    Taffeta & Tattoos recently designed and planned our wedding and we could not be happier! Having their advice and connections before the wedding and keen eye the day of for set ups and mishaps, was invaluable. We absolutely recommend working with them!

    I have had the pleasure of working with both Andrea and Clarissa for nearly two years. They are both extremely professional and creative.
    We Sing For The World is an organization which presents benefit concerts for other nonprofit organizations to help them spread their mission.
    We would not be able to do this without the expertise of Andrea and Clarissa.
    As our event planners they are in charge of the scheduling, publicity, tickets, etc. (mostly everything!)
    They pay extreme close attention to detail in order to create a magical event.
    So far, We Sing For The World has partnered up with this creative team for four concerts in two years. We feel honored to have them as part of our team.

    Taffeta & Tattoos played a huge part in planning my wedding and their work was absolutely incredible. As you can imagine, planning a wedding can be extremely stressful. With a limited budget I was terrified that I would be left alone to plan this huge event, but then I was referred to Taffeta and Tattoos and was shocked that there was an event planning service that I could actually afford! Reaching out to them was the best decision I could have made, because once I did, not only did I stop feeling so alone, I actually started to ENJOY the planning process.


    In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Clarissa kept me on track and as stress free as possible. She helped me with everything from selecting my save the dates and invitations, planning my decor, ordering my cake, hiring musicians for our cocktail hour, choosing a DJ for the reception, plotting out the run of events, etc., etc., etc. Her ability to stay organized, calm, and collected throughout the entire process was a HUGE blessing. She kept things straight for me that I never would have been able to keep track of on my own and checked in with me as much (or as little) as I wanted her to as we worked together.


    On the day of my wedding my husband and I were so thankful to have Clarissa on-site with us. The day went off without a hitch. She handled everything from juggling our vendors, coordinating the setup of the ceremony site, decorating the cocktail hour spot, and working her magic on the tent where we hosted our reception. She saw everything through to the very end and as people were finishing their cake and leaving, Clarissa was making sure our vendors were paid and that our stacks of favors remained neat looking as guests grabbed their parting gifts and left.


    I STRONGLY recommend Taffeta & Tattoos to anyone looking for an awesome service to plan a special event!!

    We learned pretty quickly that wedding planning can get overwhelming. Between finding venues and vendors, to all the DIY elements we wanted to include, to the logistics of managing it all – I quickly realized that there was no way I could pull it off while I had a full time job. It was then that Taffeta & Tattoos swooped in to the rescue.

    We had an initial meeting to discuss all of the random elements my fiancé and I wanted and all the DIY projects I hoped to incorporate. From that meeting they came back to us with a theme and design that tied all of our seemingly random inspirations together, in a killer way.

    Our reception venue was bare bones (all we got was four walls, a floor, a roof, tables, and chairs). The lovely ladies at Taffeta & Tattoos worked with us for months to ensure that everything would come together without a hitch. They researched permits and insurance that we would possibly need and made note of local noise ordinances that were specific to our location.

    Though it was extra, we chose to have both Andrea & Clarissa travel to be onsite as our Day of Coordinators. They set up the venue, coordinated deliveries, vendor arrival, and ensured everything was perfect. From the arrival of the ice truck to the set-up of the photo booth to pushing play on the ipod, everything went perfectly.

    Something they don’t advertise (and hopefully something you will never need) but are experts in, is crisis management. Less than a month before our wedding, our caterer (who we booked on our own) fell through. Restaurant closed and deposits refunded – we were in a panic. We called them and asked if it was too late to add their vendor management services to our package. They laughed and found us a caterer within a week.

    These ladies are fantastic and are super willing to work with you to create a package that fits your needs. As I caught glimpses of them running around during the reception, I was glad that they were taking care of everything (so I didn’t have to).
