Tal Orion and her team helped make our annual VIP Independence Day event a huge success. Every year we are thrilled to see our vision come to life with Tal's personable and professional work.

Our celebrity guests, elected officials, executives and colleagues all had such an incredible time. The compliments still keep rolling in.

Tal thought of details that we couldn't have thought up and had excellent contacts for the entertainment, lighting / Av décor, photography, and at the perfect venue.

For any possible issue that could arise, she had a plan B, C, and D. Tal is an exquisite event producer with super powers who will no doubt add magic to anything he is involved in.

best wedding ever.

We met Tal about two months before our wedding. At the very first meeting, we were very impressed. Tal is very professional and has an impressive experience with planning and organizing weddings

. Beside her professional skills she is pleasant to work with

My sons Bar mitzvah

Tal Orion event management was the most professional group i have ever worked with. I hired her to produce my sons bar mitzvah in August. From the day i met tal she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and reduce my stress about my event. She kept in contact with me to update me about everything going on as well. On the day of the event, i didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! Tal was there and took care of all the details all i had to do was enjoy my party. She was diligent and very detail oriented. she took an empty room and gave it so much life. We are still getting compliments on the party and the room and how beautiful it looked. I wasn’t bothered once during the night; not even for small questions. She was there to make sure everything went perfectly and i couldn’t be happier with the result! Thank you Tal and the team!!!!

Best Planner ever

Earlier this year, I worked with Tal and used her services to plan and cultivate my daughters dream Bat Mitzvah. After our first phone call, where I told her the bare minimum of our idea, I knew she was the one who would make my daughters dream party come true. Ta; is full of positive energy and light! She is extremely professional and timely. Her work was outstanding and outdid itself. She planned the event down to the nittiest grittiest detail, she was able to come up with the most creative and amazing crazy ideas that inspired my daughter. I am beyond grateful that we found her and we were so honored that she helped us throw our daughters big day. Tal was able to adapt to our many situations and problems that came with the party. We had to postpone our party, the week before, due to unforeseen weather and wildfires and Tal was able to be there with me through every step of the way and help tremendously in such a stressful and questionable time. Together she helped me make the decision to post pone our party and she was a tremendous help as she took over and reached out to every vendor and rescheduled. She also helped explain to my daughter the situation and was extremely kind. It was three months later and the day finally came. Tal planned my daughter the most beautiful party ever, I could tell she got really personal with the event and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s happiness and satisfaction. It was worth every minute of planning. She gave us our Dream Bat Mitzvah. Tal is extremely fair with pricing and never tries to nail you down for every tiny extra. She is an incredibly hard worker with immense passion and thats what makes her distinct from others. Highly recommend using her!!! We love you and thank you for everything Tal!

Amazing Service for your unforgettable event!

I used the services of Tal Orion and her team for a Bar Mitzvah in August. Tal is very charming, easy to work with, flexible, organized and well connected with the various very loyal and hard working vendors she uses. She initially was referred to me by a friend, and hiring her was the best thing I did! Tal not only was there from the start guiding me on all my possible options and levels of budgets, helping me with ideas for the event (I was clueless) and she negotiated all the prices with the vendors on my behalf. I saw her in action! She has a stable of amazing vendors, and I would not have had access to them, without her. You cannot have a successful event without an amazing DJ to keep people dancing, experienced lighting person to create the right mood, a creative and enthusiastic chef that creates the most mouth-watering menu and wows the guests with the presentation of the food, and last but not least the most efficient and discrete coordination of everything prior, during and after the event . The cost savings and the COMPLETE peace of mind were well worth the cost of hiring Tal! I was the only mother in my group that wasn't a bit stressed about the preparations for the event or the coordination for the day of. I have been to so many events where parents appeared so stressed, worrying about this and that, when they did hire event coordinators. With Tal on your side, you will basically get an upscale, discrete and flawless service for a very reasonable fee. When she took my hand to show me the room before the guests came in, I was awestruck by how gorgeous and elegant the room was! I was floored by the idea that this was MY (well, my son's) party! She made our vision come to life, and it was better than we had imagined. The 120 guests were all also talking about how stunning the room looked... We ate, we danced until the end and we loved all of it, thanks to Tal Orion and her team! My high expectations were not only met, but surpassed!! Meet her and you will know in your gut that she will understand and translate your every wish for your event. Thank you Tal!

In a word: AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, ACCESSIBLE, INCREDIBLE, RESPONSIVE...okay that was more than one word, but Tal Orion and her incredible team did an AMAZING job with our wedding planning and coordination. My wife and I live in San Francisco and were planning a wedding in LA. Tal personally toured us around to the various venues until we found the right one that met our vision, style, expectations, and budget! She handled us like newborns and held our hands from soup to nuts throughout this process. The finished product was an AMAZING experience that not only we were over-satisfied with, but our parents and guests and extended family as well. Tal Orion thoroughly exceeded our expectations!!! My wife and I would highly recommend their services without any reservation!!!

The second I met Tal, I knew my bridal shower would be a fairytale. From the little centrepiece accessories, to transforming my backyard to a rustic wonderland, eveything was done so professionally and adequately. Tal is the most amazing party planner I have ever met. She's always smiling, always reassuring that everything will be amazing. Whatever I wanted, was granted. Tal is an amazing event planer we did a few events with her , my daughter bridle shower which was amazing from the little things up to the decoration food equipment all was perfect , since then Tal is planing all our holidays dinners including this upcoming thanksgiving.

Hi, I'm Iris and my daughter Neta just had her bat mitzvah and it was amazing. The first time we stepped in her office we created a vision together that really came true! Not only is she hard working but she is also very talented. She scheduled an appointment with each vendure and attended all the meetings too! She always tried her hardest. Tal also called us often and checked up on how we were doing. When the day came, she went there early in the morning with her team and set up. When I walked in, my eyes filled up with water and I couldn't believe what I was looking at. It was GORGEOUS!! Everyone loved the party! Her team was amazing too!! My daughter was not feeling well at one point and some of them gave her tea and helped her stomach feel better from the nerves. Tal is not only a professional party planner but an amazing friend too!! I definitely 100% recommend her!

Tal planned both my daughters weddings. She was very punctual and helpful for the both of them. It was also nice that she included us, the parents.

In May of 2015, we found ourselves overwhelmed with work and stressed from procrastinating the planning needed to pull off the wedding of our dreams with only five months to go. There was still a lot of stuff to do and little time to do it. We needed a DJ, a videographer, a florist, a decor vision, and a plan. We decided to find a planner to set everything in motion. We met Tal and were blown away by her preparation, expertise, and confidence. She’d brought detailed planning timelines, budget sheets and floor plans. She answered questions we didn’t even know we had. It took one coffee to know she was the planner for us! She set deadlines, booked appointments, met with vendors, and kept us on track in tasks we needed to do. If she needed to call a vendor 5 times in one week, she did it. If we asked her to attend an appointment or meet with us at a weird time, she came. If I called her in hysterics about not knowing what candles I wanted, she calmed me down. She helped us find great vendors in short notice on a holiday weekend. Acting as our florist and decorator, she saved us a significant amount of money and did an outstanding job. The arrangements and tables were absolutely beautiful. She made everything go smoothly and kept us at ease. She takes her work seriously, but also gets to know her clients on a personal level which really made a difference for us. She absolutely went above and beyond what was expected and blew us away with her dedication and results. In retrospect, we would choose Tal time and time again. I can’t fathom planning a wedding without a wedding planner, and I’m glad I had Tal Orion by my side. She gave us the Best. Wedding. Ever.

Working with Tal for our wedding was by far the best decision we made. We hired Tal Orion as our Month of Coordinator--she helped us build out our floor plan & seating charts, managed all of our vendors and ran our wedding day flawlessly. Trust me you will not be disappointed! My fiancé and I met with several wedding coordinators prior to hiring Tal and within five minutes of our first meeting with her we knew Tal was the best person for the job. Throughout the entire planning process She was on point and no detail was overlooked. Tal is extremely patient and makes you feel like you are never bothering her even when you are ;-) As a groom I figured my input didn’t matter much but I was wrong, Tal made sure to include me in the decision making process as well. Tal and her team are top notch. As a photographer I produce 60 weddings every year. It is so awesome to work with talent such as Tal. When I first began to plan my wedding I thought I could do it on my own. I very quickly realized that I was way in over my head. Tal SAVED me!

Within a week of hiring her everything was organized. I had meetings set up with every vendor I needed, photographer, videographer, flowers, DJ, caterer. Everything!

I really didn't worry about anything for my wedding Tal did everything from A to Z and it came out absolutely PERFECT. It was everything I imagined and much more. My wedding was the most beautiful wedding, organized and everything was perfectly coordinated.

The day of my wedding was great as well, Tal sent over one of her assistants to be with my during my hair and makeup to make sure everything was done on time and that I made it to my first look and photos on time.

Before hiring Tal I could barely be excited for my wedding because of how stressed I was about all that needed to be done and everything being perfect. But Tal and her team were so responsive (literally answering my calls/texts/emails at all times of day and night), so patient, and so determined to make my dream wedding come true that I was actually able to relax in the weeks leading up to it and really enjoy every moment. She handled all of my vendors and provided her own staff on the day of so as to be 100% sure of everything running smoothly.

Tal is an incredible person and INCREDBLY good at her job. She really listens and hears you when you tell her what you want in your wedding and she will stop at nothing to make it happen. I have no reservations in recommending her to all of my friends. I knew how great she was before I hired her because she planned my sisters wedding which came out beautifully. She kept my mind at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process.

Our daughter Ariel’s Bat Mitzvah event was on March 2016.
We haired Tal Orion to be our event coordinator and designer. From the first meeting with Tal we knew that we hair the most telnet and professional person in the market.
Tal guided us true out every step we made and kept us on track every stage, but never pushed us too hard or rushed a decision.
She came up with a tremendously unique idea with has designing for the event. And her connection with all vendor bring me a tremendously big savings.
Tal where thinking on all the little details that we could not thing of. She was AMAMZING !!!!
On the day of the event we could feel so relaxes and enjoy the very stressful day. I was calling her several times to see how is everything going her answer to me was “Darling Just enjoy the day everything is perfect” that make me fill the I am in a safe hand.
When we arrive to the banquet hall our breath stops, the place looked outstanding!! Everting that we have dreamed and beyond our expectations came true. The all night she and her crew was very professional and covered all issues that event can come up with and never put us under stress she handles it with a very professional way. My guests never stopped talking about my event sins this night was the most memorable event that where invited too.

I learned about Tal through a google search, after I had interview three others that I did not like. I decided to take a chance and meet with her. Within the first few minutes, I knew I wanted her to plan our wedding. Tal is extremely organized, detailed, and kind. She truly loves what she does and is great at it. Tal and her team were fantastic from the very start! We had our wedding in a private venue without the normal amenities that typical venues offer. Tal transformed the entire venue, adding decorative elements I could never have come up with on my own. She flipped two huge spaces in the venue DURING THE WEDDING. Where we had our ceremony was transformed into a gorgeous dining area while we were enjoying cocktail hours. During dinner, the cocktail area was transformed into a dance area and lounge complete with couches and glass tables in a matter of an hour! The best part about everything: Tal and her team had everything so under control that we barely knew so much production was going on. My wife and I were able to enjoy the entire evening with our guests without worrying about a single thing. Thank you Tal Orion, Ori and Chelsea! You are the best

Wow I don't even know where to start! Tal is such an amazing person and you can definitely tell that she loves what she's doing since she puts her whole heart and soul into it!! she made sure our special day was exactly what we wanted and went smooth from beginning to end. Our guests were amazed how beautiful and well organized our wedding was! I personally couldn't belive that it's even possible to do such a beautiful event in such a short time, but Tal made sure that everything was perfect and took all my stress away!! I had the best experience with Tal! My day was amazing, perfect and everything went on so well during the whole event! I didn't have to take care of anything!!! Thank Goodness for Tal Orion! Tal really does go above and beyond and cares as if she is a member of your family. She is the best planner / producer that I have ever worked with on an event! My Husband and I met her at a friend's wedding (She was their wedding planner) and I was so impressed with her execution and organization, that I ended up letting my other planner go only 4 weeks to our wedding day, so that I could have her help with my wedding directly.

She is organized, patient, kind, listens and understands the stress that wedding planning can be, but at the same time makes it Fun and a pleasure to speak to on any day that you need. She was more than wiling to work around our crazy busy schedules and the day of the actual wedding her entire team was supportive and executed everything perfectly.

Tal is just amazing and really goes above and beyond. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how our wedding turned out. I can't say enough about Tal Orion and her team . We used her unlimited consulting and day of package and couldn't have been happier about it. After just a few phone calls or emails, she has this great intuition about you as a couple, what you would like and wouldn't like. She'll help you answer any question - and even sort out personal matters that are wedding related. Her advice and opinion are so helpful throughout the course of planning the wedding. TAL is not only an event planner she is a life savor. I came to her a week before the event date and told her " I need it done in week" and it sure was done. Eight months before her wedding, I started helping my daughter, Eden, the planning of her dream day. I didn’t realize at that time that there are so many details involved and I thought that it was very simple to put it together and that it would be no problem for me to do it all on my own. About four months before the wedding , after wondering from place to place, I started looking for help because it was overwhelming!! An angel introduced me to Tal Orion. I was skeptical at first because Tal promised to take care of all the long list of details, for a reasonable price, and told me to give her a chance to set things up and promised to work with a budget that I insisted she couldn’t exceed. Before making any commitment, Tal organized meetings with caterers and lined up meetings with DJs, rentals and other vendors and started pointing out more key elements that we had to think about and execute. For our August wedding, we worked with Tal Orion for day-of coordination. She was fabulous - creative, proactive, and highly organized to every detail of our wedding. She juggled every aspect of our rehearsal and wedding to make it the perfect weekend. She also gives great advice and encouragement - exactly what I needed as a bride! :)

While we had many of the larger vendors finalized, she provided recommendations for the extra touches that really made our day so special, like gift ideas for my mom and husband's mom, where to take pictures for our "first look", and finding the perfect calligrapher for our seating cards. She also provided a detailed step-by-step plan for the weekend, weeks before the wedding.

My father and I started to plan my wedding and about 4 months into it we realized it was just too much work to do all by ourselves. We crossed paths with Tal and she joined this fun, crazy at times, exciting experience and really steered us in the appropriate direction. She brought things to our attention that we never gave any thought to and having her on our team made us feel confident and relaxed. Tal is extremely organized and has a classy and elegant way of working. She will go that extra mile as she did many times for me. She's dedicated and all that she does is done with love and care. There is SO much information to remember and theres so many things to do while planning a wedding, it really comforting to know that everything is being taken care of incase you may forget. The whole event took about 8 months to plan and when we met half way into the whole thing, she was there for every step of the way. I wish we met sooner but I'm grateful for the time we had with her. The absolute BEST event planner!!!! Tal put so much effort into planning my son's bar mitzvah, and put all her heart into it as if it was her own event. I am So glad I found Tal, she took care of every single thing down to the smallest detail and did it with great perfection!!!

We had a fund raising event recently and used Tal as an advisor. She was terrific – quick to get us vendor quotes and respond to all our inquiries, and full of great ideas. One of our big concerns was keeping to our tight budget and Tal presented us with wonderful, cost-saving alternatives in terms of decorations and party favors. She even lent us over 160 tea lights from her own stock!

Tal immediately had a list of referrals for us from DJ, caterers, florists, photographers, even down to makeup and hair. She took the initiative to set up meetings and planned them wherever it was most convenient for us (usually in the comfort of our own home). She was always on time, if not early, to ever meeting and was always organized. Tal was prepared with questions that we may not have thought to ask, and was our note taker to remember what was discussed at meetings. Tal kept us organized with 'to do lists', timelines, and she created vendor lists of contact information, timetable for day of, and ceremony order for those involved. Her time management skills were invaluable and she was always available to us at any time via phone, texts and emails. She was gracious and clear in her dealings with all parties involved in the wedding (i.e., vendors, parents, Rabbi, venue, etc.). She held meetings with most of our vendors at the venue before the wedding to review placements and details. She was involved in dealing with our caterer and making sure our contracts were correct and clear to us.

Tal ran the day of our wedding flawlessly and effortlessly. She managed to create an elegant event that truly represented us, and she did it within our tight budget. If there were any challenges the day of the wedding, we did not know about them or were at ease that Tal would be there to fix them. She allowed us to have a magical night to enjoy with all our friends and family.

Super just super! I feel like I made the best choice with Tal! I was so nervous (I had no idea what I wanted for a wedding..nada..zero..zip) when I went to see her for the first time. One meeting with her and I knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I was very happy with the vendor suggestions, everyone I worked with was very professional and did such a wonderful job! She painted the perfect picture wedding and amazingly the wedding came out better than anything I could ever hope for. As a matter of fact, every time I came to her about any concerns (every bride gets nervous about the arrangements the closer you get to the wedding date) and she had things taken care of from the beginning, she was very very professional! The day of my wedding was truly truly a dream. I didn't have to worry about anything! She was there from beginning to end. Simply perfect!! My husband and I are both from out of town (actually out of the country) so we needed all the help we could get to organize our wedding in LA !! When we first met Tal we immediately knew she was up to the challenge! We were quite vague about what we wanted and at the same time we had specific things from our cultures we absolutely wanted to incorporate. All the rest basically we left on her hands and the result was simply spectacular!! All of our 120 guests couldn't stop telling us how beautiful everything was and what a great event it had been! From the ceremony setup, the flowers, the tables and silverware, everything was spotless!! All the vendors Tal put us in contact with, for the flowers, music, rentals, invitations, make-up, photography, etc were very professional and provided us with top quality service each time!! The result was a very smooth event where everything fell into place harmlessly. My husband and I felt we were floating trough the whole thing without a care in the world and enjoying every minute of it!! And there were lots of minutes to enjoy as we absolutely wanted to party all night long and the reception wasn't over until 1:30 AM!! When we all left tired and super happy with everything, Tal was still there wrapping up for us!! TAL thanks again for everything!! If we ever throw a big party again (maybe for our 10th anniversary?), Tal Orion will be definitely the first person we will call!

Tal's full time job is being a wedding planner!!!! She has been totally on top of things, professional, putting our needs way above the vendors and making sure we got the best deals by offering plenty of choices, made sure we had all the contracts signed with the deposit, helped us with the time line of all the events and she went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we were relaxed and happy with everything. She even helped us with events outside of the wedding. If you want someone who will make sure that you get your dream wedding, she is the ONE!!!!!
