  The best wedding planners EVER!

  Where do I even start! Having Kathryn as my wedding planner was the BEST decision I made during the wedding planning process. From the moment I started working with her, I could tell how detailed and organized she was—all of my “type-A anxiety” instantly faded away. She was always on top of everything and had answers/solutions to all my questions. Her positivity, work ethic and willingness to help was so amazing. She always had my back, was available for calls, and responded quickly. My favorite part of working with her was her connection/relationship with vendors— she was able to get us deals and recommended some of the best people in the business and for that I am forever grateful. Her guidance made our wedding absolutely perfect and there isn’t one thing I would’ve changed— she turned my vision into a reality! Thank you Kathryn and the TLE team for helping me execute the wedding of my dreams!

  Simply put, I cannot recommend Tessa more highly. She is the creme de la creme of wedding planners all wrapped up in a wonderfully likeable and down to earth package. I interviewed several wedding planners and knew immediately that she was “the one.” If you look at photos of her work, you will clearly see that she puts together truly beautiful and downright spectacular weddings. That in and of itself is of course a huge selling point, but I must say that it was her meticulous attention to detail and her wonderfully helpful and thoughtful approach that made the entire wedding planning process a true pleasure for me.
  
  I had a somewhat short timeline for planning (about 4 months) and was a bit nervous about pulling it off. Tessa immediately launched into action with a clear and doable plan, quickly putting my mind at ease. I think she would be a great match for a range of brides, from one who has a very specific vision of how she would like her wedding to be, to someone who is very open to different possibilities. I was somewhere in between...there were certain things that were important to me and others that I hadn’t put an ounce of thought into. For the things that I hadn’t thought about, she was able to quickly orient me and narrow down the potentially dizzying range of choices. She is truly full service and you can be as hands off or hands on as you like in working with her and be assured of a beautifully memorable experience.
  
  People often say that their wedding was a “blur.” Probably the most telling aspect with regard to working with Tessa is that my wedding was not a blur. I truly savored every moment. All I really had to do that day was “show up” and deeply enjoy the experience because every detail was taken care of and the flow of the event was perfect.
  
  Thank you, Tessa! I am so filled with gratitude for what you did for us.

  The best wedding planner in the business

  I hired Tessa over 3 years ago, early fall 2018. She stuck by me through 2 cancelled weddings, replanning every single time no questions asked. We were finally able to have our wedding on the third try this past October. My wedding was originally scheduled for early April 2020. Needless to say I was devastated when we had to cancel, due to covid, less than 3 weeks out. Tessa sprang into action, securing new dates, working with every vendor all while dealing with her own uncertainties of how the pandemic would effect her business and livelihood. Tessa is more than just a wedding planner. She doesn't just take you on as a client. She completely, emotionally and wholeheartedly invests herself. You become her entire world. Tessa didn't have to go above and beyond as a planner for me. It was not technically her job to plan my wedding 3 times over, she was hired to plan 1 wedding. It was not her job to sit on the phone with me while I cried and contemplated what to do in the early days of March 2020. She didn't have to answer my emails within minutes of my sending.. I'm not kidding, she never went more than a couple hours without answering me, it still blows my mind. But she goes above and beyond because she cares and loves what she does. She is truly one of a kind and I will never allow any one of my friends or family look to anyone but Tessa for their wedding or any other major party or event. I loved all of my vendors, Tessa helped me make all of those decisions. But Tessa and the entire TLE team is the best decision I ever made planning my wedding.

  We tasked Tessa Lyn Events with what could of have been a difficult job, helping coordinate a Wedding on the opposite coast in Savannah, GA! Now while I could have just gone with a local coordinator and called it a day, I knew I wanted Tessa and her team's expertise because their work is incredible. Tessa and her whole team are professional, know what works, and will tell you like it is! That is why I needed her to advise me, even from a far, to help execute my dreams because Tessa has great taste. My dreams came true on my wedding day, and I couldn’t have done it without Tessa and her team’s guidance.

  Tessa was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. We worked together for over a year – during that time, Tessa not only guided us through the ins and outs of countless decisions, but she became a trusted friend to both me and my husband. Tessa and I emailed and texted so regularly that I truly felt her presence missing in my life post-wedding.
  
  From day one, Tessa perfectly understood the look and feel I was trying to achieve for my wedding. From flowers to rentals, Tessa was part of every important decision. She scheduled vendor meetings, shared design ideas she knew I’d love, helped us manage our budget, etc. Tessa provided invaluable advice and guidance that I simply wouldn’t have been able to get from a wedding book, a friend, or any other resource.
  
  I transitioned to a new job two months before our wedding – it was during this time that I appreciated Tessa more than ever before. Even though things were crazy and stressful from my end, I cannot put into words how confident and excited I felt going into my wedding day. This was all thanks to Tessa’s unparalleled organization, attention to detail, fierce negotiation, valued vendor relationships and impeccable taste. Tessa is someone who will never say no. She always hears you out and is quick to come up with creative solutions.
  
  Day-of, everything ran seamlessly, and the whole day from start to finish was truly a dream come true. Prior to this day, I had only ever worked with Tessa, but I was unsurprised to learn that the rest of her team was just as fantastic. I never saw anyone frantically running around; instead, the entire TLE team was calm, cool and collected. We were even running early!
  
  I cannot recommend Tessa enough. She is someone who will always have your best interests at heart, putting your goals and vision above all else. We received so many compliments on our wedding, and there’s no way we could have done it without Tessa. WE LOVE HER!

From the early days of hard contract negotiations, down to the last detail of place cards and seating arrangements, Tessa became my rock, my mentor, and my best girlfriend all rolled into one.
  
  With Tessa on your team, you will actually be to enjoy the special moments of your day, and not worry about the execution of the details. From the moment I turned everything over to her, I was calm, and able to take pleasure in the moment. She took the time to understand my vision early on, so that on the big day, she and her team were able to look after even the tiniest of details I had planned. Tessa and her team were there for me every minute, up to the very last minute.
  
  Hiring Tessa Lyn Events is cost effective! With Tessa’s network of preferred vendors, Tessa paid for herself and more!   One of the best days of planning my wedding was when we hired Tessa. My husband actually says that hiring Tessa was the best decision we made during the whole process! Tessa held an initial meeting with me and asked a lot of questions so that she could document absolutely every detail and set a work plan to assure my hopes/dreams for my perfect day were met.
  
  When I was unsure of decisions, she was always quick to provide valuable advice and had a great list of vendors for me to chose from. I appreciated her guidance on outlining my budget, setting up vendor meetings and negotiating contracts. Tessa quickly learned how I operated best and, as a result, she was able to take the lead on tasks that I absolutely didn't want to do, which allowed me the time to focus on what was most important to me for my wedding.
  
  I am so appreciative of how easy Tessa was to get a hold of and how she never left me hanging. This was especially a great quality as I entered the crazy mode just before the wedding. In the end, all of Tessa's hard work really paid off; I was cool as a cucumber the day of my wedding knowing that Tessa and her team were in complete control. Justin and I thank her from the bottom of our hearts and cannot recommend her enough to future brides and grooms!

  We worked with Tessa Brand at Tessa Lyn Events for more than a year to plan our wedding. She was involved from the very beginning and was invaluable in helping us find our amazing venue and all of our vendors. Her knowledge was top notch and she always steered us in the right direction as we were more than pleased with the work of everyone at our wedding. I also found the cost of her fee to be completely counterbalanced as she helped negotiate with vendors and save us money in ways I know that we would not have been able to on our own.
  
  After the initial vendors were chosen, Tessa stayed in very close contact with us and helped every step of the way. She provided continual direction with the ever changing budget. With her help we managed to not only stay on track, but ended up being under budget, which was a very pleasant surprise. She also gave us great guidance as we made every decision and helped us change our minds about some things that might have made things not run as smoothly.
  
  When we finally got to the wedding weekend, her day-of coordination was beyond expectation. We did many DIY things that we chose to make and needed to be handled, which caused a lot of stress leading up to the wedding. However, as soon as the rehearsal started, all of that went away because I knew that Tessa was there to manage everything. This truly allowed me to enjoy every single part of the weekend without being worried and I only feel like the most happy girl in the world.
  
  The wedding ran completely smoothly and everything was right on track in regards to timing because of Tessa's coordination. The timeline she created was perfect and if there were any big were any problems that day, I have no idea because she handled it all without us knowing.
  
  We have discussed many times that one of the best decisions we made about our wedding was hiring Tessa Lyn Events and I urge anyone and everyone that is in her vicinity to do the same. You won't be sorry.

  Tessa was absolutely wonderful from the moment I booked her, and especially on the day of the wedding. I would have skipped SO many little details or missed the boat on a lot of things had she not been so on top of it. When we met at our venue to get the lay of the land, she pointed out so many helpful ways to keep the flow going and where the best placement of the head table would be as well as random little tips I NEVER would have thought of. Friendly, immensely helpful, professional - the whole package. I couldn't be happier with what she did for me! The fact that I was literally not worried about a SINGLE thing on my wedding day speaks volumes! THANK YOU, TESSA!!!

  Tessa was absolutely wonderful from the moment I booked her, and especially on the day of the wedding.   Tessa, owner of Tessa Lyn Events, was our wedding coordinator and was amazing! I truly mean it when we say that we would not have had such a flawless wedding without her and her assistant. Tessa ensured that all of the details of each event (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing) were executed according to our grand vision. Tessa arrived the day before the wedding for the rehearsal and got the entire wedding party up to speed on the logistics of the ceremony. Her and her assistant arrived early the day of the ceremony to keep both the girls and guys on schedule and also made sure all of the vendors delivered and set up as planned. The timeline was adhered to down to the minute and everything ran smoothly. We cannot imagine the wedding without Tessa and her amazing services. We received so many compliments from guests that said it was one of the best wedding’s they’ve been to and we can attribute this to how Tessa seamlessly she kept the events flowing. She’s a wonderful person to work with and I’m looking forward to referring her to everyone I know that’s getting married!

Tessa is the light at the end of the tunnel that sees the big picture and keeps a smile on my face and planning stresses off my mind. A million thank you's for her immediate attentiveness to my sometimes late night or early morning freak-outs and questions. She went above and beyond my needs. We had our wedding at a private home and provided us with some challenging logistics. She supervised the installation of a full kitchen in the back yard and the covering of a pool for our ceremony site/dance floor, as well as the load-in and out of everything else.
