Recently got married at Stonebrooke and between the beautiful venue, the friendly staff, and the delicious food it was a 10/10! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Heidi, the event coordinator, is such a wonderful person and is incredibly helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Stonebrooke for your wedding. -

We had our wedding here 7.25.20 and Deb and her team were absolutely amazing to work with!! So many unknowns with COVID and they made planning our wedding as stress free as possible during these difficult times. Our day went off without a hitch, the staff was so accommodating and even with it down pouring less than 15 minutes before our ceremony, then clearing up immediately after, they shuffled around to move it from outdoor to indoor back to outdoor a couple of times in just a few minutes so we were able to get married by the waterfall after all like we wanted. Food was FANTASTIC!! Excellent experience all around and the back drops allowed for some amazing pictures! :) all of the staff were so helpful and wonderful! -

I recently got married on 10-13-18 and it was one of the best days of my life along with my new husband! Stonebrook was wonderful, classy and full of smiles and help! I could not have asked for a better day! The food was amazing and Deb was nothing but wonderful! Stonebrook you have a gem right there! Thank you for the great day and memories for a lifetime!

User2427673 Sent on 11/15/2015Deb was wonderful to work with. She is very organized and knows what she's doing. You can definitely tell she's been in the business for quite some time. Everything at our reception was flawless. The staff at Stonebrooke is so incredibly helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they improvised with my decorations and made it look beautiful. The definite perk to this venue is them doing your set-up and take-down of decorations for you. That helped by taking a lot of stress off my plate! -
User3007430 Sent on 03/19/2017Had lots of back and forth communication over email and long response time. Felt like I had to ask a ton of questions which are typically provided right away to avoid having to be confused but ended up feeling like we were a burden on the coordinator. Without notice, we were introduced to a new coordinator 2 days before the wedding at our rehearsal which I see now that other brides have complained abour bless Carols heart for coming in at the last minute. The day of the event...caught events staff talking about customers negatively. Not much of any kind of direction or guidance from staff for the most part and the whole event just felt unorganized. Food was served late and guests started asking us when dinner would be served. We paid a fee to have security there which would be nice if we actually knew who the security guard was if we needed to security's help for any reason. Beautiful venue, the price was affordable but making sure staff stays on their game with customer service and not making the customer feel like they're not just there to have their money collected. If having a second person take over the event at the last minute an ongoing thing, inform people right off the bat before they book and don't wait until the last minute. Have Carol present at meets so she doesn't seem lost coming in as all communication has only been with Deb. Simple adjustments would make a wonderful experience! -
User855980 Sent on 07/08/2012The event center looks very nice and the food portions were large. Alcohol prices are very expensive as they only let you buy per drink not by the bottle. The manager was not willing to negotiate on beverage prices at all and wasn't helpful when it came to trying to figure out how much alcohol to purchase for the number of guests we were expecting. The wedding coordinator never answered the phone when you called. I always had to leave a message and wait for her to call back, she often times would respond to my voicemails via email instead of contacting me directly via phone. On the night of the wedding the coordinator we had met with several times and made all arrangements with wasn't present and we had to work with someone we had never met. The staff did set up all my center pieces for me and took down also which was very helpful, we just dropped off all materials the week of the wedding including guest book and they made sure to have it set ups when guests arrived. It was also very hot on the day of our wedding and the air conditioner couldn't seem to cool the room when asked to have the air turned up they said it had already been done but due to people entering through the front door they couldn't control the temperature. Overall on the day of the wedding it was stress and worry free and everything was done the way we had asked it to be done.
