  Best Catering Company

  We are so thrilled that we chose Pam and her team to cater our wedding!! The food was absolutely amazing! They also took care of the bar and table settings, which was a huge help! Pam has a lot of experience in the wedding industry and made sure our day ran perfectly. They have a wonderful menu selection and we loved that we were able to incorporate a fun late night snack for our guests! Pam was always available to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating for all our requests. Pam and her team are so lovely! We would HIGHLY recommend this catering company!!

  The absolute BEST!!!

  I can not begin to explain how wonderful Pam and her entire staff were from the beginning to the end of our wedding day! From the delicious food to the beautiful tablescape. They also handled the bar for us and it was a huge weight off of our shoulders to not have to worry with all of it. I highly recommend this team to anyone wanting a full service catering company that treats you like family!

  An absolute DREAM to work with!

  Takeout250 was the first vendor we booked after setting our date and I am SO glad that we did! Pam was easily one of our favorite people to work with throughout the wedding planning process. She was quick and responsive, so easy to get along with and the food was amazing. Their staff was professional and attentive, there isn't a bad word I could say about any of them. We received so many compliments about their staff and food, I couldn't recommend them more!

  Accommodating and Professional, everyone raved for days!

  From start to finish Pam and the staff of Take Out 250 were absolutely amazing! People always say nobody remembers the food at weddings but it’s really not true at all when it comes to Take Out 250!
  
  Our guests raved about the food for weeks after our wedding!
  
  They were so accommodating to two of our guests who were observing Ramadan that they made plates for them specifically to be brought out once they were able to eat. It was fantastic!
  
  We chose the family style option and everyone thought it was really great and felt the family vibe we were shooting for!
  
  I would ABSOLUTELY go with them again!

  Pam was incredibly professional, efficient, and a delight to work with in planning my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. She replied to my emails within 24 hours. She had great ideas and workable solutions for set up and menu options. She helped us plan and customize a menu that was enjoyed by all. The food was delicious! Her serving staff was engaging and very helpful. Take Out 250 did an outstanding job!

  Pam and the whole Take Out 250 team are a wedding MUST have to cater your wedding!! From contact communication to accommodating tasting times with us, Pam's professionalism can not be matched. We never were once stressed about the wedding day not running smoothly, because she and her team are just that good! The presentation of not only the food but the tables was everything we could have imagined and more. What better way to remember a good wedding day than having happy hearts and bellies all at the same time? I 100% recommend Take Out 250, you will not be disappointed!

  Pam at Takeout250 saved my wedding

  Let me begin by saying that Pam and her staff were delightful to work with. They provided us with catering, set-up/take-down, and (emergency) wedding coordination services when our original coordinator stopped responding.
  
  From day 1, she worked with us to create a full fall-themed menu that fit perfectly with our desired atmosphere. The food was excellent and reasonably priced compares to all other vendors. Pam was incredibly responsive and she was so patient with us (even when we emailed and/or texted her every day for six months).
  
  But Pam's help went beyond catering- Pam literally saved our wedding. For months prior, she helped us secure décor, negotiated with vendors for us, and made MULTIPLE trips to local shops and warehouses to find us the chairs/table/lanterns we wanted. And then, when our wedding planner went MIA on us less than 1 month before the wedding, Pam stepped in. She recommended her day-of coordinator (Tammy) who INSTANTLY took over, responded to all of our questions, and was so incredibly transparent. It was a breath of fresh air.
  
  I would recommend Pam and Takeout250 to ANYONE. Their food is delicious and the level of customer service, kindness, and patience puts their company above any other vendor. We enjoyed every minute of working with Pam and Tammy. If you're considering a Charlottesville/Staunton/Waynesboro caterer, do yourself a favor and pick Takeout250.

  We had an excellent experience working with Pam. Throughout the planning process, she was very communicative and knowledgable about all things wedding. She also provided a great recommendation for a day-of planner who we hired. On the day of the wedding, Pam and her staff were very well-organized and friendly. And the food was great!   Awesome Caterers!

  We loved the food and they were so helpful wit planning the menu to table arrangements from beginning to end. Our wedding guests loved the appetizers and dinner that was served. Pam and her crew went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful. I will be using them again for any event I have in the future.

By offering her years of experience Pam helped us to pick out the menu for our big day. Throughout the wedding planning process Pam was responsive to messages and emails. Pam and her team were integral to our planning process as they offered first-hand knowledge and advice. Their experience in the wedding industry of the Staunton/Augusta/Waynesboro truly showed as they offered suggestions on other vendors. Pam and her team were helpful and knowledgeable regarding our venue, and even provided our other vendors with helpful information. The owner and staff of Take Out 250 have created lasting relationships with fellow vendors and knew most of the other vendors in attendance and were well knowledge on our specific venue and that made planning and execution of our big day seamless!   250 Catering was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. Not only did Pam answer my (many) questions in the time leading up to our big day, but she did so in a helpful and kind manner. The food was also great! And on top of it all, when our cake baker cancelled on us the day before the wedding, Pam worked with us to arrange a two tier cake for us to cut and cupcakes and sheet cake to serve all our guests. Definitely would recommend!

  Takeout 250 Saved the Day!!

  We met with Pam last minute when our original caterer cancelled on us 2 months before our wedding. We were lucky they did. Pam and her team were excellent to work with. The speed and skill with which they took over our reception was astounding. Their flexibility in helping us get the right numbers together and providing an amazing planning experience really reduced our stress. The whole weekend their staff was committed to helping make our event as wonderful as we could possibly have imagined. The food was terrific and the service above and beyond. Choosing Take Out 250 is the first step in planning am excellent reception.

  We met with Pam last minute when our original caterer cancelled on us 2 months before our wedding. We were lucky they did. Pam and her team were excellent to work with. The speed and skill with which they took over our reception was astounding. Their flexibility in helping us get the right numbers together and providing an amazing planning experience really reduced our stress. The whole weekend their staff was committed to helping make our event as wonderful as we could possibly have imagined. The food was terrific and the service above and beyond. Choosing Take Out 250 is the first step in planning am excellent reception.

  Catered Wedding

  TakeOut 250 was absolutely amazing! They were super easy to work with, took care of everything, and affordable. The food was delicious and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Definitely would recommend!

  The Best Experience

  We are so grateful to the Take Out 250 catering team who took care of all our backyard wedding needs for 125 guests in the middle of a July rain storm! I'd give them a 10 on flexibility if I could! The food was great, too!
