Shannon and her team were incredibly organized, efficient, and such a calming presence throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly and genuinely helped ease my nerves ... I felt completely at ease knowing she had everything handled. So thankful for Shannon and her team on our big day! When I met Shannon, we immediately clicked because of similar interests. While that was amazing and helpful to build the relationship, it was Shannon’s professionalism, polite directness, and attentiveness to detail that helped me know I made the right choice. While I knew that I was going to love planning our wedding, I also knew that I didn’t want to have to think about any of it on the day. Even though we booked Shannon for day of coordination, she was readily available when we had venue issues or when plans changed for our rehearsal dinner. The vision we had for our day with the small details was executed flawlessly by her and her counterpart, Kristi. Shannon was attentive to “difficult” family members and proactive in understanding different dynamics of our entire wedding party. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Shannon for full, partial, and day of planning because I know whatever package of hers you choose, she will execute flawlessly always being mindful of the couples desires. Thank you again, Shannon and Stratford & Pearl!! -

There is no reason to keep looking once you have found Shannon, trust me!
Shannon was absolutely amazing from start to finish! My husband and I immediately felt a trust in her and weight lifted off of our shoulders after just the first zoom call! She made our wedding experience hands down! She was always quick to respond back to us and always knew exactly what to say with very question and curve ball we threw her way. When it came to the final touches she had them down to the exact details! She truly was amazing and amazing to work with! Her assistant Christys was just as helpful and amazing as well! Would recommend Stratford and Pearl! There is no reason to keep looking once you have found Shannon, trust me! -

As a night shift nurse with little time to plan, I hired Shannon 6 weeks before my wedding to finalize details and ensure the wedding would go seamlessly. Shannon is great at what she does and I’m so glad I hired her! She is worth every penny and my guests raved about her and how well she coordinated everything. Shannon was easy to get a hold of, had great suggestions and made our day perfect! I highly recommend her! -

Shannon was so helpful on the day of the wedding. She took care of all my needs and was very professional. We had a couple hiccups during our wedding and she was able to delegate and present options during a stressful moment. I am so thankful for her! Highly recommend! -

I was completely overwhelmed with wedding planning, and decided only about 7 weeks before that I needed help. I am so lucky that Shannon was available - and she made the day go off without a hitch. My family loved her too! Knowing I could relax and enjoy the day was a big relief. She thought of details that were completely not on my radar, and helped with some of my last minute decision making too - absolutely above and beyond. -

Oh my, our wedding day was so impossibly magical – all thanks to Shannon from Stratford & Pearl.
My husband and I were travelling from Australia (where we live) to Half Moon Bay, where we’d been engaged. We decided we wanted to have a small elopement ceremony – just the two of us.
I was far from the easiest bride, often forgetting the little things. However, Shannon treats you with such compassion and the utmost care that anything we’d overlooked, she’d already taken care of.
Closer to the trip, we came to realise we needed to be on a tighter budget, due to a very poor exchange rate; this meant a few last minute changes. Shannon didn’t bat an eyelid. She is the most professional person I have worked with in such capacity.
I could not have dreamed our wedding would go as smoothly as it did, without one single hitch.
It was an absolute dream come true for my husband and me.
Thank you Stratford & Pearl, our day is immortalized because of you. -

Shannon was amazing! After hiring her, I felt more relaxed knowing she'd be helping me with the smaller details that would make our wedding very memorable. Her vendors are affordable and accommodate well to your schedule. She is flowing with ideas and makes sure that your are happy with everything. I will definitely check back with her, especially when the time comes to renew our vows. -

I was going back and forth on how I wanted to approach this review because I have some mixed emotions with this vendor. When I booked Stratford & Pearl I had only spoke to Shannon so I assumed she was going to be my planner. I only purchased three weeks of partial planning so I didn't think much of not having a call with her. Similar to another review I had seen, when we got closer to the wedding she ended up assigning me to someone else. At first I was bummed but I realized that was on me for not clarifying.
When my service started I had already completed the forms she had sent me so I was hoping to discuss logistics as soon as possible. Unfortunately, after a few business days went by I still had not heard from my coordinator, Titiana. That was alarming to me considering I only had three weeks of service. There was some chasing involved to get things moving.
The part that actually bothered me is when we finally did have our call, Titiana casually let me know that she wouldn't be able to make it to my rehearsal because she was coming back from a business trip. At that point I was confused as to why she was assigned to me. They have known my rehearsal day for months. Attending the rehearsal is literally part of what I was paying for. When I told her I was uncomfortable with that she said if I move my rehearsal time by an hour then she could make it. It's annoying that she never suggested that in the first place.
Honestly, it felt like she didn't want to plan much. I ended up doing the hair/makeup timeline and had to ask her to add my photographers schedule into her master timeline while I was at my rehearsal dinner because it was not done after our planning call. I don't think the pre-planning portion of the service took any less stress off of me.
However, when she ran my actual rehearsal and wedding day she was very professional and everything ended up going pretty smoothly. There were a few hiccups in terms of timing but it certainly could have been worse. She was genuinely really nice and was helpful in accommodating my physical disability needs. Overall, our wedding went well but I must admit I was disappointed.

Brides beware of Shannon Goodin
Brides please beware!!!
My biggest regret throughout the wedding process was hiring Stratford & Pearl. I put so much work into my wedding and she made sure none of it showed. Once she has your money she disappears and has no interest in you. She’s also incredibly rude and snarky. Please check out her reviews on Google. They are far more accurate than the ones posted here….
One minor example but summarizes our experience well. We had handwritten notes to each guest with a sticky note on it to show where on the table to place it. The ugly sticky notes were never removed from the cards. While this is an obvious tasks, we even explicitly mentioned we would be putting sticky notes on the card for her convenance and that they would need to be removed during the final walkthrough! This is just one example out of literally dozens. -
