We worked with Taylor this past weekend at Monserate Winery and had such a great experience.
She was organized, communicative, and kept everything running smoothly without it ever feeling forced. From a DJ perspective, the timeline and coordination were super dialed, which makes a big difference in creating a seamless experience for the couple and guests.

We worked with Taylor for both day-of coordination and florals, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! We honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Taylor and her team. From our very first inquiry call to the final hour of our wedding night, Taylor was attentive, professional, and incredibly supportive.
Even though Taylor hadn’t worked at our venue prior to our event, she went above and beyond—visiting it in advance to get a better idea of the layout for us and collaborating closely with the venue coordinator throughout the planning process. For florals, we had a specific vision for a Tuscany-inspired sunset palette. Taylor met with us regularly and worked diligently to bring that vision to life. The decorations and florals were stunning, and we received countless compliments thanks to her execution and creative eye.
On our special day, Taylor made us feel completely taken care of, allowing us to let go of any worries and truly enjoy the moment. We cannot recommend Taylor and her team highly enough. We couldn’t imagine our special day without her guidance and expertise—she is simply fantastic at what she does! -

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
We are so incredibly thankful to have worked with Taylor, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding without her. We hired her a year in advance, and from our very first conversation she made us feel supported, understood, and completely at ease. Over the course of the year, we had frequent calls, constant communication, and multiple in-person meetings including vendor meetups, where she guided us and helped shape the vision that ultimately became our wedding day.
All of that care and preparation paid off tenfold. Our wedding exceeded every expectation. It was beautiful from start to finish, flawlessly coordinated, and so thoughtfully executed that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. So many of our guests commented on how smooth, seamless, and stunning the entire day was, and that is a direct reflection of Taylor’s talent, organization, and professionalism.
She is exceptional at what she does, and we are very grateful for everything she did for us. Taylor made our wedding truly unforgettable, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

We could not have planned our wedding without Taylor! She was truly incredible from start to finish. Taylor is so experienced, organized, and thoughtful in every detail. She handled all of our questions, (and there were many!!), and handled questions from our parents with such patience and professionalism. She was always available whenever we needed her.
She went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. She also did our florals, and the design was everything I had envisioned and more. I had created a vision board, and she truly brought it to life and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her, I was able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in the best hands.
I can’t recommend her enough if you want to actually enjoy the wedding planning process and work with a true professional who makes every detail feel effortless! Forever thankful to Taylor for making our day so memorable. -

Taylor was a Godsend for our very DIY wedding! She's incredibly kind, supportive, and proactive - exactly who we were hoping to find to help make everything run smoothly. Meeting with her every few weeks leading up to the day was extremely helpful for planning AND for putting our mind at ease.
The day of the wedding we worked with Carson, and everything went off without a hitch! So grateful we chose to work with them both! -

I had not originally planned to hire a wedding planner until my venue strongly recommended it and of course they were right - having Taylor to walk us through the planning process, being available to answer any of our stupid questions, and guide us through the day of without a major hitch is something I'm confident made the event proceed like a dream. We started planning just about 10 months out and Taylor scheduled monthly meetings with targeted to-do lists that kept everything moving smoothly and gave me more confidence over planning the largest event I've ever been responsible for. In hindsight, I wish we'd hired her first and used her help to tour venues; I'm sure that would've made that experience better too. She also helped us understand wedding trends and referred us to our DJ, who we loved. Day of was where her skills paid off the most though - we had a detailed timeline that she kept us on track with. I'm a punctual anxious person but I was not worried about anything during the day because I knew she had it handled. Nor did anyone worry me about anything during the day. I got to relax with my girls and marry the love of my life. One other bonus of working with Taylor was contracting her for floral services. She provided flowers for an arch, aisle decorations that were repurposed for the sweetheart table, nine boutonnieres, three corsages, and five bouquets in the most gorgeous colors and within our budget. Seeing these flowers on the day and in our photos still brings me so much joy! -

We are way beyond pleased with the truly Exceptional job that Taylor did as our Wedding Planner and Florist!! We hired her over a year in advance, as our Day of Coordinator, for my daughter’s wedding on the 4th of July. However instead of just day of coordination, she set up Zoom meetings with us almost monthly over that entire time, to make sure we were staying on track and to see if we had any questions or needs. She gave us so much of her time and expertise, and went well beyond what we had contracted her for! We also hired her to do all our Wedding Flowers that turned out so gorgeous and stunning!! My mother literally cannot stop commenting on how incredible all the flowers were! Her attention to detail and design made everything absolutely perfect! Taylor is so friendly, upbeat, organized, and professional in her job. Every single one of our Vendors had praised her, that everything went so smoothly because we had such an amazing Wedding Planner! I highly recommend her for your Wedding Planning needs and your Floral design. You will not be disappointed at all! Thank you Taylor for working so hard to give Ashley her Dream Wedding!!!

My husband and I wanted to have a reception for our wedding and had no idea where to start. We knew the location of our event, but that was about it. Our venue recommended Taylor Toyra for wedding planning and thank goodness we found her! I was so in over my head with all of the small details that go into one big party. Taylor is detail oriented, patient and incredibly organized. She made the planning process manageable and straight forward. She also was there day of with an assistant to ensure everything went smoothly. With her help, our wedding reception was the most beautiful and lovely event! Thank you Taylor for everything! Unparalleled organization and communication
I just had a May 2025 wedding and can genuinely say Taylor is a master of her craft and worth every single penny. I had a very logistically complicated, 150 person wedding involving 3 different venues (none of which were intended for weddings) and Taylor executed a flawless event where I was able to focus on being present and not worry about a thing. She only ever made me feel at ease and if she was ever stressed she never showed it. Beyond professional and easy to work with.
Her communication and organizational skills are unparalleled - I even received praise from 3 other vendors I used about how great she is to work with (photographer, hair, and makeup).
It’s also worth noting the variety of wedding styles she has done and speaks to her ability to understand her client’s vision, be adaptable, and execute in a way that (personally) was better than I ever imagined.
Although this is her everyday work, she never forgets that it is once in a lifetime event for the rest of us. It was genuinely the best day of my life and Taylor was hugely integral to that.
PS - Incredible florist as well. It would be a mistake not to use her. She took my favorite Pinterest inspo and somehow made it even better. -

Taylor was absolutely amazing!! She helped plan every single detail from florals to hotel blocking. She was so kind and thorough through the whole process. I had many people say to me on my wedding “you haven’t seemed stressed at all planning this”- this is because I had full trust in Taylor that everything will be beautiful. I have been so blessed working with her and her team. -

We had the awesome opportunity to work with Taylor as the wedding planner for my daughter’s special day and her team at Taylor Nicole Events. From the moment we met Taylor, her warm, caring and bubbly personality and passion for her work shone through and won us over instantly. She initiated the planning by listening and understanding the couple’s vision and made sure each aspect of the three days of events for their Indian wedding were personalized to their desire. Her strong communication skills through various forms- email, WhatsApp, zoom meetings, text messaging or personal calls was truly incredible and manageable for all of us. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism to work with vendors and contract negotiations assisted us greatly and she continuously reminded us to notify her of any issues, concerns or road blocks we may face throughout the planning process. Her calm and reassuring presence made the wedding planning seamlessly effortless. When the time arrived to execute the months of planning, Taylor did not disappoint. Her attention to detail from the floral décors to the activities of the events made it a truly memorable and unbelievable experience not only for the couple, but for all of their delighted guests too. There was so much behind the scenes we are not aware of that Taylor and her team handled to make everything easy for us and to ensure each day ran smoothly allowing us to enjoy and relax without worrying. Thank you, Taylor, for going above and beyond when we needed you and we’re so grateful for all your hard work and dedication towards making my daughter’s wedding day unforgettable. Where to even begin? Taylor was a literal lifesaver leading up to and the day of our wedding. My husband and I are both extremely busy working in the healthcare field and Taylor was patient and flexible with us and our schedules. We met monthly for ~6 months (maybe more) leading up to wedding day and more frequently as we got closer. Our stresses were relieved after each meeting and she made the whole planning process fun and enjoyable. She is dedicated, organized, professional, and thorough with the use of master planning documents on google docs/sheets with explicit timelines and to-do lists for us (we really needed that).
She went above and beyond by reaching out to vendors for quotes for us and sending us recommendations for vendors, things to do in the area (La Jolla), and even nail salons for the week of. Taylor also did our florals which turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She took so much stress off of us for which we are forever grateful.
On wedding day, Taylor was ON IT. The day went so smoothly despite it being Friday the 13th lol. She came with a suitcase full of anything we could have needed and didn't think to bring. She had the calmest energy and kept me grounded amidst chaos/nerves. Taylor was not only the greatest coordinator and florist we could have asked for, but we now also consider her a friend and can't wait to meet up with her in our future trips to the San Diego area.
Taylor- thank you SO much for everything. You are incredible at your job and we feel so lucky to have found you. -

I cannot speak highly enough about Taylor and her team!!! 🤩 My husband and I were faced with a huge challenge of switching our destination wedding venue, with only 3 MONTHS to plan! Taylor was highly recommended from our venue, and from the moment we spoke, I felt at ease! She was calming, professional, reassuring, and organized! From start to finish, every detail was closely monitored, with timelines in place, after every call. But unfortunately, no wedding is perfect, and ours certainly had some unexpected bumps. Our DJ backed out last minute, and the hotel didn’t follow through with bridal suite reservations (ugh!). But Taylor came to the rescue, and scoured her entire contact list, to help us find a backup DJ option, and also worked with the hotel directly, to find a solution to the problem! We made the BEST choice in hiring her for our wedding, and I can assure you that you are in great hands, if you choose to do the same! -

Both my wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor. Her outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, attention to detail, the list goes on and on....
We were initially introduced to Taylor when our original wedding coordinator essentially scammed us and had not followed through on anything we had already planned just a few months shy of our wedding day. Both my wife and I were extremely stressed out and upset because we we're now scrambling trying to find a new wedding coordinator on very short notice.
Lucky for us Taylor came to the rescue. From our very first video call we knew she was amazing and took her profession very very seriously. Any stress that we already had from our prior coordinator fiasco was gone, as Taylor was kind enough to take over our wedding planning on such short notice.
She made the entire process go by so smooth and eliminated any and all stress we had leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she worked non stop and made sure all of the arrangements were set up perfectly at the reception. The flower arrangements that she made for us were absolutely beautiful.
Our wedding reception was amazing and we received so many compliments for how beautiful all of the floral arrangements turned out. That was all thanks to Taylor. Me and my wife are enternally grateful for her hard work and dedication. Our wedding was amazing thanks to her!

The Best Investment and The Most Incredible Person
Taylor is INCREDIBLE in literally every way! Of all of the money spent on our wedding, the best money spent was on Taylor! She completely impressed me from our first call, but I did my due diligence and interviewed several other wedding planners narrowing it down to 4. When I asked each of them to give me an idea of how they would brighten up one of our spaces, Taylor went above and beyond taking the time to truly respond to me. I knew then that she was my person, and she didn't disappoint! I felt completely supported every step of the way, her creative eye and ideas enhanced our vision and her commitment to making sure that we had the perfect day was evident in every conversation, every experience and in the end result! Taylor's attention to detail, her love for creating the perfect day and her beautiful energy make her the perfect person to partner with in planning your perfect wedding. Taylor is seriously awesome! She made our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. Her work ethic is one that you don’t run across too often now a days. Above and Beyond
Taylor did an incredible job decorating for my wedding ceremony, creating the floral centerpieces for my reception tables, making my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and having a vision for details I had not even considered. She listened to what I wanted, asked clarifying questions, presented several drafts to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Her energy and passion for her job and desire to please me as her client was incredible. She was quick to respond to my texts, e-mails and willing to video call anytime. That word is an understatement she is an amazing Person and vendor. From weekly calls and reminders to making sure We had the dream team there for all the events, I thought it she showed gave it! She is the one you want and need to be honest! Her work shows, more over her drive make sure you wedding will go smoothly will show when you hire her. She is a phenomenal person and always is smiling no matter the stress I didn’t feel any of it and she did it all, a week long of events wasn’t easy that too with 600 people this girl was on top of it.
