Prom Dress Shopping
Before I went to Terry Costa's I visited another well known boutique. I was extremely disappointed in this store. Upon arriving at terry costa I was greeted with a very welcoming sales person. I was shown where to find the dresses in my daughter's size. We proceeded to the dressing rooms there was a wait but so worth it. Reagan was our attendant. She was very insightful and did an excellent job for helping my daughter find a dress for the shape of her body. She had a great attitude and was so sweet. She never acted like we were bothering her when we asked for more dresses. I give terry acosta 5 stars. More if I could. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I had an outstanding experience with Terry Costa, and their customer service deserves to be recognized.
There was a small mix-up with an order shipped. Mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how a company responds and Terry Costa went above and beyond. Christina from their team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.
She immediately acknowledged the issue, offered multiple solutions, and even arranged a generous accommodation to make things right. Throughout the process she was responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful.
It’s rare to see this level of customer care today. Christina is truly an asset to the Terry Costa organization, and her commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

We had an amazing experience.
We drove 2.5 hours and Gabriella was so sweet and helpful. She definitely worked her butt off helping us. My grand daughter tried on at least 20-25 dresses and Gabriella never complained about it. We will definitely request her when we are back or when any of her friends needs a dress.

The dress of my dreams
I had actually found my dress at another shop, but they gave me some fitting advice that just didn't make sense. When I tried on several dresses at Terry Costa and still hadn't found the right one, they pulled a couple more and the last of those was the same dress I had put on before. It was a perfect fit and the attendant helping me said the other place was wrong about the fitting adjustments. They are so helpful and kind and they will help you with absolutely everything in terms of attire for the bridal party with the exception of tuxes.

Easy and stress-free dress shopping
I found my dream dress here about 6 months before my wedding, and I had a wonderful experience gown shopping. I had only been to one other bridal salon, so I wasn't very sure of what silhouette/fabric etc. I wanted to try, but they allowed me and my mom to go through their gowns and pick what we wanted. This took a lot of pressure off the selection process, and gave us a very flexible and relaxed experience. They helped me into each dress, gave me just the right amount of attention, and helped me truly envision myself as a bride-to-be by adding my tiara and veil of choice during try-on. They even had a faux bouquet for you to hold. Terry Costa had a beautiful showroom and walkway, and I imagine that a huge bridal party would have a great time here with their bride, just know that they don't have the champagne/mimosa treatment. They don't take appointments so I walked in on a Monday evening (I called ahead to make sure they weren't busy), and they were able to fit me in without issue and our dress shopping here only took about two hours total. My one-of-a-kind gown was very affordable (less than 1K), but I have pretty simple tastes. I wish they had an onsite tailor, but I found an awesome tailor in the Casa Linda area near White Rock Lake (Hong Kong Tailor, Kathy). If you want a seamless and easy experience with very knowledgeable and patient bridal experts, I definitely recommend stopping at Terry Costa.

YALL!!! My mom looked PHENOMENAL on my wedding day and it’s all because of Terry Costa. They took AMAZING care of my mother (and I) while she shopped for the perfect dress. I bought my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses from Terry Costa in Dallas. I got to have my own fitting room and space for all of my guests to sit to see the dresses I tried on. The girl that helped me find my dress was incredible. She made it such an easy process! After finding my perfect dress, my bridesmaids all got to purchase their dresses as well. There was a construction going on in the building while I was there so I was given a discount for the inconvenience. I highly recommend Terry Costa!

I went to Terry Costa fo search for my wedding dress and was lucky enough to have Vera as my consultant. I went one day after work to scope out their inventory and hadn’t planned on trying anything on that day but she convinced me to try on a few silhouettes for a better idea on sizing and fit. That helped so much when I came back for my real shopping trip with my mother and maid of honor. She was very attentive to what I was looking for swapping out and suggesting dresses to suit my request. She helped me find the ultimate dress, veil, and headpiece. I could not be happier with how she helped me out the whole thing together. The morning I came in she had already been placed to consult a new walk in but she remembered me from the week prior and requested to swap consultants for me since she had already an idea of what I was looking for. I got the most amazing dress at an incredible price. Great selection, great service!

I found my perfect dress at Terry Costa! Victoria assisted me by bringing dresses she knew were my exact style and would flatter my shape. She was incredibly professional, careful, and kind. She assisted with the processing of my order, communicating it was ready for pickup, and allowed me to try on my exact dress when I picked it up. It was incredibly smooth to work with them and they even resolved an overpayment on the bridesmaid dresses swiftly and quickly. Amazing Consultant
I was a "walk in" appointment - I had not scheduled an appointment prior. I was immediately helped & directed on where to go as soon as I walked in. I was directed to the bridal department & was helped within minutes. Amidst other appointments & customers, Liza still managed to help me & made me a priority! She was AMAZING! I could not believe that even though I had not scheduled an appointment, I was still completely taken care of.
I've worked customer service jobs since I was young, so trust me when I say that Liza was the best customer service I've ever had. She is so sweet, caring, friendly, & over all a genuine person! Unbelievable Service and Beautiful Dresses!
We went to another bridal shop appointment and were totally dismayed at what we saw. We decided on a whim to to go to Terry Costa without an appointment. Taylor Baril jump right in just like we were royalty and showed us all of the dresses we picked! She was awesome. She even picked the perfect veil to go with THE dress. She said yes to the dress! I went to Terry Costa after not receiving one sales person to help me at Neiman Marcus. I was s shopping for a mother of the bride dress. There ended up being 3 that I would have been very happy with buying. The sales people were very helpful. They even called the vendors to determine if specific sizes could be ordered. I ordered a smaller size than they had in stock and the dress arrived in 1 week. I am preparing to go again for my son's wedding in a few months to look for a dress!

Got my allure wedding dress here. There was literally a line out the door of prom dress people trying on dresses, and we were escorted immediately to a really nice private room with seating for my moh and bm. I know my dress was special, and they accommodated my budget...but I didn’t get more compliments on ANYTHING....my dress was the show stopper. This is the third gown we have bought from Terry Costa, and I couldn't of ask for anyone better than Claudette! I was a bit skeptical at first because she's a bit older, but boy does she know her stuff! And on top of that she's funny and honest. She assessed what kind of gown my daughter wanted then went to find more that she knew would look good on her. She searched and had others searching for one gown impiticular. She ended up finding it but I questioned the smaller size, once again she told me to trust her and it was perfect!! I hope in the future we can request her.

When we arrived at Terry Costa, we waited on the red carpet to enter. It was exhilarating! In the store, we were greeted by smiling faces and friendly sales reps. We were fortunate that we had Heather to help us find the perfect prom dress! We started trying on at 10:00 AM, and we finally chose the dress at 1:00 PM. Heather kept smiling, looking, helping, and giving advice on dresses. Heather was absolutely the best sales rep I have ever had in a dress shop. There were so many options at Terry Costa. I purchased both my wedding gown and veil from Terry Costa. Serenity was my bridal consultant and she did a fabulous job helping me last minute to closing time. The associates are very gracious and accommodating. My gown and veil came in and fit wonderfully. I even went in for my engagement dress. I do not remember who it was who helped me but she chose the most beautiful gown for me! I highly recommend coming here for all your bridal needs. I can't wait to go in for my hair piece!

Like, I'm talking being completely discouraged from shopping for a wedding dress for a good while. Never go to David's Bridal in Mesquite! I came here on the most random whim and am so thankful I did. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was just so happy. The lady who helped me, Heather, was absolutely wonderful. Terry Costa had a trunk sale on the designer my daughter loved and we visited on that weekend, and my daughter found her dress quickly and we were able to save 20% on her dress! They also got the dress delivered much earlier than anticipated, and so we were able to then work on alterations early. Natasha was a dream to work with! She is super friendly, respectful, helpful, and truly cares about what your daughter wants for her dream wedding, and she even helped us out when we had issues with the alterations company. I highly recommend Terry Costa for your bridal needs!

We were able to find my daughter's wedding gown at the first place we shopped - Terry Costa. There was an excellent number of choices. We had an appointment; so, Ann assisted us. She was an absolute jewel. She took her time with us, offered professional opinions when asked and eased our minds. When we picked up the dress, Ann worked us in and again was so valuable to us. An extra big THANK YOU TO ANN -- you made this a very enjoyable experience for the bride and her mother.

People are still talking to me about my wedding dress! This is one place where you don't need an appointment, but if it's busy you will have to wait for a room to open up. They have a separate dressing area for prom dresses and wedding dresses, so even though it was the middle of prom season, it wasn't a big deal. And while you wait (and we didn't wait too long), you get to pick out the dresses you want to try on. They have dresses that are one of a kind (so hope they have it in your size or a little bigger), and also dresses that they can order. Once you are in a room, they give you someone to help you (they might go help someone else too, but I barely noticed since she was back in under 5 minutes). They don't do tailoring services, but the place next door (which they recommend) is really good and fast. The prices were really affordable: my dress was a ballroom style, really bulky, and it was under $1500.

Went Prom dress shopping last Saturday, they were very busy but the line for dressing room moved fast. Liked the hanging system so you don't stand there and hold you dresses. Once we were in the dressing room, which surprised me how many there are, Paige was our girl and did an excellent job considering just how busy they were. Always smiling and helpful. Silver was amazing and went above and beyond in helping us get the dress in the size we needed. Went to the "other" prom dress shop last year for prom and went looking this year before going to Terry Costa. I can proudly say Terry Costa is the place we will continue to go and will be telling our friends about it, actually already let a friend know that day! Terry Costa has a wide selection of dresses, not just this years in style dresses and has a much wider price selection.

I took my daughter shopping for her first formal dress this past weekend. We had so much fun. As soon as we walked through the front door we were greeted by Meagan. She was so sweet and patient with us. She did an excellent job of asking questions and really getting to know my daughter and finding what her likes and dislikes were. Within an hour of being in the store we had found the perfect dress. Meagan and the rest of the staff made what could've been a stressful day, a great exsperiance for both me and my daughter.

I took my daughter prom dress shopping on Monday. This was our very first time at Terry Costa. We were greeted by a very nice lady April. She was so very helpful, kind, and worked so very hard to make our experience top notch! She helped my daughter try on what seemed to be at least 50 dresses. We were there from 3:00 to 6:00 and the entire time April had a positive attitude and a very friendly demeanor. Even though there was other customers we never felt like we were any less than number 1 on April's list! From now on we will always shop at Terry Costa because of April. Thank you April for all of your help!

I absolutely love Terry Costa! I go there for all of my prom & winter formal needs. I live almost 2 1/2 hours away, but that never stops me!!! The service is amazing and even though prom dress shopping can be stressful at times, they always take time to help me. And another big plus to this store: IT'S CHEAPER. I highly recommend trying Terry Costa and once you do, you will never want to go anywhere else.

Let me just start out with a bit of a back story:
I went to a big name bridal company ( highly advertised on tv and at bridal expo's). I was treated poorly, stuffed into dresses four sizes too small and then swimming in dresses four sizes too big. My opinions were pushed to the side and a dress was chosen for me by the manager due to her " understanding of my style." WRONG.
I said "yes" to this dress in front of my bridesmaids to avoid sheer embarrassment. I then cancelled the dress later that SAME day with my mom at home.
Follow up the NEXT WEEK by a surprise trip by my mom ( just the two of us this time) to TERRY COSTA in Dallas Texas. My mom drove 5 hours from Arkansas and I 5 hours from West Texas to meet there. I was so nervous I could hardly speak. I was introduced to a bridal consultant ( ANN). Ann was the sweetest and most kind person I have EVER met. She guided me gently through the dresses and explained pro's and con's to all of them. * I am very short with larger than average hips* by no means plus nor extra small. So, a unique situation to say the least. I tried on about 6 dresses and I narrowed to two ( my time constraints limited me at this point as my wedding was now 5 months away).
At this time another consultant/ master seamstress MOGDA offered a final suggestion based on my height and other factors. She directed me toward a dress that was a sample used in the store ( which I had no objections about) She was however disappointed that the back had been so badly damaged. She talked to a manager who agreed to let the dress go for significantly less than even the SALE PRICE. Modga then set me up for an emergency fitting the next day and one more fitting to finalize( She knew our travel arrangements) This is AMAZING considering the amount of work and extra additions. What resulted was an amazing dress even more beautiful than my dreams. I cried when I saw the dress and it was the best experience I could've ever hoped for ! Thank you!!!!!

I visited a trunk show for Mori Lee and it was the best thing ever! We arrived shortly after it opened and secured the biggest fitting room courtesy of Vera. I had an idea of what I wanted , a dress I had pinned on my wedding Pinterest board. I had my party of 7 women each choose a dress they thought I'd like plus a bunch of others that caught my eye. I tried each of them on after first strutting down the runway in my dream dress, none fit me quite as perfectly as my dream dress. Vera went above and beyond finding me my dress brand new in one size bigger (everyone and their mother had tried on my dress in my size). Spent under $600 for my dress and found a belt for an additional 120 I think, well below my budget for my dress! I even found my bridesmaids dresses and had those ordered from here as well! Would most definitely recommend Terry Costa and Vera!

I had the BEST experience at Terry Costa! The consultant was great and gave me all her time and attention. I was rushed and uncomfortable at another dress store, and my day was completely turned around when I walked into Terry Costa. I tried on my dress about 3 times and the consultant had no problem helping me! She was willing to help me in any way, and wasn't just trying to make a sell. I found and ordered my dress the same day and it came in about 3 weeks before they said it would. I recommend them to all bride-to-be's!

I had a very great experience at Terry Costa. My sister actually found her wedding dress here so I decided to take a look to find mine. I tried on about 5 or 6 dresses here with the help of Vera. She was absolutely wonderful in making me feel special in every single dress I tried on, even if I wasn't in love with it. I even made a comment about the bling on one dress being a little bit too much for me and she said "Honey, that is not too much, this is your big day and you deserve to stand out. It is a beautiful dress on you" The small comments like that really made me feel special. Vera was also great and managing her time between different brides as it did get a little busy later on so she had to help one other girl about half way through my time there. When I finally said yes to my dress, everyone clapped for me and was very excited. I had great customer service from everyone in the store the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out.

I purchased my wedding dress from Terry Costa in Dallas, TX. I saw a gown that I fell in love with, but I refused to try it on because it was out of my budget. I purchased an off the rack gown so it had a few damages, but they were able to fix those damages and the dress became brand new. We did some negotiations with the price AND they were able to ship it to my home in Ohio free of tax and shipping!!! I loved the experience I had at Terry Costa. We went in on a whim and decided to just try a few dresses on. Due to a short engagement, I didn't think that I would purchase a dress because it takes so long to order anything. I had planned on finding a style that fit me well and trying to find something online that I could receive quickly. I went with my mom and sisters and we were able to walk around and pick out dresses. After trying a few on, we realized that white was not a good color for my skin tone. One of my sisters had picked up a champagne colored dress with a hint of blush. The color was perfect! The style was not quite right...too over the top for the wedding we had planned. The price was also out of my budget. The sweet gal (I wish I could remember her name) helping us saw that I liked the color of the dress and went and picked out a couple more in the same shade. The second one she had picked out was beautiful. The style was perfect and I loved the dress. The price was unbelievable! It was an Allure one-of-a-kind dress so we took it home that day. They steamed the dress the week of the wedding for free which was so nice! I would definitely recommend them for bridal purchases.

With a July wedding I actually waited to start shopping in January. I found my dress, a Maggie Sottero & Badgley Mischka combination. Mermaid style fit and flare gown. I left it and still went shopping because I was still waiting on my mother to travel from out of state before I made final purchases. The staff knew this and still treated me with the same great service and attention when I went back almost 3 weeks later. They still had the gown, which was a little out of my range of "what I needed to spend". They actually gave us a little discount and were purchased the gown off the rack. I cried and so did my consultant Linda. Who was amazing. I recommend them for the bride that doesn't know what to expect when going dress shopping, knows a price range that she need to stay in, but wants a designer gown for a fair price. You will get the great service, bottle water (no champagne lol - it's not that fancy), clean and professional atmosphere. I think it takes some of the pressure off, because not only do you choose your own gowns to try on (there can be a little wait because of this) but you can SEE the price tags!! Retail and TC price compare all that you pull. So there is no "upselling" from the consultants on the dresses. Now keep that in mind when trying on the accessories - Veil, Sashes, etc. The ones you try on to "jack your dress up" are a little on the pricey side in my opinion. They allow you to take pictures, so you can still shop around for pieces that fit your budget and still end up with an awesome dress. They do offer a discounts for brides that purchase their gown too, up until your wedding day. You owe it to yourself to check it out!
**Tip: You may want to go on a Saturday, towards the end of the evening - it's super busy on Saturdays. The day that I actually purchased my dress was a little bit calmer. Sunday in March.

Absolutely LOVVVVEEEEE Terry Costa!!! I found my dream dress here for such a fantastic deal! The dress is a Maggie Sottero, originally is $2400, but got it for $1400! Fantastic bargain! Natasha was so nice and friendly to me, my family, and my bridal party!
My favorite part was walking around and picking out the dresses that I would want to try on. Instead of them just picking dresses for you, you also get to put in some input.
I so excited for my future husband to see me!

After having a nightmare experience at Mockingbird Bridal with the grumpy old ladies who hate their jobs, I came to Terry Costa to find the same dress I tried on at Mockingbird. The manager searched the database and said they didn't have it in stock but they could order it for me and it would be in in 6-8 weeks. On top of placing my order, she more than price matched what the other boutique was charging for my gown, giving me 20% off!! The gown came in and it was beautiful! Such a relief to not have to do business with that awful Mockingbird Bridal store!! Thank you Terry Costa!

I had a wonderful experience at Terry Costa! I had originally planned to go to another bridal store but they wouldn't let us in because we didn't have an appointment. A family member recommended Terry Costa so we decided to try and go there and we were so happy that we did! As soon as we walked in they assigned us to a wedding coordinator(Ashlee) and she was wonderful! She helped me into and out of all 13 of the dresses that I tried and brought me suggestions based on what I liked about each dress. She even brought me the dress I ended up choosing! I love my dress, it's so unique and beautiful!

This place is awesome! I enjoyed everything. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff at the desk. Cassy was bridal consultant and she was so sweet. I found the dress that I was looking for and about 5-6 more dresses (mostly with her help). She helped me in and out of every single dress, and was always there exactly when I needed her. (I had been to other places where other consultants were no where to be found when I needed to get in and out of dresses). She even laced me into a dress twice! She was very sweet and personable. She is engaged as well and we discussed our proposals and plans for our wedding. I had went shopping alone and she was there to help me take a picture of every dress! She even waited for my friend to meet me and we tried on all the dresses a second time. I believe I was there for 2 hours! (which is rare for me, since I hate to shop and try on clothes). The entire 2 hours she was there for me and was very attentive, and not once did I feel rushed. It was the best experience ever. I was pretty sure I knew which dress I liked however I wanted to go home and show my mother the pics (since she lives in a different state), but I was planning to return the next day. She gave me advice on arriving early and even offered to help me again when I came back. Sure enough, I was there at opening the next day (along with tons of others) and I quickly found her again. We found the dresses I liked the previous day and even found a new one. Again she was great, attentive, and helped me find accessories. My second visit was 1.5 hours, and I never felt rushed and all the other consultants were very warm and friendly. I end up buying my dress, at 20% off because it was a trunk show. I had such a great experience, I wish I could do it all again (but I've already found my dress :(. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience here! This was my first bridal shop to go to. The girl that helped me try on all the dresses was so sweet and helpful. She stayed in the budget I gave her. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on! And not just me, but my maid of honor bought her dress there the same day and so did my mom! It was an easy, one-stop shop! So fun and stress free. They have a great selection and really affordable prices. I actually left there and went to David's Bridal next to be sure that it was "the dress" - big mistake. I should have stayed at Terry Costa. When I was searching for a wedding dress. My maid of honor happened to be in town one weekend so we decided to go to Terry Costa just to look. Well they were having a "one-of-a-kind" sale that weekend. The awesome girls that worked there helped me out so much. I tried on a few styles and found two that I really loved. Fortunately enough for me her mother and mothers best friend were with us. They also enjoyed all the wedding exciting-ness. I found a dress I really like but couldn't afford it so I would have just left without the dress. But my maid-of-honors, mother's best friend, ended up buying the dress for me because she didn't want to see me leave without it.
Terry Costa is a great local place to find your wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, or even prom dresses. They were so easy to work with and I can get an additional 20% off all items until my wedding!

It was very busy the day I went in. I did not make an appointment but I was welcomed to walk around the store and pick out dresses to try on so I did. I tried on a few different styles and the lady helping me was very sweet. They even gave me the dress at a discounted price which I was happy about. I also though their prices were very reasonable. The ONLY thing I was very unhappy about it the seamstress they referred me to. They were rude and not helpful, would not make the alteration to the dress that I wanted and I did NOT like working with them (the seamstress). If you purchase a dress at Terry Costa my advice would be to get it altered somewhere else rather than the ladies next door.

Terry Costa was my first choice to try on dresses. I went to 4 places afterwards and I was not satisfied. I already had my dresses picked out at Terry Costa and I went back to my first choice, and first dress. Everybody is so nice!! I had Vera and I loved her! I highly recommend this place for any type of dress!

I LOVE my experience here! I had Candace help me find my dream dress and it was a $3000 Allure one-of-a-kind Runway couture gown for $99! I had pinned the newer version of this dress on my lok book 2 days after I got enagged & of course I knew I couldn't afford it so I started looking at other dresses and this dress had EVERYTHING I wanted. Candace helped me to finish the look & feel like a princess for my July 18th wedding! It was such such a special moment with my parents, sister, & mother-in-law to be! This place discounts dresses and has so many runway dresses revolving in in and out of there all the time and will keep your budget in mind along with making you feel wonderful. Most if not all their staff is wondeeful. I prayed for my dress & God truly directed me here! Plus anything I buy until my wedding date is 15% off!

I originally had selected my wedding dress from somewhere else but came here with my bridesmaids to get their dresses. They had the dress I wanted to get so I tried it on so my mother-in-law could see since she couldn't make it the first time. While trying it on, the lady (I wish I remember her name!!) that was helping us went a grabbed another dress for me to try. I didn't want to try it on since I was set on the dress I already picked out. She convinced me to just put it on and I instantly fell in love. The dress was perfect and fit me perfectly. Just by talking to me for a couple minutes she already knew what I was wanting in a dress and she picked the perfect dress out for me. I bought a tiara, and belt from them as well as my bridesmaids getting their dresses there. They are very helpful and friendly and do their best to help you.

I had a great experience at Terry Costa! I went in with my mom and Maid of Honor and looked at a lot of dresses. I had tried on dresses at another place, and the staff at Terry Costa was much less attentive while we looked at dresses, but I actually liked this better.. I didn't have anyone suggesting dresses that I did not like, and I did not feel rushed to finish my appointment on time. From what I understand, Terry Costa does not take appointments, which I could see being an issue if there are a lot of other brides there, but not having an appointment made me feel like I could take all the time that I wanted. I tried on probably about 10 dresses, and the worker was very helpful in lacing up the corsets and giving suggestions on sizing. I was able to buy my dress during one of their trunk sales, and got 20% off of my dress! The dress came in earlier than I expected, and looked amazing! I would highly suggest checking out Terry Costa to any bride who is looking for a beautiful dress at a good price!

I went to so many shops in the Dallas Metroplex, even Houston, and none had what I was looking for, except for Terry Costa! I had an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and very helpful! My consultant, Alyssa, knew exactly what I wanted, was able to pick out THE dress, and stay within my budget. I was even able to get 20% off due to the Trunk Show! I felt beautiful in my dress on my wedding day!

I had an amazing experience at Terry Costa! The weekend after I got engaged my mother, MOH, and I decided to go look at dresses and get an idea of what I would want. I never planned on buying a dress that day. I arrived without an appointment and they were quick to help me and find me a consultant. I ended pulling around 10 dresses and did not find what I had wanted. I told my consultant what I had in mind and within a few minutes she brought me the PERFECT dress. The best part was that it was 1000 under my budget! I did not want to spend over 2000 and with it being a trunk show that weekend I got it 20% off. I recently went back and got my veil and bridesmaids dresses. I got them on sale as well! This place is extremely professional and has great inventory and sales. I definitely recommend it to anyone!

Terry Costa carries a large array of stunning bridal gowns and the staff are a joy to work with. When my daughter found "her" gown she cried and so did the sales associate. I will return there again for formal wear for myself.

I used to shop at Terry Costa in high school for my formals and often didn't find anything I liked. However, they carried a wedding dress line that I was interested in so I stopped by and saw that the store is completely different than it was 12 years ago.
I was able to buy my dress off the rack or they could also order me a brand new one-- other stores I went to did not offer this option. They also carried one of a kind Allure wedding dresses that were gorgeous and were a great value since they were also off the rack.
Sarah was the saleswoman who helped me and I can't say enough nice things about her. I would highly recommend Terry Costa to anyone looking for their wedding dress. I really was a great experience.

if you need a sample dress this is the place to go. there are barely any stores in dallas that have a HUGE selection of sample dresses---especially in my size 12. i was able to go in and get a sample dress 4 months before my wedding. i bought it off the rack and it was in perfect condition because it had just arrived in the store the day before. i didnt need alterations because it fit so perfectly so i saved a ton. (ladies if you want to save money on alterations get a dress that laces up in the back instead of one with a zipper--a lace-up is much more adjustable) this store had plenty dresses for me to choose in a size 12 as opposed to other stores that only carried a huge selection of size 4, 6, 8. thank God for terry costa!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Terry Costa! Vera was so sweet and helped me find the dress of my dreams. She was so patient and helpful especially after some of the attendants at some of the high end shops around town were so snotty and rude to me. I was told about terry costa from a friend and I was soo glad I drove down to the shop. I ended up with a beautiful dress that was $300 under my budget. Yay!!

I got my dress the first time I went dress shopping at a sample sale and got a great deal. I had gotten all of my prom dresses here and knew that I loved the selection and service so it was the first and only place that I tried on wedding dresses.

I am from Tulsa, OK and happened to make a random trip to Dallas for the weekend. I knew a few people who spoke very highly of Terry Costa and now I am thrilled to be one of those people too! The atmosphere is so relaxed. They let you look and pick out your own dresses, but will also find dresses for you if you ask. The service was amazing! They were patient with me while I tried on about 8 dresses and when I found "The One" everyone was so happy for me. They cheered and it was a great feeling!
My dress was what they called "off the runway." I had never heard of this term before but they have a couple of rows (probably 200 dresses) that are dresses that aren't mass produced and they sell them for GREAT prices. I was lucky enough to find a one of a kind Allure gown for a fraction of the price in my size. I still can't believe I found such a great deal on such an amazing dress. Thanks Terry Costa...I hope to be sending more Tulsa brides your way!!

I have tried on a LOT of wedding dresses, but I couldn't find The Dress. I walked into Terry Costa last Memorial Day weekend and they just happened to be having a sample sale (!!!!!!!). After digging through the racks I pulled out the dress I'd been drooling over online for months, an Allure lace gown with a small train. I knew it was the one but tried on a few options while I was in the store just to be sure. The staff was very helpful and seemed happy to help me try on around 10 dresses. They made me feel gorgeous and were very helpful with alteration and modification suggestions. I loved the variety of dresses, they weren't all strapless and poufy.
My dress was too big and needed a lot of alteration work and some repairs (some rips in the lace and very dirty/dingy - but TBF it was a sample) but it's PERFECT now and I couldn't be happier!

When my gown came in in the wrong size, the ladies at TC jumped through hoops to make it right. They offered to have the gown altered down while at the same time searching for the gown in the correct size. Fortunately, they found my gown (small paperwork mishap), but still discounted the shipping to $0 for my trrouble. Thank you Claudette - you're the best!!!

Terry Costa has a huge selection of bridal dresses all at great prices! Their salesladies were also very helpfull. They gave you your space and youre browsing and once you decide to try on they helped you out if you wished it. The gown I chose from Maggie Sottero was beautiful, it arrived in time and the alterations were made perfectly. They also have a large selection of prom, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride/groom dresses.

I went shopping with a friend for her wedding, while browsing I found the dress I wanted for my wedding. Although I did not have a floor length dress I choose one in the prom department, the staff were so nice in making the dress fit and telling me exactly how the dress looked on me. They recommended I wait for the fitting until close to the date so to have an exact fit. They were great.

I've been going to Terry Costa for years and still can't find another place I love so much. The service is great, just be careful because they get busy due to their special events. I always suggest setting up an appointment. And ask for Sarah. She is not only one of my best friends but an amazing stylist with an eye for elegance. She helped me find that dress I had dreamt about for years (all lace and beading and crystals) and work out the best deal possible. I ended up getting my dress for almost $1000 less than the suggested sales price I found elsewhere. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses, a little too close to the date, and they helped me get them rush ordered. LOVE TC!

Excellent service and worth my drive and my time. I called the boutique before a trunk show and they took my information over the phone to place my order. They keep my information on file and waited until the trunk show weekend to complete my order so I would get the discounted price. No one in North Texas could beat their price and the one that could had the worse service. When I drove into town to get my dress I was treated with wonderful service and they had everything in store to help me complete my look. 5 Stars in my book!
