Best Day Ever
First and foremost, this venue took everyone’s breath away! Pictures do NO JUSTICE to the atmosphere, ambience, and sheer beauty the property and barn offer. From our tour at the end of 2023, to our wedding in January 2025, every step of the process was a breeze. That is mainly in part to Mrs Jenn! She’s the sweetest southern belle we’ve ever met and is super involved in the wedding process. The helpers that ran around all night taking care of trash and minor things around the venue were just as great! We 10000% RECOMMEND this venue for your dream wedding!

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch, and so much of that is thanks to the amazing Event Manager, Jennifer Mezera. The venue itself is stunning—beautiful, spacious, and full of rustic charm that set the perfect backdrop for our special day. From the moment we first toured the venue a year before our wedding, Ms. Jenn was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative, making us feel confident in our choice.
Throughout the entire planning process, Jennifer was exceptionally communicative and proactive, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. Her dedication went above and beyond; she overextended herself to ensure we felt supported and heard at every stage. Her problem-solving skills were invaluable and played a huge part in making our wedding day go off without a hitch. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.
We highly recommend the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch as a wedding venue, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Ms. Jenn, you’re in the best hands possible! -

As an Event Host / Entertainer that has done multiple events there now as a DJ and/or Saxophone player - I highly recommend The Barn At Cottonwood Ranch. It is always in great shape and clean. The staff is on point and easy to work with. Definitely recommend doing your wedding or event here! Say hi to the animals for me! -

We have had nothing but incredible experiences with The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch since we began researching it. The pictures of the venue does not do it justice, it is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect location for your big day! Their venue manager, Jane, has gone above and beyond for us since our first communication and has treated us like family ever since. She is a wealth of information regarding vendors in the area and always made herself available for any questions that we had. The bartending staff provided by the venue was also incredible! Extremely personable, polite and just an overall great time! Benfield Wedding
Cottonwood and Jane! You gave us everything we ever could've imagined on our wedding day. The venue and the staff made us part of the family and accommodated us incredibly. All of our guests were thrilled with the location and continue to rave about it's beauty and how magical it truly was. For many of our guests, we hear about a perfectly timed frolic from the zebra behind us as we kissed for the first time as husband and wife. The best!
The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch was absolutely my dream venue. From the moment we first visited the site and met Jane we knew this was our place. She was professional and on time and we immediately felt a connection with her that felt like family. Jane walked us through the venue and helped us visualize our dream day. She listened and spent a lot of time reviewing different options and ideas with us. On the day of the event, anything that could go wrong did go wrong. Jane immediately went into Mama Bear mode and she and her team went so far above and beyond to ensure that our night went off as we visioned it. There were tears and hugs, chasing napkins and flowers and through it all, Jane and her team never let up. Of course, without saying, this venue and the entire property are beyond words, but having Jane on our side that day and feeling her true passion and love for what she does to ensure her brides have their dream day is what makes this hands down the BEST venue anywhere!!!The Barn At Cottonwood Ranch's reply:

Make your jaw drop. The entire property is well maintained and spread out, so you never feel cramped. The drive in from the main road has gorgeous views of vast, grassy pastures of exotic livestock. The groomsmen get an awesome two-story cabin that feels like a hunting lodge to spend the day in before the ceremony begins. Our wedding photos were amazing, too. There are no shortage of backdrops for your photos! Jane, the coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She was happy to answer any questions we had via text/email, so if you are an antsy bride with tons of questions, Jane will never make you feel like a bother. Jane and her staff did an amazing job for my wedding! I did not have to worry about a thing the day of. She was responsive, helpful, encouraging, and so incredibly sweet throughout a very stressful time. And the venue is gorgeous! All of my guests were so impressed and talking about it all night. Best wedding venue
This wedding venue is gorgeous. The indoor/outdoor space is huge and there is so many different options for your ceremony! Jane and her staff are very easy to work with! We used her bartender and she was amazing!!
We used a few people off the preferred vendor list and then chose a few of our own. There are no covid rules, so you can cater the rules to your own liking!The Barn At Cottonwood Ranch's reply:

We toured other venues and they did not catch our eye. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the service and dedication they provided as well was amazing! The Barn has everything you need for a beautiful and unforgettable event. Our guests are still raving about it. The bridal party was completely amazed with the bridal suite and the groom's cabin. So much to offer! But what truly makes this THE place, is the staff. Jane is so great to work with. She's very accommodating, knowledgeable and she gives helpful tips. She does anything possible to ensure your event is the the best it can be. Our family and guests were so impressed by her and her staff. How they stayed right there to the end and made themselves available to anyone and everyone. I would definitely recommend the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch. Don't be afraid of the "drive" for guests, as I was. The guests are so amazed by the beauty and massiveness of the venue and the warm, inviting staff, they are happy to have been a part of it.

Breathtaking venue!
We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue for our wedding! This barn is magical and all of our guests were blown away by it as well!! It makes for perfect pictures. We worked with Alicia and she is the best!! Was available any time for questions, concerns, or just to chat! She was sweet and helped coordinate so much, absolutely loved working with her and wouldn’t have asked for anyone else! -

Dream Come True!
I was so impressed with The Barn and it was so magical! It was better than I could have ever imagined. We had around 200 people and the place never made us feel crammed! It was open and breezy for an August day in Florida. We loved every part of it!The Barn At Cottonwood Ranch's reply:

Jane was wonderful! She met me last minute after we had issues with our other venue. As we were looking around, she really sold the venue and was completely honest about the things they have to offer as well as things she’s seen done. The venue includes the tables, chairs, wine barrels, bar, parking attendants/golf carts for guests, bridal suite, and several ceremony options. They are also working on building a new grooms suite separate from the barn itself. In addition, they also have an optional bartender package.The Barn At Cottonwood Ranch's reply:

Jane was incredible with helping get everything organized and flowing well on the day of. Both Jane and Karen were very responsive with answering all of my questions prior to the day and scheduling any visits that myself or my mom wanted to make ahead of time. The whole team at the Barn made sure everything went smoothly on the day of and were amazing the entire time. Forever Grateful!
My daughter Shelby was married here back on Oct. 6 and we couldn't be happier. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and has everything you could wish for. The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. Karen and her staff (especially Jane!) are top notch and so accommodating. They made us feel like family. I can not say enough about this place. It is perfect in every way. I will be forever grateful to Karen and The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch for making my daughter's wedding day so special.

Simply blessed and amazed that we had the opportunity to get married here, and memories we will always cherish. From the very first time we visited the barn and the property we just knew this was it. The barn itself is breathtaking and the views of the property are one of a kind. We cannot thank the owners Larry and Karen Brantley enough for going above and beyond every step of the way. To the staff at cottonwood, all of you guys are a blessing and were so accommodating throughout the process. We could not have had the most perfect wedding day if it hadn’t been for each of you. Jenifer Sent on 05/15/2018My husband and I got married at the Barn a few weeks ago. Very few words describe exactly how gorgeous Cottonwood Ranch is. Flowing green pastures, an uncountable amount of black cows, and beautiful horses greet you as soon as you turn into the entrance. The barn is just incredible too! The workmanship and detail that went into it is amazing! You can tell the owners put their heart into building the barn! Speaking of the owners, Karen, Larry, and Jane were the best people to do business with, so down to earth and just fantastic all around! Easy to get in touch with and exchange information. They made sure we had the best day and it was just incredible!
