with the hall, Dean, and the incredible amount of detail that The Gramercy handled for a pretty reasonable price. They were pretty booked up (so get in early), but we managed to snag New Years' Eve 2018.
Over the course of the year, planning from California, Dean was great at answering questions quickly. I'm a worrier, but he put my mind at ease.
The day of, things could not have been more perfect. Everything inside the hall looked beautiful from the way they laid out the escort cards to the votives they added for ambiance to the lighting. The food was amazing. So many people told us the food at cocktail hour was fantastic. I had TWO tough critics say the calamari was the best they ever had.
Throughout the night the staff kept everyone organized. The service was impeccable. Everyone was quick to bring out orders/drinks, and they were all super friendly. I especially appreciate that since I know we pulled them away from their friends and families on a holiday to be there.
I also have to mention Pauline, who was our bridal attendant and then some. She was AMAZING! She helped keep the bridal party moving during pictures, she made sure we ate during cocktail hour, she bustled my super complicated 30-ribbon bustle, she helped us organize the introductions, and she did an incredible job during the reception making sure our families and ourselves were served in a timely manner. She also made sure neither my husband nor myself nor the important members of our family ever went without anything. I was literally standing on the dance floor with a not quite empty glass, and she would swoop in with a fresh full one without ever asking. I got to experience my wedding, not just be rushed through it, and that is very much thanks to her. Everyone has been raving about her incredible service for four days now. She is just a true gem.
Overall, it was an 11/10 experience. I'm currently trying to come up with excuses to have another party there ;)

Stunning venue
This was the first venue we have looked at and after viewing few others we just kept going back it. It was love at first sight! Through the process we worked with Dean who was wonderful. All of our emails, phone calls, text messages were answered almost right away. We got married in July 2018 and everyone is still talking about the cocktail hour and the main dinner how amazing it was. My maitre d' was my life saver. She kept me calm, and was very attentive to not only myself and my husband but to our whole family, I truly don't know how my night would have turned out if she wasn't there to walk me through the evening.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
I had my wedding here at the Gramercy on 11/10/18 and it was amazing! It was the first venue we looked at, and the best one by far. It’s a one wedding at a time place which is amazing because you get the full attention. Once we sat down with Dean we knew right away this was the place for us- as Dean says you want a party, you want fun. And they make sure it happens.
Dean and Victoria went above and beyond to accommodate all of our request. They were extremely helpful, professional and so personable and that’s what sets them apart from the rest. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. They made everything so easy!
Our guest are still complimenting us on everything, from how neat/clean/ and modern the venue itself is and to how amazing the cocktail hour was. All the food was DELICIOUS, and so many options! The mashed potato bar was a huge hit.
Pauline our bridal attendant was so sweet and she made sure the night flowed seamlessly and with ease. She made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure we never had an empty drink in hand and plenty to eat. She was with us all night long, as well as tending to our parents.
We had an AMAZING wedding thanks to everyone at the Gramercy.

My wedding at the Gramercy was a dream
I can barely put in to words how perfect my wedding day was. The very moment I walked in to The Gramercy I fell in love. Most venues look nice in pictures and when you see them in person your mind quickly changes but with this one the pictures barely do it justice. Dean and his team were in for a challenge with me. I set the bar sky high and they soared above all of my expectations. My guests are still raving about the endless food, the top notch service and the beautiful decor. Pauline was out of this world amazing from start to finish. The entire night she hid in the shadows and was at my every beck and call before I could even say her name. After browsing a handful of venues for our wedding, me and my fiance decided that The Gramercy was going to be our top pick. The place is truly beautiful, inside and out! Dean and Staff exceeded our expectations, everything went smooth and i couldn't have asked for anything else. Wedding Venue of our Dreams!
We celebrated our wedding at the Gramercy at Lakeside Manor on 11/11/18. This venue truly exceeded our expectations!! We decided to look at this venue because my best friend had been to a wedding there and raved about the cocktail hour, decor, and atmosphere. One look at that main reception room, and we fell in love. Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with. For two years leading up to our wedding, we were in contact with Dean mainly through email. His responsiveness was prompt and professional. Whether my concern was about the color of the linens or the spread of the cocktail hour, he responded promptly and took care of every single need we had. Our wedding night was simply a dream. Our guests were so impressed with the Gramercy. They raved about the incredible cocktail hour, the intimacy of a one-wedding-at-a-time atmosphere and the dinner! Many of my guests even said that their main course was better than dinner that they've had out at restaurants! Pauline, our bridal attendant, was so accommodating and helpful. Not only was she by our side all night, but she was also attending to our parents as well! I don't even know where to begin! I had my wedding June 15th, 2018 and I couldn't of been more amazed. This is the best decision we made. From the moment I stepped foot into The Gramercy I knew it was the venue for us! The foyers, and the cocktail hour room are amazing, and then the grand ballroom is just WOW, Breathtakingly Beautiful! When I first started planning my wedding, Dean was extraordinary. He is amazing to work with and answered any of my questions almost immediately. He made the entire process effortless, constantly reminding me that they will be there to take care of everything! Pauline the bridal attendant was phenomenal. I felt like royalty the entire night. Not only did she take care of me, but she took care of my parents and the parents of the groom. I always had a drink in my hand, and she was there waiting on me and helping me with anything I needed!! She really took the pressure of the day away! Now onto the food! Amazingggg!! What they include for the cocktail hour is the most I have ever seen! Anything you could imagine is there, you really don't need to upgrade, but they do have options to do so. Some of my guests thought that was dinner! The main course meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. I like that guests had the option that night to decide what they wanted. And then there is the dessert! WOW again. So many options! Cakes, ice cream, milkshakes etc. My guests are still raving about the food and desert from the wedding. I am so glad that we choose this as our wedding venue! If I could go back and do it all over again I would! I am still looking for a reason to come back there! Beyond Amazing!!!!!!
It has been 3 weeks since our wedding, and friends/family continue to rave about The Gramercy! The venue is absolutely breathtaking, from the sheik cocktail room to the glamourous ballroom, our guests were in awe when they walked in. The food was absolutely delicious from the cocktail hour to the main course. The cocktail stations were unique, diverse, and even the most common dishes had a flair and distinct taste making them special. Don’t even get me started on how delicious the gourmet pastries and customized milkshakes were for dessert!
Dean and his family are an absolute pleasure to work with. They’re kind, accommodating, and go above and beyond to make your day special. Pauline, the Maitre d, was so on point throughout the day. Thanks to her, my dress was busseled beautifully, my husband’s tie was always straight, and the moment we finished our drink, a fresh one was awaiting us. She was AMAZING!

Exactly what we wanted!
I cannot compliment the Gramercy enough. Every guest was amazed by the venue, from the food to the staff to everything in between. We dealt with Dean, who was so flexible and easy to work with. We had many of our own ideas of how we wanted our special day to go and he was so easy to work with to get everything accomplished. Paulina was our maitre d' and she was outstanding. She made sure we were eating and was handing us drinks whenever we were half finished. She was even getting food and drinks for both our sets of parents. One month later after our wedding, we're still receiving so many compliments from friends and family on the Gramercy. The best compliment I can say is, if we were to do it all over again, we would not change a thing. We're looking forward to coming back as a guest so we can enjoy the venue even more.

The moment we walked through the doors of The Gramercy and met with Dean to tour the venue, my husband and I knew we HAD to have our wedding here. The modern style venue is gorgeous and has the ability to meet any wedding style or vibe. Dean was wonderful! He understood our hopes for our wedding reception instantly - we wanted our guests to have a memorable time! He gave us suggestions on how to ensure the party vibe! He was very good at being available via e-mail almost around the clock to answer questions - big or small. The best decision that we made was to book the Gramercy! If I could give the Gramercy, Dean, Pauline and the rest of the staff more than five stars, I would! Dean would answer all my emails in less than 24 hours, no matter what time I sent them (even when I would send them at 2 am). Also, Dean was super helpful giving us recommendations for vendors and what worked best in terms of décor and setup at the venue. Dean was one of the best people that we had the chance to work with during the wedding planning process! On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly. The minute we arrived (before I even walked into the Gramercy), Pauline was there at our side. She took care of me, my husband, and even my mom! She made sure we always had a drink in our hands and checked up on us constantly throughout the night to make sure we were okay. Everything, from the food to the service, was perfect! We opted to do the Viennese hour and it was amazing! So much variety and our guests loved it. All of my guests had a great time and I constantly get compliments on how great everything was! I can’t thank Dean and the rest of the staff at the Gramercy enough! One of the biggest part of the wedding planning process is picking the right venue and we are so glad that we picked The Gramercy! We had our wedding here on 9.1.18 and it was the most magical day for us! Everyone at the Gramercy was so accommodating and helpful with everything we needed, from day 1. Sophia was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Pauline was beyond amazing. She did not leave my side all night long. She made sure we ate and had everything we needed.
I would recommend this venue to everyone looking for a beautiful space, friendly staff, delicious food and a nice space outside for an outdoor ceremony. We are still receiving compliments on our wedding today!

My husband and I were married at The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor on Friday 9/7/18 and it was the best night of our lives. From the moment we chose The Gramercy as our wedding venue until and including the very last moment of our reception, we had the best experience! Every single detail was handled smoothly, professionally, and with a smile. Vicky, Dean, George, Sophia, and Pauline were an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. It’s like they knew exactly what I needed/wanted before I even expressed it. The food at our tasting as well as during our cocktail hour and reception was delicious and fresh! The chef, Jean-Paul, truly cares about what he is serving to the guests, and it shows. Every single server, bartender, etc. who worked our wedding was excellent, efficient, and knowledgeable as well. Our guests have not stopped talking about how incredible our venue was! From the bottom of our hearts, we truly felt as if The Gramercy treated us as family. We highly recommend The Gramercy as your wedding venue!

I celebrated my wedding at the Gramercy on 8/25/2018. From booking the date to even now a month after our event, Dean and his crew have been incredible. My husband was very particular on the food selection and I was very particular about décor. Dean was a constant reminder that whatever we dreamed our wedding to be, he would make sure it became a reality. It wasn't until our actually wedding day that all those details and the planning came to life. The cocktail hour was phenomenal, the décor was incredible and it all reigned true once we heard directly from our guests the days following our wedding. To be quite honest, after visiting many venues before picking "our dream location", we couldn't have chosen better. I can't say enough good things about Dean. From texts at all hours of the day and his attention to detail and to our needs, he provided top notch service and I was positive our wedding was in great hands if he was in charge. The constant flexibility to work with us and to create a plan/menu/event that was tailored specifically to our needs was unmatched. He never once made us feel like we were asking for too much or being a pain. Aside from the service, the venue speaks for itself... the elegant blank canvas that the Gramercy allows you enhance is unlike any venues in the area at a price that doesn't break your budget. Most venues these days are dingy or have that distinct yellow feel. The Gramercy is bright, modern, clean and classy... it truly has the ability to become whatever you want it to be, and that white marble circular dance floor "swooning* beautiful! Pauline our maître d was incredibly attentive as well. She made sure my husband and I ate in between dance sets, stood hydrated and got to really enjoy everything. If we needed to be reminded of something she was there, change my heels into my flats, she was there, needed water while greeting guests, she was there. If I could give the Gramercy 10 stars, I would! Thank you Gramercy at Lakeside Manor!

To start the Venue is gorgeous!!
I worked with Dean throughout my engagement and he was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had questions about the wedding he sent me a clear answer within an hour or two via Email.
The food was great!!!! We did a tasting and we were very excited that the food was flavorful. We had heard great things about the cocktail hour and the reviews from our guests about the food have been fantastic! During our cocktail hour our attendant brought all of the cocktail hour selections up to our bridal suite and it was perfect! I also loved my signature drink which Dean helped personalize for us and our wedding.
The flow of the night was perfect!
The staff at the Gramercy will keep your wedding flowing and fun so that you can relax and just enjoy it!
I cannot say enough about how much I loved this venue. Best wedding decision we made!

I celebrated my wedding at The Gramercy on 8/11/18! We started planning the event with Dean in March of 2017. Dean is phenomenal, answered every question and email I sent over the course of the year. He is so easy to work with and made the day and planning a seamless experience. The venue is absolutely stunning, newly renovated, modern and spotless at all times. Pauline, the bridal attendant is one of the sweetest women I have ever met. She was with me the entire day and made sure my husband, our parents and our sisters had everything they needed at all times with the same level of attention my husband and I received! The food is out of this world, I had an amazing cocktail hour with food from every culture possible. The dinner was 5 Star, cooked to perfection. And the desert display was one I have never seen at any wedding, an entire wall lined of mini milk shakes, shots of cookies & milk, cakes, cookies and more. I am so thankful I had my wedding at The Gramercy, I have not one complaint and would highly recommend this venue to any bride looking for a modern, easy going team, with one wedding at a time. 5 stars and a lifetime of memories all the way !!

My son and daughter in-law had their wedding reception at The Gramercy on August 17, 2018. From the moment I arrived with my wife, mother and mother-in-law, Paulina immediately took care of us. She went above and beyond to please my family. Paulina made sure we did not go thirsty or hungry. She kept everyone happy. Paulina is a wonderful hostess and a great asset to The Gramercy. We had our wedding at the gramercy on 7/6/18 and I still have people telling me it was one of the best weddings they've been too! From the cocktail hour to the dinner to the viennese table, everything was amazing and everyone is still raving about the food. The venue is elegant and classy. I fell in love with it from the second I walked through the door and knew it was the place I needed to have my reception. Our wedding was a bit of a disaster pretty much immediately following the ceremony due to insane family members who have absolutely no respect. Dean, Vicki, and Pauline along with the rest of the staff at The Gramercy literally did everything they could to make sure even through all the fights, tears, and drama at the beginning of the night my husband and I were taken care of. Pauline was there with me every step of the way making sure I was eating, that I always had a drink in my hand, and trying to make me as happy as possible. She even cleaned my dress for me when I dropped pasta on it!!! She is seriously the most amazing person to have by your side on your wedding day! Dean and Vicki were there for us every step of the way in planning and especially the day of. They helped to keep everything organized and make sure everything ran smoothly. Words cannot express just how grateful I am for these people, and the amazing job that they did with our wedding!

The venue is elegant, classy, and a perk is that it is the only wedding event during that time. I cannot be more happy that we chose the Gramercy. Dean, Sophia & George were so sweet and very accommodating throughout the entire planning process, were always available and flexible, and ensured that everything was done the way that we wanted it. The food was excellent - our families and friends are still raving about it! Pauline our bridal attendant was phenomenal!! She ensured that my husband and I ate, that our parents were always attended to and had whatever they wanted, and she was always making sure that everything was perfect for us. The wait staff, bartenders, security, etc. were all excellent as well! Our wedding night was incredible, and I truly could not be happier that we chose The Gramercy. My wedding was the most amazing day of my life! From the moment my husband and I walked into The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor for our first tour we were already talking about how this is our venue! The second you walk through the door the stunning chandelier takes your breath away. Each room gets better and better. The cocktail room cannot look any nicer, with the way it is set up with the beautiful décor and looks! The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous! We met with Dean who was extremely accommodating, professional and most of all so much fun! He made this whole process of planning our wedding easy and really enjoyable. He was super quick with his response time for emails and phone calls and always was able to answer all of my questions. When it came time for our food tasting, the entire staff was so nice. Best of all, the food was AMAZING! Each entrée tasted so fresh and delicious. We met with the chef, Nicholas, who explained everything on our dishes. We cannot be any happier with our choice! Our wedding was June 2, 2018 and this day was absolutely perfect. Pauline, the maître d, completely took care of us with anything we needed the entire night. She was by my side at all times helping me and was so awesome! Thank you SO MUCH Pauline!!!! Our wedding was exactly how I envisioned it to be!! I am so thrilled with our pictures and I am constantly watching all of our videos as well! They capture the most amazing memories from this beautiful venue. Our family and friends are still talking about how our wedding was the most amazing time with the best food! We had our wedding at the Gramercy on April 21, 2018. It was absolutely perfect. I can’t put into words how amazing this venue, staff, food, etc, are. Dean and Pauline (the Maitre’D) were so incredible to work with. Dean made sure everything was running exactly the way we dreamed it would, and Pauline took care of us the entire night. Never went without a drink, we never went hungry, she even made us an entire table of food at the cocktail hour and made sure we were able to eat it. We have had 3 other weddings to attend since ours and at each wedding without fail we have had comments like “this food has nothing on your wedding. That was the best food I’ve ever had”, “things s wedding is nice but yours was absolutely beautiful.” We have even had people who didn’t attend come up to us and say “so and so said your wedding was one of the most beautiful, classy events they’ve ever gone to”. It was the best night of my life and I’m telling you if you want to have your dream wedding THIS is your venue!!! I wish we could do it a hundred times over!

Let me start off by saying I have literally been in 13 weddings, all over New Jersey and the country. Let me also state that we had over 215 people at our wedding, paying for it ourselves, and NO HELP from practically any bridal party member and we both have stressful jobs (government & police officer). The 2 days before the wedding I was a mess, like out of the show bridezilla, Dean was actually off so I dealt with his mother Sophia, well she just like Dean was a God Send. It was amazing how she helped me calm down, finish all the last minute details all without judging my craziness lol! Then, at our tasting we tasted the rice and me being Filipino/Puerto Rican, I am a rice snob we liked the rice but wasn’t IN LOVE with it. I was just kidding when I asked (Nico the chef) if he can cook the rice with "jasmine rice" well he ACTUALLY DID, it was AMAZING! My family still cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was, AND my mom is a caterer so we know good food. At the tasting we ALSO meet the bridal attendant “Pauline,”well, I wish I got her contact information because I swear I would love to be actual friends with her, she was BETTER than our WHOLE bridal party combined in assisting us! Thank you Pauline for being a friend, bridesmaid, mother and assistant to Anthony & I, WE LOVE YOU! If you know Filipinos, Puerto Ricans and Italians you know all we want to do is dance, eat and drink, well the gramercy made that happen and the whole experience amazing. Our ice luge was AMAZING and had actual real alcohol, I swear some venues water down the alcohol, nope at the gramercy, all real. Anytime I had a question, even at 10pm, Dean would reply to my email immediately. I had friends spent literally over $300 a plate and their venue wasn’t even ¼ the experience we had or our guest raved about at our wedding. Bides, “look no further, your wedding dreams will come true if you book the gramercy!” Thank you to Dean and the Gramercy family! We love you all!

My husband and I recently got married at the Gramercy. From the very start we knew we were in good hands. Dean and his team went above and beyond to make sure our special day was nothing short of magical. The property is beautiful, the food is out of this world (not just saying that, our guests are STILL talking about it) and the staff was friendly and attentive. Pauline made sure to take special care of Michael and I. I thought she was literally with us every step of the way until I had talked to my parents, in-laws and grandparents who said she was also assisting them all night (talk about super woman). Dean helped Michael and I throughout the whole wedding planning process and he always responded to any questions/concerns right away. He definitely helped calm my nerves, and boy was I nervous. All in all, I just wanted to thank Dean, Pauline and the staff at Gramercy for the exceptional service while hosting the best party of our lives. We love you all!

Working with Dean was a great experience, he was very quick to respond to any of our needs and questions & made us feel so comfortable! My husband and I received so many compliments about the venue/ food/ staff and how beautiful the venue was. Pauline the Maitre d’ was hands down the sweetest person and did everything for me the day of the wedding. She always made sure I had a cocktail in my hand, and was there every step of the way that I needed her. We fell in love with the elegance, class and beauty of the venue, and had an immediate connection with Sophia who runs the Gramercy with her family. The entire planning process with the Gramercy was so easy. If we ever had any questions about anything, or needed advice along the way we could always call up Sophia, Dean or George, and they were there to help. They have so much knowledge about planning, style, set up, and every little detail to make the day perfect. On our wedding day Dean was so professional and kept the day running seamlessly, but was also so good with me as an emotional bride. He really calmed me down for the ceremony and made sure I was in the moment and breathing! Thank you Dean! The wedding day was spectacular! Everything looked perfect and was set up just how we imagined it. My husband and I were so impressed with the way we were taken care of throughout the day and night. Pauline, the bridal attendant is an angel! She was by my side all day and night making sure I always had a drink in hand, my make-up looked perfect, and I had everything I needed! She arranged a table with food for my husband and I at cocktail hour and also made sure sat for dinner. Pauline was so on top of everything, I can't imagine the day without her! I don’t even know where to begin I was just married at the Gramercy on March 30th and let me tell you this venue was everything we wanted and more. The moment we walked in the door my now husband and I looked at each other and both said “this could be the one” and then we met Dean and knew that this is where we wanted to have our wedding. Dean was the biggest help to us throughout the whole process, Dean was so responsive and got back to us immediately every single time I emailed him a question or thought ( which was ALOT).
On to the food.... AMAZING!! Like I said our wedding was a couple of days ago and my husband and I are still receiving texts and calls about how amazing the food was and how much food was distributed throughout the night between cocktail hour, the main course, and the fabulous Venetian display! For our favors we wanted to give our guests pork roll egg and cheeses on the way out when I asked Dean about it he said no problem at all and made it happen! I couldn’t imagine getting married at another location I feel like we had the best wedding ever! Not to mention my maitre’d was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The process of planning was seamless, Dean was very responsive and quick with a reply to help with any request. Our maitre de Pauline was an angel. You cannot go wrong with this place! What can I say except pure PERFECTION! From the minute we stepped in to the Gramercy I fell in love. The marble floors, chandlers, staircase, it just has that chic modern glam vibe! We met with Dean who was nothing but accommodating from the beginning. He made planning my dream wedding easy seamless and fun (and I'm super picky and a perfectionist). Anytime I emailed him (which was a lot) he got back to me within hours!! He helped customize our menu and helped me plan a surprise after party for my fiancé which we completely pulled off without him knowing and made sure we had more passed food with all his favorites! Our family and friends are still talking about how this was the BEST wedding they have ever been too! Nobody left the dance floor!!!! The food was AMAZING and we are both Italian so that's a huge deal for us!!! Let me not forget Pauline who I absolutely adore!!! She made sure we drank water, ate, made sure my feet didn't hurt and always told us to stop look around and take it all in! I wanted a party wedding. I wanted a wedding that everyone woke up the next morning saying "that was the best wedding I have ever been too" and that's EXACTLY what we got! I look at the pictures and the videos and I literally cry because it was more than I what I imagined. It was the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!

My daughter just got married here on Saturday, March 10, 2018 and the service there was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for you, they very attentive making sure we all had something to eat and drink at all times. The food was excellent and endless. Also, beside the place being amazingly beautiful and the food excellent and endless there is one person who will always be in my heart forever and that is Pauline who was my daughters bridal attendant. Pauline was great, amazing she made you feel like you were the most special person in the room. Pauline took care of everything from the minute you walked into the Gramercy to the time you left. I would tell every bride to ask for Pauline as your attendant.

It is hard to put into words the amount of love we have for this very special place. From the beautiful modern design, delicious food, and incredible staff this venue just hits all the marks. The planning process with Dean was seamless and so much fun. He remembered every detail we discussed over the year of planning, responded to my emails within minutes, and always made us feel well taken care of. Most importantly, he perfectly handled and upheld the many silly and sometimes obnoxious requests that came from our families and delivered on every promise. Dean and his brother, the executive chef Nick, are so open for collaboration and fun food ideas to wow your guests. My guests have not stopped raving over the food, presentation, and selection. Your wedding day really goes by as fast as they tell you - but having Pauline by your side that whole night will help you remember to take it all in. She will make sure you eat, make sure you ALWAYS have a full drink, make sure your feet are still doing okay, make sure you have a moment alone together to take it all in and so much more. She was a true hero on that day and made us feel like a king and queen. I couldn't have imagined a better venue. If you are looking for a party, because let's be real, a wedding is party, this is the place for you. They know what they are doing to make sure you and your guests have the absolute best time. The first step I took into this venue on our first visit all the way until the very last step I took out (where they practically had to kick us out because we did not want to leave at all - ever!) have been the absolute best moments of my life. The love we have for the Gramercy is unexplainable. You will not be disappointed or let down. And two very important words: Nutella frosty.

Had my wedding here last night and even though I am extremely tired I feel it is quite important to write this review. Not only are the owners there helping you every step of the way while planning your wedding, the service is amazing and so is the food. I had about 170 guests and they all raved about the food and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I even forgot something at home in Staten Island and the owner drove to my house to get it because they will do whatever it takes to make your day everything you have expected it to be and more. When looking to book look no further because I have been at plenty of weddings especially in the surrounding areas and nothing compares to the experience here!!!

From the moment we walked through the front doors of The Gramercy we knew that this was the place where we wanted to say our I Do's ... the clean, modern, white/black decor of the venue was breathtaking. Throughout the wedding planning process the team at The Gramercy especially Dean and his father were there for us at any moment with quick text or email responses to all of our crazy requests and/or questions. The day of the wedding was a perfect experience for us, Dean made sure everything went smooth and just as planned while our bridal attendant helped us with every little thing you can imagine, from sneaking us food/water/drinks, making sure we had a minute or two together to take in everything that was happening and making sure everything was on schedule. This place is just amazing from head to toe, the decor will wow you, the staff will be like part of your family throughout the process and your guests just like ours were and still are in owe of the beauty and experience of The Gramercy.

From the moment we walked into this place we knew our reception would be here. It is one wedding at a time and that is what we were looking for. Dean and his staff went above and beyond for us. Whenever we had a question, we would e-mail him and hear right back from him. Dean & his staff were phenomenal to work with!! He was very attentive to all our questions/concerns/needs. The Gramercy offered us EXACTLY what we were looking for: understated elegance. There is no garish décor, no over-the-top flavor; their décor is exceptionally clean & gorgeous. The Host, Dean, assigned Pauline to assist me. As a bride, she made my night incredibly effortless. I was immediately impressed with Pauline's efficiency & professionalism,
Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with; he and my husband and I worked closely to determine the best floorplan, menu, and overall timeline for the evening. It was executed flawlessly. Upon entry, all of our guests commented on how "special" and "private" it all felt....as this venue only serves one party at a time. The cocktail hour is, in a word, spectacular. Not enough can be said for the gorgeous and amazing display of the most bountiful cuisine that comes together in such a memorable way. There is an attention to detail and a flair not often found in these areas. We were both as impressed as our guests with such a high level of cuisine at the cocktail hour.....our advice: make it a 90 minute cocktail hour, your guests will thank you more than you can imagine! The cuisine is the work of Executive Chef Niko. Just like Dean and Pauline, Niko could not do enough to be helpful in making the night spectacular. Thanks to an amazing kitchen that cranked out over 200 dinners in perfection that night, without missing a beat. The last item of note was the Viennese hour...from chocolate everything to a Belgian waffle station, the presentation and variety is not to be believed. You could probably plan an event with all night cocktail hour and end it with a Viennese hour, and your guests will never miss the idea of a sit down dinner. My husband and I were blessed with a winner of a team, hands down. Our night would not have been a success without this group of veteran caterers and event planners. Everything my husband threw at Dean, he handled with grace.

My wife and I got married at the Gramercy at the end of September. From the moment we walked in the hall for the first time we were blown away. After taking a tour of the facility with Dean we realized that the only choice to make was to have our wedding at the Gramercy. Throughout the whole process everyone there was so helpful. Dean's attention to detail is unmatched, he is a consummate professional, and a genuinely good guy. I would reccomend to anyone to get married here. The quantity and quality of food was out of this world. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the greatest day of our lives, and Gramercy played a humongous role in making that so. We continue to have friends and family tell us how amazing our wedding was, and how great the hall and food was. The list goes on and on with things Dean and his staff did to absolutely shatter our expectations, but I'll save you the time. I could easily exceed the 3500 character count for this review in describing our incredible wedding experience at The Gramercy on 11/4/17, but I'll try to keep as short and sweet as possible. My (new) wife and I couldn't have been happier with how our wedding reception turned out. The entire Gramercy team (and most specifically our main man Dean) effortlessly delivered on every promise and expectation relating to our night, and we are so thankful that they were able to execute the perfect party for us, our friends, and family. We literally tried to find something -- anything -- to nitpick or complain about afterwords and came up completely blank. Dean was beyond accommodating from the very start of the booking/planning stage and all the way through the "big night". Also, the super-attentive (and absolutely hilarious) Pauline did everything she could to help us and took such great care of my bride on that night from start to finish. The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor itself is an awesome venue in terms of the space, layout, amenities, and aesthetics. Amazingly, this venue gave way for a night that was big, lavish, and flashy, while also still feeling incredibly intimate overall. I'd say that one of the best things about this place is that they only host one wedding/reception per night. The entire building and the Gramercy team are only working for YOU on your night,. They are giving you their FULL attention in order to make sure that EVERY single one of your needs are met, and the entire evening is crafted around YOU and your special celebration. In our case, the end result was a wedding that was truly awesome and completely unique. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how it was unlike any wedding they had ever attended. Where to begin.... Dean is absolutely amazing he is very responsive every and anytime I emailed him (so many questions lol). The Gramercy was the last place we visited and I told my fiancé at the time lets just take a look, outside was average looking but once you stepped inside WOW!! We looked at each other, smiled and said this is the one. Our wedding was November 05, 2017 and it was amazing. We were taken care of the whole night and they made sure we ate some of the cocktail hour food which was amazing. Our guests have raved about the food and yes it was delicious!! We actually had a dish not mentioned on their menu (also amazing) Our guests and ourselves had a great time. Thank you so much to Dean and the whole staff. The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor is a wonderful venue to have your wedding!!!

Words cannot express how happy we were with our wedding on October 6th. The Gramercy is absolutely amazing. The venue is modern, gorgeous and sophisticated. Immediately after we took our initial tour we knew this was the place for us. Dean is just awesome -- he would respond to my emails sometimes within minutes and he never had any trouble making any special accommodations. What I really loved about the Gramercy is the fact that they don't offer packages. They have one standard package (which includes a ridiculous amount of food) and if you want you can add some additional items (we added sushi which was a big hit). It was a total stress-free experience. The cocktail hour and viennese table are absolutely insane. All of our guests were in awe over the amount and quality of the food. The day of the wedding, everything worked out perfectly. Seriously if you are looking for a gorgeous, unique venue at a very affordable price, you need to look at the Gramercy. Best venue ever!

I think this was the first time this venue did an Indian/Jewish wedding. Or an Indian wedding. They were very patient and understanding for everything. George, Dean and Pauline were amazing!! We did the Viennese desserts and it was beyond my expectations. The place is sooo beautiful.

My husband and I got married at the Gramercy in August 2017. We had the BEST night of our lives and a huge part of that was thanks to The Gramercy and the team behind it. We worked with Dean from the beginning (booking) and all the way until our big day. He was extremely helpful and responsive the months leading up to the wedding. All of our guests said it was the most beautiful and best wedding they have ever been to.
Food plays such an important role during the cocktail hour and reception and the Gramercy knocked that out of the park too. The food was delicious and was another highlight to our guests. Cocktail hour had a wide variety of stations and the dinners were delicious and restaurant quality. Also, the night of the wedding the service was fantastic. Our maitre de waited on our hand and foot and had our favorite drinks for us even before we finished the one we were drinking!
You cannot go wrong with this place! My husband and I are incredibly grateful and it will be a night we'll never forget!

Dean and his team were absolutely amazing so organized and dedicated to making our wedding one that will not be forgotten! We had my daughter’s “reception” at the Gramercy at Lakeside Mano in Hazlet. Although the location, at first, was not “perfect” the second we walked inside and met Dean Kakounis, we knew the place was perfection! Coincidentally, the location of the Gramercy was perfect for all our out of town guests, very easy to find right off two major roadways. This inside is gorgeous with white marble floors, a spiral staircase, a fireplace, and the stunning main ballroom. Dean was a total pleasure to work with. He helped us through every stage of the event. He was amazingly receptive to any and all ideas, offered his full support and counsel, and made the entire nerve-wracking process of hosting a large event easy. He responded immediately to every single email that was send, always answering the questions in full detail but also usually offering additional suggestions. The staff the Gramercy was also outstanding. There were wait staff everywhere- so many it was incredulous. The main hostess was attentive to our every need- and kept us abreast of the timing of events, assuring everyone was having a great time. The abundance of food was presented beautifully. We had a cocktail style reception and there was so much well prepared food. The lobster mac and cheese, carved lamb, paella, raw bar, mashed potatoes bar, and so so much more were amazing. People ate in abundance! Then came the desserts, cakes, pastries, freshly made waffles, ice cream cones, shakes, ice cream and also espresso and cappuccino with liquors. If I had a fantasy idea of what this reception would have been--- the Gramercy EXCEEDED even that.

The gramercy was amazing! They made our wedding look like a fairy tale! That was my theme after all! We got married outside and it was gorgeous. The reception/ball room area was spacious and looked amazing. The food, omg the food was amazing! The cocktail hour was insane! People are still talking about the food and the quality of everything. Dean made the process easy and Pauline was absolutely astonishing! She made sure us and our families were taken care of all night. We had a beautiful, October Fall 2016 wedding. I can't say enough about Dean and his team at The Gramercy. They are all such professionals and do all that they can to make sure your special day is perfect. Our wedding was more than I could have asked for and it turned out just beautiful. From the months of planning that went into the wedding, Dean was so nice and patient with all of our questions and requests. There was a party prior to our wedding and it was a tight turn but Dean and his team made it all come together and you would have never known. They got all the details right and did last minute changes without blinking an eye. Paulina is a true GEM. She was by our side the entire night. The comments from our guests were nothing but complimentary of the venue, food and service. The Venetian Hour was great. I've never seen little ice cream popsicles at one before and our guests loved them. This is definitely a place you want to consider for your wedding.

When my husband told me he came across a wedding venue and we needed to go see it, I said ok, and unknowing to what he had in mind. Without an appointment we showed up to the Gramercy. When we pulled into the parking lot, I was discouraged because the outside wasn't a grand display like I was hoping for. However the minute we stepped into the doorway and saw the modern look and chandeliers I was sold! The cocktail room was exactly the modern, club like atmosphere that we wanted, with the glamour of the rest of the venue. The ballroom there is absolutely stunning with the draped ceiling and crystal chandeliers-- I was sold and in love!! The final selling point for me was that we would be the only wedding at the venue, which for me was big. In addition, we loved that none of our friends were entirely familiar with it, which made it that much more special to us! Along our two year engagement the Gramercy has been more than accommodating to us. We booked with Syd, who was amazing, but had parted with the Gramercy by the time of our wedding. Dean had replaced him, and never once made us feel like we were in bad hands! He stored the tons of pictures and touches I gave him, and he went above and beyond to set up our Dunkin' Donuts station at the end of the night! It was a beautiful display! In addition, the food at the Gramercy is delicious, and every single guest raves about the food! Finally Paulina, our matri de was phenomenal! As soon as I got there she was by my side for the night, making sure I was comfortable, fed, and making the night go so perfect and smoothly!! I am so in love with the Gramercy and wish I could relive my wedding there every single day! Dean and his family will not disappoint!

In the long list of venues my husband and I looked into, walking into the Gramercy was a breath of fresh air. We both knew (along with our families because they tagged along everywhere) this was the place for us before that initial meeting was over. Syed is truly a saint! Our families can be a bit much, but he was flawless in putting everyone at ease and all the way up to our wedding day; that sincere concern to make sure everyone was happy never once faltered. The venue is by far the most beautiful place I've ever been to. The perfect modern backdrop! The food is on a whole other level-- that cocktail hour, OMG. I never doubted them, but to finally see it in person, holy s***!!! It was definitely the most talked about part of our wedding. Even while at another wedding recently, my friends were still going on about it! And thanks to the amazing Paulina, I actually did get to enjoy the food for myself. She was truly a blessing in making sure all my needs were met. From food, makeup, bathroom, anything I needed, she was on the case. My bridesmaids probably felt pretty useless honestly haha. I could go on for days, bottom line is my wedding was everything I dreamed of and I owe a big part of that to Syed and his amazing team at the Gramercy. We looked at other venues but as soon as we walked into The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor we knew it was the one we wanted. The décor was so clean and modern. The staff was great to work with during the planning process. The band even commented that it was one of the most accommodating venues they have come across. The food was amazing. Cocktail hour came with so much food there was no way we could try it all. I’m a vegetarian so I am always concerned about the vegetarian food. Most places give you some penne pasta with a few limp vegetables thrown in but not at The Gramercy. Their vegetarian dinner was a huge plate of grilled vegetables which was perfect for both my vegetarian and vegan guests. I hear that the meat courses was also outstanding. We added on the Viennese presentation and I’m so glad we did. The entire hallway was full of desserts. I couldn’t try them all the night of the wedding but they packed them up for us to take home the next day and we ate them for a full week. The staff was so attentive on our wedding night. My godfather commented that as soon as he put down his empty beer another one appeared as if by magic. For dessert I got myself a waffle with hot strawberries and ice cream. Some people came up to say goodbye and my ice cream melted on my plate as I was talking to them. I would have eaten it anyway but out of nowhere I felt someone lift the plate out of my hands and replace it with a fresh one. Now that’s service. All my guests commented what a wonderful venue it was. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Syed and his team at the Gramercy at Lakeside Manor were FANTASTIC-- Everything from meeting with us to making our wedding reception extra special!! The place was set up beautifully and everyone was complimenting the hard work that went into the day. It's truly evident that Syed and his team are well trained and know how to make the brides and grooms feel so special. Syed was amazing & made sure my husband & I remembered every detail and every item we needed to bring for the wedding day!! Pauline was also amazing! She made sure my husband and I were able to eat, she helped bustle my dress & even was bringing us drinks the entire night! Syed and his team went above & beyond! I can't wait until I get to attend a wedding there & see how amazing it will be!! I would recommend this venue to anyone! :)

I cant say enough about how incredible Syed and everyone at The Gramercy were. From the moment I walked in I knew my dream wedding would be at this venue. Syed made me feel more than comfortable and confident that exactly what I envisioned would come to life. My bridal attendant also went about and beyond on the day of the wedding to make sure I was happy and fed (which I probably would have forgot about without her). The décor of The Gramercy is breath taking and the food is the best I've ever had at a wedding and all the guests agreed. If I could have my wedding over again I'd do it 100 times at The Gramercy.

Thank you to Syed and the staff of The Gramercy for the wedding of our dreams! Everything was 100% top notch! We continue to get compliments from our guests on how wonderful the service was, and how delicious the food was. And, of course, we can't forget just how absolutely gorgeous this place is!!! We hope that someone we know gets married here soon so we can come back and experience it all over again!

I'm so glad I found The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor through wedding wire! After reading all the good reviews and seeing the photos, I decided to go and check out the place. As soon as my husband and I entered the hall, I was in awe. The place was gorgeous! It was very modern, clean and elegant! I knew then we have to get this place for our reception and I'm glad I did! Syed, Paulina and the entire staff were very professional!! Syed was very prompt in answering all your questions and was very easy to work with. Paulina, who took very good care of us during our wedding was more than awesome! Even my parents and in-laws couldn't stop raving about her. Everything was more than perfect, from the place to food (there were so many food during the cocktail hour that for some reason some of our guests thought that was the dinner itself already!) and the drinks! We had such an amazing time and would definitely recommend The Gramercy to anyone!
