The best in the buisness
First and foremost, Francesca "Frankie" is the BEST in the business. I would 100% recommend TEG over and over again. Hiring Francesca was the best vendor decision I made while planning my wedding! I started following her on Instagram when I got engaged and knew I had to hire her as my wedding planner immediately! I had a vison and it was executed. She made not only the day of my wedding perfect, but she also made the planning process stress free. I never felt a bit overwhelmed once. She is not only a wedding planner, but your advocate, a shoulder to vent to and someone i can call a friend forever. She knows the absolute best vendors in the business. We had a vendor team of over 30 and she executed everything and everyone seamlessly. Her eye for details is unmatched. She gave me the weddinging of my dreams and it would have not been possible without her. She truly is so special and amazing at what she does. Truly grateful. -

Priceless - keep your sanity with Frankie!
Frankie was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was an absolute rock star, and I truly believe our day wouldn't have been possible without her expertise. Her deep knowledge of the area and connections with top-tier professionals made everything seamless, and her ability to keep us on track was invaluable.
As a type A person, I had a million questions, and Frankie answered every single one with patience and precision. She kept us on schedule, coordinated all the wonderful vendors, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Thanks to Frankie, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the moment, knowing that we were the guests of honor, free to focus on our love and the beginning of our marriage journey.

Best wedding planner
From the moment I started wedding planning, I knew I wanted The Eventful Gals. My fiance needed a little convincing on if we needed a wedding planner, but after meeting with Frankie for the first time, he said we NEED her. We booked TEG in fall of 2022 for our February 2024 wedding and Frankie was there every step of the way. She gave us our dream wedding and MORE that somehow was within our budget!! She is REAL, honest, professional, patient, and truly values and cares for all of her couples. She takes the time to listen and get to know you and your vision. She is so knowledgeable and knows what vendors are the best fit for you and she is not afraid to have those tough conversations to ensure you are staying within budget. Even our guests and people in our bridal party said she was a BOSS because she executed everything seamlessly and did not tolerate any nonsense from anyone. She will be your biggest advocate!! We had a large wedding of 200 people that blended our Filipino and Arabic cultures. Incorporating our cultural traditions was very important to us and she designed a timeline and vendor team that helped implement this. I had a specific design vision and high expectations and Frankie NAILED it. No idea is too crazy for her…I wanted a suspended cake and she made it happen while surpassing our expectations. I was not the biggest fan of our venue bar and she completely transformed it to be more modern. Her design ideas, talent, creativity, and thoughtfulness is truly unmatched. She was a shoulder to cry on, someone who steered us in the right direction when there were so many outside opinions, and someone who went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of and stress-free. I was so calm and present on my wedding day because Frankie was there to handle everything. Even throughout our wedding, she constantly checked in on us and made sure our glasses were never empty. She literally was my BRIDAL BESTIE and I could not have made it this past year and a half of planning without her help and expertise. Forever grateful for Frankie and TEG!!!-

Pure Excellence
Where to begin…Froncesca “Franky” better known as among her staff, really showed up showed out for my sons wedding. Doing a destination is hard to begin with, however when you have the professionalism in all areas it really helps. For over 30 years I have been in catering an event planning, this time I was on the other side with my son deciding to get married and away from our hometown. I have high expectations going into an event and a super critic of how it will play out. I was shocked, and truly exceeded my expectations on every detail, there was not one thing that did not show the professionalism, from the venue recommended to the caterer to every staff member. I cannot thank her enough for making their day special and bringing to life every vision they had for it. Thank you again and best of blessings to your business for years to come. -

More than amazing!
We hired TEG for day of coordination and everything was AMAZING!! Everything was on time, stress-free and handled everything behind the scenes with ease! She helped so much along the way with vendor recommendations, budget, invitations, and random questions! Ourselves and our families did not have a single stress the day of which is how it should be. Even with the very few things that didn’t go accordingly, we felt at ease or the problem was fixed and were not made aware of so it didn’t effect our night. Francesca was SO amazing! -

Best Event Planner EVER
There are really no adequate words to describe how overjoyed I am that I booked The Eventful Gals (TEG). There is no better feeling for a bride than knowing that you made the right choice for a vendor.
I booked TEG for Event Management. I was drawn to TEG because of their amazing social media presence particularly on Instagram. I was then further pulled in after watching some of Francesca’s stories and I said “this woman knows what she’s doing”. I sent the inquiry and from first contact she was professional and responsive and that gave me so much peace.
She assured me from the start that my wedding day would be managed and coordinated and that myself nor my now husband would have to worry about a thing. SHE WAS RIGHT.
Francesca was very clear on information and things she needed from me to execute her job properly. She helped me make some difficult decisions regarding vendors, guest list and other tasks.
She ran rehearsal until I felt comfortable with what I saw (anxious bride problems lol) and even gave my mom and I recommendations on where to host our welcome wedding event.
On my wedding day I didn’t have to do a thing but be a beautiful bride and take in everything that was happening all because of Francesca. In one of the photos for this review I’ve attached a photo of myself, my husband and Francesca. I thought it was important to show that photo in particular to emphasize her helpfulness, attention to detail and care for her clients.
I still get a little emotional (a month later) about how amazing everything turned out. I know every bride says it but my day was literally perfect and I have Francesca of TEG to thank for that.
Hiring TEG was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding. Future Brides, please make the right decision and hire TEG. You won’t regret it.-

Amazing group of women!
The whole team we interacted with was incredible. Francesca helped us leading up to the wedding and was so helpful and extremely organized. She helped me with my budget, picking vendors, scheduling, and more. The day of the wedding we had Ashley and wow! Talk about helpful. She was so professional, personable , and AMAZING at her job. During the ceremony she even helped with my niece who is only a year so that we could focus on the ceremony. My venue supplied the Eventful Gals to us and my only regret from my wedding is not hiring them for the entire process. Do yourself a favor and book this vendor first. -

I will recommend TEG forever!
I don't even know where to start! I could truly write a novel. From the first phone call with Frankie, I knew she was the best fit for us. She instantly asks about our wants and needs as a couple and makes it very clear that we are priority, second to our budget of course. ;) I had spoke with a few other planning companies that made me feel like a drop in the bucket and just another dollar coming in for them. The difference with Frankie is that she VALUES her couples. She is not only a wedding planner, but your advocate, a shoulder to cry on, part of your support system - all while working so hard for you. A lot of which we as brides don't even see or hear about - BECAUSE SHE JUST HANDLES IT. Often times I would think "OMG she is helping me with my wedding, and doing the same for so many other brides simultaneously AND balancing her own life as a mom and wife!" Seriously in awe. BUT I always felt like I was important and prioritized. There is no amount of money that can pay for that feeling. It's how wedding planning should be! From the moment my mom and husband met Frankie, they said "Wow she has this under control!!" And THAT is merely it. She knows what she's doing and is SO SO good at it. There was never a worry or wonder. She is organized, punctual, and over all just a great human being that is kick ass in all that she does. She suggested my vendor dream team to me when I didn't know where to start. She was a text or phone call away when I started feeling overwhelmed. And lastly, she is an inspiration. She is real. She will shoot you straight, even if it can be hard to hear. All because she just wants the best for you. She is there every step of the way. I will never be able to thank her and her TEG team enough for giving us our DREAM DAY. Their talent is unmatched and I will recommend TEG forever. THANK YOU FRANKIE & TEG!!!!!!!-

The best wedding planner!
I don’t even know where to start, hiring Francesca was the best vendor decision I made while planning my wedding! I started following her on Instagram when I got engaged and knew I had to hire her as my wedding planner immediately! We started planning during COVID, and had many changes along the way and she was so helpful with decisions that I had to make. At the last minute, our venue had to move our reception outdoors, and she made sure everything still looked beautiful and exactly how I pictured it! She gave me great vendor recommendations and every vendor I hired was absolutely amazing. The actual day of my wedding went so smoothly, and even with some bad weather, everything was perfect. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it would not have happened without Francesca! -

The BEST in the business!
Frankie and the team at the Eventful Gals is the best in the business! As someone who works in the large events industry, I knew from my first conversation with Frankie that her team was experts in the wedding industry. Hiring her and her team was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning season. Throughout the COVID pandemic, Frankie was there for me every step of the way. She is always available for her brides, is an industry expert, and has years of experiences to help you navigate even the most ~unprecedented~ challenges. She listened to all my crazy ideas, talked me through dozens of back up plans and changes and was my biggest advocate. My wedding would NOT have happened had Frankie not been on my team. On the day of the wedding you can expect that The Eventful Gals will go above and beyond in every single aspect. From the big things like decorating and designing to the small things like bringing my husband and new corsage when his got flattened during photos and ensure our champagne flutes were never empty. Frankie and her team did not leave a detail up to chance. They had a plan and were prepared for everything! This is key --- they left nothing up to chance!!! Frankie has a plan for everything and has years of experience to back up why her plans work. If I could give Francesca 6 stars I would. She knows exactly what’s she’s doing, she knew what I was looking for after just speaking to her and meeting her in person at our walk through. She made sure to keep her cool through the ups and downs and the day of was not only flawless but her decoration style was everything I imagined and more. Want your day to be flawless? Hire this woman.
I came across The Eventful Gals website by searching “St. Augustine wedding planners best” and although Google has failed me at times, when it came to Francesca, I knew I was in the right place. Upon viewing her website and reading a portion of her blog, something in me told me that she was the perfect choice for us. My husband I got married December 6th, 2019 with an outdoor ceremony at the Oldest House Gardens and an indoor reception at The White Room. This choice could not have been made without Francesca’s help, as I was considering another venue but very concerned about utility, price and making it work with our vision. Without a monetary commitment or knowing me at all, Francesca hopped on a call with me and took me patiently through every scenario that we may encounter with each venue choice. After that phone call, the rest is history.
Francesca assisted with our planning process through every avenue you can imagine, from laying out our budget, to invites, reviewing important documents, design input, calls with vendors, and even meeting with vendors on our behalf (as we live about 5 hours from our wedding destination.) We trusted her implicitly and she was always available night and day for texts, emails or calls. She even caught an error on one of the horrendously long contracts and saved us many headaches knowing that she was reviewing everything before we signed! We had some custom items made for our reception, and she went above and beyond and told us to have them delivered to her house and she would bring them with her on the day of. She kept us in the loop with everything that our vendors were working on, which made me so confident that our big day would be absolutely perfect, and it was!
The day of our wedding, Francesca came in to check on me, and kept everything organized, timelines in check and rude family members under control LOL. Her passion and work ethic is enviable, and it honestly makes me cry thinking back to how much effort she put into not only our day, but ensuring that every detail was perfect from tablecloth color schemes to our last dance song. It makes me so happy to know that I consider Francesca not only my wedding planner for the best day ever, but also a lifelong friend. I LOVE YOU FRENCHIE ;)-

A true miracle worker!
Francesca is a true god send! I could not have had anyone better to plan my big day! I was skeptical if I needed to hire a planner in the beginning but our wedding truly would not have been the same without her. The best, do not hesitate to hire
Where do I begin?? Frankie was not only my wedding coordinator, but she became my friend, truly she is one of the kindest, most genuine human beings, who also happens to run a badass business, The Eventful Gals, or TEG. From the very beginning, Frankie was available at all times, at all hours, even when my package did not necessarily include full service planning. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her, or was asking for more than she was willing to give. In fact, she always told me to not apologize when I said "sorry to bother you" or "sorry for all the questions". This is priceless as a clueless bride planning a wedding. On our wedding day, Frankie just blew us away. I consider myself a perfectionist so before meeting Frankie, I just honestly figured no one would ever quite be able to execute the vision I had in my head. Well, I was wrong. Frankie killed it. I mean every single detail was amazing and somehow even better than I dreamed. She coordinated everything with the vendors for the 30 days prior to the wedding and on the day, and omg that was so nice to not have to stress about the small details! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we had no idea. She is just that good. Our cups were always full, she made sure we ate, she made sure we danced, she even boxed up our leftover desserts and had them waiting in the get away car along with our overnight bags! She goes above and beyond, and most importantly, she is just an amazing human, someone I am lucky to now call my friend! I promise, you will not be disappointed, 100/10 would recommend!-

The BEST Decision You Can Make!
Where do I even begin?!! Francesca Cooper absolutely DEFINES what is means to be a professional wedding planner and everything that means -- budget analysis, logistics coordinator, design consulting, industry trends, venue options, vendor knowledge, timeline creator, client advocate, and so much more! She's responsive, hard-working, knowledgable, reliable, supportive, honest, caring, open, personable, amazing, and I could go on and on! This woman has it ALL!
Francesca wholeheartedly believes in the client experience and education and gives you all the information you will ever need to know. She believes in this so much that she's constantly posting education sessions on her Instagram stories for anyone who's navigating the wedding planning process - you owe it to yourself to go check her out right now!
We approached Frankie with little knowledge about weddings beyond knowing what we didn't want and after only 10min of talking with her, we knew we had to book her. We handed over the reigns and over the next 2.5 years, she proved time and time and time again that she was worth every single cent! It didn't matter how full her schedule was, if it was 8am or 8pm, or what was going on, she ALWAYS made time for us and made us feel valued. When others tell you it can't be done, she will find a way and deliver. She helped us see the possibilities and brought our vision to life. Our entire day went smoothly with Frankie and her team constantly 6 steps ahead of everything - which is no small feat since we had ceremony AND reception in the same space after a room flip. This woman is an absolute BOSS and dream to work with! She is 100% the BEST DECISION we made in the entire 2.5 year process and one I would make again and again every time.
You OWE IT TO YOURSELF to hire the BEST in the industry! The Only Person I Would Ever Trust with My Big Day
When I got engaged, I wasn't sure if I was going to use a planner at all. I set up a call with Francesca just to get more info and within 5 minutes I knew I needed her. I was engaged for a little over a year and within that year, my husband and I truly felt like we had a good friend on our side planning our big day. Francesca took in everything i envisioned and made it a reality all staying within my budget. She suggested vendors that fit US and OUR style, not just people she liked. She told us how I could make "X" happen realistically and cost effectively rather than just letting me spend thousands of dollars on something I found on Pinterest (LOL). Most importantly, she made our wedding day the best day of our lives. If anything went wrong, we had no idea. She made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times. She made sure we ate. She made sure my dad didnt have all of the desserts before dinner even started. She made the venue look better than I could have ever envisioned and lead our team of vendors to perfection. #1 Boss Lady
My wedding was on May 25th, 2019 and my only wedding regret was not hiring Francesca sooner! I brought her on board for event management after I had booked most of my vendors,and I know if I had met her sooner things would have been a lot less stressful and I probably would have saved more money! None the less I am so happy I had Francesca there for me! She was always available to talk or text, stayed late for me when I was stuck in traffic, talked me off the ledge when I was about to lose my cool at my rehearsal, helped jonathan and I pose for our cake cutting because we’re super awkward, and made sure no one started a fire because they were too drunk to have a sparkler during my grand exit! A must have on your wedding day
Francesca has turned me into a complete wedding planner advocate! I encourage any bride to make sure you book a wedding planner for your day, it is a necessity. Like many brides, I was on the fence about booking a planner, it was not an expense I had originally budgeted for. I booked all of my vendors myself and knew what I wanted for my day but when I thought about all of the money I was spending on my dream vendors, I knew it would be an absolute waste if there was not someone there actually executing the vision of our day. That is where the amazing, wonderful Francesca comes in!
I booked Francesca for event management and as soon as I did, a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. From talking with Francesca on the phone and following her wisdom on Instagram, I knew immediately my wedding was in good hands. Francesca is an absolute professional, who has an incredible amount of knowledge of the wedding industry. I was able to go to Francesca throughout the wedding planning process with any questions that I had and she was always able to answer and offer recommendations.
She coordinated with all of my vendors to create a flawless wedding day timeline and made sure it was perfectly executed. My day was perfect. In my eyes there were zero hiccups because even if there were (as I'm sure there were) I have no knowledge of them because Francesca took care of everything. She made my day stress free for me, my bridal party, my mom and everyone else involved in creating our day. Not only was she there to make every detail perfect, she was also there to stand with my grandma while my mom pulled around the car. She is there for every small moment, where you did not even realize you needed her. My mom and family still talk about how sweet and helpful Francesca was.
I have been in weddings where no planner was involved and it is an incredibly different and more stressful experience.
You must book The Eventful Gals for your day, you will be so grateful that you did!!

I was in your shoes a year ago after getting engaged. I already knew who I wanted for photo/video, DJ, and caterer, so I didn't think I would need much help. I WAS SO WRONG. I started to panic, so I reached out to Francesca because I was following her Instagram for tips on wedding planning. From the very first phone call I knew I needed her to be my coordinator. She is professional, knowledgeable, funny, and REALISTIC. I hadn't even booked with her yet and she was already helping me find my venue. She has a family and a business that is clearly doing so well, yet she always made me feel like her only client and was quick to reply every single time. Not only did she answer a thousand questions for me throughout the wedding planning process and gave me guidance with every decision I was making, she was such an angel on the day of. It rained 5 minutes before the ceremony, of course... but when the shower stopped she was there to wipe EVERY seat for the guests to sit down. When we ran out of Corona, she went to the closest store to get more. She directed guests throughout the night and made everything flow seamlessly. She was always there with drinks for my husband and I. She was also the one that gave me the idea to do a private last dance which was our FAVORITE part of the night. So many of my guests commented on how efficient, focused, and sweet she was. WOW. I could go on and on but I'll stop... just book with The Eventful Gals. You won't regret it. I can't thank you enough, Francesca, for making all of my wedding dreams come true. -

My daughter got married on June 8, 2019 and I must say that we were beyond pleased with our experience with event gals. I highly recommend them well worth the money Franchesca was so sweet and helpful to help make my daughters wedding day a great experience I will recommend them to anyone it was so nice they really took away alot of the stress especially on the day of the wedding I couldn't have imagined doing it without them!! -

You can't have a wedding without The Eventful Gals!
I never knew I needed a planner, until I met Francesca with The Eventful Gals. She had come to us highly recommended, and within minutes of our consultation, I knew I have to have The Eventful Gals Team on my big day. Francesca specifically played a key role in bringing my wedding vision to life. She is organized, prompt, knowledgeable, kind, honest, fair, worth the investment, has a great reputation and the list goes on. It did not matter if we needed assistance at 8 am or 7 pm, she was responsive. Having a planner who is easy to get a hold of and truly has every intention of making your day a DREAM com true. My husband and I got married February 23, 2019 in St Augustine FL. We were married in the Bascilica with reception at the White Room. The Eventful Gals CRUSHED it. I felt like I was a celebrity all day, from a perfect timeline, flawless communication, and seamless wedding. Sure, some things don't always go as planned on wedding day, but Francesca and her team are always 10 steps ahead of you, planning for those "What IF" moments. I am so extremely thankful to have them on my day, my mom was able to enjoy makeup, hair, snacks and ceremony stress free. It is a true challenge trying to decide if a planner is worth it. RUN... don't walk to The Eventful Gals for your wedding planning services. Worth it, ten fold.

One. Of.a. Kind.
If there was one person that I couldn’t live without throughout this process and on our wedding day (aside from my husband, of course), it would be Francesca, hands down. If you’re reading this and you have not booked a planner yet, stop everything you’re doing and SEND HER AN EMAIL RIGHT NOW!!! Let me sum up TEG in a few words in case you don’t bother reading this entire post – Here’s what you really need to know: She’s organized, responsive, supportive, personable, responsible, hard-working, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, the best in the business, and overall AMAZING! Francesca far exceeded all of my expectations and she never failed to go above and beyond for me. She is truly a gem, you guys.
Now, time for a little backstory: At the very beginning of the planning process, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but I knew that with the time of year that I had in mind, I needed to get moving as quickly as possible to get a date locked in. Once we did that, I began inquiring about different vendors from photographers, hair & makeup artists, etc., but didn’t consider a planner just yet. About a month went by and I began locking in contracts with a few different vendors when I got a text from my (future) MIL that I should really consider at least a day-of-coordinator after talking with a friend whose daughter just got married. The following day, I met a young woman at the nail salon who was also planning her wedding and just a couple months away from her big day, so I decided to strike up a conversation. I told her I was still on the fence about a planner and she said without hesitating, “HIRE A PLANNER! It will be the best thing you do.” That’s when I reached out to TEG. My very first phone call with Francesca was so easy, it was fun, and most of all, it wasn’t stressful at all. I didn’t feel pressured to sign a contract and I didn’t feel that I had smoke blown up my behind, as some vendors like to do. I honestly felt that I was just talking with a friend about my wedding and that’s when I knew that I had to hire her. Looking back, I wish that I had booked her from the very beginning because her incredible knowledge and expertise in every step of the planning process is unmatched, but I’m thankful that we snagged her when we did. Francesca was on the other end of the phone one day, listening to me cry and slightly panic after something didn’t go quite as planned, and reassured me that it would be okay and that we would find a solution. Not even an hour after our call ended, she texted me with several alternatives on how we could move forward. It was in that moment that I knew hiring her was the best decision that I had made. Not that I ever doubted it before, but the reassurance of knowing that I had someone ON MY TEAM who would have my back NO MATTER WHAT was a feeling that couldn’t be matched. THIS IS WHY TEG IS ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS YOU GUYS!!! Let me back up to my statement about wishing I had booked her sooner. Three words: preferred vendors list! Francesca has the experience that most brides lack (unless you’re in the wedding business yourself) and she is there to help you find the best team of vendors that fits you, your style, and your needs. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF PEOPLE! Fast forward to just a handful of months before the big day - I ran into another problem (again, I will beat this point until it’s dead: this is why I wish I had hired her before booking vendors) and she was right there, ready to fix the issue, and didn’t stop until we found a solution. And then the wedding day came… It was a cloudy and rainy day in Jacksonville, but I was ready, I was excited, I was calm, cool, and collected. There was not a moment of worry or stress and I have TEG to thank for this. Every detail, every minute, every move was planned out perfectly and TEG was behind all of it. Sure, the rain definitely caused some of our plans to change, but Francesca was right there, ready to go, and adjusted accordingly to ensure the changes went smoothly. I could honestly go on for days about how incredible she is, but I’ll leave you all with this: TEG helped make all of my wedding dreams a reality and if I had it all to do over again, I would choose her 10 times out of 10. My husband wanted to add a few words to this as well: “Francesca always had answers when we had questions or when an issue came up. Most importantly, she was reliable and helped us in ways that went beyond what was necessary. She made the whole process one we will never forget.” Francesca became an incredible forever friend throughout this process, and I am so blessed to be a part of the TEG family. She is one of the most incredible human beings I’ve ever met, and she will always have the most special place in my heart. WE LOVE YOU TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH!!! -

Francesca and her team are the absolute best!!! She was such a pleasure to work with, and the day of was flawless. I did not have to worry or think about a thing, and neither did my family.
Not only did I love working with her, but several of my family members and friends have made a point to sing her praises also.

Francesca Cooper is the BEST! I almost made the mistake of coordinating my own wedding, I am so glad that we hired her and her team to coordinate. She is professional but down to earth and very easy to talk to. She responded quickly to every question I asked. Smooth, Stress-free process
Francesca is a true professional. She starts with a full analysis of your budget. That gave me such peace of mind because I knew she wasn't going to let me get my heart set on things I couldn't afford for my big day. Because my fiance and I are planning this wedding from out-of-state, we don't have the time, connections or resources to spend researching perfect vendors. She does all of that for us, and presents us with vendors she think will best fit our personality and style (AND BUDGET)! I have NO FEAR going into my wedding that the day will be anything short of perfection. She is responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable about this industry. Your mom and best friends don't have the same connections that a wedding planner does - if you're newly engaged (CONGRATS) - now, unload the planning on someone other than family/friends, so that everyone's only priority that day is having the best day ever! Like most everything in life, you get what you pay for - she is worth every penny. -

Truly the best
Picture your wedding day. It’s supposed to be perfect right? Of course! It’s your big day, the one and only, the final walk! Now, picture your average wedding planner. We’ve all seen the Wedding Planner right? Classic. Now, everyone who has been married and who has had mishaps rightly knows that the woman from that movie does not exist, right? Well, let me be the first to negate the claim that “The Wedding Planner” is not based on a real woman. Francesca Cooper is the optimus prime of wedding planners. She literally transforms on the wedding day to the knight in planning armor. If there was one thing that could have gone wrong at our wedding, Francesca thwarted it before we had the opportunity to even idealize an issue. Our wedding was smooth, perfect, and all of the vendors were nudged in the right directions at exactly the right times. I would like to further mention that our dining room setup, solely her doing, was something from a Disney movie. If I heard the words “this is perfect” one more time during the evening, I may have started believing that life could run as smoothly as one of her weddings. Please, if there is one thing to add to your wedding let it be Francesca with TEG. Francesca, from Lyndsey and myself: You made our day the best that it could be, and the memories of our wedding will be some of the warmest and happiest that we share together for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much for being there for us, and for making our wedding perfect and amazing in every facet of the word. We had no idea that our dream wedding could happen without a hiccup.
On a personal note: Francesca checked on me up until the big day and assured me that everything was okay and would work out just the way I have always dreamed, I can not tell you the amount of times she said "It is what you want, its your day!".

BRIDES- Trust my words & read the entire thing! After making an appt. w/Frankie a year or so out, we ran two hours late to our appt. due to a flat tire.. And she still welcomed us with open arms at 9pm on a work night! I knew within moments that she was the planner for us- committed, accommodating, & professional. My priority at the start of wedding planning was to find a planner who understood us, wasn't intimidated by my attention to detail yet accepted when I didn't want to make decisions, & believed in the union of love she'd be working for! Not only did Frankie check all of these boxes, she quickly became one of my favorite women I've had the honor of knowing! Over the course of planning, we moved to a new city and relied heavily on Frankie's recommendations for vendors & design. She eased my mind regarding every single aspect of our day & managed to deal with my freak outs.. day or night, while she was busy being a wife and mom of two! I realized as our day approached how lucky we were to have Frankie during our planning process, but it all came full circle the day of the wedding. To have bridesmaids, guests, & even groomsmen and other vendors notice what a rockstar our planner was made my heart so full, & so proud to be not only her client, but also her friend. Frankie made it clear from the start of our meeting that every single detail was up to us, and never pushed us in a certain direction because it was the easiest option for her. She took our style, vision, & budget into consideration, guided us to the best vendor team that she knew wouldn't let us down, & served as the glue that held said team together from start to finish. Frankie was invested in the success of our wedding like it was her own; my only regret is not booking her sooner. Having the insight & support of your planner when hiring a vendor is something you can't put a price on, which is why hiring TEG was the best decision of our planning process. The first day I met The Eventful Gals Team, I was blown away. It may have been their adorable office setup, or the kind and genuine vibe they gave off, but they seemed to be on top of everything! I used the Eventful Gals as my day of coordinator, and my only regret was that I didn't have them from day 1 of wedding planning. The Eventful Gals continued to make me feel at ease throughout my wedding planning process, and even though they were only supposed to be coordinators for the wedding day, I truly felt like they went above and beyond. I have heard many stories of brides stressing out on their wedding day, but I can honestly say that my wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined, and I have to thank The Eventful Gals for that! The best part about it is, Francesca and Jessica were as sweet as can be during the planning... but even after I have stayed in touch and created a friendship. My husband and I are both beyond happy with The Eventful Gals! -

Quality: 5/5. I was very impressed with the level of service that we received. There literally was not one flaw all day (that I know of), and I credit this to Francesca and her team. I know that is hard to believe because something always goes wrong on the day of. Bonus- we got to eat dinner!
Responsiveness: 5/5. Francesca was always available via email, text or call and her replies were usually instant. She even contacted me the morning after the hurricane just to let me know that our venue was not damaged and everything was ok. She was evacuated, caring for her children/personal responsibilities and still made her clients a priority!
Professionalism: 5/5. We had an issue with our venue that sadly put her in the middle with her hands tied. It would have been easy to “side with the bride” but she gave us an honest explanation to seeing both sides and I respect that. Instead of dramatizing the situation, she assured me that no matter to outcome she would be onsite to handle everything and that our wedding day would not be negatively impacted.
Value: 5/5. If I could give Francesca 10 stars in this category I would. The amount of time and effort put into a wedding day is indescribable. From dealing with all of the vendors, to organizing every little detail and answering 1,000 questions… Francesca more than delivered.
Flexibility: 5/5. I feel like this is one of the most important categories when it comes to wedding coordination. Being able to successfully adjust plans on a whim is not easy. Towards the end of our reception we noticed that guests were starting to leave and we still had 30 minutes of dancing time left. My husband and I decided that we wanted to cut that time out and do our sparkler exit as soon as possible in hopes that as many guests as possible would be able to participate. We voiced this to Francesca and within 10 minutes our last dance was complete and the guests were lined up outside with sparklers in hand!

I contacted Francesca back in February of this year as I was looking to plan a surprise engagement at the Lightner Museum for March. I knew I wanted to propose to my now fiancé in the museum’s courtyard but was unsure of the logistics.
The Eventful Gals were found randomly online and when I called Francesca and explained my vision, she was ready to lift her wand to create some engagement magic! Everything I wanted to do was doable and she assured me of that. During the weeks prior to the big day, she worked with the museum to make sure a ceremony was not going to be held in the courtyard during my proposal, she made dining suggestions and then arranged for reservations post-proposal, and coordinated the photographer who would capture the moment.
Francesca delivered on every promise, as our proposal is a day my fiancé and I will never forget. To further cement this statement, I remember calling her a few days before the proposal to see if she could have sunflowers on the table at the restaurant as those are my fiancé’s favorite. She was unsure if they were available due to season, but of course she made it happen. When we walked into dinner and saw the flowers I was speechless and for that I am forever grateful for all of her hard work.
For any one reading this review and is thinking about proposing to your significant other in St. Augustine, please give Francesca at The Eventful Gals a call you will not regret it.

We had a long engagement, so I found The Eventful Gals almost 2 years ago and knew as soon as I talked to Francesca that she was what I wanted in a day of coordinator. She answered all of my questions and was always a great sounding board for decisions we were trying to make. Not only is she great at her job, she is the sweetest person to work with.
On the day of the wedding, she was absolutely fantastic. I did not have to worry about one single thing! She was there for the whole day, told everyone where to be at what time, fixed my brothers broken tuxedo button, cleaned up glass 5 minutes prior to the ceremony starting, and I did not stress about any of it because I knew that Francesca had it handled. She has great relationships with the vendors and she made sure my vision for the whole day came together, and it was perfect! She stays calm, but gets the job done and doesn't mess around. At the end of the night, she packed up all of our decorations/gifts, packed them in our cars, and brought us our keys to the bar. She goes above and beyond, I would recommend The Eventful Gals over and over. -

My day just would not have been the same if I didn't have Francesca there making my very motley crew pay attention! There are times when you sit down to try to put your feelings about someone on to paper and you know that no matter what you say, your words will never do them justice. That is how I feel in this moment, just one short week out from my wedding – there are no words to describe just what Francesca and The Eventful Gals mean to me. I started my search for a planner almost 2 years before my desired wedding date, and after meeting with a few, I knew that I wanted to spend the next almost 2 years planning my November 4th wedding with her and they were literally the most fun years ever!! Francesca was with me every step of the way, she introduced me to the best vendors, that she knew not only would be able to make my vision come to life, but also stay within my budget. She literally made every single one of my crazy ideas happen perfectly and within budget!! She was the calm when I started to freak out, she was my resolution for every single problem that crept up, she was my breath of fresh air, a shoulder to cry on, and the best at making me laugh!! On the day of our wedding she was a miracle worker, who transformed an empty space into the most beautiful space a bride could hope for, she executed the day with such precision and perfection, not a single guest wanted for anything, my husband (ah! Husband!!) and I were attentively taken care of, shielded from the craziness I’m sure the day brought and were left to just have fun and enjoy!! My new mother-in-law said after the wedding, “It’s like she was always exactly where you needed her!” and that is incredibly true, and was true of our whole planning process!! She was always one step ahead of me, always right there with an answer (including the hours after giving birth to her son! I still can’t believe that!!) and on the day of, always right there with champagne!! Do yourself a favor and hire The Eventful Gals - next to saying "yes" it will be the best choice you have ever made!! -

Francesca and The Eventful Gals team truly are the best! She definitely made the wedding planning process stress free, even after our original venue cancelled with us 3 months prior to the big day!! Our wedding day was a dream come true. We received so many compliments on our wedding décor and it was all because everything together so perfectly. I was looking for someone who on the day of my wedding could handle all the little aspects so that I could just enjoy every moment. The day of my wedding not only did everything run well, but I didn't even notice how well it ran until after the wedding. In other words, everything ran so smoothly that I never had to wonder who needed to do what or what was going to be happening next and that's unusual for me. Not only was the day of great, but leading up to it Francesca was always available to help with any random question I had! Another added bonus were her vendors she recommended; none of whom disappointed! -

Working as an event coordinator myself I wasn't sure if I really wanted to hire a coordinator and where to even begin with the whole process. I decided to meet with a few coordinators and after meeting Francesca with The Eventful Gals I knew I needed to hire her for "day of coordination". Her warm personality and obvious attention to detail made me know she was the right coordinator from the beginning- my husband agreed too! Francesca was HUGE when it came down to rehearsal and "day of" schedules. She worked so well with all of my vendors (some local and some that traveled) and her organizational kills are unmatched. I had a larger wedding with a fairly large bridal party and without Francesca's organization and good working relationship with the many vendors we had it would have been VERY easy for us to run off course. Because of Francesca I was able to 100% enjoy my ceremony and reception at River House without ANY worries at all. She had everything taken care of and didn't miss a beat. There is no way the busy wedding celebration would ever have run so smooth had Francesca not been involved. She was wonderful and I highly recommend her services for any event! There is simply no way for me to possibly recommend this amazing wedding planner enough!!! From the very beginning Francesca as been more than what I ever envisioned a wedding planner is supposed to be. She became a friend. Without knowing a thing about each other Frankie spent countless hours emailing back and forth with me about all my countless stressors, budget concerns, and all out mess that had become my wedding planning process. She astounded me with how kind and caring she was about our wedding concerns and how much she reached out and helped me long before a discussion of payment was ever even brought up. She sees her clients as people and friends not a dollar sign and won't stop until your day is a complete reflection of you. She is available literally day and night, anytime a concern popped up i had an immediate response. You feel as a bride that this woman is planning for you and you only!!! Having an out of town wedding in her hometown of St. Augustine made things harder for my groom and I as we had no idea what vendors to use. Frankie immediately pointed us in the exact direction of the most absolute perfect vendors to use start to finish. It may seem hard to place full confidence in someone you barely know but she knows exactly what we needed and right in our budget. Everytime we met with her recommended vendors we were blown away at how on the money she was. She took what was a rough time for our family and literally made our wedding this dream come true, so much better than we ever imagined. My husband can be picky and tough to please and he was speechless at how perfect she made our wedding. We will look back at our wedding day and always cherish it as one of the best days of our lives ..... because of her. When i say run and book her AS FAST AS YOU CAN... i mean it... do yourself a favor and get the full planning package.... you won't regret it... she's an expert worth every penny!!! -

The first time I talked to Francesca I knew I was going to hire her. She was so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable without acting cocky. I needed someone down to earth and she was definitely my girl. Throughout the wedding planning phase, I could contact her and she would write me back almost instantly. She picked my DJ and my videographer for me and I’m so thankful for that. They were both perfect. My wedding day was absolutely perfect. She did everything perfect. Nothing went wrong at all and if it did, I didn’t know nor care because she was on top of it. I can’t thank her enough and you should hire her! You won’t regret it! -

5.0 is not a good enough rating for The Eventful Gals. Francesca and Zoey are 10's all around! When Francesca showed up to our consultation with her binder and checklist in hand, I knew she was the one my Type-A self needed! Although we only hired her for day of services, she was helpful throughout the planning process with various vendor related issues that I had. She and her assistant Zoey were always quick to respond to my e-mails and texts and they made me feel so at ease in the days leading up to the wedding and during. They even went above and beyond in delivering our gifts and decorations to our hotel room after the reception. The Eventful Gals ooze dependability and professionalism and are worth every penny! -

Going into my wedding I was set on doing everything myself, despite everyone telling me it was a bad idea. I did this for a while, and had a good handle on the big picture stuff, but all the details were extremely overwhelming. I couldn’t figure out how everything would come together and I was in way over my head. That’s when I decided to hire Francesca with The Eventful Gals. I hired her as my day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond her call of duty. She helped me from the day I hired her, keeping me organized, on time, and giving vendor recommendations when needed. I constantly bounced ideas off of her and she was always quick to respond with her thoughts and honest opinions. We met in person and my husband and I felt like she just “got it”. She understood what we wanted and our personal situation, and because of this rapport we created she was able to ensure everything ran smoothly on our big day. She was there for US and what WE wanted, not the venue or our parents or anyone else. On our wedding day she was a ROCK STAR. She was everywhere! Putting out fires I didn’t even know existed, making sure everything was as it should be, and there to help with anything that was needed. She was a friend, and I really don’t think my wedding would have been the same without her. Francesca’s hard work ensured everything was as I wanted it, and that I could relax and enjoy myself the whole day. Even after the wedding she continued to follow up with us, and surprised me with a beautiful wedding hangar after I lost mine (even though she had nothing to do with me losing it!). I can’t say enough great things about The Eventful Gals, you won’t be disappointed with them! -

The Eventful Gals are the epitome of efficient and professional. Francesca and Stephine put my mind at ease throughout planning and wedding weekend. They saved the day when mishaps occurred on wedding day- I completely forgot our appetizer platters, we ran out of cake plates (I was not even aware of this until after the wedding), etc. They kept me on track during planning and made sure that my husband and I were happy and completely satisfied throughout planning and the wedding. They were respectful of and receptive to all of our ideas and desires and offered their advice when needed. They made sure that every aspect of our wedding ran smoothly, My husband even said that The Eventful Gals are the vendor we could not have gone without during our whole wedding experience, and I feel the same way. One of my bridesmaids has booked her wedding next September with them as well. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire them, and if you are looking into hiring someone for planning/coordinating, you should definitely consider The Eventful Gals. -

We can't say enough great things about The Eventful Gals, specifically Francesca Cooper. We had our wedding day 95% pre-planned when we started to work with her, but needed someone we could trust to carry out the details we'd lined up on that day. When we met with her we instantly hit it off and her friendly, reassuring demeanor was exactly what we needed to complete the remaining 5% (details/logistics in which we had no prior experience). She was responsive throughout the planning process and each piece we gave her to handle was expertly addressed. Our special day was made even more so thanks to her.
If you're considering a planner/coordinator, I assure you that you don't have to look any further than The Eventful Gals. Your big day will be in great hands and you'll soon be on the other side (as we now are!) looking back on a perfect day.

One of the best decisions I made was booking The Eventful Gals for their day of wedding package. Stephine was a pleasure to work with and I didn't have to worry about a single detail. The bridesmaids and myself forgot out bouquets at the place we were getting ready at and within 15 minutes Stephine had them at the church. She handled everything with such professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone who truly wants to have a stress free wedding day!! -

Francesca is an excellent day of wedding coordinator! After being a bridesmaid 9 times before my own wedding I was not the easiest to work with, as I was a big "micro-manager". Frankie did an amazing job at taking all that stress away from me the day of the wedding and answered every wedding question I had leading up to. Everything came together better than I could've ever imagined. Frankie allowed my family, my husband and I to enjoy the night while her staff took care of the details, and she even came to the rescue with a safety pin when we had a minor wardrobe malfunction. She definitely took care of everything and I am so grateful to have had as a part of our special day.

I honestly cannot express all the love and appreciation I have for the Eventful Gals. After interviewing over 5 planners during our 14 month engagement I just couldn't seem to find one that fit what we were looking for until I found them. I had already secured my vendors but living 500 miles from our venue proved to be a bit tricky. It was frustrating at times but Francesca, who was my point person throughout the process, never let me down. She was there through every fire, every single one of my dumb ideas and beared with me every single time I changed my mind. In a word: lifesaver. She took charge at the rehearsal and made me feel at ease and like I could enjoy the weekend. Stephine was my day of coordinator and to say she was phenomenal would be a giant understatement. My family was so complimentary of Her and she never bothered me with setup questions but rather just let me enjoy the day stress free. She even helped late at night when my MOH had a little too much to drink. If you don't hire them, it will be your biggest regret throughout the process I can promise you that. -

If you are looking for awesome and easy to work with wedding coordinators – look no further! The Eventful Gals was one of the best investments we made for our BIG day and we highly recommend to book with them! Initially, my fiancé and I were in over our heads with DIY projects and all of the planning that goes into a wedding that we didn’t even think about who would meet vendors on the day of or who would set up the ceremony/reception sites, etc. I (the bride), along with my mom, met with Francesca and Stephine for the initial consultation. They both made us feel at ease and reassured us that they would take care of a number of things that we were worried about. After meeting with them, my fiancé and we immediately decided upon “day of coordination”. Throughout the planning process, TEG were always quick to respond to any questions we had via email. Stephine even took some time out of her evening to answer questions we had about our ceremony the night before our rehearsal. We were most appreciative of the time that Stephine took to also attend our reception venue walk-through (which was a little longer than planned) and we collectively decided on the layout of the venue and discussed a lot of the details then. After the walk-through, my engineer fiancé drafted an electronic layout of the reception venue and where items were to be placed and we thank TEG for being so patient with our type-A personalities! We also thank them for the hard work that they put into our rehearsal and wedding day! They really made our BIG day so special and even my mom is still raving about how happy she was that we hired TEG! We were also especially happy that TEG ensured we got to enjoy our dinner before visiting with our guests :) THANK YOU Stephine and Francesca for your professionalism, your kindness, and your amazing work! I contracted with The Eventful Gals for day-of services for my wedding. I met with Francesca to start and ended up working with Stephine for my big day. Both ladies were friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable (I met with two other planners before choosing Eventful).
Working with Stephine was such fun. She is so fun and enthusiastic; it's like planning a wedding with a good friend. She helped with me with much more than the day-of planning and prep. She recommended other vendors, she was responsive when I emailed her with questions or for feedback; she went with me to meet my DJ and for my reception venue walk-through, which was so helpful for someone who's never been married and needs help with best practices for a wedding.
She kept everyone in line at my rehearsal and, day-of, she was amazing. She helped to set up and break down my reception venue, organized all my vendors and made sure they showed up on time. She helped navigate the photographers and stayed with me before to help and asked me before she moved on to do anything else, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She made sure everything ran smoothly and mitigated our few mishaps: gently telling me my cake had slightly collapsed, but that she'd turned it around so no one would notice, and when the caterer messed up our order, she dealt with them during the reception and after to work out the compensation.
She was a joy and an immense help. My in-laws, who paid for her services as a gift, were so impressed and appreciative. They considered her essential and I agree.

We used The Eventful Gals as Day of Coordinators for our October 2014 wedding in Ponte Vedra Beach. We knew having someone help the day of would be extremely helpful and take the stress off of us. It was one of the best decisions we made planning our wedding. We explained exactly what we wanted and they were able to set everything up and pull it off even better than we had envisioned. Frankie eased our minds as our wedding date came closer and closer. Our wedding took place at a beachside home in the backyard. They turned this non-event space into an amazing venue that was so much more than we ever imagined. Both Frankie and Steph were there the day before for the rehearsal. Steph stood in for our officiant who failed to appear and really eased our minds in case he didn't show up on the wedding day. They supervised as things were setup by vendors and they truly went above and beyond. One of our vendors was over 4hrs late delivering and they stayed until after 10:30pm. We wanted for nothing on the wedding day. They really were there whenever we needed them for whatever it was... a drink, food, to help cool off the bride, just checking in... They were very professional but extremely friendly and fun to be around. Steph got on the dance floor and taught the bride how to wobble. We ended up having the best day of our lives that day and we owe a lot of credit to The Eventful Gals. We absolutely couldn't have done it without them. We highly recommended them and their services. We will be using them for any large parties in our future. Thank you guys for everything!! -

Where do I even begin? I contacted The Eventful Gals after many stressful nights and tears. Planning an out of town wedding was much harder than i could ever have imagined. Not only out of town but at a house where I had to hire and organize all my own vendors. Francesca called me back immediatly and calmed my nerves and offered suggestions. I knew then and there that a "day of coordinator: was a must. I payed for her outside of my wedding budget with my own money because my sanity and relationship depended on it. lol . From the start she was helpful , sweet and calming even when i was freaking out. She always kept in contact with me and answered any questions I needed. Come the day of I didnt have to deal with anything...no timelines, no decor , no questions..nothing. That alone was worth every penny. She went above and beyond and I could not of done this without her. Her husband was by her side on the day of helping and he also was so kind and helpful. Stephine with the eventful gals was my main contact and she was fantastic! They are very responsive and made sure to stay on top of things. Stephine also researched Filipino traditions for the ceremony to educate herself more on what to expect. These girls are AMAZING!!!!!! This was honestly the best money I spent at my wedding. I just wish I had used them for more than just the day of services! I was truthfully a little skeptical of having a day of coordinator at all, and I really am so glad I did! I know my day would not have gone as smoothly without them. There is so much that goes on during that day especially during the wedding that you really need a professional to handle it. When some wine spilled on my dress at the end of the night they immediately fixed the situation for me and consoled me. Also when one of my relatives acted crazy during the reception they immediately fixed the situation and did not make me feel embarrassed by it. These girls really are so professional and on top of everything!! A lot of people from my wedding also noticed and commented on how wonderful they were. I knew before I even picked my date that I would need an event planner. I do not have the large family that would be able to plan everything and make sure everything was done. I didn't have many people to speak with about the details, my planner Francesca answered my texts and calls and emails daily if not multiple times a day. Very fast responses at any time of the day. The Eventful Gals were so flexible, they attended appointments when I asked and made decisions when I couldn't make my mind up! I even changed the colors and theme and Francesca never got irritated with me, she was always there to help me and guide the way. She helped me plan everything from the cake to the flowers to the chairs and linens. Stephine, the officiant was excellent. She helped me form my beautiful ceremony. Stephine helped me form my vows and helped my fiancé form his, even at the last minute! Aside from planning my entire wedding and coordinating with the vendors, the Eventful Gals even were there for the rehearsal. The day of my wedding I can honestly say wouldn't have been the way it was without Francesca. She surprised me at the house I was getting dressed at and stayed the entire time to ensure i knew the plan and had everything I needed. She coordinated times with all the vendors and ensured everyone knew when and where. She created a timeline for my wedding day and my wedding went so smoothly. Everything went as planned and I didn't have to worry about anything! The Eventful Gals even found my flat shoes when my feet hurt and put them on me, brought me drinks and constantly asked my fiancé and I if we needed anything. My wedding was more than I ever could have imagined! The decor and the image they had was exactly what I wanted. They set everything up and after cleaned everything! What they did for me was priceless, my wedding wouldn't have happened without these 2 wonderful wonderful event planners! I am forever grateful! -

Francesca and Stephine of The Eventful Gals were absolutely top-notch. They served as day of wedding coordinators (yes they are a team) and were absolutely troopers. They worked hard to get the last minute set-ups done prior to the ceremony as the venue gave them a narrow window prior to the ceremony with which to work. They catered to my guests who were not as mobile at the reception, helping them and assisting in any way needed. And they were delightful in delivering cold water to the groom and me right after the wedding, and keeping us hydrated and fed. If they had not done this, and served us our wine, we would have never gotten anything to eat or drink. They directed the flow of traffic, greeted guests, coordinated the times for the wedding party prior to and during the ceremony, and did whatever else was needed or asked. They were simply wonderful and awesome and worked very hard before, during and after, packing up the decorations and taking down things within a tight timeframe. There is NO WAY my day could have gone so smoothly if I had not hired them, and I am so grateful that I did---they were so easy and wonderful to work with, and offered wonderful ideas. Very easy-going but earned every penny they were paid. I would encourage anyone to seriously consider hiring this delightful, hard - working team! -

These two women are amazing. I was a little reluctant to even hire a wedding coordinator, because I am someone who is very organized, and very DIY. I knew exactly how I wanted everything and was worried that someone couldn’t carry out all my plans. However, I needed people to set up all my decorations, since my venue was open to the public during the day, I could not set it up myself. To say these girls are on top of it, is an understatement. They were there for my rehearsal and set up the entire ceremony area, as well as the cocktail hour and reception area. And then stayed for the whole thing and made sure everything was put into my friends cars to bring back to my house. Amazing! They responded to my emails sometimes within minutes! If not that fast it was definitely before the end of the day. They know all kinds of vendors so they could help with suggestions in that area too. And if that all weren’t enough, they were always in a good mood! So so so pleasant to work with. Even though I thought maybe I had overwhelmed them with all my diagrams and tablecloths and decorations, they never let it show and did it all happily and they did it well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. -

I went into the wedding planning process thinking I could handle it on my own. Big mistake!! There is just too much to coordinate to do it alone. These two lovely ladies made my wedding day the most beautiful, stress free event of my life! They were both on top of everything and made us feel like we were guests at our own event. Working with the Eventful gals was smooth, easy, and an overall wonderful experience. Frankie and Stephanie were professional and helpful in all aspects of planning and set-up of my party. Due to the nature of the party, I was unable to be there during set-up and they exceeded my expectations. Even through a last minute weather situation changed the original plan, everything was still beautiful and I was completely satisfied. Additionally, during the day there were some changes and a few extra things that were asked of Frankie and Stephanie and they were more than willing to complete these tasks with professionalism and success. I would recommend the Eventful gals to any of my family and friends and I am still hearing from family and friends of how wonderful the party was and how much they enjoyed the experience. -

As someone who never even planned a birthday party I was completely LOST when it came to planning a wedding but Francesca and Stephine gave me peace of mind! I was a little nervous about meeting my vendors because I wasn't positive on what I wanted and I didn't want to get pushed around and sold on something I really didn't like or need, and The Eventful Gals really made this process as simple as possible. They gave me ideas from what I told them about my vision and they never strayed from what I wanted. I truly felt like I was the ONLY thing they had to do that day and it made my special day as stress-free as it could possibly have been. I honestly never worried if what I wanted was really going to happen or not. The Eventful Gals are truly amazing and have definitely found their calling in event planning. -

Stephine at the Eventful Gals did an amazing job helping me plan my wedding, I seriously could not have done this without her help! From the very beginning she was always responsive and always returned my phone calls right away. Since I don't live in St.Augustine she would go to any appointments that I was unable to attend and made sure I was aware of all the vendor deadlines. This made my life a lot easier since there are so many details into planning a wedding! She has a great relationship with all the local vendors and was in constant contact with them up until the wedding day. She was professional throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend her and the Eventful Gals to hire as wedding coordinators. -

Francesca was the best thing that happened to us! My husband and I knew what type of wedding we wanted to have and how much money we needed to spend on it! Frankie helped us plan an amazing wedding and suggest vendors that fit our style and budget! We sent countless emails back and forth leading up to the big day and it all came together seamlessly. The Eventful Gals were amazing! I didn't have to worry about one thing the day of our wedding! Everything had a nice easy flow and our wedding was exactly the way we wanted. I gave a 4 on responsiveness only because a couple of my vendors had a hard time getting in touch before the day of the wedding. But in the end all details were ironed out and things went smoothly! Francesca was a pleasure leading up to the day of my wedding. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She was also very friendly from the first time we met. When it came to the day of, this vendor was amazing! Stephine at the wedding reception was so friendly and helpful. My parents and guests kept going on about her. She even entertained the kids and got out on the dance floor! She also dealt with me at my bride-zilla moment, when I was starving before the first dance. She got me a cookie and had our plates made up, for as soon as we sat down. They really helped my day go off without a hitch, while also being within our budget. I hired the Gals for day-of-coordinating.
Pros- The girls responded to e-mail questions I had extremely quickly
During the actual event, they were very attentive to me and quick to problem-solve
Ceremony and rehearsal were in the same venue, so they had to move the chairs around which I imagine was a hassle, but they handled it in little time and set it up just as requested.
The walk-through before the event was helpful
Cons- Wedding timeline was not provided until I emailed to remind them the week of the wedding (2 weeks after promised). Timeline was missing an hour of the event; I had to request they correct it and the corrected version was not sent to the vendors. When I realized this an hour into the wedding, they were quick to spread the word to the other vendors and there was no harm done, but the timeline was their main responsibility.
We didn't get our champagne toast. This could have been another vendor's mistake, however the coordinators were who I showed the champagne and flutes' locations to and I expected the message to be relayed to whoever's job it was to distribute, if not theirs. Not the end of the world, but a lot of money wasted on unused champagne and flutes and something I would have liked at my wedding.
The rehearsal was a mess; I ended up recruiting a bridesmaid to be in charge. It was everyone’s first wedding; no one knew the basics like where to hold the bouquets, and we didn't come out of it with any better understanding. Could have used a lot more structure and guidance
We didn't bring a few set-up items because they were promised to us during the walk-through and then were not brought by the gals. I am still getting complaints about rude interactions and lack of professionalism throughout the day, but did not experience anything like that myself
Overall, it was fine, and I still had a beautiful night despite the bumps but felt I should review them honestly for future brides as it is a big investment.
