Choosing the flowerman DIY services was one of my favorite parts of our entire wedding experience! It was so much fun to get together with my mom, mother in law and 3 of my bridesmaids to finally start creating a vision for the big day! Our guide for the day was very helpful and encouraging and even made my bridal bouquet. It was so much fun and something I will remember forever. We used The Flowerman for our wedding and they were amazing from the start! From our first consultation with Christina, who made sense of our vague descriptions, to the DIY day we had to make most of the arrangements, to seeing them all around our venue, everything was smooth and professional. I absolutely loved how all the arrangements turned out! I highly recommend doing the DIY session - it was so much fun and gave me a chance to see everything before the big day! The only designer services we used were for my bouquet and the arch arrangements and the designer reached out to us ahead of time to make sure they understood the vision. The portal they use for communication & invoicing was clear and easy to use too. -

The whole experience was AMAZING! the guide was super knowledgeable and helpful and made the process a breeze. The space was large and comfortable. I can not recommend the DIY flowers enough!!! We ended up having enough leftovers for multiple other arrangements in addition to the ones we planned for which was perfect! If I could give 10 stars I would!!The Flowerman's reply:

Professional Services and some DYI for those who wanted to pitch in.
The Flowerman is a great way to get some pieces done professionally and to do some DYI to save on cost of real flowers. They had consultants to help pick the flowers based on our color preferences and they there was an onsite consultant the day we came to put the arrangements together. They answered all of our questions and they help make it an amazing day. We had a blast doing it. You can bring food and drink with you and just spend some time together reveling in the beauty of the seeing two people who are in love start the rest of their lives. It was wonderful. And who doesn't love having fresh flowers all around! -

I absolutely LOVED The Flowerman!
We went with The Flowerman for our wedding after three of my cousins chose them for their weddings, and I was always stunned by the results. Flowers have always been one of my favorite things, so going into wedding planning, I knew they would be one of the most exciting and important parts of the process.
The thing that stands out the most about The Flowerman is the ability to decide on every aspect of your florals, and to get to build them with your own hands! The DIY party to build our florals was one of the things I was looking forward to the most throughout the entire planning process. It was SO much fun to bring my family and friends and build my bouquet with the flowers of my dreams! Also, the ability to build some items at the location in Dayton and bring other materials home to DIY our own pieces was so nice to keep our vision in budget.
I worked with Kristi at The Flowerman to plan our florals, and I can't say enough about her professionalism, patience, and care throughout the process. She was extremely helpful when picking the florals, honing the design, and working with changes as we got closer to the wedding day. In the end, everything was absolutely perfect, and I felt like we were in the best hands.
I would recommend The Flowerman to any bride! I wish I lived closer so I could stop in and visit their flower cooler more often! Their quality, variety, and overall experience is truly unmatched.The Flowerman's reply:

We did our own DIY flowers for my wedding 8/2/25. It was so much fun to be able to bring close family and my sister to create our flower arrangements and create bouquets for each of my bridesmaids. It was so personal and intimate to see our work on the day of. Our staff member, Jordan, was phenomenal as well and we had a great time!! We used The Flowerman DIY option for our July wedding, and the entire process was wonderful! We met with a florist to share our vision and what we were wanting, and she helped us to pick each individual flower, and even gave us options to make it more affordable and help to keep us in our budget. We were able to do 6 bouquets, 14 boutonnieres, and 5 corsages for around $600, which was much more affordable than other quotes we received from different florists. It was so fun to make the bouquets and arrangements, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful! I couldn't be happier with The Flowerman, and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding florals! -

From start to finish, the Flowerman was phenomenal to work with. The proposal meeting was so much fun, and they were willing to find florals that would match our vision and still be within our budget. We did the DIY option for our wedding, and I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of items we had to make in the 4-hour timeframe we had to do so. When I reached out, they put my fears at ease and talked me through every question and concern. The day of the DIY, Sydney, at the Dayton location was AMAZING. She helped navigate our designs step by step and quickly jumped in when we needed help. You could tell that a) she REALLY loves her job, b) she's REALLY good at what she does, and c) she truly cares about how the bride feels about the finished product. She checked in constantly and took charge of the bridal bouquet to ensure it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I could not recommend The Flowerman enough. Their flowers are gorgeous, their staff is phenomenal, and their DIY package makes the whole process fun and memorable. Beautiful Easy DIY
I chose the DIY route, and heard about the flowerman in Dayton. 10/10 wonderful experience! You get to go with your bridesmaids/mom/etc (limit of 6) to make your own arrangements. Here is the best part though, if you struggle at all or ask for any help - they jump right in and do a phenomenal job! I absolutely loved my bouquet and all the flowers we had. From our very first conversation, the staff at the Flowerman made me feel heard and respected. While other florists seemed to scoff at my lower budget, the Flowerman consultant literally said “You deserve to have beautiful flowers at your wedding, no matter your budget” and told me that I had a wonderful vision for my wedding that they were excited to help come to life. We did the DIY option, which we absolutely LOVED. In addition to it being the cheaper option, it also meant a lot being able to create our own bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. We got to keep all of the scraps to use in our detail shots, toss bouquet, and more! WOW! Honestly, the flowers were one of the favorite parts of my wedding. The quality of the flowers are amazing- they were gorgeous and lasted days after the wedding. We did the DIY event on Thursday for our Saturday wedding, and you couldn't tell the flower pieces were made days in advance. Our DIY instructor was fantastic! We went with the flower man to do DIY bouquets. It was SO much fun for my girls and I to do before wedding day. We had multiple people checking in on us throughout making the bouquets and helping us whenever we needed it. Our bouquets were also so beautiful! The Flowerman did a wonderful job making sure the flowers were perfect for my wedding. My vision kept changing so there were multiple phone calls, appointments, emails, and proposals to make sure the flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. They were so patient with me as I figured it out and gave me advice on what past brides had done.
I loved doing the DIY option for the flowers! It was such a fun bonding activity before the wedding and the step by step instructions were easy to follow with the help of the coach. They even taught us how to wire pinecones to include with the florals. My bridesmaids were so excited to carry their own bouquet down the aisle and I (as the bride) enjoyed personally making my groom's boutonniere. The Flowerman did such a great job making sure the wedding flowers looked great and the DIY option was so much fun to do! Definitely recommend!The Flowerman's reply:

The Flower Man had fair pricing and were very easy to communicate with. We chose their DIY package which was a lot of fun and saved us a lot of money - a note on that though the process did take a while because they had so many other groups to help during the DIY session, so it took longer than I anticipated (past the 8-noon time frame they told us) as some groups needed more individual help than others ( we felt like we were moving faster than other groups) - we had lunch plans that we felt rushed getting too so if I could do it all over again I would probable have made lunch plans for later in the day and brought more snacks so we could just relax and enjoy the process. That being said - even though we did the flowers DIY they still turned out stunning it didn't look "DIYed", a huge part of this is how stunning and fresh their florals are and the variety they are able to source from their vendors. The lady who dropped off our flowers on our wedding day installed our floral arch and they were so beautiful, and well cared for in the travel from the warehouse to our venue. They really heard the vision I gave them and the results were stunning with the floral suggestions they gave me that both worked for the vison and our budget. We even had one guest tell us they were the most beautiful flowers they had EVER seen at a wedding. 10/10 -

I couldn’t say enough amazing things about The Flowerman. The staff was always so welcoming and kind. They were so helpful and managed to make my vision of flowers a reality, everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help when we needed it. The DIY session is so much fun and a great bonding experience for the bridal party! Our flowers were beautiful and everything I ever wanted them to be. Working with The Flowerman for our wedding flowers was a wonderful experience. They did a free consultation where they answered all of my questions and helped me pick what would allow my vision to come to life. The DIY party the day before the wedding was so fun - I'd recommend this to every bride. I was grateful to be able to spend more time with my bridal party, plus I was able to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Our wedding also ended up feeling more personal since we had made the arrangements.

The Flowerman was such a highlight to the wedding planning process! Everyone I worked with from the initial consultation, to emails leading up to the wedding week, and to the DIY construction the week of the wedding was so helpful, organized, and fun. I paid extra for venue delivery and setup and they did a phenomenal job making the venue look amazing! It was also so fun to make all the flowers the week of the wedding with my bridesmaids and mom. We assembled our flowers the day before the wedding and Tori was amazing! She was so helpful and explained the whole process so well. She was also fun! We ended up being the last group there and she gave us very personalized help and made sure everything was perfect. We also had day of delivery and she did such a great job setting everything up. I knew from the moment we were engaged that I wanted to use the Flowerman! I had heard such great things about them but when it came time to hire them for our wedding, my expectations were blown away. During the consultations, they take everything into consideration. I don't have much knowledge on flowers so they helped tremendously in helping me pick what I wanted while staying within my budget. When we postponed from May to September, they made my fall floral vision come to life! The bouquets were more than I could ever dream of. We had the best time making our bouquets with my mother, mother-in-law, and some of my bridesmaids. It was such a special moment to be able to do that together and to be a part of making the floral arrangements. Knowing that I got to help construct my bouquet and my husband and father's boutonniere was so sentimental and meaningful. We had such a great time making our bouquets and boutonnieres at The Flowerman! They did a great job helping us pick out colors, flowers, and extras that make a big difference (dusty miller is awesome!). It is such a precious memory for me getting to work my mother and mother-in-law and some bridesmaids as we created our own flowers! I loved getting to make my own bouquet, and the assistant at The Flowerman even helped me with my vision to make a cascading bouquet. It was such a fun and relaxing time to enjoy in the midst of a busy work and wedding prep season! I would highly recommend others choose The Flowerman, and it also is a huge way to save money, but have some beautiful flowers! -

From our consultation to our construction party, working with The Flowerman was fun, easy, and affordable! The Flowerman was extremely accommodating as I requested changes in specific blooms to lower our budget, as well as a change in the time of our DIY party. We had our construction party on the Friday before our wedding at 8:30 am and it was SO fun! I brought my mom, sister, friend & 2 bridesmaids to help me and we got it done fairly quickly, thanks to Erin! Erin was our leader for the morning and helped us put together our florals, while still teaching us about the blooms and how to best care for them. It was so cool to learn things about flowers that I'll carry with me past the wedding experience. I loved working with Erin at our party and am so thankful we got to have her as our consultant! We had so much fun during our DIY session! It was a great way to start prepping for our wedding weekend with my mom, mother in law, and some of my bridesmaids! Beautiful flowers, great experience!
The Flowerman was an absolutely amazing experience! When we met for our consultation, I came with a couple pictures in mind and with some recommendations from Shelley, I left feeling confident that our flowers would be beautiful. Our wedding was very neutral, and the bulk of the color was going to be in our flowers, so it was very important to me. I also knew I wanted a full bouquet because again, I love flowers! We did the DIY portion for the majority of the flowers, and I had my bouquet done by the florists. The experience was fun for my mom, grandma, sister-in-law and I, and at the end when they brought my bouquet out, I swear the room stopped and everyone stared. It was STUNNING! My bridesmaids, mother and flowergirls mom and sister assembled everything at their warehouse the morning before the wedding and it was definitely a learning experience but so so fun! I would do it again. It not only created memories but also save hugely on the budget. My husband and I opted to have our flowers delivered since it was a morning wedding and also to have centerpieces and aisle decor and our flower arch assembled by the professionals who work here. This was an amazing experience! We did the DIY and chose our flowers from the cooler the day before the wedding. The results were phenomenal! The bridal bouquet and throw away bouquet, the flower crown, bouteniers, and the flowers for decorations were just gorgeous! We had so much help from Annie and had the best time with her! She was amazing!!! We saved so much money and when she told us the total for all that we were getting, we just could not believe it! Great for the clueless bride
On a scale of 1-10 Bridezilla, I was a 1 (maybe a 2 on a bad day). When they asked what my “vision” for the day was, my answer was “to get married.” They were kind enough to go through and dwindle down based on what I didn’t like. I told them that based off of this feedback, I trust them to come up with whatever they thought was best (after all, they are the professionals). They did fantastic!!! We had the best experience with Flowerman! They are so kind and helpful. We met with them several months before to select which flowers we’d like to use for our wedding and they offered helpful tips and suggestions. Throughout the whole planning process they were available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We chose the DIY option and I’m SO happy we did. Not only did the flowers turn out amazing, but we had SO much fun making them!! One of the highlights of my wedding weekend experiences was making the flowers. If you’re hesitant about DIY, trust me...It’s worth it! I went into it knowing absolutely nothing about flowers and I am not at all creative! We had someone help us all morning to make sure we didn’t screw anything up. :) It is DIY but Flowerman is not going to let you walk away disappointed! They will make sure you’re 100% happy with your bouquets and decor! I got so many compliments on our flower selection and arrangements. If you’re in need of a florist I highly recommend Flowerman! -

We opted to use Flowerman due to their DIY option, where they still provide an initial consultation to see what specifics you need, order the flowers, then provide the materials and instruction for you and your crew to put together the arrangements a few days before your wedding. They then maintain your flowers until you are ready for pickup day up. My girls had a good time putting together the flowers (it gave me a better appreciation for the work put into arrangements!), and we felt well taken care of by the employees walking around instructing to assure you are on the right track. This option was perfect, allowing me to afford the greenery otherwise would’ve been completely fake due to my budget. The greenery and spray roses meshed perfectly with my fake flowers for my bouquet, and made pretty garlands. They were so flexible and professional, even when I made changes after my initial order, and being long distance! Highly recommend.The Flowerman's reply:

Stunning and affordable flowers with fun DIY!
We absolutely loved our experience with Flowerman! We did the DIY package and our flowers turned out so gorgeous. We've had so many comments about them, from the beautiful bouquets to the very ambitious backdrop we created with ribbons of greenery and florals. The DIY workshop was so fun as well! We had a great time, and the coaches were so helpful and worked with us to finish everything because our group had the largest order. My mom was originally nervous about it because she didn't feel like she was very craft-inclined, but they're really great about making sure everything looks professional and beautiful. We would highly recommend Flowerman! -

Start to finish the people at the Flowerman are as excited for your wedding as you are. They are helpful and always get the information you need. They are sometimes slow to respond but they warn you up front they are incredibly busy during wedding season. I was convinced that I could make my own bouquets to save money, but The Flowerman was recommended to me by multiple people, and the DIY party sounded like a lot of fun. I was blown away at my consultation, when Jackie spent over an hour with me, meticulously planning out my wedding flowers and helping me be creative on a budget. Prices were very reasonable, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, and they communicated everything clearly and in multiple ways.
