  Absolute, all encompassing perfection!

  We just had our wedding at the Estate and it was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!!!
  Special thank yous to Jeff, Katie, & Randy for making our special day everything we could have ever dreamed of. The staff, the food, the venue, absolutely everything was perfect. We could never have asked for anything more than we received on our wedding day, and our guests are going to RAVE about it for years and years to come!

  Dream Wedding

  I literally had the wedding of my dreams at the Estate at Farrington Lake. The venue is a hidden gem, with incredible scenery and an intimate party space inside with an awesome patio under the stars for our afterparty. Our ceremony was so special. Syed, the manager, was nothing short of a prince. I knew he was very charming and a great salesman the whole time leading up to the big day, but on our actual wedding day he treated me like his own sister. He was so genuine and I felt like he truly cared about my groom and I having every little detail be what we hoped for. We will never forget this. This sincerity is what sets him and this venue apart amidst a lot of big business. He truly cares. The food was outstanding, people are still talking about it and he bent over backwards to give us as much of what we asked for as he could. There were some small Issues as with any wedding or big event, but my advice is to go with the flow, prioritize and express what is the most important to you, and Syed will make it happen. You’re in great hands and you will have a day to remember forever that is unique and beautiful. Thank you!!

  After we'd given up the "DIY" option in friend's farmhouse in upstate NY, the Estate was the first venue we visited in NJ. That weekend, we visited five other venues, and nothing compared to how we felt about the Estate. We went back to Syed after two days of venue hunting and got ourselves a date during the Labor Day weekend.
  Ours was a small, intimate wedding. Including ourselves and vendors, we only had 40 headcounts, so I did not hire a professional wedding planner - in fact, much of the wedding planning support was given by Syed's team already.
  First, almost all important vendors we hired were recommended through Syed and everyone had known each other for over twenty years. They came from different companies but they worked as a team - people who have gone through event planning know how crucial this is.
  Syed also helped a lot in vendor coordination. For the wedding cake, we only spent 30 minutes of cake tasting at the cake vendor, and all delivery and payment coordination was done by the Estate. Our photographer, videographer, and DJ/MC all knew the venue and people well, so they actually coordinated the best timeline for us. One day prior to the wedding, all I did was leaving at the Estate centerpieces and pictures of how I wanted them to be put together, with bunches of fresh roses and carnations. The next day when I stepped into the venue, all centerpieces were beautifully assembled along with freshly cut flowers in mason jars.
  Finally, the food. Syed helped us pick the best menu based on the background of our guests (we had guests coming from Asia and Europe). As the bride on my own wedding day, I had very little time to eat (and I missed the hors d'oeuvres, which by the way looked delicious), but everything I got to eat was tasty. Even today, I still tell my husband that I really wish someone could invite me to a wedding that provides food tasty like that.
  We definitely recommend the Estate to anyone planning to get married in Central NJ!

  I cannot say enough about Syed and his team! From start to finish he was there every step of the way. Always responded in a timely manor to any questions or concerns we had. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more and that is mostly thanks to Syed. He treated me like a daughter and made sure the day went perfectly. I would recommend the Estate to anyone and everyone. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Syed and the Estate at Farrington Lake!!   Although it rained on our wedding day and the ceremony had to be performed inside, the venue looked absolutely stunning. Th set up looked perfect. We had a cocktail reception so there was food throughout the evening for the guests to eat whenever they liked. The centerpieces looked amazing and added a nice, classy, timeless touch to the decor. We were able to party like rock stars enjoying the quick turnaround at the bar as well as the awesome music. Syed was an absolute pleasure to work with handling all my questions (I had LOTS) with patience and ease leading up to the wedding day where he worked hard to make our day memorable. I look forward to working with him again someday!

  My daughter's wedding 7/9/22

  As the father of the bride I had extremely high expectations and Jeff and the staff at Farrington DID NOT DISAPOINT. From the first meeting together to discuss our wants and needs until we walked out the door day of wedding our experience was first class. I could call Jeff at any moment with confidence. The venue was beautiful. The cocktail hour was first class ; second to none , food deliciuos and the service and staff were impeccable . We set out to make our daughter's princess for a day dream come true and The Estate made it happen. We had a superior turnout and my phone has not stopped ringing . Ty so much Jeff , Katie , Randy and the entire Farrington staff. We will not hesitate to return.

  My daughter had the most amazing wedding at the Estate at Farrington Lake. The setting on the lake was magnificent, hidden away in East Brunswick. The food was excellent. Syed Raza is wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating and really addressed every detail. We couldn't have had a better wedding.

  The Best Venue - Hands Down!

  Could not be happier with The Estate at Farrington Lake! From the moment we toured the venue, it was an easy yes for us. Syed and his team especially handled throwing a wedding during covid with ease and professionalism, as well as putting in safety measures. He made everyone feel comfortable with all the changes, especially being able to throw the entire wedding outdoors on his beautiful property. The ambiance is just astonishing. My guests are still raving about how gorgeous everything was as well as the food and drink service. My husband and I had our own private servers (Syed’s son being one of them!) constantly ensuring we were well fed and had a drink in our hand. The Estate at Farrington Lake is truly a hidden gem and I am beyond grateful to have been able to have kept my original wedding date during these stressful times all because Syed was so accommodating!

  We held our vow renewal and 25th Anniversary celebration at the Estate at Farrington Lake and we couldn't have been happier with the venue. We had many guests come up to us and comment on how beautiful the place was. The outdoor setting overlooking the lake is absolutely gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and is located in a quiet secluded area. The food was very good as well, very high quality.

  Everything we dreamed of and so much more!!!

  Oh my God I have so many amazing things to say about this place!! It was an absolute dream come true (we already want to plan our vow renewal lol). This venue was everything we envisioned for our wedding! The minute my husband and I finished touring the place we both looked at each other and said “this is it!!!!” The grounds are gorgeous and maintained very well! We loved being near the lake and all the tall trees, there’s just so many opportunities for pictures! There’s also a bridal suite that’s on site! They made it so that although it’s one suite you can have the bridesmaids on one side and the groomsmen on the other without ever seeing each other. It made things so much easier being able to do everything there. Now onto the food portion of my review, my husband and I are complete foodies! So the food being top notch was extremely high on our list of MUST haves (because our families know we love to eat so we HAD to have a place with amazing food). Now don’t get me started on the tasting!!! The tasting alone was INSANE!!! We were literally expecting small little portions of a variety of food but instead they brought out full size meals of everything lol. We were sold!!! It was just myself, my mom, stepdad, my husband, and his mom, no one else was there so it was super intimate and the chef was cooking just for us. Chef Gus is so incredibly talented let me tell you! The manager Syed is amazing! He’s hilarious, professional, and wears the best cologne lol! He was literally a God send throughout this pandemic! Our original date was Friday, 6/12 and after 2 postponements we ended up with our new date being 7/3/21 and it was now a Saturday wedding. He was amazing to work with throughout such a crazy time. Syed and his wife Nikki are true professionals and their attention to detail is immaculate!! They make a wonderful team! Not only is Syed in charge but he was hands on in every aspect of our wedding! All of my guests were so impressed with him. He can walk the walk and talk the talk. He made sure our sweetheart table was covered in food from every single station (big portions too)! My guests are still raving about how amazing the food was and how courteous and detail oriented his staff was! They made everyone feel at home! I promise you will not be disappointed with this place at all!! We literally had the wedding of the century and it will be one that no one will ever forget!! Mission accomplished!

  Smooth and Stunning

  This venue has it all. The food is endless. The outdoors is stunning our photographers had a blast with so many options. The interior is very cool and where we sat had a waterfall behind us. Syed helped us every step of the way. He will tell you all the tricks of the trade and never once tries to get more money out of you ( like most places) the food was amazing Gus made everything perfect. The goal of this venue is to make your wedding all you ever dreamed about. Which they killed it with mine. Check them out words can’t even describe just how amazing this place truely is. And super affordable ;)

  The Estate and its staff was very easy to work with. Syed the owner was very accommodating to our guests. The outside decor was beyond beautiful with a flowing lake, several waterfalls, and landscape that my guests utilized in their personal photos. The inside of The Estate made us feel like a King and Queen, along with the great staff that worked efficiently. The Estate had the ability to change its lighting throughout the timeframe that we were there. I think it is so elegant and gorgeous and spacious. They are very upfront about costs and are very easy to get in touch with via email and by phone number. They are very flexible and willing to help if you need something extra. I highly recommend The Estate on hosting an event and would be willing to conference with others on my experience.

  Syed is AWESOME! He is so easy to work with and wants to do absolutely everything to ensure your event is the BEST! From the first time you speak to him, until the days after your event you will feel like the only one he is working with. The food was incredible--my family and friends are still talking about it! We've had two events with Syed and I know it will not be the last!! Once you've seen the Estate and met Syed you'd be a fool to have your event anywhere else!!!

  We booked our wedding venue way in advance – two years prior to our wedding day in October 2016. We loved the venue at first glance, and knew this is where we wanted to get married. We signed our contract in 2014, and the staff was so inconsistent throughout the two year planning process. We went through 3 sales managers! We were worried and even more so when we learned two weeks before the wedding that the venue had a new owner. Well, one sit down with Syed was all it took for us to feel comfortable. He upgraded our signed contract with better options, added the Premium Bar to our Standard bar, and changed our buffet style dinner to stations around the reception area. This was so much better for us and our guests – it avoided the crowding as everyone lined up for food which we were nervous about. Syed completely revamped the wedding venue – we felt like we were getting married somewhere new for the same cost we had already budgeted for. In just two weeks, he wowed us with his experience, his style, and the way he turned the venue into something so elegant. We wish he had been there all along. This venue definitely needed his touch. Syed’s wife, Lydia and our sales manager Anna were also amazing! They were on top of everything on our wedding day and helped make suggestions for last minute décor. They were very flexible and made us feel like we didn’t need to worry about anything. A few things went wrong that day but that was to be expected. The lights were not working properly, which was no one’s fault. Also, it was raining and outdoor ceremony was delayed in the hopes that it would stop. The staff, and even Syed were outdoors multiple times to clean the ceremony area to make sure it stayed dry. Our guests loved and complimented our venue and food. A lot of them asked us for more details on the venue, as they would definitely consider getting married here. That tells you, the Estate is definitely a worthwhile place to book your wedding. We definitely recommend it!

  COVID can't stop us & The Estate saved us

  Syed and everyone else at The Estate at Farrington Lake were amazing. My husband and I were subject to COVID's wrath and fond ourselves scrambling last minute in July when we realized our original venue did not have an outdoor reception option (we were originally 8/28/20). I called Syed in a panic after hearing about his plan for outdoor weddings from our DJ (thank you POSHDjs!!!). Within hours we had a meeting set up and Syed helped us reconfigure our wedding vision in less than a month. He is patient, flexible, personable, and honest and he has a great team that shows up on that day to put the pieces together. It might sound cliche, but we were meant to get married at The Estate and wouldn't change it for the world!

  Exceptional

  We had our son and daughter-in-law's wedding at The Estate at Farrington Lakes on July 17, 2021.
  It was incredible. It exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Syed was a pleasure. He listened to what the kids wanted for their special day and he delivered that and so much more. The light show, the grounds, the venue, the food from hors d' oeuvres ,to the many food stations, to the spectacular desserts exceeded our expectations. The guests were raving about what a hidden gem this was and how they were going to recommend it to all of their friends. We are still receiving phone calls about what a spectacular wedding it was and how impressed they were with the venue. Syed and the team was a pleasure to work with and made this a dream wedding for the bride and groom. We can't thank him enough for his attention to detail.

  Syed is the BEST!

  The best choice I made was to get married at The Estate at Farrington Lake on June 1st. It was absolutely perfect. Nothing went wrong, all thanks to Syed who was excellent to work with! He made sure our day went exactly how we wanted it to. We had a cocktail reception which was AMAZING, all of our guests are still raving about the food. The service was impeccable, the room and grounds are fantastic, I highly recommend The Estate at Farrington Lake, you wont be disappointed!!

In the months leading up to our wedding, Syed was always very accessible (by email, phone, text & in person) & he was happy to answer all of my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!). His knowledge & expertise of this industry is top notch and I couldn't imagine our wedding day without him! I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat!

  Perfect Wedding!

  Syed and his team are the best! Syed made planning a wedding so easy (especially being out of state and during a pandemic) and was always available to take my phone calls. Syed and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect and safe, and it was!! You would never know this was our 2nd postponement. We received so many compliments on the venue, food, and staff!! The venue is GORGEOUS! The food was DELICIOUS! The staff is AWESOME! The venue offers everything you could want as a bride and more! Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to Syed and his team!

  The Estate at Farrington Lake is the most naturally beautiful, fairy tale setting we've ever seen. Tall, mesmerizing trees sit right beside the sparkling lake, creating a charming, romantic backdrop for the most special event to take place in front of it. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing to the eye, Syed, his wife, and their staff made our wedding day perfect. They were all attentive, pleasant, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. ALL of the food was delectable and fresh. Many of our guests complimented how tasteful it was. Our wedding day wouldn't have run so smoothly if it hadn't been for Syed guiding us throughout the planning process. From day 1, Syed offered unconditional help and support. Whether in person, or via text/phone call, he was quick to respond to all of our questions and made sure that we were always happy with every decision that was being made. Our interactions with Syed were nothing short of memorable. We'll always remember how reliable, considerate, polite, understanding, sincere, generous, and simply what a nice guy Syed was.   We fell in love with The Estate at Farrington Lake the moment we walked in. It was everything we hoped and dreamed of for our wedding. Syed was great in helping out with every detail and was very responsive. He was there all day helping with everything including pouring drinks for the guests! We highly recommend The Farrington for your wedding!
