We could never had made our wedding happen without Christina and Stefanie. They were the best money we ever spent. Within a few days of starting to plan my wedding I quickly realized I was over my head with all the decisions that needed to be made. I talked to several planners and Swanky Soiree just made me feel like they were the best option. Sort of like that gut feeling they will be great, and they were. Everything was so awkward during Covid and we were on the cusp of things reopening and they were great with moving ahead with plans. Our venue pulled out 3 weeks before the wedding and within 2 days Swanky had secured us a beautiful new venue that was just as awesome. They understood my personality and style and helped to find other vendors that matched my style. On the day of the wedding everything went perfect and I got to enjoy the most beautiful and special day of my life. -

Christina was incredible with the design side of things, bringing our vision to life in ways we couldn't have even imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in every single element of our celebration.
Stefanie, our lead planner, was an absolute rockstar. She kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Having her in our corner meant we could be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day.
On the day itself, Lianne and Lizzy were right there with us, making sure everything went off without a hitch. They were so kind, warm, and attentive — always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We never had to lift a finger!
The entire Swanky Soiree team is the definition of professional, and more importantly, they truly care about their couples. If you want a team that will handle every detail with grace and make your wedding day feel effortless and magical, this is the team for you. Five stars all around! -

Fabulous & Fun
Swanky Soiree will go above and beyond for you. Christina & Stefanie provided excellent guidance, planning, inspiration and so much for our wedding. These ladies were always available to me and always responded promptly. The wedding planning and decor services package that I picked really helped pull all my ideas together for the wedding of my dreams. Without them, I don't know how I could have pulled off such an Amazing, Gorgeous Wedding. There are not enough words to express to Stefanie how much I appreciated her enthusiasm, laughter, suggestions and the fun! Swanky Soiree is the way to go! -

The Swanky team was all incredibly helpful and Nicole helped make our dream wedding day come to life! Truly from the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank Team Swanky enough for making our entire wedding journey so special and seamless. From our very first intro call, Christina took the time to understand our vision, priorities, and the overall vibe we wanted for the day. She didn’t just listen, but she genuinely understood us.
What stood out most for us was how thoughtful and transparent both Christina and Stefanie were about our budget. They were always upfront about costs and options, and whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to hop on calls and walk us through everything. They were incredibly solution oriented with ideas which we all appreciated. Their close partnership allowed us to continuously adjust our rentals and choices without ever feeling like we had to compromise on quality or style (literally changed throughout the entire process!). And as a super added bonus, their own vendor recommendations were absolutely incredible. Christina and Stefanie have such strong ties to the local community and reliable connections that made all the difference. They are so knowledgeable with not only the venues, but are on a first name basis with literally everyone we came in contact with - It felt like one big family throughout every interaction we came across.
What truly set them apart was their handling of the week leading up to our wedding. We encountered a few unexpected bumps (thanks, unpredictable Florida weather! ☔️🌴), but they approached every situation by giving multiple ways of finding a solution - All with a calm confidence that we needed during those days. Both of them mapped out every possible scenario and how we’d tackle each which gave us such peace of mind. And in the end, it truly all worked out better than I could have dreamed. I’m still in awe.
As a destination bride, I truly don’t think our wedding would have been possible without them. We started with their month-of coordination package but quickly upgraded to the design package - and I cannot recommend it enough. They saved our sanity!! Swanky has the cutest, most diverse selection of rentals right in their own warehouse, but they also worked magic with coordinating outside vendors for lighting, tents, chairs, linens, signage - literally all the things! They contacted every. single. vendor. for us confirming times/upcoming payments, editing timeline schedules, ensuring arrival/departures…EVERYTHING!
The best part is that Christina and Stefanie are so warm and down-to-earth; they made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way, especially knowing they had everything under control the day of. You truly know you’re in trusted, capable hands with them - I promise you, they could create & run these weddings with their eyes closed ;)
So, if you want a planner who will genuinely be on this insanely fun & wild journey with you, while making the entire process feel like your wedding is the most important one to them, AND manage your day with grace - even under pressure - Swanky is absolutely the team you want by your side. My husband and I got married in May of this year at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. Our venue had a requirement to hire a wedding coordinator. After speaking with both preferred, it was very clear we were going with Swanky Soiree. Christina (the owner) and Stefanie were who we interacted with first, and they absolutely contributed to us feeling we would be in the best hands. Stefanie was confirmed as our 30 day out coordinator and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY. Stefanie brings professionalism, organization, and is just one of the girls! She gets it. She gets your vision, your budget, your hopes and concerns. She will level with you, but not without a solution in mind. I was able to ask Stefanie about concerns around "are these enough florals?" and at NO point did I feel like I would be upsold to help a vendor, rather shared honest feedback (and no, she did not think I needed more - and put me at ease by sharing where they would reposition florals used in ceremony). They are TRUE DAY OF NINJAS!!! We had a 3 year old "ring bearer", and my 8 year old walking me down the aisle. Stefanie was sweet, cool, calm and in control with the kiddos as well! One of the biggest blessings in disguise was having to upgrade to a 30 day coordinator, and having that be with Swanky and Stefanie! I can confidently say that it was the best day of our lives, and I lost my breath when I saw how beautifully they brought our reception space vision to life. You will not regret a dollar spent - Trust me -

They were so knowledgeable about the venue and handled all of the tiny details so that I wasn't stressed on my wedding day. I live out of state, but they made planning a breeze. They had so many wonderful suggestions and helped us stay in budget. Highly recommend! -

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this team — they were amazing! I hired them for month-of coordination, but throughout my whole engagement, anytime I had a random question about design or anything wedding-related, they were always happy to help. That kind of support made such a difference.
On the day of the wedding, they totally crushed it. I was nervous about how everything would be set up, but they were so on top of things, super calm, and just brought the best vibes. I felt completely at ease knowing they were running the show.
I also got so many compliments from guests about how great they were — like clearing the beach ceremony area right before we started (which was no small feat), or when some guy started leaf blowing during our cake cutting and Jackie literally came out of nowhere and shut it down. People were obsessed. She also passed out our dance floor props (light-up leis!) by stacking them up her arms and spinning around — it was such a fun moment.
I could go on forever. They were everything I hoped for and more. I would recommend them a thousand times over. -

We truly can't say enough amazing things about Swanky, specifically Elizabeth, Jackie, and Christina! We had the first phone call with Christina to decide what we truly wanted and needed to capture our wedding vision - she was so patient and helpful in sticking to our growing budget. Elizabeth was our head wedding planner for the month before and ay of our wedding and I truly don't know how she made it all possible. She was so patient in all of my questions and emails and phone calls. When the weather took a turn for a cold outdoor wedding she instantly reached out to rental companies for heaters and helped us book them on the week of our wedding. She was the perfect wedding planner and always communicated with me, which is exactly what I wanted as a very involved bride! Jackie, her assistant for the day of wedding was equally as incredible and made everything possible, getting drinks for me and my bridesmaids during they bustled my dress, took my veil and bouquet for safe keeping, etc. I know there were so many behind the scene tasks that Andy and I did not even know about so please know we appreciate everything you all did and more! You made our wedding so incredibly special!! -

Lido beach resort November 2024 wedding
Absolutely the most beautiful wedding venue! My daughter and her fiancée wanted a contemporary modern beach wedding and swanky knocked it out of the park! Ghost chairs, glass place settings, white/ blue colors, blue vintage glassware, candles etc.. oh, the 3 D dance floor! Thank you Swanky and Lido Beach Resort for a perfect evening! Highly recommend! -

I cannot say enough good things about the swanky team!! I honestly wasn’t planning to hire a wedding planner at first because I thought could do it on my own but my mom convinced me to upgrade to the design package and was the best decision we ever made. There are so many moving parts when it comes to wedding planning and the swanky team made it so easy. From the first meeting they were extremely attentive and organized. They listened to what I had to say and helped my vision come to life while also keeping our budget in mind. Then come the wedding day, everything was beautiful and ran smoothly because of swanky (s/o Stefanie, you’re the best). They were there if we needed anything at all and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our wedding day without any stress. I could not recommend them more!!! -

I chose to hire Swanky when I realized how hectic it would be to coordinate with all of the different vendors you need to hire for a wedding, and thank god I did! They did a fantastic job. Not only were they super organized and kept me updated along the way, they helped coordinate during TWO hurricanes (Helene & Milton) which both happened weeks before my October 19th wedding. I'm sure they all had a lot going on in their personal lives with the Hurricanes, but I didn't notice because they stayed on top of their planning for me the entire time, and still kept me updated immediately after each hurricane so I knew the status of my venue.
They had such good ideas for the wedding and kept it low stress, and I would highly recommend hiring them so you can have a stress free wedding year! -

Our Swanky Soiree planning team truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day turned out just how my (now) husband and I had dreamed. The Swanky ladies are deserving of many MORE than 5 stars! We planned our fun, tropical, Florida wedding from out of state, so we were greatly dependent upon Swanky Soiree to bring our vision to life. Swanky put together beautiful rentals for us and even repurposed our ceremony decorations to our reception, which saved us money. They are so creative and inspiring and found a way to implement all of my ideas. Swanky's month of planning service was absolutely needed. They made sure the day flowed smoothly and kept it stress free for everyone involved. From the big ordered events down to the smallest details, Swanky was totally organized and prepared. We had a great experience with Swanky Soiree! We got married at the Longboat Key Club and had swanky as our day of wedding coordinator. They were great throughout the whole process. Stefanie and Christina helped suggest some amazing vendors to us, gave tips and insight into the planning process, and provided us with some beautiful table decor.
We worked with Bailey as our day of wedding coordinator and she helped make sure everything ran smoothly, gave us a helpful rehearsal and insight about walking in and the day of flow, and helped calm our nerves before the ceremony. We ended up having to relocate our ceremony and reception last minute and she did amazing making sure it went off without a hitch.
The whole team is kind, responsive, and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Our wedding day in January 2024 would never have been as beautiful or smooth without the Swanky Soiree team! My husband and I live in Denver but decided to have our wedding in Longboat Key. We knew we would be using Swanky for month of planning, but we decided to upgrade to their design package, too. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and I couldn't imagine having to select, order and deal with shipping logistics for all the decor, rentals, stationery, florals, etc. on our own. We shared a high-level vision with Christina and Stefanie, and they helped bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They were communicative throughout the process and helped answer lots of random questions I had. Stefanie and Elizabeth made the rehearsal and wedding day completely stress free. The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups at all, they must have handled them because I didn't hear of any. I'd definitely recommend Swanky to help with any or all of your wedding planning needs! -

Hiring Swanky Soirée Events was the best decision we made and the BEST money spent! They did an amazing job planning and coordinating our daughter’s wedding at The Ringling Museum Courtyard.
The wedding ceremony was beautiful, the cocktail hour and reception an epic celebration!
Weddings at the Ringling are super complicated because there are SO many rules AND you have to bring everything in (literally everything & everyone). We had 20 different vendors start to finish to bring this event to fruition and Swanky Soirée managed all of them for us efficiently, effectively and professionally.
Throughout the whole process, Christina and her staff were always professional, kind, understanding, helpful and humorous (‘cause you just have to laugh about some of the crazy stuff) Shout out to Stefanie for that last part!

Myself being a wedding/event planner I know the stress that can come with planning your wedding. Having worked with Swanky Soiree previously I knew for our wedding we had to have them. There was no way I could oversee all the logistics and enjoy the wedding/wedding process. The amount of work it took from design concept, logistics of obtaining decor pieces to make our vision happen to the day of the wedding coordination was seamless. The Swanky Soiree Team custom made our backdrops/draping and ceiling install, which we found the vision from a mix of a tiktok video and pinterest. It looked even better than we could have imagined! The Swanky ninjas ensured our special moment during our ceremony went off perfectly! They were able to coordinate our different vendors for music and CO2 jets to go off at the exact time we kissed and exactly at the same time. As a planner myself I knew the stress and concern as timing multiple things to go off together is a lot, and the probability it may not go off exactly as my vision, BUT THEY DID IT!!! The Swanky team is personable, creative, easy going, professional, and a must book for your wedding day! Book the full package you won’t regret it and will enjoy the process/day so much more!! -

Absolute Dream - Wedding!
Swanky’s team hands down exceeded every expectation that I had for our wedding. Being from NJ, I had major anxiety and worried that my entire vision for our wedding wouldn’t exactly be perfect, especially with the weather changing frequently in Florida. I was BLOWN away by your teams efficiency and amazing talent. They were so kind and did not miss a beat the entire day. My anxiety quickly vanished once the day got rolling. Absolutely loved the girls of Swanky Soirée! It was like having a personal shopper or assistant! Knows their clients and makes suggestions fit for their unique styles. You’re reading this review thinking that’s what a planner is supposed to do… My start with picking a wedding planner was by far the most stressful thing about the wedding. Wasn’t the easiest either, after you break through the initial reach out and maybe phone call you get a taste of how the lead planner is you can just tell who you’ll get along with or not. After meeting with the Christina I knew this was my planner. Stefanie and Elizabeth were amazing month of getting everything in line too! I can’t say enough good things about these girls. It was a match made in heaven and I bet for your future wedding they’ll be that for you too. Swanky already had an established relationship at this venue so they knew all the contacts, making it even easier to plan and execute everything for the wedding. We were able to completely customize the wedding to our liking and were involved with the process as much as we wanted. Our wedding day was truly magical and a dream come true! I will start by saying, I cried the moment I arrived at my wedding day venue - I was at a loss for words. Everything was better than I could have possibly imagined. They got the vision - A true dream come true. I may be biased, but it was seriously the most gorgeous, perfect wedding - and could not have done it without Swanky Soiree.
Backing up, my husband and I were supposed to get married in 2020, but had to keep pushing our date due to the pandemic, etc. So Swanky Soiree got to deal with us a lot. From the first meeting with Christina of Swanky to the end of our time together, she was nothing but patient and insanely creative. She helped maneuver date changes, and juggled all of our vendors (for both the welcome party and big day). It was almost too easy for me. From the big to little details, Christina and team handled it all.
Thanks to Swanky Soiree ladies, I got to enjoy my weekend (virtually) stress-free. My friends and family still rave about that weekend, and YOU TOO will if you choose them as your wedding or event planner. 100 star review if I could! -

Christina, Stefanie and their team were amazing. From the first phone call to helping me bring a vision to life. I had no idea were to start and they were able to make it happen! We utilized their decor rental option and as a destination wedding, this was perfect. No worrying about candles and signs or lanterns, etc... they utilized a stock of decor pieces and took care of all set up and take down! 10/10 would hire them again! Even for a smaller event.
Florida thunderstorms were coming in and we had to make the decision to move everything inside and they executed flawlessly. It was gorgeous. I did not even miss having the ceremony outside.

We couldn't recommend the Swanky Soiree ladies enough! From our first phone call all the way through to our wedding day Christina and her team took away all our worries and stress, planning and coordinating the most amazing day of our lives.
Being from England, we literally had no clue where to start with planning a destination wedding, but Swanky made everything an absolute breeze, from our timeline to vendor calls, we honestly couldn't have done it without them. We had to make some last-minute changes the morning of the wedding due to the unreliable Florida weather, but Christina and her team took control of everything and made our beach wedding dreams come true despite it moving inside!

I was introduced to Swanky Soiree by my venue - The Resort at Longboat Key and I am so happy I was! I am a planner and knew the design aspects for my wedding so I was not looking for a full time planner. However, I wanted to be able to enjoy my day and have professional help.
I hired Swanky for Month of Coordinating. However, their help started way before a month. Anytime I had an idea or needed a rental (dance floor, lighting, chairs, etc), I emailed them and they reached out directly to the vendors. They then kept everything organized on one invoice. This was so beyond helpful.
Once the month prior arrived, they were instrumental in making sure everything was handled. They made my timeline and reached out to every single vendor - asking them millions of questions I would've never thought of.
It was also great to utilize them for things like lighting. I can't imagine how I would've had the perfect weekend without them. I can't recommend them enough! Everyone I worked with was so great :) -

With us being in another state and not having experience with planning, we hired Swanky to plan the whole wedding. That was the best decision we could have made! We met with Christina and her team over the phone, emailing and in person several times and they brought us so many ideas and experience. We built what we were looking for the wedding to look like on Pinterest, then the team ran with it. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and Megan were on time, coordinating everything, checking in, fixing anything that needed to be fixed, and made the whole day so stress free and seamless for everyone. This team is truly amazing at what they do. And some of it seems to just come naturally. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't hired them for the month out. There is so much going on and you don't realize all the details even if you've been planning for over two years like we were. And then the day of would have been a mess without them. So many people asking so many questions and as the bride (and I will say, I was a very easygoing, relaxed bride) it's still so overwhelming that the last thing your brain can comprehend is who goes where and when. The decision of which full-service wedding planner was such an important one, and we made the best choice to work with Christina and Stefanie. They so enthusiastically took on planning our rather large wedding at a rather complicated venue within a short 6 months! As someone who is so easily overwhelmed, every interaction with Christina and Stefanie made me feel at ease and assured that everything will be beyond okay.
Not only do they both exhibit extreme professionalism, but they are down to earth and so easy to connect with. They are well-connected with vendors, and were fantastic at delivering recommendations all while managing our budget/expectations. Definitely get the month before upgrade!! Stephanie and Christina made my wedding stress free! When they took over a month out I didn't have to worry about anything because they took care of it! They made a detailed timeline of where and when every little thing would occur as well of how things would be decorated. Their drapery and lighting totally changed the room and created the feel I wanted! Seeing the room all decorated and the small details they put into the tables made me tear up with happiness. We were from out of town, and couldn't have managed all the details ourselves. The perfect touch
We had a destination wedding in Anna Maria Island last November. Traveling from Wisconsin, we quickly realized we did not want to haul a bunch of stuff down to Florida, that's when we found Swanky Soiree. We were about a month out from the wedding when we reached out to Stefanie and Christina. They were quick to respond and great to work with. We didn't need a ton of items and they still treated us like we were a huge client. They took care of getting all of the rental items to the venue, setting them up and picked them up at the end of the night. They took so much weight off our shoulders and their items are beautiful. Our invitations turned out much better than any online option and the day of stationary they created for us was superb. I really thought I could do a lot of organizing myself (and did) but they day of/month of is something you cannot account for. Wow, where to begin. I hired swanky for their full services. It was the best decision! Not knowing a whole lot about weddings, I was able to tell them what I envisioned on my wedding day and they made everything come together so beautifully, much more than I could have imagined. They coordinate with all your vendors, before the wedding and the day of, so you don't have to if you don't want to. They always give you the choice and they don't do anything without asking you first. They provide decor, picture frames, stationary, etc if needed. They provided a beautiful Arch and outdoor lighting, which I highly recommend if you're able to. It is such a nice touch. They coordinate rehearsal. On the wedding day they set everything up and take everything down, even packed all my belongings in my car at the end of the night! I was truly blown away by Christina, Stefanie and Ashley. They are so organized and such a great team. They made my dream wedding come to life. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding, and so did my family and friends. No one had to work. I could go on.
