Contar con Tahimy como nuestra wedding planner fue una de las mejores decisiones que pudimos tomar. Desde el primer momento, demostró ser una profesional de primer nivel, con una atención al detalle impecable, una organización extraordinaria y un gusto refinado que elevó cada aspecto de nuestra boda.
Tahimy supo interpretar nuestras ideas y sueños a la perfección, y logró convertirlos en una realidad aún más hermosa de lo que habíamos imaginado. Su capacidad para anticipar necesidades, resolver imprevistos y mantener todo bajo control fue admirable, lo que nos permitió disfrutar del proceso sin estrés ni preocupaciones.

Tahimy was very helpful. I had her as a day of coordinator and she was very helpful in reminding me what I needed to do before the day to make sure I wasn't missing anything. The day of was a little hectic but she and her assistant were really organized and everything came out perfect. They helped with set up at the ceremony space and the venue. I couldn't have asked for anything better. -

The Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator position is arguably one of the hardest decisions you have to make for your wedding day. You're effectively entrusting one person to keep the trains on the track on your special day, and a wrong decision can lead to headaches and chaos.
I'm more of a hands-on bride than most and had already done a considerable amount of research regarding my wedding. I had a strong vision of what I wanted and had already made a lot of decisions, so I opted to go with Tahimy's Day of Coordinator service instead of full the Wedding Planning services.
Even before Tahimy came on as my Day of Coordinator, she was happy to go the extra mile, and was an absolute asset to my wedding planning process. She was quick to answer questions, recommend venues and vendors, and offer guidance even before I hired her. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process as I narrowed down venues. I did not go with one of her recommended venues for budgeting reasons, but I still wanted to have her on my wedding day dream team and I delighted she said yes.
Her service starts 30 days out before the wedding, but 3 months before she insisted on going with me to a meeting at my venue. Her knowledge and expertise helped me make quick decisions and also brought up things I hadn't considered in the planning process, allowing me to seamlessly pivot and adjust when necessary.
My wedding was on a Sunday, but her and her husband showed up to help set up my decor the day before, as my venue had a limited setup time on Sundays. On the day of the wedding Tahimy and her team stayed on top of every detail to keep things running smooth. I don't know if anything went wrong as I was too busy having a great time to notice, and that's really the whole point of hiring a Day of Coordinator. You want someone on your side that's looking out for the details, so that you can just sit back and celebrate. Tahimy is that person.

Tahimy was always kind and calm and I believe her heart is in the right place. With practice, she could excel here but if I could do it over again, I’d hire a day of coordinator and do everything else on my own, as I feel that’s 90% what happened anyway. I planned most of the wedding down to the little details. She was helpful in certain areas leading up to the wedding and on the day of, but if it weren’t for my bridesmaids, some things that were important to me and my husband would have slipped through the cracks.Tahimy & Co. In this package, I provide the professional framework, vendor sourcing, and final day-of execution, while the couple handles a large portion of the planning and personal details themselves—which you both did beautifully.
I am very proud of the extensive framework we built together for your day, which included our four comprehensive virtual planning sessions, an in-person venue walkthrough, a full rehearsal, sourcing nearly all of your primary vendors, and creating the master timeline, floor plan, food & beverage schedule, and vision board that guided the entire event.
When we faced day-of challenges, like the unforeseen wind with the seating chart and the issue with the picture frame, my team and I worked diligently to find solutions in real-time that honored your vision.
