Project 658 is incredible. Originally I was going to have my wedding there, but unfortunately due to covid we moved it to SC. Not to worry though, Project 658 was gracious and still catered our event. People went back for seconds AND thirds!!!! My parents have hosted 4 weddings now and they said that by far this was the best food of any of them! We were running behind and they stayed late without a complaint!! They were so amazing and I plan to use their catering services for more events! Working with them was amazing. How could you not choose an event space/catering team with such an amazing cause?????

We looked at Project 658 originally to host the ceremony and reception for our wedding. However, due to COVID, we had to move our wedding to another location for the reception, while the ceremony still being held at project 658. The project 658 team, especially John Timmons, was great in helping accommodate this change and was able to still cater to our event at the other reception space. So glad we did not push our wedding back and were able to work with project 658!

Excellent service, great wedding venue and wonderful staff. It had everything we needed. Best of all, the money spent for my daughter's wedding and reception will go towards helping feed the local community. That's the most beautiful thing of all!

I recently used Project 658 for a fundraising breakfast for a local nonprofit. We worked closely with Tim. As a group of volunteers, he made the process incredibly easy. They were flexible with our walk-thru times and were able to suggest an audio tech to ensure that our event ran seamlessly. The day of the event everything was done and set exactly how we discussed. His staff was attentive and polite. Also, the food was really good.
I highly recommend Project 658 for any event.

Project 658 was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to make our day exactly what we had imagined. All of the staff members were personable and expressed genuine interest in getting to know my husband and me. They provided ceremony and reception space as well as all of our rental needs. In addition, Project 658 offered a delicious dinner menu that had all of our guests raving!

We met John Timmons when we were freshly engaged for less than a month. Once he showed us the venue and shared with us the purpose of Project 658, we were sold! He has been extremely responsive, and professional. A true joy to work with, as well as Yury when John was away! He did everything in his power to make sure that our wedding went smoothly. After everything was said and done, we had to let him know how amazing he was for the way he made things happen for us! John, THANK YOU!!! Everyone loved the space and how beautiful it was (especially during the reception). He is extremely flexible and is always on hand to make suggestions and give input. Because of him, we had an AMAZING wedding with a cause!!

I had the best experience with Project 658. The staff (John and Yuri) was very fast to response to any questions we had through the whole process, they were on top off everything. We held our ceremony and reception at the venue and I can only say positive things about the whole experience. We also loved their catering program, for ​Every 658 Catering order they have “1 to 1” feeding program. Each meal purchased sponsors a meal in the Project 658 outreach-feeding program and the food was AMAZING, everyone loved it (recommend the fried chicken and short ribs!! yummmy)

The venue offers a lot of space and flexibility, which allows you to get as creative as you would like. The chef is amazing and the food is delicious! They have a diverse menu and are open to suggestions for dishes not on the menu. There is also the option of doing a buffet style or plated dinner. From our initial tour of the space to the day of our reception, the staff has been very professional and accommodating of our requests. The proceeds from the events held at the venue help to fund the outreach programs offered by Project 658, which we loved. In addition to the affordability, this was one of the deciding factors for us in selecting this space. We are so happy that we chose The 658 Center as our wedding reception venue!

Project 658 is a wonderful venue to use if you are looking for an affordable venue, excellent food, romantic ambiance, and a way to give back to the community. We held our wedding reception at Project 658 on October, 20, 2018. Our guests could not get over the beautiful space and the great food. They also bragged on the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. My husband and I appreciated being able to give back to the community as we celebrated our marriage. I would definitely recommend Project 658.
