unforgettable venue
If you have visited the Foundry, you know how amazing and beautiful it is, but what you don’t know before you work with them is how responsive and helpful they are once you have committed to them. We had about 130 guests and used the main room for the ceremony, the greenhouse room and space outside for the cocktail hour, the courtyard for the reception dinner, the main room again for the dancing, and the greenhouse room again for the after party (11 to midnight). We also rented the Du Val suite for getting ready, and it was a superb space for the groom’s party and extended family to get ready and hang out and also has the most beautiful garden with city views. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and vindicated our immediate love for the Foundry that we developed the first time we toured it, and the Foundry staff are extremely helpful and kind. -

Dreamiest of venues
Picture perfect venue! The Foundry was the venue of my dreams and we loved every bit of it. If you are looking for something beautiful and different than a standard catering hall, this is it. The staff was awesome and very supportive throughout the planning process. Being able to move from space to space with a different look and feel, and also use the lovely courtyard, adds a very special experience.-

Perfection
We had the most beautiful, romantic, and dreamy wedding we could’ve ever imagined at the Foundry! Everyone was amazing to work with and super accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid. The best night of our lives in the most stunning venue! -

Magic in the heart of Long Island City
The Foundry is NYCs best kept, big secret. The space is gorgeous and whimsical. Every square inch is prettier than the next there are endless possibilities of what you can do with the venue that the sky is the limit. All angles are photogenic and charming. It's spotless and grows more beautiful throughout the day. There are multiple pockets at the venue that you can opt to rent for your event. Each unique room transforms your event into a new and intimate setting. Everything from the Main Space, The Green Room, Albra Room, and the Pool Room help ensure that your event is unforgettable. The Foundry has multiple terraces that are worth visiting and investing in as well. It's like finding a fairytale inside of Manhattan. It truly is a stunning contrast between the natural and industrial elements. Our guests can't stop raving about the gorgeous space and to us, it was a dream. Beyond raving about the space itself, The Foundry has two of the sweetest and most hard-working employees that represent the space. Angela and Lindsey were incredible from our initial visit right through to our wedding day. They are extremely welcoming, detail orientated, have a wealth of knowledge, and communicative. They quickly responded to emails, and patiently answered every question we had. Both Angela and Lindsey are the dream team that ensures that everything in the space goes off without a hitch. Both are so helpful and lovely, and an absolute joy to work with. Together they helped make our perfect day the day it was and as stress-free as possible. If you are considering this venue for your event, we highly recommend it. We know the idea of the raw space could be intimidating but having the opportunity to create an authentic space filled with all your loved ones is an indescribable feeling. Especially if it comes packed with a list of the best vendors in the city and the two hardest-working employees in the industry.
We love The Foundry and know you will too.-

Dream Team
My husband and I got married at the Foundry on August 24, 2019. Our entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. The Foundry team is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. It was very clear from the beginning that they were pros and knew exactly what they were doing (unlike other venues we met with). It can be very overwhelming understanding the wedding planning process, but they made it as seamless as possible. They always responded to my question quickly and accommodated any requests I made. In the days leading up to our wedding, we had a final run though with Angela and our caterer. It helped tie up loose ends and truly put my stress at ease. Aside from the amazing the team, the venue itself is gorgeous. To this day, we still have family and friends tell us how beautiful it was. Our day was so special. I can’t recommend the Foundry enough!! -

Beautiful venue in an unexpected location!
The Foundry is an amazing space that strikes a balance between industrial (exposed brick, metal) and soft and polished (ivy covering the walls and beautifully finished spaces that aren't too rustic). It is also an extremely flexible space as they have multiple rooms that you can choose to rent or not for your event. The entire space is yours for your event (they don't put anything else in the rooms that you don't use). One of our biggest reasons for booking The Foundry is their greenhouse, which has walls covered in ivy on the inside. We had our wedding in January and were really excited that we would have some greenery! The staff is very professional and easy to work with. We were so delighted with how our wedding turned out. -

Dream venue
This venue is a dream. We had looked at a few venues around the city searching for a space with an industrial hint to it. I knew we would love it by seeing the photos alone but once we walked into our scheduled tour, we immediately fell in love with it. It’s beautiful on its own but you can really transform the space to any look you’re going for. The venue allowed for us to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception in 3 different spaces, which a lot of the other industrial spaces in the city didn’t offer. Our guests were all taken back by the beauty of each space. Our wedding wes in September and the weather was perfect for candlelight dinner alfresco in the courtyard. At first, I was overwhelmed with the fact that you need to separately hire each of your vendors but in the end we were able to get exactly what we wanted by assembling our own team. Angela and Lindsey were so awesome. They answered all of my emails with many questions very quickly, always making me feel as if we were their only clients when in fact they are pretty much booked every weekend over a year in advance. Their suggestions were so helpful when it came to layouts and considerations for a rain plan. I definitely recommend this venue. You’ll fall in love at first sight during any season.-

Incredible Venue
We looked at 10 venues before coming to the Foundry, and when we walked in, we knew we had found the one. The industrial Long Island City neighborhood literally disappears when you enter the Foundry. The venue’s industrial-yet-refined spaces and gorgeously planted courtyard make you feel like you left the hustle of the city – the view of the Queenborough Bridge towers from the courtyard are the only reminder you’re a stone throw from Manhattan. The Foundry is a blank canvas (which is great in that you can pick everything you want, but can add to the work in planning your event), and its different rooms, terraces and courtyard offer many options to make your dream wedding come true. The foundry staff—Allison, Angela, and Lindsey—are experienced and responsive and will work with you to make sure your day is perfect. We were able to utilize several spaces for our wedding, including a divine dinner in the courtyard as the sun set and an incredible dance party in the main space. This place is special and transports you away from NYC to a magical place (with incredible views) for your wedding or event.
Book quickly as The Foundry is popular and only does one event per day (another added benefit, not sharing the space with anyone). I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else in NYC. -

Fairytale venue!
This is a very delayed review for our wonderful wedding September 29, 2018 at The Foundry! Angela and Lindsey were so helpful during the many emails and site visits to make my dream wedding come to life! The history of this space is palpable, and the loving care and maintenance does not go unnoticed. There are countless options for configuration depending on which spaces you use for ceremony, reception, etc. Our guests were truly wowed by the venue and our wedding felt like a fairytale!
It is no wonder it can be challenging to find Saturday availability, but the calendar on their website is extremely accurate. I kept checking dates and magically a Saturday in September became available through another party changing their date. We were lucky enough to have already done a tour of the space, so we were able to secure the date. If you are interested in the venue make sure you do a site visit, let the girls know, and keep checking the calendar!

Unforgettable
The Foundry is such a special and breath-taking venue. There isn’t a space in it that doesn’t have its own unique charm. There are so many possibilities of what to do there and how to design your event – it helps to hire a planner or co-ordinator to help organise everything as it is a raw space. We ended up using the Main Space, Courtyard and Greenhouse for our guests as well as the Terrace for photos. We had to make some last-minute changes on the afternoon due to unexpected weather conditions, but the staff were so friendly, quick and professional that no one could have possibly known we hadn’t planned the new arrangements. Lindsey and Angela, in particular, were amazing from our initial visit all the way through to our wedding day. They quickly responded to emails, answered every question we had and were so helpful and lovely on the day. They were an absolute joy to work with and made everything as stress-free as possible.
Almost three months later, our guests still rave about how they loved the venue and couldn’t believe we’d found such a unique space. It reminded us of a secret garden, and it seems impossible to take a bad photo there due to the beautiful lighting, intimate setting, and the stunning contrast between the natural and industrial elements. Our wedding day still feels like this wonderful dream.

Words cannot begin to describe how incredible the Foundry is. My wife and I had our wedding there and it made the event a one of a kind experience. We held our ceremony in the Main Space with 120 guests and it was perfectly intimate and cozy without being cramped. The structure of the space allowed our guests to flow naturally into the Greenhouse for cocktail hour while we took photos on the Terrace, which was stunning. The greenery of the entire venue gave our wedding the natural feel we wanted and the bricks and views of the city and complemented this nicely with a rustic urban touch. We worked primarily with Angela and Lindsey throughout our planning process, which was an absolute pleasure. They are both informative, responsive, and always had great suggestions when we needed guidance. They ensured that everything came together smoothly and made the entire experience stress free. We highly recommend renting the space - it will transform your event into a memory that you will cherish forever. -

Wonderful venue! I held my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner at The Foundry. Gary S. was very accommodating. He made certain all our needs were met. Our Guest complemented us on both events. I had brunch with a full omelet station for my bridal shower. And, separate food stations for our rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent! We were very happy with their services. We would use them again in a heartbeat. -

I knew from the moment I saw this place i had to have my wedding reception here. The space is so unique and beautiful. The ladies at The Foundry are so helpful and sweet. The cost to have your wedding here will be a bit pricer then a regular catering hall, but my husband and I wanted something different.-

The Foundry was the venue that my wife and I held our wedding at and it might be a bit biased of me to say so, but one of the most breathtaking venues that I've seen in NYC. There's a lot of flexibility in how you can arrange your wedding based on which rooms you use and what sort of meal service you have for your wedding. The employees at the venue are great, they respond quickly by email, provide a lot of information and allow you to stop by as many times as necessary for family/vendors to take a look. They let us drop off a bunch of ceremony and reception decor items two days prior to our wedding and let us pick up leftover food the morning after our wedding. The biggest restrictions with The Foundry are that your caterer must come from their list of caterers and the rentals must be handled by the caterer through Broadway Party Rentals (things like string lighting and such that Broadway Party Rentals do not provide are handled by you and can come from other rental companies). I do recommend getting a coordinator, though, as the venue being just a raw event space, there will be a lot of little items to coordinate as the big day approaches. -

What can I say, it is a stunning venue. It was the perfect place for our wedding as we really wanted to avoid that cookie cutter, typical wedding. My now husband and I live in London and Angela & Lindsay were so accommodating, answering emails promptly and ensuring that when we were in NY we were able to pop by the space to see it or for meetings with our coordinator Tall & Small Events and caterer Bonbite. It seriously is a beautiful space, you definitely get what you pay for though and we rented the courtyard (for dinner), greenhouse (ceremony, bar & photobooth), main space (cocktail hour, dancing), terrace (cocktail hour) and duval terrace (photos - seriously stunning!). So as you can imagine the costs mounted pretty quickly but we wouldn't have changed a thing. Lindsay was also super helpful with recommendations as well - they have a great list of suppliers. Honestly, best day of our lives and everyone LOVED the space and commented how stunning it was and we really didn't have to do much to make it look good!-

We had our wedding at The Foundry on July 8th 2017 and it was nothing short of magical. From our first visit to the venue, we fell in love with its raw industrial beauty, even as a blank space. We saw it in the winter sans ivy with snow on the ground and still fell in love, then seeing it in the summer in full greenery splendor it was really incredible! Angela and Lindsay at The Foundry were amazing from our first meeting, allowing us to also come with our moms to see the space and for a walkthrough later on. They were also so sweet and accommodating. The day of our wedding everything went off without a hitch. The space was even more beautiful with our decorations added. We rented the main space (ceremony & for dancing/reception), Greenhouse (cocktail hour/bar room), and courtyard (dinner under a clear tent) and the flow was perfect for our about 110 person wedding. We took photos on the terrace which was spectacular with the NYC views! We chose not to rent it out for the cocktail hour because we had the Greenhouse and part of the courtyard, but it is worth checking out as well. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS! As I said before, the space is so beautiful on it's own but once you dress it up it's really spectacular. I must admit, it is daunting, renting EVERYTHING, but it is so worth it. We received so many compliments on how cool/unique/different the venue was, which was exactly what we wanted, a non-cookie cutter catering hall wedding, and that's exactly what we achieved. If that is what you want, don't hesitate to check out The Foundry!
Thank you to the amazing staff! Also, shoutout to the staff that was so nice to meet despite me not feeling well during the wedding, much appreciated :)
Love,
Christina & Derek -

If you’re looking for a unique space that will blow away your guests, this is the place. It’s unassuming when you arrive, but each of our family and friends were amazed by this little oasis in the middle of industrial LIC. It’s absolutely stunning and when we told both our photographer and videographer where we were getting married, they were legitimately giddy telling us how its a dream location to shoot. That said, we can't wait to get those photos/video!
The moment we walked into this space, we knew that we had found our venue. We had looked at a few other venues with a similar style (Green Building, Liberty Warehouse), but the architecture of the main space, versatility of the courtyard and the beauty of the greenhouse made The Foundry standout above the rest.
The staff is incredibly friendly, very responsive and are full of tips and ideas on how you can transform the space into what you want it to be. If we had questions, they were quick to answer and were always happy to help – this came in extremely handy when trying to sort through the mess of choosing vendors. We mostly worked with Angela and Lindsey, and they were amazing. We would often find a reason to stop in from time to time if we were in the area, and they were always there to walk us through it all.
Now, it’s not cheap, especially since it’s a blank space and you’re responsible for bringing in everything else (tables, chairs, caterer, etc.), but if you’re looking to get married in NYC, nothing is cheap. And the great part of working with a blank space is that you have the ability to make it whatever you want it to be. That alone makes it completely worth it. -

My husband and I recently got married at The Foundry and we cannot be happier with our choice of ceremony venue. We had an intimate wedding with 35 guests so The Albra Room was a perfect fit for what we wanted. The Foundry is our dream wedding venue. It is absolutely stunning and chic. We were so excited when we found out that our date was good to go! The staff at The Foundry are amazing. Lindsey and Angela went above and beyond what we expected. They answered our emails very promptly and gave us all the guidance we needed. We are so grateful for them. We hope to host more events there. -

The Foundry is an outstanding venue. From the service, to the space... you can't go wrong. There are a lot of things to juggle when planning a wedding, but with The Foundry team, you always feel reassured. They are there to answer any questions you have at any time, they are super flexible throughout the planning process/day of and every vendor we used loves/raves about working with The Foundry. It is a premier venue located in NYC. I would recommend to anyone. We had a magical wedding and we wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. -

My husband and I both fell in love with The Foundry as soon as we stepped inside for the initial tour. Booking The Foundry was the first and most important choice that we made in our planning process, and also the easiest. On a regular day it is a beautiful and historic building, and on the night of our reception, it was absolutely magical! Our guests were awed as soon as they walked in the door, and we received many exclamations of - "WOW, your venue is amazing!" -

The Foundry was the absolute perfect setting for my September 2016 Wedding! Angela and Lindsay and the Team at The Foundry were so pleasant to work with and made our day stress-free! The Foundry allowed us to host our entire Wedding, from ceremony to dinner to dance, in their multiple gorgeous spaces. We decided to host our dinner in the Courtyard, but honestly, would have been just as thrilled if weather turned bad and had to move it inside, as the inside main space and Greenhouse are just as gorgeous as out! This is a dream venue if you are looking for a completely customizable space. A big thank-you to The Foundry! -

We just had our wedding at The Foundry this past weekend (8/7/16) and the whole experience was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. First of all, The Foundry itself is the most unique and gorgeous space we've ever been to. It has such a rich history and character, with so many awesome rustic touches that throwback to the days when it was actually a working foundry. I don't think that its humanly possible to take a bad picture there, as every single square inch has the most beautiful light and shadows, lines and curves, manmade and natural elements. The views (especially from the courtyard and rooftop terrace) are absolutely amazing, and it has the coolest rustic industrial vibe that doesn't need much decorating at all, but can be 100% customizable to suit your taste and style.
Working with the Foundry ladies, Lindsay and Angela, was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. They never failed to readily and quickly respond to emails, with questions big and small and silly, and through it all were incredibly kind, sweet, and patient. They were professional yet had a sense of humor and made us feel valued and respected. They helped to carry out, plan out, and execute our vision from start to finish, and we absolutely could not ask for a more beautiful and memorable day and experience.
All of our guests couldn't get over how gorgeous and unique the space was and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the whole experience. If we had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!!! Thank you so much for a truly unforgettable experience! -

6 months after the event and we're still hearing from people that our wedding was the best they've ever been to! It was an absolutely perfect venue- we had about 115 guests and rented the main space and the greenhouse. It's just such an interesting space with so many great levels and textures- we barely had to do any decorating. It was pouring rain on our wedding day and once people got inside it didn't matter one bit- we had hoped to rent the outdoor patio but with all the greenery inside we didn't miss it at all. The staff was so nice and worked so well with the caterer to pull off the event flawlessly.
We were worried about guests traveling from outside New York being able to find the venue and travel there, but everyone just took a cab, and it just wasn't an issue at all. -

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Foundry! It is a truly special place, with not only beautiful structure but the ability to create the exact wedding of your dreams. The space is completely raw, so if you are up to task all the details of your wedding can be completely customized to your vision. At first, the idea of having to bring in everything was overwhelming but I am so happy we did because every last detail was chosen by my husband and myself. It was such a true representation of us and what we wanted. We rented the main space, courtyard, greenhouse, and the roof for photos. Each space was well worth the added costs and just so beautiful. All of my guests were in awe of the Foundry and had never seen anything quite like it.
Working with the Foundry team was so easy and great. They are all experts in what they do and so helpful. We worked with Angela the most, and she was so helpful. At our wedding you would have never known she was there – but she was very easy to reach when we needed her and super quick to help! She worked very closely with out caterer to ensure my husband and I did not have to worry about anything. We were able to enjoy our day and for that I am truly grateful.
The Foundry was the first venue we looked at and I instantly fell in love. I am so happy we chose it – such a stunning, special place to hold such a special day.

A BIG thank you to Angela and the Foundry for helping us create our dream wedding! The Foundry is a one of a kind space and a true gem. It is a raw space rental, so we were able to customize our wedding to make it very "us." We rented the main space and the terrace for our September 2014 wedding. With approximately 115 guests the main space was very comfortable for dinner and dancing (even Greek dancing!). We used the terrace for cocktail hour - which the guests loved, they took photos of the skyline and all the lush plantings. If my budget permitted, I would have loved to rent the greenhouse too - it is a really cool indoor space adjacent to the main room.
Working with Angela was great. She was extremely kind, calm, and professional. She worked with us along the way to make our vision a reality. When the big day came, we barely knew she was there, but she was coordinating with our DOC and making sure everything ran smoothly. At the end of the day my husband and I were extremely happy - we actually got to enjoy our own wedding!
The location of the Foundry is actually quite convenient. There are several hotels nearby - we had guests stay at the Hotel Z (two blocks away). It's about a 10 minute walk from Queensboro Plaza so our local guests had access to public transit. For guests that drove, there was plenty of onstreet parking available. Western Queens is known for its food options especially Astoria, so we were able to find a local caterer that did Greek food - which was phenomenal. Our guests also enjoyed their weekend in the Astoria/LIC area - lots of great and unique restaurants and cool neighborhoods - also convenient to get to Manhattan.
I highly recommend the Foundry - best wedding venue in the NYC area! Thank you!!! -

The Foundry has to be one of the most STUNNING backdrops to exchange vows in NYC. The contrast between industrial beams and rustic brick walls that are crawling with lush ivy made it the perfect backdrop for our shabby chic wedding.
We decided to have a small boutique ceremony in The Greenhouse section of the Foundry, which in our opinion is the prettiest part of the building. As the backdrop is SOO GORGEOUS on its own, we didn’t need to add much decoration, so that also helped us with our floral budget.
Other than the fact that the building is absolutely beautiful and historic…the main reason we picked this venue was because of the symbolism it holds for my husband and I. For one, we decided to get married on June 21st, the Summer Solstice and the longest day of sunlight in the northern hemisphere. We picked our date first, and then our venue. Getting married inside the Greenhouse let us capture the sun’s energy on this special day, while also keeping everyone cool and protecting against the elements outside just in case. The Foundry was also once used as an actual Steel Foundry to manufacture parts that were used in building the foundations for NYC – one of our greatest loves. As such, we felt this was also a great place to start building the foundations of our marriage and life together.
With regards to staff…a huge THANK YOU to Julie and Angela and the rest of the team at the Foundry for accommodating us for an early morning ceremony. They were not only professional and responsive to all of our questions and emails, they were also such a pleasure to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. We really felt we were in good hands.
I would definitely recommend The Foundry if you are looking to get married in the NYC area and want an ultra-chic location to celebrate your special day.

After looking at several other locations in the area, I told my husband I wanted to show him The Foundry but that I knew I'd fall in love with it immediately. We didn't have an appointment to view it but ended up walking in on a Sunday while another couple was being shown around.
Gina and Julie were extremely accommodating, even though we hadn't had an appointment.
Fortunately, my husband fell in love with it and didn't care about the price tag. After all, it is the only time we will ever get married, why wouldn't we want to go all out? =P
We knew we would be having an intimate wedding, and the space was just perfect.
Being able to bring in our own vendors and having the ability to pretty much decorate it the way we want, having a gorgeous raw space as opposed to a typical catering hall, allowed us to do just that.
Our day of, on site coordinator, Angela, was the friendliest and most reassuring person we could have asked for. Gina and Julie were also the nicest and professional throughout our whole planning process. From meeting us on site to go over layout, to quickly responding to my crazy emails, the team at The Foundry was most accommodating.
We appreciated every second of it!

The Foundry was the perfect location for our wedding of 75 people. The style is both rustic and urban, perfect for a New York wedding. The different rooms, the terrace, and the courtyard (which we didn't use), allow you to customize the wedding activities as you wish. We had the ceremony in the greenhouse, with ivy covered walls, then moved to the terrace for cocktails, with views of the city and the green courtyard, and then back inside for dinner and dancing in the main room and the greenhouse.
All of our guests were really impressed with the space. We loved the mix of bright open spaces with the coziness of the alcoves and the red brick walls.
The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful from the very beginning of booking the location through the night of the wedding. The location provided a doorman and a location manager who were instrumental in making the wedding run smoothly. -

We had visited numerous other venues prior to our tour of the Foundry and they all had they charms and seemed like potential contenders. Our plan to weigh to pros and cons and eventually settle on one of these places completely went out the window, however, the moment we walked into the Foundry. Without a word between the two of us, we instantly knew this was the perfect venue for our day, capturing exactly the feeling we were going for, and a truly breathtaking space in which to bring our wedding to life. Old stone; exposed metal work; a gorgeous back courtyard; and all that ivy! All this set with a backdrop view of Manhattan and the Queensboro bridge and some of the nicest, most efficient, most accommodating staff you can imagine (indeed, we liked Jose so much that we hired him as a day-of wedding planner). -

We only visited one venue and immediately knew it was "the one" for us. I loved that it blends a raw industrial city vibe with outdoor garden party as climbing ivy covers nearly all the walls of the Foundry, both inside and out. We were so smitten with the entire venue that we ended up using three of their available spaces. We had our ceremony in the Greenhouse which has a spa-like feel with its delicate ivy on the light brick walls, beautiful sunlight through the skylight and window, and a quietly bubbling fountain decorated with candles. We had our cocktail hour on the Terrace and where everyone got to admire the view of NYC, which is what makes the Queens location so special. We had dinner and dancing inside the Foundry's main space which flowed perfectly and needs little decoration since it is already so beautiful. Our guests were all very excited because that was the space most of them recognized from the various TV shows on which The Foundry has been featured.
The Foundry's staff has a great relationship with our wedding planners (Exquisite Affairs Productions) and our caterer (Marcey Brownstein's Leslie Russell) so our event ran really smoothly. Angela, our coordinator for the Foundry, was warm and bubbly and quickly fixed the only blooper that happened all day (I completely forgot to bring my iPod with the pre-ceremony playlist, she grabbed my iPhone, downloaded the playlist and got it running before anyone even realized that there was no music playing!). The Foundry was spotlessly clean before our wedding began and was kept clean throughout.
For couples who are looking for an alternative to a more standard wedding venue, the Foundry is a perfect choice. Besides, any venue that has a cute dog named "Waffles" for a CEO has to be good. -

Two months after our wedding and our family and friends are still raving about how much fun they had at the wedding. Our ceremony was in the main space and then we went to greenhouse for cocktail hour. Since the Foundry is so different we were able to have a very different wedding, we had free style dining and no assigned seating which allowed guest to enjoy the Foundry. My husband and I were able to enjoy our family and friends and everyone danced all night. As a wedding present, my sister booked a cigar roller which was a big hit. The cigar roller also made our guest take advantage of the terrace that over-looked Manhattan. Our wedding was amazing and so much fun, everything was so different and the space so beautiful....exactly what I wanted. Julie was our main contact from the Foundry, she showed us the space and kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. The day of the wedding our Foundry host was Angela, she was really excited and had just a great positive attitude. There were two doormen, and unfortunately we didn't catch their names; but our guest said very nice things about the doormen. Julie was very clear throughout the process that is raw space, I priced caters and rentals for this space before I even booked, which gave us a better idea if it was within budget...for us it was so worth it. -

The Foundry was my dream venue and their staff was a pleasure to work with. As an interior designer, I loved the architectural features of the Foundry--brick, skylights, concrete--no BS. All this place needs is candles and flowers and we had an incredibly beautiful ceremony, dinner and reception there. Our wedding day was rainy at times but it didn't matter since we tented the courtyard and everything else was inside. It put me at ease to know that rain wouldn't inhibit anything about our day but also know that we wouldn't feel like we were in some stuffy banquet hall. It is a truly gorgeous space and I recommend you to get married there if you are as lucky as I am! We had 112 people and it was a perfect number but we could have had a few more since dinner was in the courtyard. -

I'd looked at many websites for venues and when I found the one for The Foundry, I was highly impressed. It had the most comprehensive, well-organized and attractive website of any I'd seen which told me a lot about the organization and professionalism of the place. And, we were pleased with it from that moment on. Their responses to our inquiries were always very timely and we were welcomed to visit which we did several times. Julie and the rest of the staff were warm, knowledgeable and very obviously enjoy their jobs. We knew we were in very good hands and we were. The day of the wedding, Julie and the staff were 100% involved and helpful and gracious and I can't speak more highly of them all. -

My husband and I took a huge leap of faith when we booked The Foundry for our wedding. Not having the funds to hire a wedding planner, we planned on doing the coordinating ourselves. However, we had nothing to fear, Jose and the rest of the team at The Foundry were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home!
Even though we had a some initial shock at the site fee for The Foundry, we knew we couldnt pass it up. Therefore, we chose to get married on a Thursday evening instead of a more popular day and were able to save a lot of money. We were then able to rent the DuVal Garden for our pictures prior to the wedding ceremony. Having our pictures done at The Foundry complex was one of the best decisions we made, I would highly recommend it!
There is absolutely no place like The Foundry and for a once-in-a-lifetime event, we needed a once-in-a-lifetime space. -

The Foundry was the only venue that we viewed. Once we visited The Foundry, we knew immediately that this was the place we were meant to be married and celebrate this great event. The Foundry is a exquiste space with brick walls, a mezzanine loft area, a celing made of metal and skylights and the space has added details such as urns and tubs. The Foundry has several areas: The main area; the Greenhouse; the Courtyard and the Terrace. The Greenhouse is attached to the main are and is a beautiful room with a fireplace and ivy growing throughout. The Courtyard is a big area outside and ivy is growing on all of the buildings. The view is absolutely beautiful. The terrace area is breathtaking with a view of the Manhattan skyline; 59th Street Bridge and the East River. Julie and the other staff provide excellent customer service. We are so fortunate to have found such a beautiful and unique space. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was. We will be recommending The Foundry to family and Friends in the future. -

Everyone will not stop raving about my wedding...especially about the location i chose. They all said it was perfect for me, which i do agree with, but what is so unique about this location is that there are so many ways to give it a different look. The foundry has so many different areas/rooms to rent, that it enables you to build the perfect look you are going for. I fell in love with the spot at first site, and am soooo HAPPY that i was able to get married there. The staff is amazing. The place is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone looking to "wow" their guests, and themselves... -

The Foundry is a beautiful space for a party. I didn't have my wedding there, but certainly would have if I had found it before I was married. My sister's sweet 16 was there, and it was phenomenal. What a space!! It's gorgeous on it's own, and can be used with little or elaborate decorations. It has a nice outdoor space and upstairs loft. It's not cheap, but what place in New York is? They also have a great list of vendors that have worked in their space. -

We loved using The Foundry for our April wedding. It was the perfect space - truly special. It was the perfect balance between having our wedding in the city and having it outdoors. It was very expensive (as are most venues in New York) and it was difficult coordinating all of the different vendors needed for the day, but in the end it was totally worth it. Our wedding really felt like "us". We had a larger wedding for The Foundry (around 135 guests). We had our ceremony in the main space, cocktail hour in the greenhouse, and then dinner in the courtyard. The flow was perfect! The ceremony space was beautiful, and luckily our weather was great so we were able to open the tent doors outside. One guest remarked to me that they felt like they were in Europe during the dinner portion of the night. It was so nice having the extra spaces - we rented the fire pit and guests were in every space socializing and dancing. The staff at The Foundry were very sweet and helpful. They went out of their way to make our day perfect and to minimize stress. I really appreciated their help with everything. I highly recommend The Foundry if you want a beautiful wedding in the city that still feels like a getaway. -

My husband and I were married at the Foundry in November 2015, and we knew from the moment we walked in on our first tour that we had found our venue. It was the first and last place we saw, and it's beauty spoke for itself. Everyone at the Foundry was extremely responsive and professional from Day 1, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We rented both the main room of The Foundry (ceremony and reception) and the Greenhouse for cocktail hour, and the guests raved about the venue. It was the perfect size for our 80-person wedding, and everyone was able to be seated on the main floor vs. the mezzanine, which was important to us.
The only downside (which was ultimately justifiable given our wonderful experience!) was how pricey the venue was. While the room rental costs were certainly understandable, there were a few extra costs (ie. renting the sound system, etc.) that were a bit more expensive than we would have liked to see given the cost of renting the venue itself. That said, we felt the Foundry gave us the wedding of our dreams in an intimate, beautiful setting and we could not recommend them more highly. -

The Foundry was the first venue we looked at. As soon as we walked in we knew we'd want to be married there. When Gina finished giving us a tour we looked at their calendar and picked a date that was about 5 months away. She went through some potential vendors with us, and we ended up taking many of her suggestions. (Which were fantastic)! Gina and Julie are great communicators. Any time I had a question or concern they were quick to respond. The whole experience was really great. They are both very nice and friendly, and we felt that Gina was another friend at our wedding. The venue itself is amazing. Each area is special and unique. Our guests made many comments about how great the space is and how they've never been anywhere like it before. -

If you're looking for something truly difference this is your place. It becomes super expensive to get all of the vendors in but looking back on the night and at our pictures, it was well worth the cost. The foundry staff was perfect. There when needed and they have events down to a science. The ivy looked like it was on fire and it was a perfect mid October day. -

The Foundry was absolutely amazing for our wedding - the venue is one of the most important decisions when planning a wedding and this is by far the best venue my fiance and I found in the NY Metro area. A very unique venue for weddings, which definitely impressed our guests!! The Foundry ladies that run the event space are beyond amazing & extremely helpful! The only reason I put flexibility less than 5 was because they book quickly ... so hurry up and visit the space! -

Fairytale wedding
The Foundry was an absolute dream venue for us. When we were researching venues, we almost didn’t go visit because we knew that we would likely be in love with it in-person even more than just from the photos and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the budget work. After seeing it, even on a cloudy and cold February day, we knew we didn’t want to get married anywhere else. While it was pricier than other places we looked at, it was worth it. The venue feels like a pocket of fairtyale surrounded with views of the city. Angela and Lindsey were great to work with even through a postponement and helped us reconfigure our day when the weather took a turn for the cold. We have absolutely no regrets. Thank you so much to the team! -

A breathtaking space for a chic, original wedding
The Foundry is simply a breathtaking event space - filled with charming, unique and stunning features it made for a perfect wedding venue if, like us, you want something other than a hotel or banquet hall. It is the kind of space that does not need lots of extra decor - its already packed with greenery and water features. The space is so versatile - we used the main room, the upstairs balcony, the courtyard and the greenhouse - and feels spacious but intimate. Its kitted out with every mod-con you need (the sound system is fantastic and we understand that our caterer loves using the Foundry as their kitchen is so well equipped). The staff are just the best too - Angela and Lindsey are such a pleasure to deal with, They were flexible and helpful during planning and on the night ensured everything ran smoothly. Not going to lie, it's not a cheap spot - considering that you will need to hire everything from chairs to napkins on top of the fee - but in my opinion and having loved every minute of our wedding there, it's totally worth it. -

The Foundry is absolutely the most magical place in Long Island City. With its rustic touches and gorgeous ivy walks, it is the perfect setting for any event. Our wedding was truly one-of-a-kind and Angela and Lindsey held our hands the entire way through the process of building our vision. The list of vendors was VITAL and we used it as our bible. They provided us with professional, talented and experienced vendors that have worked in the space a thousand times and that was an absolute relief. Whether we called Angela and Lindsey or wrote emails, they were able to get back to us immediately. They were professional, patient and able to accommodate all of our requests. During the walk through, they helped us layout a timeline that took advantage of the spaces in every way and made sense for the wedding festivities. Our friends and family are still complimenting us on our choice to use The Foundry!-

For our summer wedding we rented the Foundry main space and the outdoor Terrace.
First of all, the space at the Foundry is absolutely STUNNING. I do not believe that there is a more beautiful venue- anywhere! The main space itself provided the perfect moody, decadent, sophisticated background perfect for a classic New York wedding while the Terrace gave us that extra vibrancy and sense of wonder with green space and skyline views. iPhone photos came out looking professionally backlight and posed simply because of how beautiful the surroundings were. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was (and they still can't stop talking about it, one month later!).
Second, the service is incredible. Julie and Angela worked with us from the reservation of the space one year before, to the week before, to the day before, to the day of. We never felt lost or overwhelmed- there was always someone available to offer us guidance or answer our questions. We had minor hiccups the day of our wedding- one of the speakers cut out during a bridesmaid's speech, and a thunderstorm put a damper on our firepit plans- but Angela was there to help us immediately and the event progressed smoothly. The Foundry staff really make you feel special and cared for on your wedding day, and I cannot stress enough how much that meant to us. You don't end up feeling like a customer- you end up feeling like a family member.
Finally, I'll be honest, the cost of the venue is not "cheap"- but it of course shouldn't be! We stretched financially to afford the Foundry because we knew it was absolutely perfect for us. They are really great about including some furniture & decor in the cost of the reservation, plus you have day-of and before-event assistance, so you are definitely are getting more than just the raw space. My husband and I agree that booking our wedding at the Foundry was worth every single penny and we can not imagine starting our lives together anywhere else.

The Foundry was just the most perfect place for our wedding.
I knew pretty immediately (following research of NYC-area venues) that I wanted to have our wedding at The Foundry, and our first visit confirmed it.
While The Foundry is on the pricey side (you pay for just the space -- nothing else is included), I found it completely worth it. The space is simply stunning -- restored to perfection -- and the staff is incredible. They're kind and incredibly helpful -- it was really a pleasure to work with them.
We used the main space, greenhouse and courtyard for our wedding (of 130 people), and I would highly recommend using all of the spaces to anyone considering The Foundry. It was really a beautiful experience for us and our guests to be able to go through each of the spaces for the different parts of the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing).
Also: I got a sneak peak of their new space for groups of <70 and can say with confidence that it's going to be amazing for smaller weddings or parties. -

We went to The Foundry because it was on an NY Mag list of inexpensive places to hold winter weddings. When we got there we realized that the prices are different in high season. It was above our budget, but we fell in love with it and couldn't see going anywhere else. The Foundry is gorgeous. It looks great in the background of all our photos. Our guests keep commenting about how the space was simultaneously cool, modern, classy, and warm. It is New York trendy with a lot of personality. I can't convey just how stunning the space is. The pictures online don't do it justice. You have to see it for yourself. But if your budget is super tight, then don't go. You won't be able to resist it. The only downside to The Foundry is that everything is a separate cost, the various rooms, the patio, the use of equipment like the sound system and they don't have flexibility to work with different budgets. That said, I have no regrets. We wouldn't have had our wedding anywhere else. They book up wayyyyy ahead of time, though. We actually based our date around being able to use The Foundry. So, if you are interested, get on that! It is worth it! -

We loved the Foundry was amazing! The space looked even better than we could have imagined. We rented the main space and Greenhouse for cocktails. This was perfect for our 115 guests. The dance floor was on the main level and was big enough to hold our large dance crowd. The space felt warm, intimate and unique. The candles and string lighting looked even better than we imagined. And the staff at the Foundry was great. Very helpful and responsive all along the way. The Foundry is an amazing, unique spot for a NY wedding. -

Choosing the Foundry for our reception venue was one of the best decisions we made. The exposed brick, ivy walls and dual level structure created an non-traditional and intimate feel that was exactly what we were looking for. So many guests commented on how beautiful and unique the venue was. The staff and the Foundry was always helpful and the preferred vendors list they provided was invaluable as so many of our other great vendors came from this list. -

The Foundry is stunning!! EVERYONE could not stop raving about the space and how gorgeous it is. We ended up renting the greenhouse at the last minute because it rained on our day but I cant tell you how worth it it was. The venue is pricy but it’s worth every penny. Save on something else and put the money in the venue! You won’t be disappointed. They’re also great and easy to work with, on top of everything and quick to respond. -

The Foundry is a remarkable wedding venue. It is one of the most magnificent places in all of New York City to host a wedding and was the most memorable feature of our big day in late September. Each room and outdoor space beholds exquisite beauty, which can't be said for most industrial wedding venues, and was undoubtedly the most perfect setting for our festive early fall affair. The Foundry has such incredible industrial charm and urban vibe while simultaneously transporting you to an out-of-this-world, ivy-covered dreamscape. In addition to being absolutely stunning, The Foundry has a terrific staff. They were all quite wonderful to work with. They were responsive, detail-oriented and flexible while still adhering to contract guidelines (most of which exist to protect the historical integrity of the property and sustain its purpose as an event site). The Foundry does come at a price, but if an unforgettable, truly authentic NYC wedding is what you have in mind, The Foundry is well worth the cost. -

The Foundry is a gorgeous space. It used to be a working foundry, and the design is airy and sculptural -- the walls are brick, the celing is metal and glass, there are huge skylights that go all the way up to the high roof, and the space has beautiful details like urns and tubs. They share their courtyard with a landscaper, so on weekends the courtyard is filled with greenery and flowers. Their terrace is gorgeous with a fountain and really simple, lovely furniture, and has a view of the water, the Manhattan skyline, and the nearby bridge. The design, look, and feel of this place sets it apart from other venues and was the single biggest reason we booked it.
We had a 70-person wedding, and only used the first floor inside the building for the ceremony and reception, with the cocktail hour on the terrace (so we did not use the courtyard). They can set tents outside and acccomodate a much larger wedding than ours, but I think that 65-85 or so guests is perfect for using just the first floor of the building. The terrace and courtyard are extra costs.
Cons: The space is on the more expensive side. You have to be in and out on the same day, no exceptions, so you can also incur costs for late-night rental returns. (Although they do allow 12 hours instead of the 8 given by some other spaces.) There wasn't a ton of space to get ready -- just one smallish dressing room for the bride -- so the groom and the wedding party did the majority of their getting ready offsite.
Pros: Obviously, the space itself. So amazing. The people who run the space are great, very professional and responsive. They are also great at giving you lists of recommendations for vendors. The space has a big, full commercial kitchen for caterers. The venue also has some furniture already -- we used their bar tables upstairs, benches for tables we set in the alcoves downstairs, and their large black table for gifts and escort cards, so we did save some money with rentals. You also save on decorations, because the space itself is so gorgeous that you don't need to embellish much. -

What can I say about the Foundry that hasn't already been said?! Our guests spent all night raving about the absolutely gorgeous space, and the staff are so helpful and competent. I didn't worry about the venue for a second. We didn't spend a lot on decor, because I really wanted the beauty of the structure to be the focal point of the room. We had the ceremony indoors, with rows of chairs facing our "altar," the white curtains on the doors, and other guests standing above on the mezzanine. We inadvertently timed the ceremony at sunset, and the sunlight just streamed in. So beautiful. For cocktails, we went out to the courtyard, and then everyone came back inside for dinner. We had 111 guests seated on the mezzanine and main level, and even with the band and dance floor, everyone fit comfortably. We had the terrace and courtyard rented all evening, so people could go out and enjoy the breezes and views, but it ended up being a bit chilly so those spaces weren't used very much. However, the courtyard was great for the 5 little kids we had there to run around in uninterrupted. The place is expensive, but I really think the venue sets the whole tone and look of a wedding, so to me it was worth it. -

My husband and I fell in love with this venue, which was the first of all the venues we visited during our intense search through New York City. It was love at first sight and truly a magical hidden gem in Long Island City. If you're looking for a unique and unexpected venue this is IT! It has a modern yet rustic feel, with endless decor and set up possibilities. You can make it your own, and customize the look and feel which is what we wanted - this is everything a generic ballroom space is not.
It is definitely a pricier investment (high site fee and you need to rent each space, it is not just one flat rate) and you need to have a planner or be prepared to organize each vendor as everything is a la carte, but in the end it was worth every penny to us. To have such a unique, special space to celebrate this milestone was priceless --not to mention an amazing backdrop of gorgeous photos. Highly recommend booking the GreenHouse, which is a beautiful white brick room covered in ivy - for an intimate dinner, or cocktail hour it's very special and worth the additional fee.
Julie and Gina were absolutely amazing to work with. From day one they were so helpful, extremely professional, answering every question big or small in a timely manner. On our wedding day, Gina was a rock star, overseeing everything and anything we needed. She was always there to check in with us, and we felt very well taken care of. Our guests noted how seamless parking was and they were all in awe of the space.
I cannot recommend this venue enough, it was a dream come true with a dream team! Go well in advance though, this gem is not so hidden anymore - they book up fast. We ended up hosting on a Friday since there were no Saturday dates for almost 14 months out.

I first read about the Foundry in NY Mag, and was immediately obsessed with having my wedding there. My husband and I wanted a New York City wedding but wanted to avoid a ballroom setting. We felt that the Foundry was a unique space and perfect for the style of wedding we wanted.
The Foundry is extremely popular and books up very quickly, so it can sometimes be difficult to schedule time for walkthroughs with vendors, especially if you need to come in the evening. Although, everyone at the Foundry is every helpful.
The space has several rooms, but each one needs to be rented individually which can get pricey. In the end, we decided to rent all the spaces, which we were definitely happy with. While the main space is the beautiful on its own, we loved the idea of utilizing the greenhouse and outdoor space as well. All of our guests were amazed with the venue and how it all turned out.
If you opt to use the courtyard space and want a tent, you must use the venue's specific tent rental because it is specially designed for the space. We used the clear top tent and loved the way it looked. It's really worth going with the clear top because you have better views of the Manhattan skyline and the buildings architecture.
Some of the venue's rules are fairly strict, (no music can be played in the courtyard after 9pm, vendors must be out by 1:30, no rehearsals, etc.) but none of them had any effect on our enjoyment at the wedding.
The venue does not provide any other services, but they do provide a preferred list of vendors that is quite extensive. They also do not require you to use vendors only on their preferred list, which is quite uncommon for wedding venues in NYC. The staff at the Foundry made a lot of great recommendations for what vendors to choose and also helped with the setup and coordination of timeline on the day of the wedding.
I highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique space in NYC that can be personalized to whatever style you want. -

Very friendly & helpful staff whom were able to make many great suggestions. They went as far to invite all couples whom had an upcoming wedding to their new year's party which was very nice (& a great chance to scope out the venue further). The location itself is a beautiful raw space that needs little/no decoration to look beautiful, yet much can be done to make it look different. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a cool non-conventional wedding venue. -

The Foundry is a lovely venue for a New York wedding - gorgeous and unique! The space was particularly perfect for us, as we had two ceremonies, two cocktail hours, dinner and dancing all in one venue back to back. We were able to move our guests from room to room while our amazing team flipped other rooms without being obvious to the guests - a requirement that was hard to fill while still having a romantic, gorgeous NY-style space, and The Foundry made it happen! Angela and Lindsay were very responsive, friendly and helpful during our planning as we had tons of questions along the way. The only word of warning we would give to a couple considering a wedding here is that you will probably end up paying significantly more than you originally thought, as many things you may require are add ons: speaker system, tent, getting ready room, terrace - you name it, it's a (not insignificant) additional fee. That said, if money is no object then we highly recommend The Foundry for your special day! -

Our 100 guests are STILL raving about how unique and gorgeous this venue was. We had our day ceremony and afternoon/evening cocktail reception inside (we saved money by having the wedding on a Sunday in August) and we did not rent the outdoor spaces because our guest list was on the smaller side. This space is truly one of a kind and totally suited the urban yet romantic feel we were going for. The women who we worked with (Allison and Julie) were responsive, pleasant and organized and their list of recommended vendors also came in handy as we were pricing folks out. Please note though that you are responsible for al rentals and that can add up (all chairs, tables, everything) but honestly this means you have the flexibility to create whatever suits you and your guests tastes. We did a non-stop cocktail party and were able to fit two full bars (one upstairs and one downstairs) with ease and there was enough seating in the alcoves and tables we brought in to make people comfortable. This was an incredible venue and we priced out and looked at many others (mostly loft space in NYC) – by far this was one of the best decisions we made – it totally set the mood for the type of wedding we wanted and was worth every penny. -

The Foundry is an amazing space and I have no complaints about the venue itself. Taryn was extremely helpful in helping us learn about the details of how to best use the space. It proved to be gorgeous and we wouldn't have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else. They were very flexible and accommodating, letting us store things there the day before, being very responsive to emails and calls, and very helpful in the planning process. My only complaint was that during the wedding I could not find the Foundry staff and they even offered to assist by working as coordinator for the night. I asked Taryn to pay vendors for me, but vendors couldn't find her. That was the only thing and I'm sure she did a lot of other things to help make the wedding smooth throughout the night, as my photographer saw her emptying the bathroom trash throughout the evening. -

The Foundry really is one of the most beautiful venues for a wedding. I had a feeling after looking at photos that it would be the place, but it is such a popular place that we weren't able to book an appointment until we had seen almost all the venues on our list. But once we walked into the Foundry, I knew my original gut instinct was right, and we booked it on the spot.
The space is unconventional, but very impactful, and versatile. You can transform it into your personal style with the right decor details. I liked that there were different spaces to manage the wedding flow and it wasn't too big so it felt like no one was too spread out. You'll need a caterer to bring in and set up all the rental equipment, but that isn't a big issue unless you are tight on budget, since you end up paying for the food, the equipment rentals, AND the raw space.
The folks at the Foundry are all professional and answer questions promptly. The only downside is that due to their popularity you'll have to book way in advance (we tried to book in February of 2012, and couldn't get a date until late June of 2013!) and because they have events happening all the time, you likely won't be able to use the space for a rehearsal. That part actually tripped up our wedding party a little and they had to insist with the wedding planner to conduct another quick run-through 1 hour before the ceremony. Also, the Foundry is in an industrial area of Queens and there's not much around it, and is a bit of a long walk from the subway.
But if you can get over all these factors, it really is one of the most breathtaking spaces to hold a wedding! -

Loved the venue and was glad that we had our wedding there. However, when we had a snafu during the occasion, they did not own up to it. -

WARNING! Do not waste your money on using this venue for a special event ESPECIALLY not your wedding! first of all it is over priced and they charge you extra for everything!!!! Before wasting your time scheduling an appointment to view this venue, please be aware that it DOES not include tables, chairs, linens, OR a caterer, so be prepared to spend at least 5K in rentals (I didn't know this until AFTER I signed the contract..{my lack of research in that dept} )AND you will spend at least 11k for a good caterer. If you add that up, that is 16K! then add the fact that the main space is 7500, and if you want to use an additional room, you will spend 2K so thats a wopping 23,500 dollars...AND you have to pay extra to use their sound system..add 400 dollars to that. Oh to top things off, if you get JULIE to work the day of your wedding, be prepared for the WORST attitude you will ever experience in your life!!! Allison is a money hungry B!!!! and knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I hope the money that she got from me that I worked so hard for brings her the most miserable life that hell can offer her. As you can tell from my post I am NOT happy about my choice, and I encourage you to please look at other places that are WORTH the money such as Galopogis or Angel Oregansanz, or even Oheka castle. Trust me, words cannot express my dismay. 55% of my pictures were ruined because their rods were broken, and they decided NOT to fix it for my wedding, and instead TACKED curtains agains a door. The curtains weren't even nicely hung on a ROD for my wedding!!!!!!! Scroll up and recall how much money I SPENT! And when I addressed this after the wedding, all I was given was a SORRY! SORRY cannot FIX My wedding pictures nor does it compensate me for my disappointment. Needless to say I will be taking these money hungry people to court. But I hope that this post WARNS future brides, so that they dont make the STUPID mistake I did!!!! Only reason why I even rated this 1 star is because I put all the flaws aside the day of my wedding because I married the person that I love, and thats what is important. PLEASE do not waste your money on this place and make the heartless ppl that own the place more wealthy. I also think its important to know that years ago they only charged about 3K for this place, so they have been raising their price every YEAR, for the SAME exact venue. Yes they made a few changes in the past few years, but nothing that justifies it costing this much. -
