Yvonne was truly one of the MVPs of our wedding day — not only did she and her team create the most gorgeous florals through The Flower Bar, but she also served as our day-of coordinator through Style by Yvonne… and absolutely crushed it on both fronts.
From the very beginning, Yvonne was responsive, professional, and such a joy to work with. She brought our floral vision to life with arrangements that felt personal, dreamy, and completely us — everything was intentional, stunning, and fit our vibe perfectly. Planning with her was actually fun — she brought amazing ideas and truly individualized every detail.
And when it came to coordination? Yvonne was the calm in the wedding storm. She kept us on track leading up to the day, helped us plan through the chaos, and when the big day came, everything ran so smoothly that if there were any hiccups… we had no idea (which is the dream, right?). She directed the entire crew — even our wildest friends and family — with grace, confidence, and humor. She felt like part of the family and handled it all with the perfect mix of warmth and professionalism.
If you’re thinking about hiring Yvonne for either florals or coordination — do it. If you’re lucky enough to have her for both, even better. She made our wedding not only beautiful, but enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her! -

Yvonne makes your vision come to LIFE! Yvonne was my wedding planner, coordinator, florist, therapist, decorator, and my other half. She exceeded my expectations by a mile. When I first reached out to her she made me feel so comfortable and really became an instant best friend. I explained the basics of what color theme I wanted and the flowers and with Yvonne’s expertise and vibe she created something I truly only dreamed of. The day of the wedding Yvonne and Jazzy were so hard working, relaxed and accommodating to everything I needed. When guests call me and rave about my wedding it was all about the flowers, decor, and my wedding coordinator so everything YVONNE was the number 1 thing from my wedding people still are in awe of. Above all when my husband and I talk about the entire wedding experience we say we literally couldn’t do it without Yvonne and her team. We are truly so lucky to have found her and have her part of the entire process. Getting married was great but having yvonne there was way BETTER. When I get asked about my wedding I give all the credit to her and her team. It truly was magical and a dream come true. I love her she is truly an inspiration. -

So beyond amazing
Yvonne and her team are truly everything any bride could ever ask for when it comes to wedding planning. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the most magical wedding, it was truly the best day of our lives. Everything was flawless! We heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests, everything was done perfectly, with care and attention to detail, and the result was an amazing wedding that we will ALL remember forever- and that none of us can stop talking about ❤️
Yvonne really means it when she says she will be your bridal bestie!!! Her services are worth EVERY. PENNY. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her!!! She did EVERYTHING, from helping us find vendors, the florals and decor, hyping me up while I looked for dresses, and talking me through some mental breakdowns (caused by the only thing Yvonne couldn’t control: the possibility of rain- although her anti rain dance worked its magic)!
I wish I could relive my wedding day a billion times over and it is all thanks to her! Yvonne, you are absolutely MAGICAL! -

I cannot recommend Yvonne enough! I hired her at the beginning to help me plan a DIY wedding & about 2 weeks into it we totally switched gears & booked a phenomenal venue! She stuck by my side & helped me plan EVERYTHING! She even did my florals, for a fraction of the cost that the venue was wanting.
We ended up losing our house 2 weeks before our wedding in Hurricane Ian, but I kid you not - I did not stress ONCE and it is all thanks to Yvonne!
I would get married a million times over because the experience was just that perfect. Any time my friends get engaged, she is the first bit of advice I give to my friends. You will not be disappointed.
Yvonne and her assistant go above and beyond all of their duties as wedding planners. -

Style by Yvonne is a lifesaver!
When the vendor wished me luck on my last days of planning and I had done absolutely nothing I figured there is no chance we are going to pull this wedding off. Enter Yvonne and her impeccable planning process. In less than two months with almost no input from me, she and her team planned a perfect wedding for us. It all happened so fast, all I can do now is look back on photos at how flawless the entire process was. We’d have hands down been lost without her. Yvonne checked on me every step of the way, not just during the wedding but leading up to it on both a professional and personal level. The cost was a drop in the bucket for all we gained and we may have to plan another event just to do it all over again. Thank you endlessly, Yvonne! -

Based on my experience with Yvonne as our wedding coordinator, if I could hire her as my LIFE coordinator I absolutely would! Brides look no further - Yvonne and her partner Jazzy are the real deal. Yvonne has a completely unique ability to totally understand her brides and their personalities/likes/vibes almost immediately. Her and Jazzy somehow manage to be completely professional while still leaving you wanting to be their best friend. When you hire Yvonne, you’re also opening yourself up to all of her knowledge of the local industry - her recommendations for vendors are extensive and they are all amazing - we used her top recs for almost every vendor we hired and absolutely loved every single one. There were moments where I couldn’t even put into words what I wanted and Yvonne basically pulled the image out of my brain and made it happen. I’m obsessed with my day and it is completely due to Yvonne and Jazzy. You don’t really realize just how much goes into planning a wedding until you sit down and really start planning and Yvonne takes all of the stress off and also reminds you of things you need/may want that you totally forget about. My words of wisdom to all future brides in my life boil down to two words - hire Yvonne. -

Yvonne and Jazymyn were nothing short of amazing. They helped me define the vision I had for my wedding and fully executed it. My wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to them. This team is extremely organized and always on their A-game. Yvonne communicated with me almost every day. She answered all of my (many) questions within seconds of receiving them. She is truly a rockstar. I highly recommend hiring SBY! -

I hired Yvonne as a gift to my sister for her wedding. She did NOT disappoint. My sister planned her beautiful wedding in 6 short weeks and Yvonne and Jazmyn were up for the challenge. The second we hired them, Yvonne was extremely accommodating and even changed her own travel plans and immediately started dealing with vendors and contracts and dealt with the venue directly. We didn't have to do a thing! Yvonne made the whole process so simple and stress free. We left the decor in Yvonne and Jazmyn's hands and they did such a beautiful job from start to finish! Yvonne was there anytime of the day to answer any questions or concerns my sister had. The day of ran so smoothly thanks to these badass ladies. I will, without hesitation, recommend Style by Yvonne to anyone looking for a coordinator/planner. Thank you both so so much for EVERYTHING!!! -

Absolutely best experience
Yvonne and Jazmyn went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect! When she says she’s your bridal best friend she absolutely means it! I couldn’t have gotten through any of this without them! Definitely went beyond the “job duties” any ordinary planner would! Literally scheduling everything, handling vendors, helping me pick out the most beautiful dress ever, & completely making me stress free! Best money I have ever spent! If there is one gift I could give to anyone it would be them! If you’re debating it, DON’T! When Yvonne calls herself the Baddest Bitch it’s because she truly is! Couldn’t thank them enough! -

The vision I had for the wedding was EXACTLY what she did for me. Super impressed with the decor and attentiveness to detail. The day was perfect. -

Angela Sent on 11/29/2017Yvonne and Jazmyn did a PHENOMENAL job. They were very responsive and accommodating and really pulled through when the vendor coordinator was unresponsive. If you want a team that will take charge and help keep you calm going into your big day, then definitely book them! They also designed our centerpieces which really helped as they were able to tie the vision all together. -

Very disappointing. Should ask for performance bond and certificate of insurance. Yvonne refuses to contact us back for a meeting to discuss numerous things that went wrong.
Lets START with attire worn by Yvonne and her ( obvious new assistant for this wedding in HAWAII /husband...who had no clue as to his duties) to a FORMAL WEDDING.
RIPPED JEANS N TSHIRTS. The wedding planner served food? Where were the people hired for this?
Served food with eating utensils no gloves.. so far approx 25+ screwed up mistakes or it just didnt occur at all as planned. More to come. Newlyweds back from honeymoon now. A full review to come.
