  We cannot say enough positive things about Jenna. We were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but are so glad she was there with us leading up to and on our wedding day. Months before our wedding, Jenna drove out to meet us at our venue and talk through details of decorations, layouts, and our vision for the ceremony and reception. It was clear from that very first meeting that she’s in this business for the happiness of the couples she’s working with. She is friendly, upbeat, and all of her communications were clear and instantaneous. Our “month-of” meeting came at the perfect time, just as we were both beginning to stress out about final details, and Jenna came prepared for exactly that. She went through our entire itinerary with us, helped to make suggestions for remaining details based on her experiences, and offered to follow up to confirm details with all of our vendors. As soon as we drove away, we both breathed a huge sigh of relief because we knew things were being taken care of and nothing would get lost in the shuffle.
  
  The day before our ceremony, Jenna spent several hours helping to set up and directed our entire rehearsal. When the day of our wedding came, neither one of us had to do a single thing except enjoy the day. On top of making sure we were on track with our ceremony and reception, Jenna knew we were hoping to have all of our stuff cleared out and packed away in cars by the time our reception ended, and we were told by our (very impressed) guests that she never stopped moving. Thank you, Jenna! We absolutely would not have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without having you there with us.

  My husband and I used the services of Sweet Peony planning for our "day of" coordinating, but Jenna really went above and beyond throughout the planning process. It was such a relief not to worry about anything and know that she would take care of all the moving pieces. She helped coordinate the details, kept track of all the contracts, made a timeline to follow on the wedding day and helped set up and tear down. We sent a list of pictures we wanted to our photographers and he showed up with the wrong one. Of course, Jenna had a copy and it was no big deal. She is organized, prompt and a great communicator-she even offered to call vendors for me when I was stressed out and didn't feel that they understood my vision. She is an awesome wedding planner/coordinator and you can tell by her energy that she is truly passionate about what she does!

Jenna met with me multiple times leading up to the day of, helped me time out all the details of walking down the aisle, schedule for the day of, coordinating who went where the day of and so much more. She got there early, stayed late and made sure we both had what we needed the entire day! I am not a planner or a detailed person at all, so having Jenna there to listen to my heart and hopes for our wedding day made me confident that all the details and all the planning would come together perfectly. I think a lot of people can do a good job planning a wedding. Her energy fed ours and made us more and more excited for the big day. Before the wedding, Jenna took the time to discuss our vision for the day. She was able to communicate effectively to other vendors, help us create a timeline for our day and provided guidance for decision making. When the big day finally arrived she kept her composure. She dealt with every detail from ensuring the decorations were placed right, people where present for photos and kept us to our timeline. She was even supportive of her emotional bride. Because of Jenna we were able to enjoy what was really important on our wedding. Truly thankful for everything.
