Pam and the gals at Take Out 250 were a dream to work with. From the initial communications, tasting, walkthrough, and day of, everything was perfection. Pam and her team helped us immensely with suggestions and ideas to ensure the day and food/beverage service was seamless. The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many complements about how great it was! I would highly recommend! -

One of the top things I was looking forward to for my wedding was the dinner from Take Out 250. Not only is their food delicious, but the entire crew was so professional. Truly one of my favorite vendors. They did it all - from cocktail hour, to dinner, to cupcakes for dessert, to a late night snack popcorn bar. They also bartended for us. Truly amazing. -

Accommodating and Professional, everyone raved for days!
From start to finish Pam and the staff of Take Out 250 were absolutely amazing! People always say nobody remembers the food at weddings but it’s really not true at all when it comes to Take Out 250!
Our guests raved about the food for weeks after our wedding!
They were so accommodating to two of our guests who were observing Ramadan that they made plates for them specifically to be brought out once they were able to eat. It was fantastic!
We chose the family style option and everyone thought it was really great and felt the family vibe we were shooting for!
I would ABSOLUTELY go with them again! -

Let me begin by saying that Pam and her staff were delightful to work with. They provided us with catering, set-up/take-down, and (emergency) wedding coordination services when our original coordinator stopped responding.
From day 1, she worked with us to create a full fall-themed menu that fit perfectly with our desired atmosphere. The food was excellent and reasonably priced compares to all other vendors. Pam was incredibly responsive and she was so patient with us (even when we emailed and/or texted her every day for six months).
But Pam's help went beyond catering- Pam literally saved our wedding. For months prior, she helped us secure décor, negotiated with vendors for us, and made MULTIPLE trips to local shops and warehouses to find us the chairs/table/lanterns we wanted. And then, when our wedding planner went MIA on us less than 1 month before the wedding, Pam stepped in. She recommended her day-of coordinator (Tammy) who INSTANTLY took over, responded to all of our questions, and was so incredibly transparent. It was a breath of fresh air.
I would recommend Pam and Takeout250 to ANYONE. Their food is delicious and the level of customer service, kindness, and patience puts their company above any other vendor. We enjoyed every minute of working with Pam and Tammy. If you're considering a Charlottesville/Staunton/Waynesboro caterer, do yourself a favor and pick Takeout250. -

Pam and her lovely staff with Takeout 250 were incredible! From the initial inquiry, to the tasting, to the many questions and follow up in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Pam was exceptional! Her attention to detail, communication, and thoroughness during the process put our minds at ease and added to our excitement for the big day. She and her staff worked so hard throughout our 6.5 hour cocktail hour/reception and we cannot thank you enough! We received many compliments on the delicious food and attentiveness of her staff. She let us choose our own recipe for one of our signature drinks and printed out decorative buffet cards to match our color scheme! We would choose Takeout 250 all over again without question and we HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional caterer!!

Pam was so responsive and patient with me throughout my whole planning process (I was the most indecisive and clueless bride ever). I was so pleased with our service and food, and so were my guests (who gave the staff lots of compliments). Justine also went above and beyond to take care of the wedding party (even though it entailed her running up and down the stairs a million times), which we were SUPER thankful for. We can't thank this team enough! Highly recommend! -

I didn’t have to worry about a thing at the reception. Take Out 250 staff took care of my guests like they were family. The bartenders were responsive and the servers delightful. The food was delicious and Oam was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this caterer fir your next event! -

We are vegetarian and they had so many options for us and for our non- vegetarian guest. Everyone one loved the stuffed mushroom. The staff was attentive to my guests and had they were on top of everything from beginning to end. The cocktail hour kept my guest happy and was also great. They even brought appetizers up for us and our bridal party during pictures. -

Perfect Catering for Our Wedding!
Take Out 250 worked tirelessly from start to finish to make our reception dinner perfect. Our priority was to have high quality food that everyone would enjoy, and Take Out 250 did just that! Pam is great! She is extremely knowledgeable, talented, flexible, professional, patient and friendly. I worked with her for about a year planning my Daughters wedding and everything turned out just as we planned. Through that year of planning she was very patient with me making changes, answering repeated questions in a timely manner, no matter what the question was, wether it be dumb, duplicate, or totally not related to catering. On the day of the wedding Pam and her staff did an amazing job and in the end I knew I had picked the best, to cater a very special occasion. Would 100% recommend her for all of your catering needs. -

Pam Fitzgerald always responded quickly, initially with the quote, and later with planning the details of the day. She was helpful with ideas in working within our budget. She was knowledgeable about our venue and best ways to set up. The food was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies for our Cookies and Milk "cocktail hour" were amazing. Food for the reception was all delicious. Pam and her staff were courteous and friendly at all times. -

We worked with Pam and her team from Takeout 250 to cater our wedding at the Cana Barn outside of Staunton in September 2018. To start with, the food was amazing – we went with barbecued pork and brisket for our reception dinner. We knew that if we were going to serve barbecue at a wedding, it had better be great – and it was! The team also catered our rehearsal dinner the night before – we had a pasta bar that was simply delicious. We’ve heard from many of guests since the wedding that they thoroughly enjoyed the food.
In addition to the food, Pam was wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process – she mentioned she has had past experience with wedding coordinating in addition to wedding catering. We did all the planning ourselves, and having a caterer who was so knowledgeable about weddings was a life saver – she helped us think through everything from the food options for rehearsal, reception, and cocktail hour, table layouts in the space, whether to serve a buffet or plated dinner, servers, plates, napkins, tablecloths – basically anything and everything related to the dinner, Pam helped us figure out.
We would recommend TakeOut 250 to anyone planning a wedding in the Staunton area – or if not, at least go checkout their food at their restaurant!

Pam is an angel and answered every question I had, even the annoying ones. She had a timeline and she stuck to it. We received many compliments on the food and I would definitely recommend Take Out 250 for any catering needs you may have!
