We've been to outlandish weddings and on-budget weddings. Some of those brides and grooms were even at ours, but when you can woo all who joined us on our special day, I thank Suncoast and their incredible team.
We had the pleasure of working with Sue and Simon for about 1 year before our big day June 19th 2020 not knowing we were going into a pandemic. We had fun and laughs from afar as we did a destination wedding to beautiful Sunset Beach, Treasure Island. Communication was emails, texts, voice calls and even traveling to TI to secure my date with deposit ( I just had to meet Sue already). There was never a moment I wasn't sure about Suncoast. 6 months prior we finalizing details and the little things. We thought we had everything perfect.... Pandemic, riots, closing of our businesses, stores, venues, limited capacity and social distancing.... I WAS A WRECK. But communications went on. Talks of moving the date and rescheduling two months before our big day. I couldn't do it, I admit I was selfish, I didn't care. We were getting married 6/19/20! Simon understood, he was the first to call with the first of many great news headlines. WE ARE OPENING BACK UP (partially), we might have to get creative but we can do it.... a few days later he calls back with the best news ever ' we can have everyone there together'. I sobbed, I laughed, I cried.
6/19/20 the day no one will forget, for us, Simon and Sue as well. From the moment the crew set up the beach, the pre-wedding photography and then the ceremony. Having fun on our Trolley ride until the End....... Capturing love in every. single. moment! There are no wrongs with Suncoast. Thank you Sue, Simon and the whole Suncoast crew.

Wonderful Wedding

Its hard planning a destination wedding but Simon and Sue made it super easy. They were very responsive to emails and didn't scoff at the 'silly' questions. The morning of our Sunset Wedding was beautiful but an hour before the 6PM ceremony a storm rolled in and it was a STORM! Upwards of 60 MPH winds and rain blowing sideways. Our officiant (Michelle) did a great job keeping us calm and when the rain finally stopped she and her assistant quickly pulled everything together. If you weren't there you would have no idea what had taken place just an hour before. Cannot recommend Simon, Sue and Michelle enough.

Absolutely Amazing!
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We got married on October 2nd. Hurricane Ian was on his way and we weren’t sure if the wedding was going to happen. Sue was on the phone with me many times to try and figure out all of the details. She was very flexible with the “what ifs” of the situation and if it needed to be postponed. Thankfully, we were able to get married on our planned wedding day and they made everything perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a better company to help plan our special day. Simon and Sue were amazing and Rodney the videographer and the photographer were absolutely amazing and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend using Suncoast! If we can plan and get married with the threat of a hurricane, they can plan your wedding and it’ll be amazing!

Amazing Day
Simon and Sue at Suncoast Weddings made my wedding planning easy and a beautiful, amazing day! Being out of state I was worried how difficult it would be to get married and have a dream wedding that I was looking for. Simon was the most personable wedding planner that I had reached out to in the beginning and really cared about your wants and needs. It was a no-brainer to go with Suncoast since the other planners I reached out to didn't seem they had time for you or wanted your business.
I am so glad I chose Suncoast Weddings to help with planning because they made my worries be at ease. I was only having an intimate wedding with my immediate family and did not want anything over the top since there were only about 20 of us. He made everything go smoothly and just how I imagined it. Whether it was Simon or Sue, they were both very responsive to my emails or calls.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking in to getting married in Florida especially if you are from out of state. They made it be an amazing, beautiful day we loved and wish it never ended.

Simon and sue are amazing!!!!! I am so glad that we decided to use suncoast wedding. I sent so many emails and made so many calls and they were never annoyed, always helpful. They always responded quickly. The day of the wedding the forecast predicted a big downpour at the exact time of the ceremony. They called to ask if I wanted to just set up under the pavilion that we rented to be safe. I was bummed because I really wanted a beach wedding, but said it’s ok to set up u def the pavilion. Last minute the rain decided to hold off so sue and her crew QUICKLY set up the beach for the ceremony. It was perfect. The rain held off until after the ceremony. Everyone was so impressed with how quick they worked to make it happen for us. I appreciate them being so flexible and willing to make our day come true, it was truly the best. Highly recommend them!!!!

Magical! Everything we could have imagined and then some!
My husband and I were married on Sunset Beach on May 7, 2022. We live in north west Tennessee, I was definitely a bit worried about the specifics of planning a wedding so far away, but Suncoast Weddings were terrific, and NAILED it!!! I looked at several different planners but kept coming back to them, and made the decision to have them plan our wedding. There were no hidden fees, any small detail I mentioned was done, and our special day was MAGICAL! The minister was wonderful, and our photos are phenomenol!

We started planning our vow renewal in 2019 for a May 2020 event but thanks to Covid we had to delay it until 2022. Simon was gracious enough to hold off our vow renewal until 2022 with no further costs or charges. The setup on the beach was wonderful and he personally took all of the pictures there as well as at our reception. He has wonderful imagination when taking photos and has a great sense of humor. Simon was great to work with and we would use him again in a heartbeat! Curt, the minister who officiated at our ceremony was inspiring and had a wonderful sense of humor.

Earth day wedding made reality!
Suncoast Weddings will make your dream wedding come true.
My, now, husband and I just got married on 4/22/22 and Sue and Simon made our Earthy dream wedding come to life on the beach. The detail they put into setting up and the attention they give the bride and groom is all you could want when planning your wedding. We used all of their preferred vendors and it was the best decision! The catering and cake was delicious; drinks were flowing and the DJ played our playlist. It was all amazing!
Simon was our photographer and he was UNREAL! He was quick, knew what he wanted us to do, and made us feel so comfortable. Our photos turned out absolutely amazing!!
Thank you Suncoast Weddings for all you did for us! We enjoyed ourselves and so did our friends and families. We appreciate you both!

I had the most wonderful experience with Suncoast Wedding. Simon did my pictures and I couldn't be happier. He was calmed and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how much time we had until sunset during the ceremony and made sure our solo photos were done on time. The decoration was exactly as I expected. The beach was ready and they cleaned it up after the ceremony in no time. I highly recommend hiring Suncoast Wedding and Simon specifically to do the pictures of your wedding as it is essential you have someone who can timed things perfectly for the best possible sunset.

What else could I say other than, Simon and his crew made our dream wedding come true! From the beginning of talks of plans, Suncoast offered more help than I could have every thought of. First, I own my own wedding venue in Brookville, Ohio and found myself looking for a wedding service out of state and with short notice. I called a few competitors in the Clearwater area and immediately was turned off by their pricing and arrogance. THEN, I called Suncoast Wedding's and Simon answered the phone. He immediately gave me the treatment and attention I was looking for at a reasonable price. He said "call me anytime and as much as you need." Well, I did and he helped me select the right florist, beach location, timing for the ceremony (because the time of day matters for photos) whereas the water was the best for photos at the time we selected and more! Moreover, he continued to answer every single question that we had right up to the time of the ceremony. Our wedding officiant was excellent, and Simon gave simple and thorough advice on how to obtain a wedding license and more. Simon leaves no stone unturned! An amazing experience at an affordable cost! Lastly, Simon also was our photographer and our pictures are amazing and he sent them to us very quickly.

Sue, Simon & Curt were absolutely phenomenal. They collectively helped me pull off a surprise vow renewal for my husband and I and I could not have asked for a better crew. The location was breathtaking, the ceremony decorations absolutely gorgeous. Curt was so natural and brought both humor and gravity to the ceremony, despite having never met us. Simon did an amazing job capturing the memories for us, and I can't wait to see the photos once they are done. Finally, Sue - an absolute gem from start to finish. All of her communication was quick and honest. She made herself available to help with all of the little details, all while helping keep this a secret from my husband. From start to finish Suncoast weddings made everything a dream. With Covid and being out of state they really helped us organize the grand picture of how the day was going to flow and were really helpful and super responsive even with my chaotic hours at work. I couldn't be happier with them! Everything was gorgeous, from pictures to the ceremony decorations and they even let us use their photographer for the reception after. If I could do it all again I would pick them in a heart beat (which I'm not going to but still!).

Simon over and above the call to duty. We had a last minute glitch with Uber transportation and Simon quickly came to our rescue and setup personal transportation. That aside, the ceremony was absolutely perfect and Simon gave us a very memorable day.

The perfect wedding!
Simon and his team are an amazing group of people. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. I live in Indiana and got married on the beach in Florida. Simon walked me through everything and made this as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Suncoast Weddings. Pictures were beautiful as well.

Suncoast Weddings is Amazing!
Suncoast Weddings Made our outdoor beach wedding memorable.
My husband and I rented a beach house that had a private yard that had a path out to the beach. The Suncoast team set all of the chairs out on the beach, set up all the dinner table and chairs, tables for our caterer, our bartender and our DJ. They also strun lights from the beach house out above the back yard so when it came time to dance it had the most romantic feel.
Also, clean up! What clean up, the team came back and took down chairs and tables.
Again, Suncoast Weddings was amazing. So kind and friendly, absolutely great to work with.
They offer beach wedding packages, but they also have ala carte items so they can create the look and experience you are wanting.

So amazing
As as soon as I sat with Simon I knew I was in good hands. He was always available and got my vision exactly. His pictures were just the icing on the cake. Super nice guy to work with and very transparent. Great company has all the extra's you need along with an extensive knowledge of vendors or locations to host your reception. Our special day!
Simon and his team were amazing at helping us pull together our special day. They provided all of the necessary information for our day to be a success. We got married on Clearwater Beach and the winds were 30+ mph, but Simon took beautiful pictures of the wedding and we will be forever grateful! I highly recommend Suncoast Weddings for your event!

Perfection!
We had to re-plan our wedding at the last minute due to COVID. We picked Suncoast Weddings when we changed our location. Simon responded to my frantic evening phone message in less than 10 minutes. He confidently talked me through the process, and we basically had the ceremony planned preliminarily in a 20 minute phone call. What we talked through is exactly what happened! This company is organized, responsive, affordable and sincere. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. We had our dream wedding with Suncoast Weddings
We can’t say enough positive things about Suncoast Weddings! We had our dream wedding on a budget we could afford with them. The ceremony was beautiful and the photographer was amazing! We also did a reception package with them and all the vendors they work with are as equally great! Our venue was beautiful, DJ was fun and the cake and food was delicious.
Everyone at Suncoast worked really hard to make our day perfect -we would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful beach wedding.

Hired Suncoast Weddings for our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal. Live in Indiana but was traveling to Florida to get remarried on the beach. Wanted everything to be perfect as we just went to the courthouse and said vows the first time. Called Suncoast Weddings and shared my vision with them. They assured me they would deliver exactly what I wanted and they did so. Everything was flawless. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as I envisioned. As I was in Indiana, I had to completely trust that they would come through on every detail and they did! From the archway, to the aisle decor, unity sand, blessing stones, photographer/photos (Simon), music, set up (Jake), and officiant (Curt)-everything was perfect! Additionally, the whole event was stress free, all we had to do was show up. I would not hesitate to recommend Suncoast Weddings to anyone. They are the perfect people for your precious occasion!

Suncoast weddings was my life saver when it came to having a stress free wedding! I thought it would have been difficult doing the planning through email but they made it so easy than I expedited. My wedding was absolutely everything and more and the pictures I loved. It was so hot that day yet there was a breeze from the waves of the ocean but Simon our photographer was a trooper and did amazing even in this florida heat. I appreciate everything they did to give me this amazing memory and being able to do it on my favorite beach 💙

Fairy tale beach wedding!
Suncoast married us on Treasure Island’s beautiful beach on 6/22/19. This was a destination wedding for us as we are from Michigan and all planning and coordination was done via email. I wasn’t nervous about planning this way but more anxious as to see how every detail would look put together, based on just a sheet of paper. Our wedding was like a storybook fairy tale come to life! Suncoast did an amazing job with our ceremony set up and incorporated every detail we asked for. Everything was more beautiful than I imagined it would be. The minister was a great guy and guided us through the entire ceremony process. I am naturally a nervous person and he put me right at ease. It was very hot on our wedding and we were married at 4:30 in the afternoon when the sun was probably at its hottest point, but no one complained or dragged their feet. Our photographer captured every important shot and then some. Our pictures are AMAZING!! Thank you, Suncoast, for being part of our beach wedding dream team!!

My husband and I aren’t your typical couple, since we had 2 kids together before tying the knot. We decided that we would have a beach wedding, and to our surprise found Suncoast Weddings almost immediately after beginning our search for a planner due to their awesome reviews. They were amazing! They made our day SO simple. We chose what package we wanted, personalized it to our liking (which they were very accommodating to), picked our colors, and showed up on our day. Suncoast Weddings was awesome especially Autumn. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a beach wedding in St. Petes Fl. My husband and I just got married in February! We wanted to have a destination beach wedding. We were a little nervous just because of the distance (9 hr drive) and we weren’t sure how everything would work out. Let me tell you, Suncoast weddings is the best!! They were there to help me every step of the planning process! Sue, Jake and Autumn were the main 3 people that helped me plan my wedding. They answered the phone every time I called and were so helpful! When the day of my wedding finally came, all I had to do was show up! They set everything up and it honestly looked even better than I had imagined it. was so easy and stress-free! The video of the ceremony and pictures that they took were also awesome!! My husband and I got married on 11/18/18 last year. We knew we wanted a beach wedding but had a hard time choosing a company. We looked at tons of reviews and eventually called Suncoast Weddings. From the first phone call to the wedding day the staff was always there to answer questions quickly and efficiently. Autumn and Jake were amazing in helping us plan our special day. They went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Suncoast also has tons of great wedding vendors that they recommend and all of them were just as amazing. We were so happy with the minister, photographer, reception venue, DJ, bakery and hair stylist that they recommended. The entire process was so easy and stress free. We literally just showed up to our wedding and everything was completely taken care of and not only that but the end result was gorgeous. In the end it was very reasonably priced and we spent much less than we would have for a typical wedding. I cannot day enough how great this company was to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a beach wedding! They helped to make our day absolutely perfect!

My husband and I were having such a hard time trying to decide and plan on what we wanted to do for our wedding. When I started talking with Suncoast I loved how helpful they were! I live in Pennsylvania so I was nervous about planning a wedding so far away but Autumn made it so easy. She was there through the whole planning process helping me, and so willing to keep changing everything because of my indecisiveness. When the day came my wedding coordinator was Aj he walked us through everything and made it so easy to just enjoy our wedding day. They set everything up so beautifully and took everything down! Honestly our wedding day was more than we could have ever hoped for. The photographer and officiant were both so wonderful. They are all so helpful and great at what they do! And the packages and prices they have you really can’t beat them!

Suncoast Weddings was fabulous- we primarily communicated with Autumn and she was great. Extremely responsive and helpful. Sara was our onsite coordinator and she was fabulous as well. They were so accoodating and helpful- the entire day and event flowed so smoothly and effortlessly. We were extremely pleased with the venue and how the entire event went. We held our wedding in Siesta Key- Our only comment re: that location was that the website didn’t indicate that certain ceremony extras and reception options were not available in Siesta Key- that would have been good to know in advance, but we were able to make other accommodations. We LOVED Siesta Key and would pick the same venue over again if given th choice. Our only suggestion for others would be with the photographer to have a list of what pictures you’d want in advance- if we had reviewed that with Suncoast ahead of time that would have been helpful. Afterward we realized there were a few photos we didn’t get that we wished we had gotten. Otherwise everything was perfect-

I’m glad I chose Suncoast Wedding as my one-stop wedding planner. I didn’t need to spare any extra time or energy to think about complicated details in my beach wedding. Jake, Autumn and the whole team are wonderful! They are more proactive than I am and think about every details before me. I am the most relaxing bride perhaps and what I did is just enjoying with other guests! Great videographer and photographer too! Luckily I received last minute advice to hire a wedding coordinator for just the day of my wedding - and Suncoast did NOT disappoint! Jake did an excellent job making sure everything we requested for our ceremony was set and ready when we arrived to Caddy's on the Beach and kept all of our vendors at the ceremony in line without either myself or my groom having to say a word. He handled everything brilliantly, but silently from the background. I would highly recommend a wedding coordinator for the day of your event and would tell you to not look anywhere else but Suncoast!

From the first phone call to our special day, Suncoast Weddings made sure to accommodate all our special requests and make it a wonderful day! Autumn was there every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied with everything! All the staff was amazing from the photographer to our officiant, they all were very nice and made our day as special as it could of been!! I highly recommend Suncoast Weddings!

The whole process was easy and stress free. Autumn was great to work with and explained each step and listened to my request and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I am in Indiana but they made planning my wedding a breeze. All we had to do was show up and they did the rest. The photos look great and we have a video to look back on, it was a beautiful ceremony!!

I am from Indiana and planning a wedding from out of state I though would be stressful. Autum and at Suncoast made that thought disappear immediately with our first phone conversation. She went over everything and found out exactly what I wanted. She even called me a few days before our wedding to go over everything in case we neeed to change or add anything. The day of the wedding flowed so smoothly and it turned out exactly the way we wanted. Our minister Curt was wonderful, he was so personable and knew exactly what to say making it feel like he knew us for years. Autumn was wonderful and I would not have changed a thing! I looked at numerous wedding companies and Suncoast Weddings was the best one to offer and able to change things to the way we wanted for our special day! I’m so glad I chose them for my wedding day.

Autumn was AMAZING. Our Special Day took place in March 2018 and everything was PERFECT! Everything detail was planned from Chicago either via phone or email (crazy work schedule). My husband and I are extremely happy she was our 'IT' person planning our destination wedding on the beautiful shores of Treasure Island Beach. She knew exactly what we wanted and also helped select a new location after our original spot was ruined by Hurricane Irma. Everything was absolutely perfect and we definitely recommend Suncoast Weddings. They're Friendly and have GREAT Customer Service. Autumn and Jake are wonderful!

Autumn was absolutely amazing! I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to detail. She answered all my questions, presented me with options that she knew to be beautiful and even communicated with my mother about the ceremony and making sure that’s everything was truly what I wanted. She sent over info on attractions, how and where to obtain marriage license. Suncoast has an excellent thing going and all the people you communicate with are professional and just want your day to be beautiful.

If I could give Autmn and Suncoast Weddings 10 stars, I would. From the start they were extremely easy to work with. Autumn was always quick in her phone/email responses and extremely helpful. At the last minute, the city decided to do some beach renovations. They were supposed to be completed by my wedding date but were not. Autumn worked hard to find us a new location and was surprisingly calm under that kind of pressure. It really was not a big deal for my husband and I...we were just happy to be married by the end of the day! Suncoast went above and beyond and gave us all of our wedding photographs instead of the standard 10 that came with our package as a thank you for "rolling with the punches." This was completely above and beyond anything I expected and I was so pleasantly surprised by their generosity. I would highly recommend Suncoast to anyone considering a destination wedding in Florida. The price was reasonable and the photographer and minister included were top notch. Let Suncoast help plan your wedding so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day!

My husband and I are from Michigan and decided on a destination wedding in Florida. Suncoast Weddings was extremely helpful with every aspect of the wedding. Autumn, our wedding coordinator, was seriously the best. She answered countless questions and emails and made sure our wedding was exactly how we pictured it. Curt, our officiant, did an amazing job. We did not meet him until the day of the wedding but felt like we had known him forever. I wrote our ceremony and you would never know it was his first time reading it. Simon, our photographer was great too! All of our pictures are breathtaking and we only waited a week to get them back. Speaking from experience, I know it is extremely hard to put your trust in a company (that you might not even be able to physically meet until your wedding day) when planning something as special as your wedding day. However, choosing Suncoast Weddings was the reason my day was perfect. To anyone contemplating whether or not to have a destination wedding, do it! (And do it through Suncoast Weddings!)

We used Suncoast Weddings for my daughter's wedding and everything was perfect. I (Mother of bride) live in Indiana, the bride lives in Maryland, and the groom lives in the Bahamas. We were planning a wedding in Florida. Michelle and Autumn were wonderful about replying quickly to all our questions. I had some concerns and was a little nervous but there was no reason - they had everything under control. The pictures were the most beautiful I have ever seen and we had access to them in about 3 business days after the wedding. Haven't seen the video yet, but can't wait. The only thing we would have changed was the temperature; it was a little cold, especially for our Bahamas family. Unfortunately, that was out of Suncoast's control. I would not hesitate recommending Suncoast to my family and friends.

Amazing Wedding! I was in full contact with Autumn up until my wedding and the day of Sarah kept in full contact until my arrival. Everything went fantastic and I couldn't have loved it more. I recommend them to anyone who is wanting a beach wedding in the St. Pete area. In house photographer and minister were completely amazing!!!

We starting working with Suncoast Weddings around Jan 2017, we planned our date for Oct. 2017. They would always respond to us right away and were very patient with us. We live in the Northwest and wanted out wedding to be in Floridan. Suncoast Weddings was the only venue that got our date and day correct. They were extremely helpful and made our day one to remember. I could not of asked for anything more amazing and beautiful. We wanted a beach wedding in white sand, with sunset pictures, they made everything happen just the way it needed to be.
Autumn is the one who helped up with our final details and the day of our wedding. She listened to what I said and wanted. They even included our boys in the sand pouring. It was amazing to have our boys included in this intimate ceremony being we blended out families together and it was important for them to be apart of such an amazing day. They both felt included and were excited to be apart of everything. Plus the pictures they took were amazing. I'm so thankful for them and everything they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get married in that area.

Everyone at Suncoast Weddings was wonderful! I started off talking with Michelle (she is no longer there) who was very responsive to ALL of my annoying questions. Then Sue and Autumn picked up where she left off without a hitch! Again they were very responsive to all of my new annoying questions. Sue personally scouted out my location and gave me great advice on which courtyard to hold our reception. They arranged for all of the tables/chairs/linens and tent to be set up. Sara was there the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did!

I seriously cannot say enough - I'm soooo happy with my choice to go with Suncoast Weddings! I'm not a great planner and I'm a procrastinator...Michelle's gentle nudging throughout the process insured things got done/decisions were made, but I never felt pressured or stressed. She was so relaxed, confident, and professional that my few last-minute decisions didn't phase them one bit. And, as promised, I HAVE to share that she controlled the weather!! Hahaha...but really, it was raining for hours leading up to the ceremony. Michelle didn't stress, which helped me not to stress. She waited it out as long as she could, it dropped to a little sprinkle, she said, "It's go time", and as soon as I reached my groom waiting for me at the end of the aisle, the rain stopped and didn't start again! The ceremony decor was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we wanted, the officiant was wonderful, and the photographer, Simon, was fun, speedy, and produced some AMAZING photos for us. I'd absolutely recommend Suncoast Weddings, a thousand times over!

I could not be happier with the turn out of my ceremony! Michelle was so great to work with throughout the entire thing. If I was unsure of something she would talk me through what the different setups would look like. I never once felt pressure to pick something I did not want. In a way Michelle became a friend through this process. She made sure I was her number 1 priority. I did not feel any stress about how any part of the ceremony was going to go. Perfect, amazing and beautiful sums up Suncoast Weddings. I did ALOT of research when we decided on a beach wedding over a year ago and Suncoast stood out the most. They did a fantastic job on our wedding ceremony and made my husband, and I's day a dream come true. They literally take care of everything for you, so there is little to worry about, you just have to decide on colors and number of guests. The day of was super laid back and stress-free. Michelle was excellent, she was very responsive and answered every single question we had. The officiant, photographer, and ceremony director, Autumn were fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and will cherish those memories forever. I highly recommend Suncoast Weddings, and they also did not break the bank either!
