Outstanding Venue!

Excellent venue & excellent staff! I can't praise Marc enough. He took the time to accommodate us and go through everything in detail and expressed such happiness in making sure our wedding day was beyond PERFECT. His services were beyond professional as he took a personal regard in everything he did. He was very easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding to pass on his expertise to make sure your day went flawlessly. Garden on Millbrook was beautiful and perfect in every way. Thank you for having us!

Amazing experience!!

Love the venue!! Marc was so easy to work with! Highly recommend using his service to plan your wedding!! He made my wedding planning so much easier! We live in Charlotte and so choosing The Garden was the best choice with being out of town. Food was delicious as well!! The outdoor patio was so beautiful at night with the twinkle lights. Everything was beautifully set up from ceremony to reception.

Beautiful! Affordable! & Professional!

I am so glad we found this place. As soon as we entered through the doors we knew this would be the one! The food here is hands down the best that I have from all the venues we went to. & Marc the Manager was a pleasure to meet he was very professional. He answered all of our questions & is very responsive.

Wonderful experience

My experience could not have been any better. From the first meeting at this venue I knew this was the one that I wanted to use. Everything was perfect. Marc Daubin made this day stress free for me and my groom and our family. He directed the ceremony and was always ready with an answer to every question I had during the planning. I planned my own wedding and did my own flowers. My groom delivered the flowers the night before before the rehearsal. I was expecting to have to do some things to pull it all together when I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding but did not have to lift a finger. Everything was perfectly in place from the flowers to the seating chart and the guest book which was actually a framed alternative to a book. The venue is beautiful and the weather cooperated allowing the ceremony to be outside and the reception inside. If you want experience and professionalism these are the people to use. The food was excellent, we picked the buffet and it was all great. We had 85 guests but the venue could have easily taken care of a much bigger group.

I was so happy with my experience with Marc I wrote a review before we'd even had the wedding. Now that the wedding is over, I'm adding more happiness on top. It's hard to put into the right words how perfect Marc was for our wedding. My mom and mother in law kept saying throughout the whole process they thought the best choice I made in all my planning was choosing Marc. Even though we decided to just use the catering and not the venue, he still treated us like VIPs. Immediate responses to emails, early to every meeting, he attended meetings I wouldn't have expected him to but not only was he there, he brought his cheery, helpful enthusiasm every time. I was more than a little overwhelmed by the planning and the way Marc supported me, it was like having a friend on my team who just happened to be one of the best professionals in the industry. You can tell from talking with him for a few minutes he really knows his stuff. That continued to show throughout the entire process when he took such good care of me every step of the way, including every last detail on wedding day from the food to the decor. When I was pulled in a million directions it was such a treat to not even have the thought cross my mind to check on anything related to the reception. I knew without a doubt Marc had it all taken care of. I caught glimpses of him moving nonstop - prepping beautiful tables before the ceremony and helping everyone with anything they needed during the reception. He personally served me and my husband, encouraged us to eat and drink while we could, then offered advice and encouragement throughout the night anytime we looked confused. One guest said this was his favorite wedding so far, based solely on the food. My tough food critic grandma absolutely loved the mashed potatoes, and people talked about the pecan tassies for days afterwards - the kind of talking where they close their eyes and wish they had more. We definitely made the right choice and we are so grateful!

The Garden on Millbrook was the most BEAUTIFUL wedding venue that we were so fortunate to choose. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service. We chose Marc Dabagian as our day of wedding coordinator and Ken Reid as our DJ. Both of them were wonderful to work with and had outstanding personalities. The food was excellent! We recommend the beef braised tips, mashed potatoes, and the Mac n cheese served in martini glasses. The music and lighting were awesome, and Ken was so easy to work with. Thanks again to The Garden on Millbrook for giving us the best night of our lives!

The Garden On Millbrook was the BEST venue we found in Raleigh. The price for everything you get is absolutely phenomenal. The venue encompasses both a beautiful outdoor garden, and a stunning indoor ball room. We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. Despite some rain on the day of the wedding, the venue was exceptional to work with. The food was delicious, bar service was great, and overall we had an amazing day/night. Marc Dabagian is the coordinator at the venue and helped us every step of the way! His love, kindness, and passion for wedding planning is incomparable to others we considered. You can’t go wrong by utilizing all this venue has to offer! Our guest continue to talk about how much fun they had, and how great the venue and the venue staff were.

This was our second event held at The Garden and working with Marc. We loved it so much the first time we had another wedding reception there! I can't say enough good things about it...from the amazing staff, the excellent food, the beautiful space indoors and outdoors, to the planning process and ease of working with them...they made our daughter's wedding day perfect. BOTH times! HIGHLY Recommend!

I love Marc! We opted for a different venue but we're using The Garden on Millbrook's off-site catering, which we decided based just on meeting Marc. We hadn't even tasted the food at that point. Now that we have actually tasted the food, we're even more excited to be working with him. Everything was so delicious! Our photographer asked what other vendors we're using, and when I told her Marc's our caterer she said she loves him too! It's really nice to know our vendors enjoy working together, I think that shows a lot about their professionalism and quality of service. Our wedding isn't until August so I can't speak to the actual event yet, but Marc has already put in so much work and been so helpful I really wanted to give a review already! He responds so quickly to emails, it's like somehow his answer is already in my inbox as I'm hitting send. It's magic! He has offered really helpful support anytime I have questions about the menu and so many other things not at all related to the meal...scheduling, referrals, anything we ask, he's on it! It's very, very clear from his responses he truly knows what he's doing and yet he's incredibly tactful when offering suggestions. Anything he says is with a tone of leaving it totally up to us, just offering the benefit of his experience, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm really glad we booked with him and can't wait to enjoy his services on our big day!

Marc and Ken at the Garden on Millbrook exceeded our expectations for our wedding date. Marc was always very quick to respond to my many questions leading up to the big day. The food was amazing (we got shrimp & grits, fire roasted chicken). The venue was stunning and I highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the Garden on Millbrook and sat down to meet with Marc, I knew that my wedding reception would be held here. From that initial meeting to the reception on August 5 everything was perfect. I never had to worry about anything, Marc always had it handled or had the answer I needed. This venue was perfect because we didn't have to worry with coordinating vendors for every aspect of the reception, it was all taken care of here minus additional flowers, the cake, and entertainment. I always felt like I was that needy bride who was always asking questions, but Marc always reassured me that it was no problem and he always had a prompt answer to my questions. He took the time to coordinate meetings with the head bartender to make the signature drinks exactly what we wanted. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent that night. The venue was absolutely stunning and everything I dreamed it would be when I walked into the reception for the first time. I think the most telling thing about the whole process was that whenever I mentioned I was working with Marc to anyone in the wedding industry they always said he is the best, and they were correct.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. Marc was great, he made sure that everything ran smoothly. Ken, the DJ was amazing, he made sure that the guest had fun. Bryant, the pastor was also great. He is caring and made our ceremony even more special. I would highly recommend having many event here, all the staff is great.

This place was so elegant and classic to have our wedding reception. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew exactly how to help us with the flow of things. We had a last minute situation come up and she came in took the reins and made sure that we knew that everything was going to be alright! The food was PHENOMENAL! We had 2 different entrees and there wasn't a complaint from anyone! The catered to not only myself as the bride and my husband they made sure that everyone was attended to promptly. If you are looking for great staff, with great customer service and a phenomenal venue we recommend The Garden on Millbrook. Don't forget to ask for Kim.

The Garden on Millbrook was fantastic for my reception. I loved having the cocktail hour on the patio, then the reception in the hall; it was nice to feel like I had two spaces in one to work with. The food was incredible, which is super important; I've been to too many weddings where the food tastes mass-produced and bland, and the food at my reception was so incredible, from the appetizers, to the entrees, even down to the chef-chosen sides.

As wonderful as the venue was, I can't even begin to describe how incredible the venue coordinator, Marc Dabagian was to work with. He truly brought the whole reception together. If you have Marc, don't bother hiring a wedding coordinator. He took care of so many details for me, and on the day of, he was making sure we had everything we needed, tending to the couple, and making sure everything ran smoothly. After we left, my bridesmaid who was in charge of gathering things to bring them back to my house said she came inside and Marc already had mostly everything boxed up and organized. Marc is super responsive (I must have sent him 17 billion emails), and one of the sweetest people I worked with over the course of my wedding.

I also used Ken, the DJ who works through the venue. He was fantastic, definitely took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted, and he helped accommodate a special surprise that I'd arranged for my husband the day of the reception. He was fantastic, his voice sounds like God, and he rocked the music.

Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the Garden on Millbrook, and particularly Marc and Ken, who made it so much more than just a venue. You won't be disappointed with anything here!

We had the extreme pleasure to work with Marc Dabagian at the Garden on Millbrook for our daughter's wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and Marc is one of the most professional, patient, calming people I have ever worked with. He is HIGHLY respected among the wedding industry and attended to every detail with perfection. I don't know how the reception would have turned out without his guidance, advice and expertise. I would recommend anyone having any kind of event seek out the Garden on Millbrook and Marc's guidance and recommendations. The staff was professional on the day of the event and made it the wedding reception our daughter invisioned. We now have a new friend in Marc and nothing but gratitude and respect for him. We were married at the Garden on Millbrook on June 10, 2017. The planning started with looking for the perfect venue with the perfect package. We wanted something that was beautiful & elegant at a reasonable price. We wanted a place that did it all. We visited several venues but we knew immediately upon visiting the Garden on Millbrook and meeting Marc that it would be the place we would get married. Today we know even more that it was the right decision. The place is amazing, from the dazzling chandeliers and grand piano and ballroom to the excellent service, great food and beautiful grounds. The assistance we received with the planning was amazing. Marc was our “go to” for everything and we could never say enough about him, his personality, patience and attention to details. He never flinched, even when the stressed bride would call with crazy questions or last minute additions. The venue was decorated as we asked and looked amazing the day of the wedding. From the wedding ceremony on the patio (250 people) to the reception & gala, it all went so smoothly! The décor on each the table was elegant and the service was fabulous. The food was superb and we could not have asked for better food choices. Marc guided us to an excellent DJ & lighting company (Simpsound) and wonderful videography team (Oak City Films) they were great additions to our special day. Our guests were surprised, amazed, astonished, and delighted! We have heard so many of our guests say it was a wedding & reception/gala like nothing they had ever been to before. The words we heard from them were “unbelievable”, “phenomenal”, “fabulous”, and “amazing.” The Garden on Millbrook was the center piece to our special day and we could not agree more with them! We look forward to planning another special event at the Garden. We highly recommend the Garden on Millbrook for any special occasion!

Marc Dabagian was so friendly and easy to work with from the beginning. He never questioned our requests and always made whatever we wanted happen. The night of our reception he was very attentive to the bride/groom and guests. He was consistently checking in with me (the bride), and my husband to see if we need any food, drink, etc. You can tell that Marc has everything down to a science- everything flowed so smoothly the night of the wedding reception. The Garden on Millbrook was a beautiful reception venue, and our guests commented on it all night to us. Also, the food was amazing! They even gave us a wrapped up to-go box of the food/cake to take home at the end of the night. We would definitely recommend the Garden on Millbrook and Marc to anyone planning their wedding/wedding reception!

For the price you really can't beat it!! It's a great little venue tucked away on Millbrook and we were utterly captivated by it. We worked with mark setting up the venue and he acted as our day of coordinator and that man is a SUPER HERO!!! Everything turned out perfect from the ceremony to the food we couldn't have been happier with the end result.

Working with Marc and his team in this absolutely beautiful venue was a pleasure. As a business luncheon it was important for the event to be centrally located and have an impressive atmosphere. The Garden on Millbrook filled our every wish, including an affordable budget. Marc made every adjustment through the process with ease. He responded to all our requests and even responded to some requests that we didn't even think of in advance: like the extra 20 special requests for a lunch plate that had to fit a dietary need. His staff and chef made all of our guests feel special and appreciated. I know we will have many new members join our organization because Marc and his team made our company look impressive. I wish there were bonus stars to give in the review.

The Garden on Millbrook provided my daughter with a wonderful wedding/reception event. All the staff was friendly and helpful, the event was set up beautifully, and the food was delicious. Marc was the icing on the cake. He walked us through everything and took care of all the details on the wedding day. This is our second wedding at this venue - and it is certainly beautiful and food was wonderfully delicious -- a great value --- but the best part was working with Marc Dabagian!! He and his team made it a perfect evening -- and our guests kept telling us how wonderful it was. The service, the flow of the whole reception from start to finish was perfect. People danced and stayed and enjoyed every moment. And Marc made that happen. He worked carefully in our planning with us, was very responsive to every one of our requests - and he made it happen. What an amazing evening - and a blessing to us as parents of the bride. We got to just enjoy every beautiful moment of this momentous event. We could not have asked for better!! This venue has it all!! It started with looking for a wedding venue for two months and being disappointed with the high prices or unattractive choices of venues in my price range (which was 14000.00). I was driving home from another disappointment about to give up when I happened to see The Garden on Millbrook. My husband and I had looked at this place 17 years ago when it was Sisters for our older daughter's wedding. I went in without an appointment and was wowed when I went up the beautiful walkway onto the spacious porch and into the gorgeous foyer and reception room!! There I met seasoned, patient and likeable Marc Dabagian who became our personal catering manager extraordinaire. He showed me the lovely, secluded outside garden to the side of the building with flowing waterfall, gazebo, large concrete patio and beautifully landscaped perimeter. He sat down with me and showed me generous,affordable menu options that would be cooked right on the premises. I knew that this was the place I could proudly invite my many out of town guests to. Marc walked us through all of the planning step by step and made us feel completely at ease. He went out of his way to help us with every detail from decorating the venue to accommodating our vendors. I had several friends and family helping me and he worked well with all of us! He was super attentive the night of the reception and made sure all ran smoothly. My daughter who lives out of town and was the bride and her husband were thrilled with their special night and I the mother of the bride went home more than satisfied.

I can not say enough positive things about Marc and his staff. Everyone there was so friendly, accomidating, speedy, and easy to work with. We chose this venue because of the massive 8ft+ chandelier hanging in the middle of the reception area. The room when you first enter has beautiful couches, a beautiful black and white tile floor, and a shiny black grand piano that you may use if you choose. The cost was VERY reasonable and was all inclusive. There were no hidden fees for items such as place settings, napkins, tablecloths, etc. When we met with Marc, he made us a very exact estimate of what we owed and there were no surprises. We did not have to think about a single thing on our wedding day. We just had to show up and have fun-- that was our only job that day! They took care of ALL the table set up, ceremony chairs, centerpiece set up, food set up, etc. and they broke it all down for us at the end of the night. If you want low stress on your wedding day, look no further than the Garden on Millbrook. The food was incredible and so much better than we ever imagined (redneck martinis were a huge hit!!). Alcohol prices were very reasonable as well. You will not regret your decision to have your wedding or party here!!

Wow! Absolutely perfect! This was the reception venue for my daughter's recent wedding. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to deal with (Marc and Janice). Everything about this event was perfect. The room is beautiful and the guests couldn't stop raving about the food. We had a sit down dinner for 110 people with a social/cocktail hour prior and dancing/drinks after. I live out of state and Marc was very easy to reach anytime for planning purposes. Janice ran the day of the event to perfection!

Marc and his staff were wonderful! Marc really helped make things easy for my mom and me as we were planning my wedding for over a year. He was always so responsive and always answered all of our questions - and we had a TON of questions! :) The venue itself is gorgeous and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding ceremony and/or reception to anyone!

Our coordinator Marc was great to work with. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire year prior to our event. The Garden on Millbrook is beautiful and the food was delicious! We used The Garden on Millbrook for our reception site and wish we had both our ceremony and reception there. When our first reception location fell through we looked and The Garden on Millbrook because it is such a beautiful facility but we just knew they weren't in our budget but we set up a meeting anyway and are so glad we did. Marc was absolutely WONDERFUL! He made our reception stress free and really catered to our needs. When we arrived we were outside taking pictures and Marc met us outside with water without us even asking, seeing that we got married in June that was a big deal to us. Whatever we needed or wanted Marc took great care of us and kept the night rolling smoothly. You can tell he has been doing this for a while and that he loves what he does! It was an absolute please working with Marc and we were so glad we decided to go with The Garden on Millbrook. The facility is beautiful, the food was great, and the service was amazing.

The Garden on Millbrook, what a hidden gem of North Raleigh. We found this wonderful venue while flipping through Southern Bride & Groom magazine and saw the magnificent chandler. Any brides dream, with all the sparkle. Then we came across the cute garden to get married in next to the building. We set up a meeting to talk with Marc and after our first interactions with him we were sold on the venue. Marc has been an excellent planner to work with over the past year. He communicates clear, extremely responsive and worked to make our event perfect and everything I dreamt of. This man has an excellent eye for design and detail for the ceremony and reception. I worked hard to make my decorations and envision how it all would turn out but Marc just made it look phenomenal and perfect! Don’t think he only does behind the scene work, he gave my husband and I the best service at our wedding, ensuring we always had a drink, tasted our appetizers, and eat our amazing buffet. His team was professional and excellent the entire evening as well. Our guests talked highly about the bar service and even higher about the absolutely amazing, melt in your mouth food that the chef and kitchen delivered. Beef tenderloin tips were the talk and the most amazing food hot or cold! I cannot say enough good things about Marc and the team at Garden on Millbrook. They definitely know how to pull off an amazing, flawless wedding that will leave your guests talking about your wedding for a while! Thanks for being part of our big day and our wonderful memories!

Our reception at The Garden on Millbrook was absolutely beautiful! Marc was so helpful and responsive during the planning stages and even helped us make some decisions along the way. He even made a floor plan and timeline for the reception! On our wedding day at the reception Marc served us and made sure we got to try all of the food and always made sure we had a drink and if we needed anything.

Marc was fabulous to work with. He was very attentive during our daughter's wedding reception and made sure everything went off as planned. We couldn't have asked for more. The Garden on Millbrook was what made our wedding spectacular. From the actual space to the team that works there, I have nothing but positive things to say.

First, the space itself is beautiful and very spacious. I never felt claustrophobic even with all our guests. I just loved everything about the space.

Secondly, the food was AMAZING! I am still getting compliments on how good our food was up to this day (3 months later).

But in my opinion, Marc Dabagian was the best part of having our wedding at the Garden on Millbrook. He was helpful from the first day we met him until the very end of our wedding reception. He was so friendly and easy to work with. He always responded quickly to my emails and was flexible to set up meetings (which was very important because I live in Wilmington while my mom lives in Reidsville). Marc was also our day of coordinator and that was the best decision we ever made. Marc was such an all-star not only managing everything but still making sure that my husband and I were well fed throughout the night. I never felt stressed about anything during my wedding day and I know it was because of Marc.

Seriously, I wish I could give more than a 5-star rating for Marc and team at the Garden on Millbrook. Thank you guys so much for making our wedding day so special!

Marc and his staff were phenomenal and I am so happy that we chose this caterer/venue for our wedding. Everyone gave great reviews on ALL of the food. The staff was so professional and polite and Marc is great at what he does! The venue is well-maintained and was absolutely stunning on our wedding day! Our wedding day was more than I could have ever dreamed of. I can't thank The Garden on Millbrook enough for all of their hard work. A very special thanks to Marc who put up with my countless emails, meetings and requests. He even set up our candy bar for us, which was a huge hit with our guests! Marc stayed by our side all night and personally served us dinner. (I've heard it's rare for the bride and groom to eat at their wedding!) By the way, the food is delicious! Truly a magical night, and the Garden was a huge part of making it that way! The food was amazing. We did an all vegetarian wedding and even our carnivore friends were raving about it. We picked all NC beers and wines which they were happy to find and serve for us. The room was gorgeous and everyone commented on how perfect it was. The star of the night was Marc, who was our rock star. He kept everything running like clockwork and was forever checking on us and our guests and making sure everything was perfect. The sparkler exit was beautiful and I'm excited to see the beautiful pictures of it. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding reception unforgettable!

Marc and the team at The Gardens on Millbrook were so on top of their game that all my staff had to do was show up!
From meetings to phone calls, Marc kept track of all the correspondence to ensure that my client would have a flawless and well executed event. The catering was superb--from the butler passed appetizers to the buffet stations-- guest were WOWed by the taste and presentation. One of the big hits of the evening was the gourmet coffee station with all the trimmings!! The guest loved it. The on site event planner Beth and the wait staff were highly trained and they anticipated and accommodated all the guest. The Gardens on Millbrook will be my preferred venue and caters.

My husband and I just recently had our wedding reception at the Garden on Millbrook and could not have asked for a better experience. Marc was with us every step of the way and made it easy from selecting table cloths, choosing the menu, and taking care of all of the details throughout the night. He was available to meet with us whenever we wanted and was flexible with our schedule, since we were planning the wedding from out of state. Marc set up a time to taste the food before selecting the menu and allowed bridal portraits to be taken before the wedding at the venue. It is a gorgeous venue and our families and friends had a perfect evening celebrating our marriage. The food, atmosphere, and service could not have been better! We would recommend the Garden on Millbrook for anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable wedding experience!

There are so many good things I could say about The Garden on Millbrook catering staff but there isn't enough space to do it. I was a picky bride and they far exceeded my expectations. It's been 2 weeks since our wedding day and we are still getting rave reviews on the food and service at our wedding. If you are getting married at the Grand Marquise Ballroom, I highly recommend choosing The Garden on Millbrook to cater your event. Marc Dabagian was our event coordinator and he was literally all over the place. He was courteous, accommodating and really understood what it meant to make the bride, groom and guests happy and comfortable. We also used their linens, glassware and silverware. Everything was perfect. Oh...did I mention how ridiculously good the food was!!! 100% satisfied and worth every penny.

My husband and I recently hired The Garden On The Millbrook to cater our 30th wedding renewal of vows reception on this past Saturday, January 10, 2015. It was a big event with approximately 130 guests. All I can say is the food and service were absolutely outstanding!!! All my family, friends and other guests called after the event raving about how great the food was. One of my family members was disappointed because it was not a restaurant that she could patronage for dinner.

Marc Dabagian, caterering coordinator was just remarkable. From day one when we contacted him to set up a consultation all through the planning stage and the day of the event, my husband and I were treated like royalty. His professionalism was top notch. I am a stickler about customer service. My husband and I met with another catering company and the representative was very rude to us. I don't know if was because we were dressed to impress or what we we came to the meeting. My husband had just got off work and he was in a uniform. Needless to say they were not getting our business. One thing I've learned from that meeting was you should never just a book by its cover. The Garden On The Millbrook treated us exactly how customers should be treated, with respect. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking not only to get great customer service, but to top it all off great food!

Our daughters wedding and reception was held at this venue in Raleigh. It was more beautiful than we could of hoped for. We live out of state and Marc, our wedding coordinator was a godsend. He and the entire Garden staff were polite and professional. The food was delicious and hot when served. (We had a sit down dinner for 165). The outdoor ceremony was beautiful, the reception space was beautiful all the way to the sparkler send off was well planned and great. Please save yourself a lot of grief and put yourselves in the hands of this venue and staff. My guests are still talking about it, they loved the entire experience.

The Garden is simply the best! We looked at so many venues in several different towns across the state, but the service and value you get at the Garden was really without compare. We worked with Marc Dabagian and he was amazing. He has done this for years and really knows his stuff--was always willing to give us good advice when we asked for it, was calm and responsive, always willing to meet to discuss things, and actually personally served my husband and I at our reception. We always had a fresh drink in our hands and food on our table! We even hired Marc to coordinate our ceremony (at a church off-site) because we were so impressed with his knowledge and service. Then there's the food at the Garden--oh my goodness, so good. The shrimp and grits and chicken piccata were to die for. And the food presentation is really top of the line--the fruit carvings on our buffet table were exquisite. The Garden has recently done a lot of upgrades (new wooden dance floor, new chandeliers, renovated bathrooms, lots of house linen options, etc.), so it gets a big thumbs up from us in the looks department as well. Our guests loved enjoying drinks on the patio under the twinkle lights! Finally, the pricing is very reasonable and the feeling you get is that they are truly there to make your day special and provide you with good service at a fair price, not nickel and dime you for every little detail or hike the prices up just because it's a wedding.

We had the best time at our wedding, and we can't thank the Garden enough for making our big day (and the months leading up to it) so perfect and stress-free.

By far, this was the best decision we made for our wedding. Marc was such a gem--he made suggestions for other venues for me when we thought his schedule was filled! I was very particular about my details and he made everything very easy for me. The hall is absolutely gorgeous and photographs really well. I wondered whether my linens were switched out at the last minute, but there's always something you won't expect. The presentation of the food was incredible and amazing to taste as well. When we piled into our car to drive away, Marc handed us both water bottles and had wrapped up plates from the dinner for us to take home. My family and I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service. Marc and his team made the entire wedding process fun for my whole family!

It was everything I dreamed and more. Marc made sure that Jeff and I were taken care of the whole night. The service of the staff was high class. Best food at a wedding, I have had before and it was for a large crowd. Shrimp and grits were my favorite. The whole venue is beautiful with a wood dance floor, tall ceilings, classic foyer, large patio, and stunning chandeliers to top it off. Plus plenty of parking for the guests. If you are getting married in Raleigh, this is the venue to pick!

As soon as I walked into the Garden on Millbrook I knew all my wedding dreams had come true. It was exactly what I had imagined for my wedding reception. Little did I know, I wasn't just getting an amazing event space, I was getting the works! Marc was so much more than we were expecting. He sat down with us at our first meeting and immediately made me feel at ease about our wedding. He is so knowledgeable about what he does and is willing to help in any way he can. He knew all the right questions to ask and was so patient with us the entire time (he had to deal with us for over a year!). He was willing to meet with us whenever we needed for any reason whatsoever. He was able to recommend or give advice on other vendors that we weren't sure about. He was beyond helpful! Now for the catering, I cannot tell you how amazing the food was for our reception. We enjoyed every single dish we picked (we did a 3 dish buffet), and we got SO many compliments on the food. This was just the perfect choice for our reception, and everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

My daughter's wedding reception was held a the Garden this past weekend. I and all of my 130 guests were absolutely impressed with the setup and décor of the facility, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and the coordination provided by Marc. The food was superb and the quality and taste were on a level with highly rated restaurants in which I have previously dined. I would highly recommend the Garden on Millbrook for any event that you are considering in the future.

We had our wedding reception at The Garden on Millbrook and it was absolutely beautiful. Marc was our contact there and we couldn't have asked for a better event manager. He was warm, personable,funny, efficient, professional and just so amazing to work with. Our reception looked absolutely beautiful and we had an incredible time. The Garden made my life so much easier. Out of all my vendors they were my favorite. Adelaide, Marc and Jeff made our day so special and easy. The food was amazing and their set up of the venue was just what I wanted. They are the best!!

Adelaide & Marc were exceptional from day one. They met every need I had, and then some. From making sure me & the bridal party had drinks and snacks to preparing to-go plates of the amazing wedding food for my husband & I! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to them. Everyone at the reception continues to rave about the phenomenal food (The smoked gouda grits are to die for!) and beautiful decor. I would highly recommend this venue and catering service to anyone who wants to have a memorable event with the greatest staff on earth!

My daughter had her wedding reception at The Garden on Millbrook in early June and we couldn't have had a better venue. Mark and his crew were attentive to details setting up the event, artistic presentation of the food, serving during the entire event, and clean-up after the event. Mark made sure we had everything that we needed and worked overtime to guarantee that we and our guests also were attended to in every aspect. The food was FABULOUS! The venue set up was absolutely gorgeous inside the room, the entry, and on the patio area. We felt that this venue was a great bargain for all that it included. Our guests are still communicating how impressed they were with the reception and food.

Amazingly beautiful venue, delicious food and top-notch service!!!

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding reception. We fell in love with the venue during our daytime visits, but were totally blown away by the appearance of The Garden on Millbrook during our evening reception. The courtyard and entryway were breathtaking. Our guests have yet to stop raving about the food. The shrimp and grits are legendary. Marc and his staff provided us with a level of service fit for kings and queens. We could not be happier to have chosen The Garden on Millbrook as our wedding reception venue. We only hope to be invited back to "The Garden" as guests of another couple soon!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue and could not say more great things about this venue and its staff. The ceremony was outside in the courtyard which created a beautiful setting. Marc is hands down the best! He made sure everything was perfect and catered to our needs. Had my wedding at the Garden on Millbrook and it was amazing. The venue was beautiful, our guests raved about the food, and Marc was a pleasure to work with. I cannot say anything bad. We will never forget our wedding day and we are so happy we chose the Garden on Millbrook. It was the first venue we looked at when wedding planning and went back after looking at others. After working at Carolina Country Club for many years and with a fabulous florist for a few years, I knew the quality of service and food that I wanted for my own wedding at the age of 50. I chose this venue because I knew that it would give me the "piece of mind" I needed. Once I booked my event, I sat back and let the professionals do their job.When they say, "we will take care of it", you can be assured that they would. Even though I had seen the Wedding receptions of my nieces at The Garden several years ago, I was still amazed at how professional and beautiful the room was (they recently upgraded the decor to beautiful neutrals) and at how wonderful the food was. Robby and I had many compliments on the food and staff. Together we have 4 daughters that are single and I hope they will all choose The Garden on Millbrook as their reception site. BTW, our ceremony was also there. What a beautiful place to get married. Thanks to the chef, Marc, and Adelaide......Our day was perfect. We love you guys,.

The Garden on Millbrook was the perfect venue for my Christmas themed wedding! Adelaide was so helpful and attentive to my every question and request. She was quick to respond to every email. The staff made sure my husband and I and all of our family and guests were taken care of. I didn't have to worry about one detail the entire evening because The Garden and it's staff were pros. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food! The venue has been undergoing a lot of cosmetic changes including new chandeliers and a gorgeous dark wood dance floor. The place is stunningly beautiful! I would definitely recommend The Garden to any bride looking for an elegant yet affordable dream wedding venue!

From our initial consultation with Marc to our wedding reception and beyond, his attention to detail and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. The Garden on Millbrook did an outstanding job with everything. So many guests came up to us during our reception and after to make comments about the quality of our food. It really was so easy working with Marc. He made my bride feel completely at ease and to me, that was really important. I remember seeing Marc the afternoon of our wedding, one of the things he said to me, "relax, it's now time for us to do our job". I would highly recommend The Garden on Millbrook for any catering needs.

Marc was amazing from the moment that we met him! He calmed all of my nerves and kept reminding me that it would all be okay and to not worry and just take a deep breath! For that reason, I also trusted him with my wedding! I have heard nothing but great things from the guests at our wedding also saying that the food was amazing and service was fantastic! My husband and I never had to go get anything as Marc was always right there with food and drinks for us. He helped coordinate so the reception went smoothly also. Our night went off without a hitch and I'm confident that it had a lot to do with Marc! Thank you SO much for everything you did for us! I will be recommending you to everyone I come across!

We used Garden on Millbrook for our daughters wedding. It was held at Marbles Museum and everything came together great. We did not have to think about anything Marc took care of us. The food was great and all of our guest could not say enough about how good it was.

The coordinator and the on-site party person both met with me at the venue and provided detailed information about their service. We had a tasting at their site and all dishes, accessories and layout was based on their expertise and recommendation. It turned out beautifully. Guests later commented on the delicious food and beautiful presentation. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a buffet dinner wedding for 150+ people... I cannot begin to thank Marc for all the help planning and wonderful suggestions.... he was amazingly responsive to all our worries and concerns (which were totally unfounded...) staff was amazing, service impeccable. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious as we knew it would be, but it was confirmed by all out guests. Marc also makes an extra effort to ensure that the presentation is elegant and visually appealing...it was all that and more. We were 100% happy with our choices.

The facility is a very lovely. We choose to have our wedding inside due to the ambiance and to reduce worries about the weather. Marc was very professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The wait staff,was also friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Our guest went back for seconds and they are still talking about how good the food was.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Garden on Millbrook. We did not have our wedding at The Garden however they did cater our event. It was a large wedding (200ish) with a sit down dinner and they did a phenomenal job! Marc also acted as our day of coordinator - he made sure everything went smoothly. I found out later there were a few kinks throughout the day, however I had no idea, which is the way it should be. The food was delicious and they even made quick on the spot changes for a bridesmaid with food allergies (which I had forgotten to mention earlier). There is no way I would have been so relaxed while enjoying our day if it weren't for Marc and his fabulous team!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marc Dabagian and The Garden on Milbrook! From the initial meeting with Marc, we knew that no other venue could come close to the services at The Garden! We were planning for our wedding to be outside on the patio (beautiful garden!), and did not worry if the forecast called for rain or a heatwave (we all know how hot it can be in July in NC!) as Marc was confident in the back-up plan. The big day came, and it was raining all day (I guess that means we have lots of luck!). I knew I had nothing to worry about - everything was set up in the gorgeous ballroom, and exceeded my expectations! Everything from the lighting to the food and drinks to the grand exit at the end of the night went smoothly and I know I have Marc to thank for that! Everyone has been raving on how gorgeous everything was as well as the excellent food! To any future bride, I most definitely recommend The Garden on Milbrook, as you will not be able to beat the professional staff, their excellent service, and the amazing food!

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE. BEST WEDDING!!!!! Marc was amazing and helpful from the first day I met him. He went through the details with my fiance, family, and I. And was quick to respond by phone or email. I loved the food, venue, and hospitality of the staff. The reception was better than I could imagine. He helped put the finishing touches on my centerpieces, used thier uplighting, provided yummy appitizers (even created a hotdog bar which wasn't on the menu, but something my husband and I love.) Pick them for your venue. I recommend it to any couple that is getting married in Raleigh or someone interested in a special occasion. We didn't get married there, but its a beautiful venue for a wedding as well. Loved the gift basket of food they gave us too. : )

Highly recommend this caterer. Through the planning process, they helped us to think through the reception which helped to insure a smooth reception. The couple had specific menu requests and wanted the menu selections to not be typical buffet items. The chefs at The Garden on Millbrook did a great job with the food and we received many compliments on the dinner. On the day of the wedding reception, the staff of The Garden on Millbrook took care of everything. They were fantastic and very professional.

Truly unbelievable service. Not only did TGoM cater our event for an EXTREMELY reasonable price, but they helped set up when the rental company fell through, arranged and laid out all decorations, manned the bar, served the cake, served *US* food, and helped keep the reception going smoothly. I cannot say enough good things. Wonderful choice all around.

Marc Dabagian is an enthusiastic wedding planner who gave us the most amazing reception for our daughter and husband. Marc was excellent in communication and details. The first time we met with Marc it was clear that he is a seasoned professional with much experience. He worked with us to create a menu that was within our budget, and made suggestions for a beautiful, smooth reception. Paul and his team pulled the reception together wonderfully, including rearranging tables and chairs, and last minute set ups. The food was excellent, and the service outstanding. We were very pleased with how our event turned out. Marc and Adelaide made sure that everything went exactly as we wanted it to, and they added many special touches that we hadn't even thought of!
