Sweet Tea Events Was Everything I Knew I Needed and More!

I contacted Sweet Tea Events looking for a day-of coordinator, and Diane did not disappoint. I was planning my wedding from outside of the state, and Diane was able to assist me in securing local vendors, as well as work with my timeline and specific requests. Diane's team coordinated directly with all the vendors and provided them with updates and timelines leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, her team was magical - they set up everything that needed to be set up and kept everyone on schedule. I was impressed by the level of detail they provided; they ensured the bride and groom had food and even assisted the wedding party in processing down the aisle. Like the stagehands at a Broadway show, they knew their stuff and made everything feel effortless while working tirelessly behind the scenes. I 10000000000000% recommend their services, especially if you want to enjoy your wedding day.

Amazing Results!

This was obviously not the first Rodeo for Sweet Tea Events, and Diane Bahrdi actually had two wedding events happening on this same day and I think we were smaller of the two with around 135 actual attendees. It was the experience of her and her incredible team that made our son's wedding the best event ever! Having knowledge of venue, and quite a few alternate vendor contacts for us to choose from, along with options she thought we might be interested in, and ways for us to find value in the program - really worked wonders for our wedding. According to my husband's notebook, we wound up with a dozen or so contracts and escaped at a cost of just under $25K that was honestly some of the best money we've ever spent!! The venue was spectacular, photographers were the best in Tallahassee, Food by the caterer she recommended to us from Thomasville, GA, was second to none and everyone was just enamored by it!! Then we also had a DJ, stylist & makeup artist she recommended, bartenders, sources of our table clothes, flowers, signs, invitations and custom vended goods. Everything all the way down to the bar stock and it's location in room for best effect. I mean, who would have ever thought that a wedding was this involved or required this level of advance preparation & planning - certainly not us! So, if you are looking for someone who's prepared and a life saver then its Sweet Tea Events that is your entity. We both recommend them highly!!

We could not have been more pleased hiring Sweet Tea Events to help plan our wedding. Diane from Sweet Tea was our wedding coordinator and she could not have been more professional and easy to work with. She not only made our planning process so much easier but she also was incredibly detail oriented which helped make everything on our wedding day run very smoothly. Amazing Experience!

Working with Diane was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We hired her as a day-of coordinator and did the primary planning ourselves, but she provided suggestions for vendors and answered all of our questions leading up to the event. As the wedding got closer, she and her team contacted all of our vendors to coordinate schedules and it made the day so easy for me and my husband since we had walked through everything with her ahead of time. She was very personable and easy to communicate with! She was also incredibly organized and on the day of the wedding all we had to do was relax and enjoy! I am a pretty detail-oriented person and am not used to handing the reins over to someone else, especially for such an important event, but I don't regret it for one second! We were able to actually enjoy the day rather than wrangling all the vendors and worrying about staying on schedule ourselves, so I would 100% recommend Diane to anyone wanting that for their wedding day.

Best wedding planner ever!

We are so thankful for Diane and her team. We planned a wedding out of town and while finishing nursing school. She made it so easy and the wedding day was absolutely perfect. She knows vendors personally and works with them often. She even has a collection of her own decorations to use. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone planning a wedding.

A joy to work with!

Diane at Sweet Tea Events was attentive and professional from the start. She listened to my daughter's vision for her wedding and matched us with the appropriate vendors. She replied to my emails (and there were many - ha!) in a very timely fashion. When it came time for the day of, she and her team executed the reception design plan seamlessly and were there for us every step of the way. Perfect wedding!

When I first met Diane, I knew her experience and services were exactly what I was looking for! My wedding was May 11, the day after the tornado hit Tallahassee, and her team was a big relief! I hated to make last minute decisions and I'm sure I forgot things because of the change up, but Sweet Tea Events had perfect professionalism and optimism. Ms. Diane, along with her assistants Ms. Meredith and Ms. Farzi, truly helped make our day feel like a fairytale. Wonderful experience

Diane provided such a wonderful experience. I planned my wedding from 10 hours away. She was quick to respond with any questions and was able to handle any unforeseen problems swiftly. Our catering closed 4 months prior to our wedding and Diane helped me find a new caterer without any more stress to me. She ensured the decorations were beautiful and the wedding day was perfect! Excellent Consultation and Service

We were extremely pleased with the consultation and service we received from Diane Bardhi and her team at Sweet Tea Events! All of the vendors that she recommended for photography, hair and makeup, cake, limosine and the DJ were top notch! She worked closely with the Event Coordinator at the Marriott Hotel where we hosted the reception to ensure that our requests were received and agreed upon. Diane was a good sounding board when deciding what was important to "buy up" on and what was ok to keep "standard". She also coordinated with the wedding planners at the church. We were from out of town so it was early important that we had someone we could trust and count on to be on site for us. The wedding and reception went off without a hitch and we heard wonderful comments from family and friends about what a fun time they had! Thanks again Diane for all your help and hard work to make our wedding the one our daughter dreamed of!!!

I am no stranger to the wedding industry and have had the pleasure of working with Sweet Tea for many years in Tallahassee. I have seen Diane execute countless flawless events, so when it was time to plan my own wedding it was a no-brainer that I needed her.

Since my fiancé and I decided on a venue in Nashville, we were worried that having a destination wedding would get complicated. However, Sweet Tea was amazing with helping us plan every detail from several states away and made my vision become a reality. Diane and her team traveled to Nashville to ensure that my wedding day went perfectly and they did not disappoint. It was even better than I could’ve imagined. Sweet Tea conducted the rehearsal, coordinated with vendors, handled all the decor, and made sure that the timeline ran smoothly. They were always one step ahead and made certain that everything went off without a hitch.

Their goal was to make sure we enjoyed every moment and I am so grateful. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless and stress-free planning experience. Best service, affordable and awesome to work with

Sweet tea events and Diane is the absolute best. I worked with her for a partial planning package which was the perfect way to plan my wedding but have the support and advice to ensure the day went well. Planning and guidance provided were always honest, options presented, and solutions found quickly. Diane’s detailed oriented and laid back personality was ideal for making sure our wedding day was perfect. She took care of everything day of and I had no worries. She does it all- planning, setting up, table arrangements, event management, take down and support. She also always found was to save us money and let us know when it’s important to not skip corners. She works so well with many tallahassee vendors and has multiple connections to find you the best choice for vendors and event elements. If you are considering a planner, look no further! Wedding Coordinator

My daughter had an intimate wedding at McClay Gardens. Since it was just family and close friends I thought I would be able to handle it. Boy was I wrong! Pretty close to the wedding I panicked and reached out to Diane. She stepped right up and took over everything. She was easy to work with and always quick to respond. She was right there early on the wedding day and I left her there as she was cleaning up. The day was perfect and I was able to enjoy it. The only regret that I have is that I didn’t hire her sooner.

Diane was extremely helpful with connecting us to the best vendors and keeping me on task without overwhelming me with choices. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding for another year, which Diane quickly handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sit back, relax and get married!

Diane is a rockstar! I was a full-time student and extremely busy while wedding planning, but Diane made everything happen. I sent her some pictures of decorations I liked and she made it look the exact same!
I'd never really been involved in a wedding before, so I had no idea where to begin, but Diane and her team helped me with everything, and had wonderful suggestions for any complications we had- which we really didn't have many.
Overall, great team! I can't wait to have another event so that I can hire them!

Hey, are you getting married? HIRE A COORDINATOR!!!!!!! Just do it. I have seen the stress brides-to-be go through trying to do it all themselves. Need a recommendation? SWEET TEA EVENTS. Professional, kind, fun--everything you ever wanted. My husband did not think we needed one. By the end of the process he looked at me and said, "I am so thankful for Diane!" Planning and Logistical Excellence

We hired Sweet Tea Events to run our day-of coordinating and they did an incredible job. From the beginning steps, Diane and her team took care of everything we could think of and even more from what we didn't. From start to finish they had us on a timeline, looking at goals and milestones along the process, and executed on our wedding day. Each vendor was in their assigned location and on time, with the exception of one who arrived late. Their communication before, during, and after our wedding courteous, timely, and professional, and they kept everything organized and the wedding party informed. We worked with Merritt, and she handled the day and really was the chief reason things ran so smoothly for us. I would highly recommend Sweet Tea for a wedding, they know their trade and will ensure you have the best time possible.

Best Money I Spent on My Wedding!

Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with! There were so many things I knew I didn't know about wedding planning that she was able to jump right in and assist with, which made my wedding a stress-free event! I knew that I'd save money with a wedding planner and Diane was instrumental in helping me with that. She brought so much value to my wedding experience that I'm not sure how anyone could plan a wedding with her. I also saved so much time! I was working full-time and finishing my last semester of graduate school when I was wedding planning. Diane stayed organized and on top of my to-do list so that I didn't have to. A perfect day thanks to you all!

We hired Diane’s team for day-of-coordination for our wedding and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! Diane was really responsive and helped us throughout the whole time we were planning and answered all of our questions (including reading through my gigantic emails detailing how to set everything up, questions I had, voicing general anxiety.....lol). Fabulous team!

Since I am also a vendor in the wedding industry, I knew on my wedding day I wanted to relax and that meant I needed a planner! Truly Exceptional

Diane and her team at Sweet Tea are truly exceptional. Diane was our wedding coordinator and I can honestly say I could not have had the most incredible wedding of my dreams but for her help throughout the entire process. When the pandemic hit, Diane was there to make sure we could find another date in 2020 to get married. She worked her magic and made sure everything transitioned seamlessly. She helped us reduce our wedding size and helped me plan countless "COVID" details to make sure our wedding was as safe as possible. The day of the wedding, she and her team made sure our day went perfectly. I could not imagine our wedding without her help from the beginning to the end. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator or event planner. you will be excellent hands with Diane and her team. They truly go above and beyond.

Organized, thoughtful, and stress free wedding planner

My husband and I really enjoyed having sweet tea events as our wedding planner. We went with the middle package, and it was perfect. Even during covid when we had to completely change everything, Diane was always organized and had things under control. There was NO wedding day stress because of her and her team. She was highly professional, available, and brought a sense of calm to the craziness. I would highly recommend Diane to anyone!

Saved My Wedding During COVID-19!

Diane came highly recommended to me when my small wedding threatened to balloon up to 350 guests. She met with my mother and me to tour our venue, plan the decorations, and be ready to intercede with some anticipated challenging guests months before our wedding. She was always available by e-mail and on short notice by telephone for calming consultations. Then, two months before our wedding, the pandemic forced us to cancel the big plans. She reached out to me even before I knew what form my new plans would take. We were ultimately married outside in a three-person ceremony. When the social distancing guidelines required that my family and friends stay away on those present total no more than 10, Diane was the one I needed and trusted to step in to pick up and decorate the cake, arrange the room for our champagne toast, put the bunting on our car, and care for the details of our wedding like my family and friends would have. Her flexibility in scheduling and care on the most special day of my life made all the difference. I am very grateful to have had her on my team and recommend her to help with your wedding, be it big or small!!

HIGHLY recommend Diane!

Hiring Diane with Sweet Tea Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She was so helpful throughout the planning process by providing excellent referrals to vendors. On wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly and made sure everything went as planned. If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire a day-of coordinator or planner, don't hesitate! Diane is such a breath of fresh air during stressful times. We had a very tight budget, but we all agreed that it was completely worth the extra cost to have her with us.

Would choose her every time for every event!

I’m so happy with Diane’s services on our big day. The planner we originally were going with booked up after our initial meeting but gave very high recommendations for Sweet Tea Events and I’m so glad. I was out trying to help setup on our wedding day and she ushered me along and set the whole place up perfectly and it looks amazing. She also made a great timeline and everything went very smooth from her end the whole evening. She was always quick to respond and available when I needed her which was especially important because we planned our wedding in Georgia from California. She made it very easy and I would recommend to anyone.

Sweet Tea Reigns Supreme!

My wedding was better than my Pinterest page! All of my wants and desires came true on NYE 2019. Sweet Tea Events coordinated all of our needs, those of our family & guests and made wedding planning a breeze. If you want a team that has the knowledge and experience - search no more. They are familiar with key players, venues and vendors in TLH and surrounding areas. They shared their past experiences to help me make key decisions about "must haves" to "nice to haves." I got the best deals on all of my special details that truly expressed and reflected our modern style. Diane and her team ensured all the little touches were perfect (seriously we had 8 foot welcome boards & octagon backdrops, a mid-night balloon drop, champagne tower, roaming photo booth...and much more!) to help make my NYE wedding the G.O.A.T !!! Can't wait to start planning our anniversary celebration!

Well worth the price

We had a great experience with Sweet Tea Events. Diane was professional, more responsive than I'd ever expect someone to be, relaxed, flexible, and resourceful.

I had one issue with the day.
One of the important addendum's to our contract was that the planner would be there to keep the bridal "getting ready room" tidy so that it looked good for photos. On the day of the wedding, Diane introduced me to her staff who was responsible for keeping the room tidy. After the introduction, I never saw that staff again...the room got too messy for posed photos...so we ended up moving elsewhere because we didn't have time to clean it up. That was the only issue so overall we are very impressed with the service.

In general, the event itself went very smoothly with Diane's help! I don't think it would have gone smoothly without her there! I found out from family and friends that the owner of the venue got drunk and passed out in the bushes and the staff were drinking as well....so I can only imagine what fires Diane must have been putting out all evening without me having a clue about it

Sweet Tea Events is worth the price and I recommend them for day-of coordination!!!

Incredible service!

I truly could not have done this without Diane, she made sure our day was absolutely perfect. Not only was everything beautiful and she managed to capture my vision, every single thing went off without a hitch. We got so many compliments on how smoothly everything ran and that is all because of diane coordinating with everyone behind the scenes! She also made sure we had some appetizers and drinks waiting for us after pictures before we were introduced, she was truly incredible!

Perfect Wedding

The absolute best, hands down!!!

Diane at SweetTea Events is top notch! We were a couple that had no idea where to even begin with planning our wedding. Diane was with us every step of the way! We felt like we were her only clients throughout the planning process! We had a small budget but she was still able to give us the wedding we had always wanted! Can't Have a Dream Team without Sweet Tea Events

Diane at Sweet Tea Events is absolutely an one-in-a-million wedding planner and so much more! We did a destination wedding in Tallahassee, so we were unable to meet until a couple months before the wedding and had many months of planning together over emails and phone calls. Every time I had a question, needed a vendor referral, or just her expert advice, she made herself completely available and accessible. She responded SO quickly with AMAZING recommendations, and made planning from afar, as well as the entire day of the wedding, so stress free! She took such good care of us, my family, and friends that by the end of the planning process, she felt like family! From a grateful bride, hire her team!

I was a bride who thought she could do it all. Within days of getting engaged, I had pages of excel spread sheets with vendors, prices, and timelines. I was ready for anything. Until I thought… this is our wedding. I don’t want to have to work, direct, coordinate, or do anything like that on the day of my wedding! That’s when we decided to hire Diane and her team. In spite of having another wedding that day, we had a very devoted staff who was ready to help me get down the aisle. Danielle was the main assistant who was there most of the wedding. Not only did she make sure that we were hydrated, and fed, but she made everything go so smoothly. There was an intern there as well, Charnese, who helped clean up and make sure that we got all our items back. We even got the box for our champagne flutes back! The attention to detail and quality of their work is beyond anything that I could have done alone. I am so grateful for her and everyone at Sweet Tea for making our wedding the best day of our lives.

My Best Wedding Purchase!!

Diane is an absolute angel! She made the wedding planning process a breeze. Her experiences and relationships with many vendors around Tallahassee was such a help. Book Sweet Tea Events

I hired Sweet Tea Events for day of wedding planning. Even though the owner Diane wasn’t available for my actual wedding day, she let me know upfront before signing the contract and gave us a discounted price. Her and her team was always punctual when we met in person. Any questions that arose, she was always very responsive. It’s not easy planning a wedding a 3hrs away from home, but her and her team made it smooth. Even though I had a decorator for my wedding, her team pitched in & helped where needed to ensure our wedding was beautiful. They gave final payments to vendors, made sure our rehearsal ran smooth, mc’d at the reception, collaborated with vendors and many other duties. I highly recommend Sweet Tea Events.

When I began wedding planning the one piece of advice I got was “ get a day of coordinator”! So I reached out to Diane at sweet tea events and let me tell you!! Best decision of my life!! My advice to anyone planning a wedding...hire a wedding planner and make sure the wedding planner is Diane Bardhi!!! From start to finish she was absolutely the best. Absolutely worth every penny and more. Diane is a genuine, caring, and attentive person who is very knowledgeable about wedding planning and if you are in the Tallahassee area, she has a working relationship with vast majority of the vendors in town which helps with smooth transaction and communication with every vendor. She figures out most of the questions for the bride herself so that the bride is not inundated with questions on her wedding day. I hired her for her "day-of coordination" package and in my opinion, she went above and beyond her call of duty. She's very easy to talk to and takes very well to any direction you give her, and can answer any of your questions as well as suggest even better ideas. I cannot say enough positive things about her! Best investment/dollar spent out of the entire wedding expenses!!

Working with Diane was amazing! She helped us secure last minute vendors who are affordable and reliable. She ensured we stayed on time during the day and at the reception. If it wasn’t for her we would have never stayed on schedule. I would recommend Sweet Tea Events for any event!

Diane was a big help for my wedding! I went with the partial planning package and it was perfect. Diane helped me book the rest of my vendors and was there all day on the big day to coordinate everything for us. She was professional, detail-oriented and quick to help with each item that came up in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She did a fantastic job communicating with me and making sure we had completed everything on our to-do list. Diane was especially helpful when it came to keeping my parents, who lived hours away from Tallahassee, in the loop during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend Diane and her services, I 100% could not have relaxed and enjoyed the big day without her help!

Diane was wonderful!! She made everything a breeze on our big day! Her assistant was very sweet too. Anytime I emailed Diane leading up to my wedding she was always very responsive. She had answers to all of our questions and planned everything just perfectly. There is also a number of different packages you can choose from to best suit your needs. I would definitely recommend using Sweet Tea Events as your wedding coordinator!

Hiring Diane was one of the best decisions! I work for a catering company that works primarily wedding events, so I know a lot of what goes into planning and pulling the event together - and my #1 advice would be to hire a wedding planner! I was an out of town bride and Diane had recommendations to any vendor I asked about, along with offering to contact them if I needed. Her response is unbelievably quick! She has an attention to detail and listens and remembers what we said the important ones were to us. At the event everything was set up perfectly, and she made sure if there was anything wrong that she was the one to be made aware and handle it, to relieve stress from us to be able to enjoy ourselves. She is very kind and helpful in any and every way!! Wish we lived in Tallahassee were we could throw more parties so Diane could be apart of it!!!!!

We hired Diane and her staff to come in just 4 weeks before the wedding to take over what we had begun and they did a fantastic job. Diane brought some of her vendor connections in that we were unaware of and they did an outstanding job as well. Diane is so easy to work with and super responsive and flexible. She took all the stress out of the planning and the actual event. Shout out to At Last Florals and Milano's Italian Restaurant and Arrested Hearts Photography for a great job too! You won't be disappointed if you use any of these vendors for any event you might have. We will definitely be using them again.

Diane at Sweet Tea Events is the perfect wedding/event planner! She was such a joy to work with, and gave our daughter the wedding of her dreams! I can not say enough wonderful things about Diane as she is a treasure. From the moment we met her there was a connection. She really got the brides vision and pulled it all together, adding sweet touches from the chapel to the table center pieces. She and her son, who assisted her with the decorating and details did an outstanding job, and we could not have been happier!
She was readily available to us to answer questions, deal with venders, give suggestions and calm frazzled nerves from the beginning of the planning throughout the whole joyous occasion. My daughter's wedding was pure perfection. All our guest have raved about how wonderful everything was and what a great time they had, with many saying it was the best and prettiest wedding they had been to. We highly recommend Diane and Sweet Tea Events, and look forward to working with her in the future!

We used Diane as for our day-of coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic, despite the fact that we only decided to hire someone two weeks out from the wedding. So I can only imagine how much fabulous work she's able to do when she's working with you every step of the way. I worried about absolutely nothing on the day of the wedding. If things went wrong, I have absolutely no idea what they were. I can't thank her enough for her work. I highly recommend her and if I ever need to plan an event again, I'll definitely be seeking her services.

Every bride needs a planner like Diane. Throughout the year and a half of planning, she made sure I was on track. She kept me updated with timelines, initiated communications with vendors and made really great recommendations for everything - from vendors to decor ideas. She took my vision and made it a real life dream. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. She was professional throughout my time working with her, and I wish I could work with her to keep me on track of my personal schedule! Diane was one of my best investments and I couldn’t have done it without her. After my first conversation with Diane, I knew she was the person I wanted by my side on what I perceived to be the most stressful time of my life. She was relatable and easy to talk to, yet showed experience and command. The second we got done reviewing the budget, she had vendors lined up in every category for me to talk to. Although I did use some of my own vendors, the vendors I did use from her recommendation were perfect. She was incredibly responsive to emails and if I got stressed over major details, I knew she was just an email or call away. She put out many fires while making me feel confident everything was going to run smoothly. She was on top of all the details and was reasonably priced. When the big day final came, my family barely had to lift a finger. She set up decor just the way we discussed and had everything ready with a detailed timeline. I don’t know what I would have done without this amazing lady. She saved me from pulling all my hair out. Thanks to her, I had a stress-free year of planning and I would hire her again a million times over!

This was the best money I spent at the wedding. Diane is worth her weight in gold. We couldn't pull off the wedding without her. She's very professional and so sweet. She organized my daughters wedding flawlessly. My family is still talking about how she worked so hard at the wedding to make sure everything came off without a hitch. Please don't make a mistake and not hire this wedding planner. I would've been lost with Sweet Tea Events. Thank you Diane. I can't say that enough. You've turned what could have been a stressful wedding to a smooth flawless event. Best of all, I didn't have anything to worry about, except to focus on my daugher. Diane is the best and I'll never do any other event without her.

Diane was absolutely incredible! I hired her for the day of coordinating and I know without a doubt we wouldn't have had a wedding at all if it weren't for her. She took all of the communcation and coordinating with my vendors out of my hands so that the day of I literally had to do NOTHING. And I consider ours a bit more complicated as our ceremony was on the beach (and raining all day!) and reception was 15 mintues away. I still have no idea how she pulled it all off honestly. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my day and watch it come to life because of her. She went over and beyond in helping us out with small details, as much of our wedding was DIY. If anything did go off course, off schedule or get complicated that day, I am non the wiser. I never heard a peep from anyone of the back side of things...it was like I was attending the wedding myself as a guest. What a gift she was. Thank you so much Diane for working your magic on the best day of our lives. We will forever be grateful for the sense of calm & ease you brought us.

Diane is such a gem! I was worried about hiring a wedding planner for our wedding because I felt like my wedding would become something that I didn't want. But boy was I wrong! Diane and I met for the first time and we skype with my mom. We talked about what we wanted and the role we were looking for her to take on. She is very flexible, and willing to help wherever she can. We hired her for the month before planning service, and it was perfect. She coordinated and negotiated with vendors, she assisted with planning, ensuring all our bases were covered, and she created a timeline for the day of. Throughout this process, I think her most important role was keeping my mother and I on good terms. We had differing views, and she knew how to take control of the situation and problem solve. She knows the bride's vision comes first and she helped us make the best decisions for my wedding. On the day of, she coordinated all the details perfectly. When the entire bridal party was at the venue, she made sure the boys didn't see the girls before the time was right (it sounds simple, but with our BP, it was very difficult). She made sure all of our needs were met, and the entire day went off without a hitch. I 100% recommend Diane for all wedding planning services!! She is awesome!

Diane knew my fiancé and I were on a very tight budget but she was willing to take me on a client and helped to make dream wedding a reality. She was resourceful and very professional. No matter how high my anxiety, after speaking with her, they seemed to just go away. All of my vendors had good things to say about her and she kept them informed throughout the process. We are so glad we worked with Diane! We hired her for month of planning. She helped me find a caterer, make-up artist and someone who could make our vision of donut holes for dessert a reality. In addition she made sure the day of the wedding went smoothly. Our wedding day was so relaxing for us because Diane coordinated the pick up of items, set-up our reception venue and worked with all our vendors. Honestly we're so glad we didn't have to worry about all of that! We would highly recommend Diane!

We could not have had the most perfect wedding it it wasn't for Diane. She was with us through it all. She helped our vision come to life! She was so great at communicating and was open to many ideas and had so many amazing ideas of her own. She was so fun to be around and made things so easy. I kept thinking this should be more difficult to plan but it didn't need to be because Diane was so amazing. Diane was awesome! She helped me find everything for my out-of-town wedding - Officiant, Musician/DJ, make-up artist/hair dresser, table/chair/flower company, dessert vendor, etc. She made everything SO much less stressful and I really can't imagine doing it without her. On the day of the wedding and reception, she made sure everything looked amazing and flowed smoothly. Her calm nature helped me to stay calm. Because of the location, I did not see the reception site until I strolled in as a MRS and I was So impressed with how she set everything up, I could not have been more satisfied :) Thank you, Diane!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sweet Tea Events. I don't know what my husband and I would have done without Diane. She took all of the stress and worry of the day of coordinating and planning. All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and she made it happen. There are a lot of things that go on the day of the wedding that the bride, groom and family don't have time for. I would strongly suggest a day of coordinator for every Bride and Groom. I have already referred Diane to a lot of our guests that are soon to be married.

Diane was the best wedding coordinator any bride could ask for. I was from out of town so I used email a lot and she was always super quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She was so helpful during the rehearsal getting everyone ready and prepared for the big day. The day of the wedding she was there super early helping everyone set up and making sure everything ran smoothly. During the wedding I did not have to worry about anything she was great about getting everyone where they needed to go and keeping us on schedule. I cannot say enough good things about her and the great job she did helping my wedding be the best day of my life!!!

Diane was amazing -- she is super sweet, very organized, extremely professional, and went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of and that our event was perfect. She has excellent ideas and was great at helping to make decisions on both big and little things. She and her team decorated our entire event space and it looked fantastic -- she arrived 3 hours early to set everything up and coordinate with vendors, she managed the event throughout the entire evening, and she was the last person to leave after making sure everything was cleaned up. Plus, she did a ton more. Would definitely recommend her!!!
