Amazing venue
This is the smaller venue that they have that we used for our wedding last month, they have another bigger venue in Wexford. Ryan & Valerie do such an amazing job, I highly recommend! They are very responsive to any questions along the way of wedding planning and their prices are pretty reasonable considering other places we looked at in the same area. There is a lot included in the wedding package as well including: set up/tear down, wedding cake (comes from Lincoln Bakery in Bellevue), choice of various colors of linens and napkins, choice of centerpieces (or bring your own if you wish), easel for welcome sign or seating chart, birdcage for card box if you wish to use, and other miscellaneous decorations. The food is *chefs kiss* so freaking delicious! They throw a big menu tasting in March of the year you are getting married where you get to taste a large portion of the options. They provide either a plated dinner option or a buffet which we elected to have the buffet with a carving station. We still have wedding guests weeks later still talking about the food!! The bar options were very good as well! My husband enjoys Blue Moon beer which wasn’t on their menu so we just provided a case on our own and they happily gave him Blue Moons the entire night. We also choose to have our ceremony there indoors and I loved how everything was set up and then easily transitioned from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner/reception.This is the smaller venue that they have that we used for our wedding last month, they have another bigger venue in Wexford. Ryan Sarel, the owner and chef, was tremendous to work with. He was very flexible, open to trying some new things and let us create a reception that suited us and the fact that it was New Year's Eve, not the other way around. His staff was great, attentive and helpful, the bartenders were a big hit. The bar is generous and the food really delicious. All of or our guests had a great time and the atmosphere is perfect if you are looking for a unique setting with all the amenities.Ryan Sarel, the owner and chef, was tremendous to work with. The Camelot was a wonderful place to have a wedding--the staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure every detail was personalized to match our needs. The banquet hall is just the right size--it is large enough to seat a medium sized wedding (we had 170ish) comfortably but small enough that everyone feels included and part of the party.
The planning process was very easy--we had enough choices for decor/food/etc that we were able to personalize the reception but not so many that it was overwhelming. Joe responded almost immediately to any request I had (even on the weekends), and they helped us with several requests that were not part of their standard package (custom cocktails that we created from their menu, customized displays for our photos, etc).
The staff and coordinators were very supportive throughout the planning process--we heard "Yes, we can do that" to almost any request we had. During the night of the wedding, we felt very well cared for as well. Joe went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed (he even brought me my drink!) and everything went smoothly. Many of our guests have commented that it was one of the most comfortable weddings they have been to and that the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
The highlight of the night was the food--it was truly delicious. Everything was freshly made--nothing was greasy or oily. Even our "plainer" options for our vegetarian friends were really yummy. My family are big eaters, and everyone loved the meal. It was really great value for the money, and we are still hearing about how good it was!
If you are looking for an all inclusive location that can still be personalized, I would highly recommend The Camelot. They have been in the business for years, and they know what it takes to make a wedding comfortable, fun, and as stress free as possible. Food was awesome, wait staff was on top of everything at all times. Joe was hands on to make sure everything went smoothly. I would use them again and again. The table settings and centerpieces were beautiful. It was everything my daughter could have hoped for and more. I received nothing but compliments from our guests.Food was awesome, wait staff was on top of everything at all times. Joe was hands on to make sure everything went smoothly. We held our daughter's wedding/reception at the Camelot. Joe, Valerie & the whole gang were great to work with. They answered questions promptly. They were very accommodating. The venue was gorgeously decorated. The food was fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly.

Beautiful facility but the owner, Ryan, was rather rude to my guests with food allergies. I was disappointed with how he handled the situation. Enough to force me to discourage others from dealing with him in the future.Beautiful facility but the owner, Ryan, was rather rude to my guests with food allergies. Terrible service the owner made my 90 year old guests sit out in the cold rain until the doors opened. Terrible food the chicken was raw. Did not let us take home the extra food or alcohol that we paid for.Terrible service the owner made my 90 year old guests sit out in the cold rain until the doors opened.
