From the very beginning, Stunning Soirées exceeded every expectation I had for my 40 Shades of Nude Birthday Soirée. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail were simply unmatched. They didn’t just plan an event, they brought my vision to life with elegance, precision, and a flair that left every guest in absolute awe.
From the color palette to the floral arrangements, lighting, décor, and flow of the evening, every single detail was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. We were a busy couple and had gotten a late jump on wedding planning. Stunning Soirees not only did a great job of helping us plan the event but they were also able to schedule meetings around our busy lives and promptly answer any questions that we had. The day of event planning also went very smoothly and all the vendors that they recommend also did a great job. We highly recommend them. -

I would recommend Stunning Soirées for your event planning needs! My mom found this company to throw me a baby shower celebration. I had an idea in mind and Stunning Soirées fully executed my “Here Comes the Son” theme with their lovely design and planning skills and their talent! I was so impressed and so happy with their kindness, professionalism, and communication throughout the planning process up to the event. My baby shower was so lovely, thanks to Stunning Soirées and all of the vendors they helped to find and connect us with. I will always have such a wonderful memory from this experience. -

We hired Kristy and Krista during our final month of wedding planning and for day-of coordination. They jumped right in, took time to get to know us, and immediately worked with our vendors to ensure everything was ready to go for the big day. Settle in, because this is going to be a long one. Where do I begin?
Kristy and Krista are the absolute BEST. Wedding planning is a hard and stressful process, and the Stunners made the process fun and exciting. How often do you come across a bride who ISN’T stressed about her wedding? Seldom, almost never. I didn’t stress about a single thing throughout the planning process because Kristy and Krista full understood my vision and ideas for our wedding.
No idea was too big, no question too silly, and every effort was taken to not only find us vendors for our big day, but to find us the BEST vendors possible. I’m not just saying that because “oh, our vendors were nice!” I’m saying that because it’s true.
Our floral designer, stationery designer, catering team, makeup artist, videographer, cake baker, tux designer, and photographer are all long-standing GOATs (Greatest of All Time) in the industry and in the greater DMV. Knowing that our planning team wouldn’t just send us any old vendor, but people who they vetted, trusted, and we’re confident could make our dreams come true gave us full confidence that our wedding day would be perfect (it was, BTW). It’s rare to come across people who will be as invested in your plans and dreams as you, and that was Krista and Kristy.
Aside from their attention to detail and amazing connections, they are a joy to work with. The twins are two of the kindest, funniest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. Kristy will dream (and scheme, if your forever-to-be is being stingey with the budget) with you until the cows come home. Do know a lot of brides come in with “I want this exactly like that” but if you let go and let Kristy flow, she will make your wedding reality surpass your wedding dreams. Krista is such a whiz with getting the timelines where they need to be and making sure everyone is on their marks so your wedding day goes off without a HITCH.
When you work with the team at Stunning Soirées, you’re not just one of a dozen couples who gets the same copy/paste, wash, rinse, repeat planning efforts. You are working with a team of people (because they also have an amazing assistant named Dymond and a Groom Concierge named Josh on their team) who are sincerely invested in making sure your day is as perfect as your love. Each wedding is different, and the level of personal care the Stunning Soirées team shows their clients during and after the wedding planning process is unmatched.
I will sing the praises of the twins until the cows come home. Our wedding was perfect, our friends and family have called it the “nicest,” “fanciest,” or “most romantic” wedding they’ve been to. Most importantly, our wedding was US. Kristy and Krista took our ideas and their interactions & knowledge of us as a couple and created a wedding that was so unique to who we are as a couple.
Long story short: stop thinking about it and BOOK. THEM. You’ll be SO glad you did and might be so sorry if you don’t. Don’t set yourself up to wonder “what if we’d worked with Stunning Soirées?” book with Stunning Soirées and have the STUNNING wedding experience you deserve. -

From start to finish, Stunning Soirees created magic for my special celebration. When I told them the type of event I wanted, they provided "out of the box" suggestions that were beyond my wildest imagination. The absolute best!!
Our Oktoberfest Birthday Celebration was nothing short of AMAZING! Stunning Soirees took care of all of the details. My wife’s favorite adult beverage is Fireball, so of course, they made sure that everyone had a shot of fireball along with a custom shot glass. They worked with some amazing vendors to create a memorable celebration for us and our guests. Our beautifully designed tablescape was filled with pumpkins, candles, and gorgeous floral centerpieces. Our guests loved the photo booth and the backdrop was perfect!
What’s an Oktoberfest without beer and what is beer without beer mugs and koozies? They worked with Jace Creations to create custom koozies and beer mugs for all of our guests. The Menu consisted of some Oktoberfest classics, Bratwursts, pretzels, and a seafood boil (Kat loves crab legs)!
Stunning Soirees did an amazing job planning and coordinating our party! We will surely use them again for our next event. If you are looking for an event planner, hire these ladies! -

Words can't express how overjoyed and pleased I am to have worked with Stunning Soirees. Kristy and Krista brought my husband's and I vision to life in only 9 DAYS!!!!! There were many challenges (incremental weather, COVID-19 restrictions, travel arrangements for guest, and a desire for the event to be breathtaking). However, these ladies not only pulled it off, they knocked it out of the park. They are very well connected to many outstanding vendors and operated with the highest form of professionalism. What a great experience with the Stunning Soirees Team! My first introduction was with Kristy whose energy, passion, and love for weddings comes across clearly over the phone. My conversation with her left me feeling enthused and with no desire to look further. I had found (as they say) my wedding BFFs.
I am a detailed oriented person who enjoys planning and logistics. However, I knew that I couldn't manage my own wedding. After making our partnership official, Krista, Kristy, and I set out to plan my dream wedding. I chose the Splendid Soiree, which allowed me to be hands on during the planning process, but partner with the Stunners, as needed. They offered great advice, attended key vendor meetings with me, and helped connect me to excellent vendors that really shaped our day.
On the day of, they ensured all of the details were implemented flawlessly. They managed the vendors and ensured that everyone worked together seamlessly on the big day. They managed the few logistical challenges that are inevitable, like consummate professionals and me and my husband were none the wiser.
I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. They really take the time to invest in understanding who you are as a couple and the type of experience you want to create. Kristy and Krista are extremely responsive. I underscore this by the point that Kristy's wedding was one week prior to mine. Yet she remained fully engaged and available even during the week of her wedding. Unbelievable.
Kristy and Krista are the perfect balance and blend that you need as you are planning one of the most significant moment of your lives. They truly are your wedding BFFs. It was a true pleasure working with them and I will definitely work with them again. I will miss our partnership and look forward to working together again. -

If you’re considering this team for your wedding planning needs, BOOK THEM. I worked with Krista and Kristy for my wedding, and not only did they help me in a last minute, desperate bride situation, but they added such a layer of professionalism and expertise to our day that I don’t even want to think about what it would have been like without them there! They kept us perfectly on time for everything, but did so in a way that was also friendly and calming to an anxious bride and her rowdy bridal party. We hired Stunning Soirees for day-of coordination for our DC wedding at Anderson House. We live in London and wanted a sharp month-of/day-of coordinator to give us peace of mind as we weren't local. Stunning Soirees offered to work with us 60 days prior to our wedding day and promised constant communication with ourselves and our vendors, as well as logistics planning. Unfortunately, we felt an overall lack of communication 30 days leading up to the wedding, our vendors expressed significant lack of communication, and we witnessed unprofessionalism the day of our wedding. We made Stunning Soirees of our concerns with their communication a month before the wedding and while they ensured changes, we didn't feel any day of coordination from their end. Examples include: bride & groom reminding the coordinator to schedule weekly or bi-weekly check-ins; coordinator scheduling a final walk-through without herself or key vendors being onsite (which we ended up rescheduling); vendors contacting the bride day-of asking for hotel room numbers as this was never provided by Stunning Soirees; one of the coordinators at Stunning Soirees getting intimate on the dance floor with one of the groomsmen. Vendors concerned with the overall day-of timeline and no assistant set up at the venue...the list goes on. Additionally, they made promises over the phone that fell through as they claimed this "wasn't part of the package" (such as having one coordinator onsite with the bride at the hotel).
While Stunning Soirees are nice individuals, I wouldn't recommend their day-of coordination services as I don't believe they understand how much emphasis goes into logistics and making sure the bride & groom have zero stress on their wedding day.
