Dear Helen,
We can not express how much we appreciate everything you did for us, for me. There’s people who do a job and then there people like you. You went above and beyond anything we can could have asked or imagined, to the point you helped me get into my shoes. Not only did you help put together the best team of vendor but made the day run so smoothly. We are your number one fan and will always rave about how wonderful you are. We had such an Incredible day. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for making our dream wedding a reality. Even if that meant creating a mosh pit for Manny. You really are invaluable Helen.

I am so glad I had Sweet Marie's Event Planning for my wedding. Helen and her team were amazing and she was with me every step of the way in the wedding planning process. She is very easy to work with, organized, and professional. I liked that there were different options in the type of coordination plans I could choose from that best fit my needs. My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT! I was not stressed at all on the day of my wedding. I am so thankful for Helen and her team! -

Helen and her team were an absolute joy to work with. She was so thoughtful in helping us figure out a package that worked for our budget, and then was so dedicated and detail oriented it felt like she had no other clients except for us. From sharing our vision with her, to helping remind us of important milestones to keep us on-track, to working with the vendors to execute the most beautiful set-up, Helen was 1000% ON POINT from beginning to end. It was so awesome to work with someone with so much expertise and experience, who also loves what they do. Her calming energy was a must-have, especially in that final month leading up to the event (you'll see what I mean lol). My wife and I never got that stressed out throughout the entire process, because we knew Helen had our backs. When one of the hotels we had a block with just all of a sudden stopped responding to our emails, Helen tracked down the contact. Not because we asked her to, but because Helen was keeping tabs on all the emails and saw herself that they had stopped answering us and got in touch. We were so busy with everything else, that to get a call from Helen saying, "By the way, I tracked down the point person at *insert hotel name* and all your concerns are now taken care of" was such a huge relief.
That's one of my favorite things about her... she is the kindest, most level-headed person, and is able to utilize those strengths to go to bat for you to make sure your day is perfect. It's an incredible quality to have and my wife and I were just so impressed with how Helen handled herself in every situation. If you're on the fence... all you need to know is this: Every single time we got off the phone with Helen, or got off a zoom call, or got an email reminding us that our invitations needed to go out "yesterday", or laying in bed, exhausted after our literal dream wedding... we would turn to each other and go "Best decision we ever made."

Sweet Marie’s took all the worry away from me in planning my daughter’s wedding. She was available in every phase of planning. She has wonderful connections for all the venders. The yard ended up looking like a fairytale. Helen was there to hold our hands for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. The ceremony and reception ran so smoothly and were so enjoyable because I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sweet Marie’s is worth every dollar we spent. I wholeheartedly recommend using them for your wedding. -

Helen went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. She was always available for a call, meeting, advice, you name it. The wedding events moved so smoothly and timely. Our guests (130) were blown away with the wedding and several people have said it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended.
Not only was the day of the wedding amazing, but the planning process was super fun with Helen. She became a good friend and someone I knew I could trust and rely on. I was busy with work and knew I wouldn't have the time to plan a wedding, so I hired Helen. Helen saved countless hours of my time, and so much in dollar savings (she looked for the best vendors and kept us in-line with our budget). Not hiring Helen would have cost us even more than her fee (and we purchased her premium package - 100% worth it!). The attention to detail that she had was exactly what I needed and the wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Working with Helen was one of the best decisions I've ever made. -

Working with Helen was the best decision I made for my wedding, she became more than just a wedding coordinator to my fiancé and I. Helen is truly talented at what she does and really does care about her couples. She’s genuine and has such a beautiful personality, it’s not just a business to her and you can see that. Helen was never once pushy about her ideas or overbearing. She became like a fairy Godmother answering my late night questions and calming my nerves when I was overwhelmed. She’s so organized and professional but also so sweet and funny. One of my favorite moments of my wedding is when i dragged her to the dance floor and she gladly shared a dance with me and mentioned how it was one of her fathers favorites. Helen will forever hold a special place in my heart. If you’re questioning hiring her for your wedding don’t think twice, she’s more than worth it! -

Helen is amazing at what she does! She made my special day so stress free and more importantly she made the ENTIRE wedding planning experience stress free. My BIG day was the most amazing day of my life so far and she was a HUGE part of that! My wedding was a dream come true! Even with Covid 19 ruining the original plan, she made it a DREAM. I went from a big farm wedding to a backyard wedding. Now looking back, I’m thankful for everything that happened because this backyard wedding was BEAUTIFUL and everything I could have ever imagined and wanted.
Helen is the best planner out there! She is so professional and is there to make your dream wedding come true! She is amazing at what she does! Thank you again for the most amazing wedding I could have asked for! -

I have worked with many planners and Helen is one of the most organized, kind and punctual ones that I have had the pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to work with her for a Celebrity Wedding last August and at the very first meeting I noticed immediately her experience and professionalism. Working with her was so wonderful and everything went so smoothly. As a florist is so nice to work with planners like Helen. She created a welcoming environment to work as a team. I highly recommend her, and I hope to work with her again soon.
